In Search of Happiness

Countdown 80 - In Search of Happiness

Quote of the day

‘Finding Happiness is not as important as understanding what Happiness is all about. Equally to escape the entrapment of sadness is not as important until you understand why you got there in the first place.’

Welcome to a wonderful Tuesday, a day where inspiration comes alive in a different way. It comes in the form of a subtle quest to search. It is all about the search for happiness of which I believe that we all seek but do we really understand its true meaning. I would define Happiness as a realm of limitless pleasure bonded by a feeling of intense exhilaration, total delight and complete joy. Many of us would openly say that we are happy. However, we need to openly ask ourselves is our happiness long-term or short-term. Limitless pleasure is the acknowledged practice of having a strong desire and passion in all that you do, think or say. Limitless pleasure can be likened to a flow of a river, each molecule of water coalescing to create life for all that depend on it. It is limitless because it flows continually. It is limitless because it is abundant. It is limitless because it is free. If you can understand the power to obtain happiness without any financial commitment than you are half way, there. When you know that you have access to a medium designed especially for you 25% of your rewards comes rushing in and that is called delight. An employer may promise you a job but can never guarantee permanency. A bank manager can grant you a mortgage but never guarantee you a fixed interest rate. Everyone makes promises but very few will keep them. GOD’s promise to you is always there strong like a ray of light. Such a ray is so enlightening, satisfying and full of hope. Where else in the living world can you reach out your hand and be comforted? Where can you find peace in a forest of chaos? Where can you locate righteousness in a world riddled with unrighteousness? Everything you need to live is free from the hand of GOD. Everything you need to live from the hand of man has a price tag attached to it. Listen to the word of man and you shall listen to the sound of pain, the feeling of being drained and the constant train of a migraine. Listen to the word of GOD and you shall feel no pain, be under no strain, without a migraine, the ability to attain happiness and the power to obtain. Dear Friends, you need to grasp the full meaning of Happiness before you can embark on getting it. Many will follow the leader of the pack even though it may not always be the right way. I say onto you and verily too, follow your very instincts and be driven by them. Seek first the true meaning of happiness because grasping onto it. When you know that you are happy hold onto to it forever and ever. People will cunningly take away your possessions, but don’t let them come any near to taking away your happiness.

A taste of Honey

Countdown 81 -  A Taste of Honey

Quote of the day

‘Honey is the essence of pure sweetness. It is manufactured in harmony by worker bees that populate the air with a melodious tune. Today I want you to understand how effective you can be by being as sweet as honey.’

Welcome to the start of a new working week. With just 81 days to the New Year the excitement is slowly building up. Today I want to illustrate how effective you can be if you remain as sweet as honey. When you tap in the realm of sweetness you are actually experiencing the purity of the heavens above. Sweetness keeps you in a very spirited mood. It makes you pleasant, lovable and kind at heart. Your mechanism to perform positive work is at its peak when you are sweet like honey. Have you tasted honey recently and experienced the pureness of food in its most natural form that you can ever find? Honey is really worth more than money. It may sound a bit funny but it is true. Honey is really pure sweetness. It is collected from nectar in plants by a workforce of over 40,000 worker bees who then regurgitate them into special honeycombs in cultivated or natural beehives. With such an incredible ambience of coordination, combination and dedication bees are really a working example of success. A taste of honey should trigger you to become successful, however you do need that ambience of coordination, combination and dedication. Be like the bee, be free and glee. Always learn to agree at any degree. Always foresee ahead of you like a bee that hovers from flower to flower. Always see the light at the end of your tunnel and become a devotee to your worthy cause. Sweetness is a closer step to pureness. Always walk ahead with a mind-set of cleanliness, clarity, richness and vibrancy. Be like the worker bee that works to achieve their daily goals.

Application Quote

‘Manufacture daily on ounce of sweetness and you shall eventually own a hive of golden purity.’

Dear Friends, your life is too precious to be dragged into a trail of bitterness. A taste of honey will always help you to remain sweet. Love you all dearly and thank you ever so much for all your amazing RTs, DMs and emails. Have a wonderful working week.

