A very pleasant welcome to all of you on this fine, sunny and inviting day. With just 6 days to go I think it is a time to make a suggestion. Reading to be inspired is sometimes not as effective as executing by inspiration. Reading invokes a sense of comfort. Doing something creates a longer period of comfort that can be fortified if you do it continually. Today I would very much like to make a warm suggestion. I would like to suggest that you find some time in the next 5 days to take a rest.  The rest that I am referring to is more of a respite from your daily agenda. I want you to sit amongst the lilies of the field and feel like a petal amongst flowers. I want you to steer away from the configuration of your day and ponder on the next second, the next minute, the next hour and the next day. In other words, I want you to switch from the uniformities of your agenda and switch on to the contingencies of your life. By doing this you are actually bringing out the best in you.  The best in you is your excellence in performance and your worthiness in human relationships. As you discover the best in you I want you to reflect on the past 25 days in May 2016. Did you deliver your best? Amongst the contributing factors for a diminished performance in a person’s abilities is stress, distress, suppression and oppression. What factors contributed to you been stressed, distressed, suppressed and oppressed? There are 5 remaining days in May 2016. Will you carry the same feelings of stress, distress, suppression and oppression? I want you to request that the next 6 days be blessed, addressed, expressed and coalesced instead. I will tell you why. To be blessed is the governing principle of acceptance for your entrance into this world, for your presence in this age and for your resistance to temptation. Acceptance is a blessing that makes you realise your value in life, your time on planet Earth and your contributions to life as a humane individual. To address the causes of stress, distress, suppression and oppression is a vital analysis by an individual. We have a job to do rather than a job not to do. We have a life that is worthy rather than a life that is unworthy. Therefore, we cannot succumb to negative factors that exposes us openly to stress, distress, suppression and oppression. I want you to express your feelings of stress, distress, suppression and oppression to the ones you love so that they know how you feel. To talk to someone sometimes helps. To listen to someone also helps. To share problems makes your workload lighter. Expression overcomes suppression and oppression. It makes them an external feeling rather than an internal feeling. The final application in your period of rest is to seek coalescence. Coalescence is a magical tool to overcome adversities in life. It helps you to merge your difficulties with someone else. It combines a negative with a positive to create a neutral effect. It is the Science of coming to together to overcome difficulties. To build a foundation of success is a lot easier if you amalgamate your efforts with someone else. Take these tips from a friend and employ them to make the next 5 days a lot better than the past 25 days. Have a marvellous Thursday. Find a perfect niche to switch off from your agenda and switch onto the contingencies of your life.

Welcome to midweek, the last one in a series of breathtakingly good inspirational material from the writing desk of Anthony Pan. Do you often sit handcuffed to your chair feeling captured by the constraints of your life? A married individual often spends relentless hours regretting why they got married in the first place. A person in debt will cry, sigh and terrify over their accumulated debts to a point where there are no solutions but endless prosecutions. A student will sit in remorse over their grades trying to figure out why they did not study hard enough. A person that is ill will only find solace in a pill making them feel their life will always be uphill rather than downhill. These inhibitions will always change your position, your condition, your decision and your composition. I say onto you and verily too, stop the trauma and seek deliverance. Think of the before state, think of the after state and deal with the now state. In the before state the problem did not exist. Life was good and you were not under stress. You walked the foothills of joy and happiness. In the after state the problem disappeared. Life became good again. Stress was overcome by a transverse process which I call Progress. The now state is to seek deliverance. Every problem as I openly stated is divisible by a defined solution. Deliverance is about overcoming ambivalence. To do this effectively we need to journey into the past when the problem did not exist. We need to understand what it feels like to be without a problem. A problem free life is full of zest. You have time to smell the flowers, whistle with the birds and talk to yourself about tomorrow and the day after. You need to apply the Transverse Process which I call Progress. It is a process where you go back in time to retrieve lost time. It is a process where you go forward in time to appreciate time. It is about mind over matter. It is about your mind settling the matter in concern. It is about the matter in concern dissolving the tension in progress. Welcome to the start of your new working week and of sadly the final working week of January 2016. It is also a good gauge to determine your progress into the New Year. Did you make a mundane start or a humane start to 2016? It is never too late to make a new start, with 340 days left before 2017 there is an incredible amount of time at your disposal, which is in fact 29,376,000 seconds. Today I want to introduce you to the Swop Shop. The Swop Shop is your personal Shop where you can change bad habits into good ones. It is a simple technique where your virtual Swop Shop stocked with noble concepts from the global market can be accessed at any time. Let’s look at some classic examples that can change your life for the common good and help to steer you in the right direction. If followed incessantly you will see instant changes in your life. So, the golden rule is to visit your virtual Swop Shop at least three times a day. Stop the talking and get cracking with the walking. If you commute by bus get off one stop before your destination and walk. If you travel by car, park at least 15 minutes away from your destination and walk. Underground or overground, please follow the same procedure. Walking is so much better than talking. Stop talking get on with the walking for at least 20 minutes a day. Drinking is good if your drink is pure as water. Distilled water is good, sparkling water is even better. A hint of lemon or lime enhances the taste. Our body is made up of 73% of water so why contaminate it with impure water such as coffee, tea, cold drinks, juices and alcohol. Be pure and be sure. Don’t go nuts, just eat them. Almonds are good because they help you to lose weight. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium. Swop from white to brown. Ditch the white breads, switch from white flour to brown flour and pitch white rice for brown rice. Swop the superfoods for the bad foods. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. A pear a day cares for your skin because of its phytonutrients. Swop the sherries for the berries. Your virtual Swop Shop should include cherries. blueberries, strawberries, gooseberries, cranberries and raspberries. Create smoothies to assimilate different fruits into your diet. From vegetables to low sugar fruits, a smoothie can soothe you. Swop the crap with a nap. A good nap is nature’s prescription to recover, revive, survive and to create that unique drive for the next day. Swop lunch with a munch and a crunch. Chew rather than brew. Count the calories, count the fat, count the protein and count the salt. In other words, don’t rush your meals. Have a feel for the best meal. Look for a meal that is ideal, has a sense of appeal and has lots of peels. Swop quantity for quality. Quality is broccoli gastronomy. Ensure broccoli is a daily ingredient in your diet. Hate it but eat it. Swop potatoes with sweet potatoes. Swop oils with boils. Never deep fry, just boil and garnish with condiments. Dear Friends, the Swop Shop analogy works. You can have an alternative life that is long-lasting and everlasting. Create a Swop Shop right in front of you. What you see swop it with something else that will set you free. It is wonderful to be free from harm, free from ailments, free from debt, free from anger, free from insecurity and free from intimidation. A very pleasant welcome to all of you at the pivotal point of our working week, which is midweek. Midweek is like a candle burnt halfway. Did the first part of the candle light up your working week? Did it enable you to see more clearly into the confusion of life? Will the second half of the candle create a votive appeal towards you? Every day in our lives whether we are at work or school is defined on our we approach it. A light brightens the imagery of opportunities in front of us. It inspires us to move eloquently forward and to participate in a worldly affair. Take away the light and we take away opportunities that stares us straight in the face and we also take away the passion of inspiration. Opportunities enhances our lifestyle. Without it we will wander through life without a cause. Take away Inspiration and we are severed from the conduit that links us to the pot of infinite success. Success is not just about materialistic gain but the concept of living a fulfilled and accomplished life on a daily basis. Trapping your emotions inside you is like extinguishing the candle in your daily life. Emotions can stall your thinking process and waste valuable seconds of your worthy life. If you have an emotion let the world hear your story, your pain and your worries. President Obama openly released his emotions and woke the entire world. It is vital to express how you feel and to discuss issues that stalls your road to success. Time is your most precious asset; you cannot waste even a second. Seconds wasted accumulates to a lifetime of worries. Wasted time can also be put to use. Let us assume you wasted a decade of your life as a result of your predicament. How you can change this around is to learn from your experiences of pain and sufferings. What hurt you cannot hurt you again. To do this you need to release those inner energy pockets that is bottled up within you. It is a bit like having a bowl of exotic fruits. They are obviously attractive, colourful, nutritional and divine. However, if one fruit is rotten it will contaminate the entire bowl. The solution, discard the rotten plum and extend the life of the rest of the fruit. Keeping emotions bottled up inside you contaminates your entire body. Your cells deteriorate and your organs function poorly. The ageing process is accelerated and your road to success is intertwined with distractions, inhibitions and negativity. Dear Friends, I urge you to release your emotions especially to someone that can share them with you. Also be willing to listen to other people’s emotions that are gripping them and causing them to be stressful, forgetful and disorientated. We are all in the same game of life. Life is about living a jolly life, transcribed in a century of daily activities. Every day should hold a placard of accomplishment, fulfilment, adventure, responsibilities, love, care and sharing. Emotions can suppress these virtuosities in life. I want you to start by taking every single day of 2016 and turning into a life of prosperity. Don’t let money make you wallow in the foothills of sorrow. Don’t epitomise the path of a fool. You are very dear to the world. The wildlife in your domain depends on you for their density, the flowers depend on you too for their biodiversity. You are indeed special to this important world. You maybe just one in 7 billion but your presence on planet Earth is of equal importance. Enjoy your life from this precise second. Let tomorrow be a better day and let 2016 be the best year of your life. You can turn negative emotions into positive ones. Positive emotions are good pockets of energy to keep within you. It is those negative pockets of energy that you want to release and discharge into the fiery furnace. I wish you an abundant midweek and may you prosper not from tomorrow or the day after but from the next second.