A Blank Canvas

A Blank Canvas

Quote of the day

‘It is often easier to start from a blank canvas despite how severe your setback was. The good thing about this method is that you brush away the past, you don’t rush into the future and you remain hush about the present.’

A very warm welcome to your weekend, a coveted approach to chilling out from a long and tedious working week. I hope and pray that you are well, enjoying your day, flourishing in your say, making sure that you pray and of course ensuring that you don’t go astray. Today sees us embracing the middle of September 2016, do you feel accomplished and fulfilled at this pivotal part of the month.  This is quite a delicate question to ask because we all have different responsibilities and therefore experience different liabilities. Don’t worry I am here to help. Today I want you to start from nothing if things went wrong. I want you to start on a blank canvas and work your way outward. Like an artist I want you to use your imagination to try to etch onto the canvas the future of your life on planet Earth. Every stroke must be carefully etched onto the canvas detailing every step you need to take and every thought process that comes to mind. Action is always followed by a thought process. If you need a cuppa you will take action to make it. Good action plans yield good results. Sadly, bad action plans yield bad results and in some cases irreversible results. Therefore, the methodology forward is quite simple: Don’t rush, simply brush away and keep hush.

Application Quote

‘Don’t rush into anything. Formulate before you communicate. Always brush away bad and sad emotions and introduce good and happy moments. Finally, keep hush about your intentions, form an impression first and then let others know about it.’

We all seem to rush. We tend to augment simple tasks into difficult ones rather than segment difficult tasks into simpler ones. We need to brush away bad and sad emotions that can generally topple our day. We need to address our emotions in order to reduce stress. Less stress can get us out of the mess that we created. Less stress makes us less depressed and oppressed. Starting on a blank canvas clears the path forward and erases the path backward. Focus on what you have to do at this present moment. If it needs to be done, do it. If you cannot undertake it seek help or abandon it. Don’t sit on something and wait for a miracle to happen. Get on with it. Do it or leave it alone. I wish you a wonderful weekend. Take care

For the better or the worst

For the better or the worst

It’s often better to learn rather than churn. It is better to remain friendly rather than be unfriendly. It is better to have a better insight into something rather than fight about nothing. It is better to read about something instead to misread something else. It is better to believe in yourself to do something better tomorrow rather than grieve over something that has happened yesterday. It is better to go the extra mile rather than sit and ponder over the existing mile. It is better to be good at something rather than be bad at everything. It is better to love everything rather than hate just one thing. It is generally ideal to think before you ink rather than think after you ink. It is a good idea to have some idea of what you want to do in the next decade rather than have no idea what you want to do for the rest of your life. It is better to be fit rather than sit and think of being fit. It is better to walk a kilometre a day rather than talk about walking a kilometre one day. It is better to eat foods that keep you in a good mood rather than to eat foods that make you feel in a bad mood. It is better to travel the world rather than carry the world on your shoulders. It is better to have a million goals rather than having a bullion of gold. It is better to care, share and remain fair rather than despair, compare and swear. It is better to go green than be mean. It is better to be serene rather than intervene. It is better to live by your principles rather than to live amongst criminals or be a criminal. It is better to hope on a miracle rather than cope being miserable. It is better to live on optimism rather than cling onto pessimism. It is often better to have a positive mind that formulates positive actions rather than have a negative mind that formulates negative actions. It is often better to listen to what was written rather than listen to what is meant to be forgotten. It is better to trust someone that is just rather than trust someone than is unjust. For the better of for the worst.

Creative August – The month of Hyperactivity

Creative August – The month of Hyperactivity

Quote of the month

‘August 2016 is deemed the month of hyperactivity. It is the Science of being exceptionally active in order to achieve eternal success and happiness. In the past seven months you acquired various tools, essential power words, amazing quotes and riveting articles to stimulate you to take action every second of your day, August it is time to implement them.’

The use of the word hyper in this instance implies a phase of excitement in your life to acquire success and happiness stimulated by inspiration. White Rabbit! White Rabbit! White Rabbit! Welcome to the first day of August 2016. Sorry for the late tweets, my sister-in-law is here on holiday. Last night we went to the most exclusive Tandoori Restaurant in London, the food was good and the service was excellent. In the Databank Times there are reviews of restaurants around London with offers and discounts that you can get when you visit them. To achieve eternal success and happiness you need to be exceptionally active. To do this effectively you need to Merge Happiness and Success as one.  Merging Happiness and Success will always reveal a smile at the end of any day. They are like two peas in a pod. Many will seek success in the usual climatic way but are not necessarily happy. Some will try to pretend to be happy but are not really successful. To achieve success, you need to be happy. To remain happy, you to ensure you are climbing upwards rather than downwards. If you merge happiness and success together you will always attain a positive result. Who better to ask than me? I always set forth on my daily journey to work with happiness packed in my makeover. I never leave home feeling sad. If I do, then I know the outcome of my day will be ruined. The merging effect can be done effectively if you apply the SHARP Effect. The SHARP ensures that you merge happiness and success as one. The SHARP Effect consists of six potent words which will form the article of tomorrow. You need to be Subtractive, Hyperactive, Active, Attractive, Reactive and Proactive. The SHARP Effect is your useful application. Have a wonderful start to the month of August 2016. Take good care.

The Pinnacle of Success

The Pinnacle of Success

Welcome to all of you on a crisp Monday Morning, the final full working week of July 2016. Today I want to talk about the Pinnacle of your Success.

Quote of the day

‘The Pinnacle of One’s Success is not merited according to one’s wealth but rather to one’s health. Wealth is something that changes daily, it is a reversible reaction because you can change recession into progression and vice versa. Health on the other is not a reversible reaction because you cannot change depression or aggression into an impression because you generally leave a permanent imprint that lasts forever and ever. Health creates Wealth but Wealth cannot create Health.’

Explanation

‘All individuals have the right to have a life of equality. We differ immensely in our choices but the rudiments of life will always remain the same. To sustain your equality, think Health first and then let your Wealth follow you.’

Your choice in life could be a Rolls Royce or a Hyundai but both necessities in life do the same thing. They both carry you from point A to Point B. The right of equality does not mean that everyone needs a Rolls Royce or even a Hyundai. It is about choice and the practice of appreciating what you want in life or have in life that makes you comfortable and happy. To achieve this, you need good health. This is the primary objective of any meritocratic Goal Setter. Health first, Wealth second. Health creates Wealth, Wealth will never create good Health. To determine a good healthy lifestyle starts with a personal assessment. Your weight, your height, your pulse rate, your hate will all determine how great you are. Your weight is important and if it is not right you need to make it right by exercising good eating habits and proper physical workouts to suit you. At Universally Friendly I have a huge range of Healthy Recipes and Workouts for you to use. Your height determines your skeletal makeup. Stand with a good posture and you shall overcome osteoporosis and other bone disorders. You will aerate your discs and maintain the power to sit, remain fit, stand tall and have a firm hand from birth to death. Your pulse rate determines your physical level. Pulse rate is about how many times a minute your heart beats. You need to monitor your heart beat to ensure that your body is performing well and capable of producing a reasonable output. The Hate Factor in your life affects your performance. Have hate in your agenda and you have no agenda at all. Hate makes you late, it makes you feel overweight, it creates negativity, it affects your heart rate, it aggravates hostility and it agitates instability. Getting into a neutral zone where you remain serene, feel clean, avoid the caffeine, eat your beans, read a magazine and create the perfect scene is my sole recommendation.

Application Quote

‘Avoidance is always better than pursuance. Avoidance lasts for a few seconds, pursuance lasts for a lifetime.’