Dear Friends, we sometimes need to go back to basics in order to find our inner peace and our sanity. The Modern World is saturated with greed, the rich get richer which is fine but then the poor get poorer, which is very unfair. In the history of time the principles was laid down in an oblique text of carefully written instructions for man and woman to follow. These are the instructions that created great civilisations, great cities and the new generations to follow. These are the instructions we need to find and we need to follow in order to live a life that is blissful, wonderful and purposeful. Finding these instructions is simple because the instructions were simple. How do you sow a seed? How do you cultivate the land? How do you make bread? How do you sail the seas? How do you fish without destroying the ocean? How do you learn to speak or write? How do you generate a comfortable lifestyle that promotes happiness and longevity? What happens when you die? What is a water molecule made up of? Why are there so many different planets in our solar system, so distant apart but so similar in content? Knowing the right answers helps you create the right footsteps ahead of you. Can you bake a loaf of bread without the instructions? It is not only about following the right instructions but also to undertake them in a humane fashion. It is never too late to start and the best place to start is at home where you can create a paradise of your very own. Your personal paradise can be limited to your abode or it can extend to your town or city or even to the entire world. It is a paradise that you should seek, a heaven of your very own. It should provide you with total bliss and ecstasy throughout your life. Life is about living it but the way the Modern World is rotating makes us rotate in a whirlwind of tension, commotion and apprehension. We really need to go back to basics when the world was a paradise like The Garden of Eden. It is not late to search for happiness. Real Happiness has been diffused by aggression and greed. We need to infuse it again by building our strength and vigour to overcome daily and repetitive strains of stress and distress. What joy we could bring to our life if we searched for Lost Cities such as Atlantis or El Dorado or even The Garden of Eden. These cities or Lost Worlds hold the key to our happiness and success. It was about our existence with a valid and valued purpose. It was about caring, sharing and remaining fair. It was about untainted love and hate was virtually non-existence. It was about beauty and it was about The Creation. It was a time of giving and a time of receiving.

Therefore I would like to talk about Music, because MUSIC is the perfect prescription to a hard day or a hard working week. Music is written by songwriters that like to convey a message of their own life experiences. As we listen to such wonderful melodies we create a databank of memories pertinent to a particular song. Music is a vital cure to make us pure once more. Music removes the humdrum of life and makes our special moment more exciting and ever so inviting. Music has made us join hands together and commonly made couples become together forever. Music is the rhapsody of modern men and women and of the modern world. Music transports you back in time especially when an oldie is on the air. Music soothes tension when tension flares at the Homefront and at the Work-front as well. Music is written by people that experience life in a different way and want to tell the world about their experiences. When we listen to their composition we also experience something different such as romance or happiness. Music is a composition of melodies that when pieced together brings out a harmony to remember. As we listen we unite our life with these compositions and carry it with us as we get older. When the same music is suddenly played perhaps on a local radio station those memories are recollected in an emotional way. Music is the prescription to remove stress, inhibitions and confusion. Stress is one of the worst anxieties we can ever experience. Stress is a killer if allowed to continue. Music removes the pressure and strain associated with stress. Therefore I urge you to listen to music voluntarily or non-voluntarily. You need to overcome your inhibitions in life. Inhibitions are designed to hamper your progress. A genre of selective music inspires you to overcome such an inhibition. While listening to music you are able to think and to expand your horizon of your capabilities. Music really does work in any given situation. Choosing the right genre of music to suit the climate of your moods helps. Be prepared to listen to anything, because music is a universal language that can be appreciated by anyone. Music dissolves any level of confusion that you may have. Confusion makes you err and confusion makes you misunderstand. Music changes this. Music takes you on a journey of peace and tranquility.