Don’t regress into a dress of hate. Hate is a time waster. Time is your most precious commodity. With a sound body and a sound mind you will have the power to generate wealth in an instant. The amount of wealth you require would be a personal assessment. Whatever it is it will always be achievable. Without a sound body or a sound mind you will never create wealth and you will certainly degenerate your health. Health is not a reversible reaction because you cannot change depression or aggression into an impression because you generally leave a permanent imprint that lasts forever and ever. Depression is the key cause to your noted health recession. Pump your mind and body with negativity and you will lower your ability to combat diseases. Depression leads to aggression. Aggression forms a very unpleasant impression to someone else. You may not remember your aggression but someone else will for the rest of eternity. My recommendation once again is being calm. If your health is poor you cannot remove the indentations, it has caused to your life but the healing process certainly can make you move on. Think wise, be wise, live wisely and focus on the next second. Focus on what you can do to make the next second better. Always remember, Health first and Wealth second. Ask someone like me and I can assure you that your Health is important. My health is good and I aim to live onto 100 years. My Wealth is also comfortable but I measure my success on how healthy I really am and not on how wealthy I am. Improve your Health and you will have the power to increase your Wealth. I wish you a healthy, wealthy and prosperous life.

Summer Fruits

Summer Fruits

Quote of the day

‘Summer Fruits often remind us of what we capable of producing at the end of our harvest. A Grape reminds us to get into shape. Peaches reminds us to visit our local beaches. Apples reminds us to pray in our local chapels. Berries reminds to be aware of our adversaries. A pear reminds us to care and share. An apricot for that incredible thought. Plums to remind us of our wonderful Mums. A lime to help us manage our time and to remain prime. Jackfruits to make us rather cute and a fig to remind us to think big.

Greetings and Salutations to all my friends from around the world on this penultimate weekend of July 2016. Today we are going to explore the wonderful world of fruits and use them to remind us of the rewards in life waiting for us to grasp onto them. Every effort in life produces a result. Fling a seed into the open soil and there is a likelihood that it may sprout into a fruit of that seed. Take a little effort and add it to the equation of life and there will be a good chance of that seed growing into a tree of its own. Add the right conditions and you shall be guaranteed to produce a worthy crop at the next annual harvest. It is all about effort, Dear Friends and a little bit of knowledge. Knowledge is always free but effort sometimes comes at a price. Using the right knowledge enables you to create that special crop of positive yields. Effort tweaks your bounty to unprecedented levels. Ask any successful people of the two contributing factors towards their success and they will openly tell you it is knowledge and effort. However, you do need the right knowledge to effect the end result.  Having mechanical knowledge on cars does not entirely help you to repair a truck or a bus although the principles maybe the same. Effort is an individual contribution. Bruce Lee once exerted himself beyond the limits to produce the outcome of a physique elite. Bill Gates sacrificed his time especially during his teenage life to the limits to source the right mathematical permutations to enable you to use various applications on your PC. Usain Bolt bolted across the Blue Mountains and tropical plains of Jamaica from a young age to become the fastest man in the world. Effort is indeed an individual contribution. If you have knowledge you are halfway there. Effort carries you for the rest of the year. Summer Fruits helps us to achieve this unique milestone in our lives. We definitely need to be and remain in shape so have a grape a day to remind you of that. A jog on your beach? Then reach for a peach and that will drive you to your nearest beach. Not spiritual enough to make your goals less tough, I suggest eating an apple to go to your chapel and pray from the bottom of your heart. Worried about uncertainties in your life? Have a bowl of berries because that will help you take care of your common adversaries. A pear will most certainly remind you to care and share. This is a prerequisite to succeed. You need your fellow human being beside you rather than against you. An apricot helps you to have that incredible thought like a light bulb moment. A plum reminds us to always love and remember our Mum. Time Management is always essential to a meritocratic goal setter so make sure you have a lime a day and to also help you remain prime. Now although these words rhyme it is never a crime to eat a fruit because of its incredible nutritional value. Fruits are packed with minerals, vitamins, anti-oxidants and phyto-nutrients. They keep our bodies healthy and our minds wealthy.
Application Quote

‘A fruit a day certainly helps you to pray, to keep the evildoer away, to help you find your way and to ensure that you never go astray.’

Application Quote 2

‘A fruit a day makes you have a really great day, enables you to express your say, makes you feel gay and less grey, ensures you feel great on your next birthday, helps you maintain a healthy buffet and helps to stop your teeth from decay.’