Success in life comes at a price of dos and don’ts. The more dos that you complete that are assertive and positive will always ensure that you are travelling in the right direction towards success. The road to success is long, it is a road that is winding filled with ups and downs, but it also has a defined start and an end. The start begins when you are ready, ready to administer your golden goals and bring them to light. The end is when you have achieved your goals and ready to start again along a new road to success and even greater success. To assist you in making your journey less stressful I suggest a series of dos and don’ts. Having a list of dos and don’ts can help you save the day. Dos makes you succeed and don’ts makes you fail. The choice is yours, do you want to succeed or don’t you want to succeed. Do love everything that you can see rather than hate some of the things that you can’t see. You achieve nothing by hating so why bother when you can achieve so much by loving. Do enjoy your life, don’t detest your life. Your life is a precious gift that money could never buy. You need to turn your feelings of apathy into empathy. You need to reach for the best in you and deliver the best out of you. Do choose happiness over sadness. Happiness opens the doors to contentment in your mind, body and soul. Don’t choose sadness over happiness. Sadness opens the doors to grief and sorrow that troubles your mind, body and soul. Do stick to a daily agenda prepared a day before and planned a year ahead. Don’t walk aimlessly into the streets without a written agenda, you will find that your day will be wasted. Do be assertive in all your endeavours, this will always ensure a better result. Don’t feel insecure about what you do, think or say. Do eat the right kinds of foods that boosts your metabolism.  Don’t eat foods that affect your metabolic functions. Do find the time to engage in a daily bout of carefully planned and manageable exercise routines. Don’t slumber into a typical doze of 40 winks or a period of inactivity such as watching endless TV. Do keep friends, don’t keep enemies. Friends offer support, enemies create weaknesses that you could do without. Do start your day with a prayer and end it sincerely with gratitude. Don’t leave home without believing in Almighty GOD and more importantly in your vision and your dreams. Do take extra care of yourself from head to toe. Don’t neglect your body, without an active body your mind will just dream and dream and dream all day long. Do keep in touch especially with those that have kept out of touch. Don’t hold a grudge or judge someone else. Do keep a tab on your finances. Don’t overspend as this will topple your entire financial world. Do have fun but don’t have fun at the expense of someone else. Do the dos, don't do the don'ts, it pays in the long run.

Success could exist in different ways, you could be the accomplisher or someone that is about to accomplish something. You could be at a starting point to SUCCESS or you could be at the end of it. Whatever stage of your career towards SUCCESS is I can assure you that if you are consistent in your efforts you will succeed. If you do things correctly you will also succeed. Therefore SUCCESS if Undertaken Correctly & Consistently Eliminates Stress and Strain. To have Stress in your life is quite debilitating. Stress creates Tension, Pressure and Worries in your life, and as a meritocratic Goal Setter living in the 21st Century you simply do not want Stress in your life, neither do you need the strain. Strain is a menacing pain. Although stress and strain are similar in definition I like to classify them as follows. Stress creates Tension, Pressure and Worries in your life. Strain on the other hand is the aftereffect of stress. Strain is about your personal threshold. How long can you endure the tension, pressure and worries before you snap. As you can see Stress and Strain is a definite no-no for any individual, young or old. We need to seek SUCCESS correctly and consistently and in doing so we can and will eliminate Stress and Strain. Stress is like putting a 10 kg pocket of potatoes on your head and leaving it there for 10 minutes. Strain is the consequences of leaving the pocket of potatoes on your head. You will eventually feel the tension that it creates on your head, pushing down onto your neck and then weakening your vertebrae. How long can you handle the pressure, 5 minutes, 6 minutes or even ten minutes before dropping the pocket of potatoes down on the floor? The worries start when you are about to drop it. Will I burst the bag? Will I break anything in the process? Strain comes afterwards. Strain makes you feel the pain after you dropped the pocket of potatoes down. Strain could be physical or mental. Therefore I say onto you and verily too go all out to succeed but do it consistently and correctly. What is your goal? Is it to generate funds to free you from the burden of debt? The starting point if you haven’t started already is simple. You need to identify what you need rather than what you want. You need to search for ways to generate money and then do a research on your find to see if you have the aptitude to fulfil it. This is called passion and desire. Everything starts on a blank canvas. The first thing to etch on this blank canvas is your need. What follows next is the procedure or the method. Attached to this is patience. So, if you are a farmer and want to grow vegetables you need to decide what vegetables you want to grow and why do you want to grow it. If it is for profit you need to identify the correct procedure. You then need to be consistent in your efforts even if the rains came and destroyed your harvest, you need to start again and again until you get it right. You need to build into your agenda the risk factor and you need to understand how to cope if any risks come your way. Fortunately disasters don’t occur all the time. Take away the Stress and the Strain from your life and you have the makings of a successful goal setter destined to achieve and accomplish. Think Success and you shall succeed. Think rewards and you shall be rewarded. Think of a stress-free life and you shall eliminate stress for good.

Stress makes you Tiresome, Restless, Edgy, Sensitive and Seedy. Do you dress to be stressed or would you dress to Succeed, Triumph, Renew, Energise, Serve and Strengthen.’
Many a great individual has fallen victim to stress and history shows how stress has killed, maimed and ridiculed individuals from all works of life and from all ages across The Universe. In my opinion there is only one form of Stress and that Stress is Financial Stress. I call it FSS or The Financial Stress Syndrome. Stress makes you tiresome lowering your abilities and your capabilities to noted levels. Stress drains your energy levels making you spend time on worrying on trivial issues and scurrying at the last moment. Stress makes you restless altering your sleep patterns and lowers your concentration levels. It even makes you agitated letting you snap at people with no recourse. Stress makes you edgy, allowing you to jump out of bed at night with a tonne of ‘worry’ and jumping into bed with a tonne of ‘sorry’. This tension is bad for your health making your blood pressure rise to dangerous levels and allowing you to become addictive to smoking, drinking and taking drugs. Stress makes you too sensitive over issues that wastes unnecessary time and achieves absolutely nothing. Your sensitivity creates difficulties and as the day gets longer so does your difficulties. Your problems intensifies placing you in embarrassing situations that sometimes makes you lose your noted trust and integrity. Stress will make you seedy. What I write in this article is from personal experiences and from observing other people that come to work stressed or commute with stress written all over their faces. A seedy person is one that neglects themselves as a result of being stress. They become clumsy, don’t bath properly and even sometimes forget to brush their teeth. They do it unintentionally because they allowed stress to rule their lives. People can become sordid, sleazy and squalid when they are stressed. I say onto you and verily too do not stress because stress achieves nothing. You need to live to succeed. You need to get to the top if you fell to the bottom. You need to climb the ladder of success if bitten by a snake or a pit filled with snakes. You need to take negative situations and turn them into positive ones. You need friends. You need tools. By being on this special journey you need to hold onto hope. You need to triumph not only at the final hurdle but at every positive step forward. You need to renew lost energy. You need to pump up those lagging muscles and eat the right foods that boost your confidence levels. To start all over again is like being given a second. Take it and don’t feel shameful. You need to serve unselfishly. You need to give in order to receive. You need to strengthen your weaknesses. You need to reinforce what was weakened. A fallen bridge must be erected. A broken wall must be built again. Everything will start again like the summer blossom that will come yearly and for eternity. Love your life and dress to be less stressed.

A lot of solutions comes with an incredible price tag and most of them regretfully don’t work. Every individual is different. Everyone differs in their collective goals and everyone searches for the right stepping stone to overcome their anxiety and stress. Solutions are plentiful but are they tailor made to suit your needs? What is your problem? If you have identified it are you willing to write it down? Do you have more than one problem, if so can you write them down as well? Could you then put them in order of importance? If your property is in the process of foreclosure then surely this has to be your most important problem. The most effective procedure to combat problems is to talk about it especially with your spouse, your children or to a family member that you feel comfortable with talking about your problems. This creates awareness of your predicament. Now that you have identified your problem you need to seek a relevant solution. Are you obese and does this factor affect your overall performance? Do you pant at the slight inclination of simple workloads? These questions are important because it enables you to identify your problem in greater detail. The solution is out there but you need to be careful. What may work for a certain group of people may not necessarily work for you. You have to be patient. If your garden is riddled with weeds and stinging nettle removing them may take longer than a day. What follows after that is your ability to sustain and maintain your garden. You must persevere. Solutions kick starts the problem divider. Problems can be like a huge rhinoceros waiting to charge at you at the crack of dawn. Problems can wake you up during the night and make you restless and anxious. You need to divide and you need to conquer. How do you confront a rhino? How do you eat an elephant? You need to do it in stages with a defined methodology that works. A debt of a million pounds is no different to a debt of £100. Watching or listening to examples of people overcoming their problems is a must. You will find that most people with tell you three important things. They will tell you that you need to be patient. They will tell you that you need to strong. They will tell you that you must persevere. Being patient means you need to understand that problems do not simply disappear. They take time. Fortunately you have time by your side. To be strong means that you need to be ardent about your affairs. Identifying your problems must be linked to your ability to overcome them. If you ignore your problems they will grow like weeds and stinging nettle. Perseverance is the determination to be consistent in your daily efforts, to be able to crush the problem or problems into smaller units. No bank will foreclose on your property if you submit a moratorium indicating your solemn pledge to reduce your debt in a given time. You are a person and you are dealing with people. People have feelings and will always want to listen to your proposal. Dear Friends we all experienced both sides of the coin. We all saw struggle on one side of the coin and experienced freedom on the other side of the coin. Each day of experiences in your life can be likened to tossing a coin and which side the coin lands on will determine your day, your working week or your entire life. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I want to tell you that you have the power to land on the right side of the coin every single day. I say this compliantly because I know the experiences one shares when one lands on the side of struggle and on the side of freedom. I tell you why because I lived a life for almost 35 years where I landed like a magnetic material onto the blatant side of struggle each day. I had to endure almost 12775 days of struggle for no reason at all. I was compressed into feeling I was inferior. I was suppressed on a daily basis into feeling that I was just someone that lived on a day to day basis without a cause. I was oppressed by my peers, family and friends and taken advantage of at every given moment. I was depressed for almost 4 decades into a bitter struggle to escape the shallow end of misery. I was stressed by constant bullying and overcome by constant intimidation. I was dispossessed twice in my life for those 35 years, thrown out into the streets on my feet, treated so unfairly and cheated so openly. Yes, I know the feelings of struggle for I endured it for so long. Today I stand in front of your screens with a full confession, to tell you openly that for the last 20 years I tasted the other of the coin and that is freedom. I am now free from the talons of Human Greed, I am now free from the hostility of both man and woman, I am now free from the pressures of modern life and I am now free to live my life the way I want to live it. I now have POWER. For Power Obliterates Worries, Enmities and Repugnance. Today I want you to know this and I want you to start landing on the right side of the coin every single day from now on. I want you to write down on a piece of paper your feelings of compression, suppression, oppression, depression, stress and dispossession. Now I want you to read it aloud each day when you get up from your bed. I want you to see the cruel side of the coin and realise its downside. Now I want you to flip the coin and see the upside to your life. Which side of the coin would you like to land on? I say onto you once again and verily too always choose the side of the coin that gives you freedom to do what you want to do and freedom to say what you want to say. For if your passage in life is altruistic in nature you shall command the seas when there is a tidal wave and gather the clouds where there is drought. To ignite your desire you need POWER and that POWER comes from above. The Art of Making Money is directly proportional to what you want in life. The greater are your requirements the greater are your responsibilities. Many people confuse the concept of making money. They base their requirements on not what they really want in life but in what other people have. The next thing to bereavement in my opinion is financial stress. We get stressed financially because we do not live up to our expectations. We over borrow, we under borrow and live in debt for the rest of our lives. Terms usually associated with financial stress is liquidation, insolvency, bankruptcy, sequestration, foreclosure, judgements, Letters of demand, poor credit rating and failure. All of these terms induce negativity in an individual. With the lack of money life is not so funny. Too much of money and you appear sunny. Money makes us in a good mood or in a bad mood. There is one thing that we must always remember and that is money is something that we can manufacture. We cannot allow money to control us but rather for us to control it. We need to be cautious in how we spend our money. However life is not about making money but rather about living it. We are the sole proprietors of our decisions in life. What we need in life should be what we want in life and not what others want for you. We need to exercise patience. We need to share part of our nett profits with others that are less fortunate. We need to learn to earn in the faculty of our choice. We need to have passion and desire in whatever vocation we choose. Going to work or to run your business with a poor attitude will always give poor results. Bringing the stress of work or of business home is a slow killer. It lessens your lifespan and your face expresses these feelings openly. Gather all your resources and decide on what you want to keep and what you want to share with others. Don’t just earn to burn money foolishly. Earn your money according to your return. If you just need £100 to live per week than already you have satisfied your personal passion and desire to learn to earn that figure. If you choose to give away say 10% of this earnings to others that need help you can be assured that your fortune will grow accordingly. Don’t create heartaches in your mind for no reason at all. This is not Time Management but Time Mismanagement. Don’t be over borrowed, be patient and all your needs shall become attracted to you. Surely that sums up the draw card to positivity.

Filling your agenda with negativity rather than positivity will always leave you feeling stressed by the end of the day. Stress adds on the pressure for tomorrow. Stress is a mental as well as a physical strain. Stress creates worries and worries makes you fearful and anxious. As you stress you undress the vital mechanics of keeping fit and healthy. You actually do the converse by eating irregularly and thinking abnormally. Stress is a killer, lessening your lifespan, reducing your happiness and creating a mountain of debts. We need to achieve positive results from today onwards. To achieve positive results requires positive thinking. We need to stop procrastinating and start concentrating, calculating and actuating our work for the day. If we are able to commit to writing what needs to be done for the day then we need to commit to action all day long. Get the job done I say but add a little enthusiasm to the equation. You need to commit to something that seems