Why? Why does a fruit do these wonderful things? A fruit is natural, purely agricultural and from the heavens above. It is packed with the pureness and sureness of divinity. You cannot deny this. You can verify it quite easily.

Application Quote 3

‘You need trust do have thrust. You need belief to overcome grief and to get divine relief and you need passion in order to be draped in a unique fashion and to be drenched with compassion.’

Have a wonderful Saturday. It is your private time, so please make it special for you, your family and friends.

Summer Sensations

Summer Sensations

Quote of the day

‘Summer, the solstice of time and seasonal change is a motivational period for you to plan a seasonal change for you. It is a time for an annual break, to awake to the feeling of summer, to take an afternoon nap, to bake a cake or have a steak, to partake in endless fun, to indulge in a milkshake or a fruitcake, to undertake a summer chore and to make no mistakes like before.’

To enjoy something is to employ the best possible applications. To enjoy your Summer break you need to tap into the right applications. Dear Friends, if you plan you can make any period in your life different and memorable. Money is no obstacle. Life without money can be quite lovely, life with money can be quite funny. ‘The Seeds of Success’

‘The Seeds of Success’

Quote of the week

‘What you reap is what you sow. You will always be the result of your actions. Good actions yield good results. The seed to your success is crucial. Pick the right seed encrypted with the right nuclei and you shall reap a harvest that magnifies your input and amplifies your output. Work steadily to identify your chosen seeds and then live to glorify your final achievements.’

Bonus Quote

‘To assist you in proclaiming your glory I suggest choosing from a batch of noted seedling the following: Friends, Real Goals, Inspiration, Endurance, Nutrition, Dreams, Sacrifice, Happiness, Imagination and Patience.’

A very, very blessed morning to all my friends from around the world. I hope and pray that you are all well. Life is so plentiful, bountiful, beautiful, colourful, cheerful, graceful, delightful, wonderful, peaceful and so successful. It is a period of time that encapsulates a journey that can never be forgotten. It embraces knowledge at the beginning to be replaced by wisdom at the end. What you reap is what you sow. You will always be the result of your actions. Good actions yield good results. The seed to your success is crucial. Pick the right seed encrypted with the right nuclei and you shall reap a harvest that magnifies your input and amplifies your output. I suggest sowing the following seeds, Friends, Real Goals, Inspiration, Endurance, Nutrition, Dreams, Sacrifice, Happiness, Imagination and Patience. Friends are the nuclei of your overall success. Speak to every successful person in the world and you will find that friends made them what they are. Friends are your support and knowledge base to succeed. Your parents and siblings are your greatest friends. The next seed is Real Goals. Real Goals create Real People. Real People are those that have a life of appeal and passion of steel. They walk their journey to success in graceful steps of tolerance, understanding and patience. When they fall they are ready to start again. Inspiration is a vital seed to ALL meritocratic goal setters. They search for inspiration and they make their decisions based on the right inspiration. They float on a bed of Endurance, living with the stamina to overcome setbacks and building on their strength daily to oversee pitfalls. Nutrition is part and parcel of all meritocratic Goal Setters. They eat in moderation and live with consideration. They count they calories and are fully aware of their allergies. They maintain a steady BMI throughout their centenary journey on planet Earth. Dreams are what they are made up of. They dream well by capturing suitable footage during their day and edit it into epic goals to pursue. Sacrifice is something that meritocratic goals aim to live by. They don’t sit glued to the telly and avoid the possibility of a huge belly. They are willing to stay without and they are always aiming for a fulfilling working week. They are always very forgiving. A life of Happiness is something we all need to strive for. Happiness is a Pandora’s box of incredible surprises. Sadness is a signal box to prompt you to resume your happiness. A musical box generally helps to bridge the gap between sadness and happiness. It pays to have a vivid imagination. A Good Imagination enables you to build a Vision book of your future. A strong Imagination renders a life of creativity and ingenuity. They really do. People from all around the world will tell you of this. Finally, Dear Friends you need patience like the farmer that does his or her work and lets nature take its course. They don’t wait aimlessly, they have faith and get on with other chores whilst the seeds of their future germinate. Have patience, tomorrow will come. If your input is careful then tomorrow shall become eventful.