positive rather than negative. If it is positive than it is doable. Don’t live by the day but live for the day instead. Longevity is your reward for hard and consistent work. In April we are going to learn how to capitalise on the word Positivity. Positivity is about sharing too. Positivity is about caring for all. Positivity is about enduring hardships and about sustaining companionships. Stay for long, stay for a song, stay for a lifelong experience of laughter, joy and happiness. Say to yourself that you are positive and that you shall be constant in all your endeavours. Learn to be positive rather than negative. Dear Friends, you cannot step out onto the cold of a Monday morning feeling dreadful over the possibilities of something going drastically wrong. If things were to go drastically wrong then there will be chaos the world over, let alone The Universe. Can you imagine what would happen if The Sun suddenly flared violently emitting colossal amounts of radiation towards us? Can you imagine the chaos if our tectonic plates started to move notably? Can you imagine what would happen if there was a water shortage worldwide?  Life is meant to be enjoyed day in and day out. Do you remember the good old days when we flourished at tertiary education, when we congregated at playgrounds, when we visited places of warmth and glory and when we chilled out on a summer evening under a BBQ dinner? Dear Friends you are here on planet Earth to enjoy your life, you are not here to be persecuted, oppressed and victimised. Monday should never be a Blue Monday, Monday should be a rainbow day variegated to suit your personal needs and polychromatic to enhance your spirit. To achieve this we need to chill out. We need to spend our weekends relaxed. We need to nestle in a sea of tranquillity and in a composure of cosiness. It is your weekend, you have no restrictions and no limitations. You are the purveyor of your thoughts and the surveyor of your actions. You need to divide your weekend into two sections. The first section is called The Reduction Process. The Reduction Process is a nomenclature of words that stressed you in the last week counteracted by words that shall spirit your soul for the new week. Think carefully of all the words that came hurtling towards you last week, so potent to hurt you and so vile to torment you. Write them down on a piece of paper. Some of the words could be anger, abuse, hostility, unfriendliness and victimisation. Now I want you to change these words to pacification, protection, friendship, kindness and love. These are just examples of words that hurt. I want you to recall the words or actions used against you last week and write them down on a piece of paper. Tomorrow in the second section I want you to follow up with The Induction Stimulation. The Induction Stimulation is to make you learn from the words that were propelled to you in an arrogant way and to find out why did they come hurtling towards you. What triggered someone to be angry with you? What triggered someone to be vile towards you? Are you the root cause of the problem or are you spending too much of your time in the wrong company. The Induction Stimulation helps you to learn from your mistakes and to expend future time slots into more profitable workloads. The Action Plan

Do you stand at the top of a hill like a meerkat sentry watching out for predators or do you wait at the bottom of the hill for an easy entry. You have the appendages to make dreams come true and until you take the right action nothing will work out. How do you take the right action? How do you drive a car? How do you bake a cake? Becoming successful in life is not about reinventing the wheel but rather about revealing your dreams. Revealing your dreams makes you understand what is needed to fulfil and achieve them. If you want to pass your driving test you first do the research and then perform the search. The research is written in the stars.  The search is in the workload made up of a theory test, driving test and at least 30 individual lessons. The result is a driving licence that you have accomplished and fulfilled over a period of time in this instance approximately 6 months. If you want to increase your income again you first do the research which is made up increasing your hourly rate, studying to increase your knowledge, working overtime or working for yourself. You then perform the workloads attached to it and over a period of time you will be financially better off feeling accomplished and fulfilled. Sounds easy but is it. To learn to drive you need tuition or knowledge. To increase your income you also need tuition or knowledge. However sourcing the right tuition or knowledge plays a pivotal role in how your result fares out. How did I do it 20 years ago? How did I walk through the jungle of confusion and deceit without encountering problems and inhibitions? I did my research based on my goals but how did I go about getting the right search? What made me alert and not hurt, what made me successful and least stressful and what made me happy and not snappy? I based my venture to fulfilment and accomplishment on the parenthesis of ground rules which formulated the start of my journey. To reach the stardom of my venture I needed to follow a set of rules already laid down by someone that has done it before. This was and still remains my action plan. Ground rules create sound results. What comes next is my action plan based on a system of rules laid out by someone else who has successfully done it before. I call these rules Expound Rules. This is my deliverance to you from me in various formats to suit your needs. What are your Expound rules? Expound Rules were rules given to me to use and implement on a daily basis. Now I want to pass them onto you in exactly the same that I received them. We have done the ground rules, now we shall exercise the Expound Rules. Don’t pursue a goal or a resolution without adhering to Ground Rules and Expound Rules otherwise you will be punished and live in grievance.