The Official Prescription to Happiness

The Official Prescription to Happiness

Quote of the day

Happiness Always Puts People In Natural Ecstasy Sundays to Sundays’

Bonus Quote

‘The Prescription to Happiness is to take one dose of Natural Ecstasy at the brink of your day and let it work through your day in a natural way.’

A very blessed Sunday to ALL my friends from around the world and thank you ever so much for finding the time to read and appreciate my inspirational words. Universally Friendly is indeed your one stop to a life of betterment, good temperament, constant achievement and to personal development.

Additional Bonus Quote

‘To take action you need positive attraction that brings total satisfaction for the rest of your life.’

One concept to positive attraction is a word used often in conversation but not entirely in implementation, and that word is Happiness. Happiness is a natural prescription to alleviate you from the adversities of life and to deviate you from the perversities of your daily encounters. Happiness is found at the source of life, it originates from above and falls below onto the face of the Earth as a water droplet. Happiness is life, without the water droplet life will cease to exist. Happiness is also found beneath the Sun's strong rays. Place your hand under the Sun and you shall see the glow of glory and the flow of jolly. Glory to the angels that protect us from danger and jolly to the 7 billion people that wake up each day to serve the world at large. Happiness is about collaboration amongst all, consideration for all, harmonisation in every heart and participation from every soul. Happiness is positive energy that makes you smile, makes you live in style, triggers you to laugh and always manifests as peace and unity. Happiness is to agree, sadness is to disagree. Happiness is an auditorium of peace, sadness is a crematorium of hate. Dear Friends, you need Happiness in your life from the brink of dawn until the link to dusk where nocturnal creatures go to work and when diurnal creatures take a rest. Take a dose of Happiness by clasping your palms to touch the early morning dew and let the sunshine flow like energy from a light bulb. Have a happy Sunday, have a happy Monday and have a lifetime of happiness.

Peace on Earth

Peace on Earth

Quote of the day

‘What is the real meaning of peace. Everyone chants peace but do we really understand its true meaning. Peace manifests into a mainstream of harmony when men, women, boys and girls walk together hand in hand. Peace is likened to the calmness of the waters from the glaciers at the top of the North Pole to the breakers at the bottom of the South Pole. Peace is the silence you acknowledged when you meditate at the early hours of the morning, it is the silence that you hear when you concentrate during your day and it is the silence that you experience when you contemplate your next move into the next second of your earthly life. Peace is tranquillity when you are in deep prayer establishing concord with yourself and with the heavens above.’

To eradicate conflict from the face of the earth and to annul war in the corridors of confusion we need peace. Welcome to Friday, the 10th of June 2016. I would like to share with you an article that I wrote on the subject of peace, whilst travelling to work. Peace is the conduit to friendship. It is a lifeline of support and a pillar of strength for the weak and the meek. Peace is about the stillness of life. When you peer into a canvas of an artist’s impression of peace you are immediately drawn into the value of life. Peace destresses you. It is a gentle therapy to brush away the tensions of your day. Peace is the recipe for purity and the remedy for insecurity. Peace embraces the young and the old, the wise and the unwise, the gentle and the judgemental and the successful and the unsuccessful. Peace is alive but kept under an eiderdown of deceit making the concept of life confusion with a blend of goodness and badness fused together. I want you to start your weekend with an infusion of peace. harmony and love and remove the confusion of war, discord and hate. I want you to explore the true meaning of peace by experiencing love at home, love in the woods and love in your heart. I want you to love every second of your weekend and use it to propel you forward into a world of wonder, intrigue and mystique. The use of the word intrigue in this instance implies a world of charm, beauty and elegance. The use of the word mystique in this instance implies a world surrounded in an aura of charisma, magic and fascination. I wish you a wonderful and peaceful weekend. May you embrace each other at home and open the doors to the world of your adventure.