Dear Friends it is sometimes quite hard to face our dilemmas and instead we prefer to live with them. This is futile. What we are actually doing is carrying stress in our pockets, in our dockets and in our rockets. The use of the word rocket in this instance refers to our vocation. The use of the word docket in this instance refers to our daily agenda. With reference to the above photo please establish what point on the Gauge of Progress are you at. This must be an honest assessment. Honesty equals to reliability plus integrity. If you have debts like Fred amounting to £25,000, say £25,000 and not £22,000. We sometimes like to lessen the effect of our dilemma to soften the blow. Be realistic and be scrupulous. Your initiation of your dilemma starts at the point of distress. It is openly distressful because you can feel the constant agony, sorrow and pain that your dilemma brings home each day. You are carrying it to bed and you are restless in your sleep. Once you have identified your dilemma or your distress you must confess. This is hard. It is something you have to face. You have to come clean and put everything on the table. Now that you have confessed you have to progress to the next stage and address your dilemma. Addressing your dilemma makes you concentrate and focus on the process of identifying what really troubles you. This could be finances, marital problems, litigation, illness, obesity, addictions or compulsions. Once addressed you then need to coalesce. The Art of Coalescing merges forces together helping you to reach your success a lot easier. It is about merging family members, friends, family, colleagues or professionals to assist you in your dilemma. If your dilemma is finances you need to coalesce the income of everyone at home. You need to do the maths by taking away the expenses and seeing how much you have left. The balance is your input to reduce your debts each month over a designated period. The next stage on your Progress Gauge is to Impress. You need to electrify everyone by showing them how you are progressing each month. Show them something tangible that they could see, feel or taste. The final stage is your success. Success comes last. It comes at the end of the designated period. It is a time for rejoice and a time for triumph. You did it, you reached the pinnacle of success and squashed a dilemma that gave you sleepless nights and endless worries. Tension is like the rain, it falls upon you and drenches your progress with extensive pressure when you least expect it to. Tension makes you rigid exhibiting stiffness in your body and stiffness in your actions. Tension puts strain on your thought processes. It drains you of your inspiration to do well. On one end you are being inspired and on the other end you are being uninspired. Tension is the converse of relaxation. Let us look at the word relaxation in greater detail. Relaxation is the lessening effect of tension. Relaxation fires you up to do well. This is why I always encourage you to share wholeheartedly your weekends in complete relaxation, you earned it now go out there and enjoy it. Relaxation is also about moderation. You need to slow down the rapid spur of your working week daily chores. Your body and your mind needs that pampering, it needs that boost to revive and survive. Relaxation helps. Relaxation can also be boosted by meditation. Meditation is actually holy medication. Meditation takes you on a spiritual journey, allowing you to contemplate what to do and what you can do. It makes you reflect on what you have already done and how to improve your performance. Meditation is also about acknowledging your soul as your source of eternal life. This is indeed an article on its own but it is an essential part of relaxation. Relaxation is also about self-analysis. I find that self-analysis is the most important aspect of my endeavours. Self-analysis for me makes me understand my needs and does not involve the feelings of others therefore my goals are truly mine and will always be altruistic. Going back to life tensions we need to overcome it by relaxation. I want you to carry this philosophy into October because the theme in October is that it shall be all ‘Over in October’. It shall be the end of your tension days where hectic meets eclectic. November will be less tense and December without tense. Hopefully by the end of December by self-analysis you shall spawn the perfect goals to liberate you 2015. There is only one stress and that is financial stress. Financial Stress or FSS or Financial Stress Syndrome is a real life disease epidemic designed to kill but to kill slowly. Knowledge is like a vast library of information but a niche area listed alphabetically so you could make you search in specific areas of your quagmire. Be open right this very second, what is your FSS? Commit to paper, now you can see it, it is real, staring at you. You have looked into the microscope of your problems. You are face to face with your dilemma, the problem area of your life where you go to bed stressed and wake up the next morning even more stressed. Stress holds a constant stigma in all our lives, lessening our lives and agitating our thought processes. Stress brings home the sullenness of a long day’s work. Stress brings home the anxiety felt at school over peer pressure and playground discourse. Stress is trauma as a result of witnessing an ordeal or experiencing one. Stress is about worries and the usual torment that worries brings with it from domestic issues to the catapulted form of financial migraines. Stress is pressure, pressure to cope with the complexities of life dusted upon us from dusk to dawn. Stress reduces lifespans and creates a very morbid outlook to what tomorrow holds. Stress makes you nervous and nervousness is certainly a medium that makes you constantly err in whatever you do in life as an individual or collectively as a partnership. The converse of stress which a meritocratic goal setter strives to have is the cheerful feeling of living to live. To breathe the goodness of life and to exhale the unwontedness of life. Less stressed is often expressed as an individual that leads a blessed life. He or she awakes knowing they have the blessings of our Heavenly Father, they believe that the anointing of such a blessing upon us is an internal and external protective shroud for them to maximise their potential each day. With an armour of sanctification and consecration they live life to its fullest. They know well in advance of the dangers of life for history shines a clear beacon of human fallacies and destruction. They live in anticipation of the worst and live in the climax of being the best in their chosen fields. They don’t seek to compete but rather work to get their jobs done. They understand their human responsibilities and they abide by the challenges needed to achieve accomplishment and fulfilment each working week of their working lives. Meritocratic Goal Setters don’t stop at retirement but resume a more charismatic lifestyle and a less melancholy portfolio showing their heeded talent to the most needed people. They know well about errors in life that people make and of the errors that they made and look maturely to override these fallacies that seem to stick with us for some unknown reasons. Maturity leads to security for the younger generation to follow and maturity helps to set moral standards for others of all ages to follow. This mentality leads to maximum output on a daily basis and the quest to live life to the fullest. I say onto you live a life that is stress-free and carry with you a shower of blessings from our Heavenly Father. This anointing usually attaches itself to you after early morning Prayers. Prayers illustrates your love for life and your love for the Giver of life. Be less stressed and more blessed from today until the end of time.