‘Finding out the truth helps you to find out your purpose in life.’

‘Finding out the truth helps you to find out your purpose in life.’

Quote of the day

Speak the truth, tell the truth, think truly, act truthfully, go to bed knowing the truth, wake up to discover the truth, talk the truth, listen to the truth, discover the truth and recover from the truth. Do this daily and you shall find out your real purpose in life.’

Bonus Quote

‘Everything in life has a purpose. Animals do, plants do too. We have a purpose and so do objects. A light post has a purpose, so does a mountain. Everything you see, feel and acquire has a purpose.’

Welcome to the final day of another working week in the gallant month of May 2016. May your efforts this week be rewarded with a splendid weekend. Dear Friends, I chose to write these articles based on the TRUTH because I believe there is nothing better than the TRUTH. The word TRUTH can be used as an acronym too for it actually holds five magical words for our personal use.

Special Quote

‘The word TRUTH contains five magical words: Training, Righteousness, Understanding, Trust and Happiness.’

Proper Training is an absolute must for all meritocratic goal setters. Training is Education. It is the Science of Exercising, Preparing, Instructing and Guiding. Speaking and listening to the truth ensures you get the right training. Righteousness is about setting standards in Education, it is based on good morals and good standards. Teach a child the truth and they shall become good, moral and honest. Teach a child lies and they shall become bad, immoral and dishonest. Understanding the Truth is important. The Truth is about the life and the purpose of it. A righteous lifestyle is more productive in the long run. An unrighteous lifestyle gives a momentary lapse of joy and happiness. It usually lasts for probably a day or two. When you speak the TRUTH you create Trust. Trust is the foundation to true friendship. Friends are a necessity in a vast planet like ours. We need friends to overcome enemies. We need friends to exchange knowledge. We need friends to make the world a better place. If you want Happiness in your life you need to find the right Training to live a righteous life.  When the Truth is uttered you need to understand it. Once understood you need to pass it on. This creates Trust. A lot of people keep information for themselves. They hide it under a closet. This generally dissolves Trust. Please do join me over the weekend when you shall speak more about the truth and nothing but the truth.

Happy Foods

Happy Foods

Quote of the day

‘One of the key generators to happiness is foods, categorised essentially as happy foods. Happy foods are called happy because they have the right constituents to create little bubbles of energy to drive you to be happy all day.’

A very Happy Sunday to you from me, Anthony Pan on an illustrious Sunday where the Sun today makes its appearance in a magnificent way. The Sun is also a generator of Happiness. Sunshine always brings home a happy smile. It is a wake-up call to create a day of remembrance, a day of fulfilment and a day of joy and happiness. Happy Foods are categorised by their colour, natural state and by their distinct smells. The green Happy Foods are good for you. They are the carriers of reminders, reminding us that we need to be green, act green and eat green. Green Foods that come to mind are broccoli, edamame, watercress, spinach, herbs, avocados, kale, prickly pears, kiwi fruits and seaweed. The next category of happy foods is colourful foods. The fruits take their precedent here. Good fruits help to create the perfect blend of goodness, kindness and gentleness to your system. Good fruits that spring to mind are acai berries. apples, bananas, grapefruits, blueberries, cantaloupe, cherries and citrus fruits. Harmony Foods are the next category. Harmony Foods are called harmony when you get children involved in the preparation. Suddenly the kitchen becomes a hub of activity, a library of information and a playground of knowledge. Harmony Foods are you grains that take away the strains in your life. The pulses that regulate your own pulse and the noisy foods that create character sounds when eaten. Next comes the muscle builders or the protein foods. Protein foods are good for all ages and the eggs, cereals and nuts are the recommended ones. The next category is the snack foods. Snack foods or Natural foods are foods that you can eat without changing their chemistry. These foods are carrots, celery sticks, cucumbers, radishes, lettuce, tomatoes, pears, apples, mangoes and beetroot. Finally, there are the Moderate Foods. I call them moderate foods because you need to eat them in strict moderation. These foods are vital core ingredients to your success but need to be eaten in scanty amounts. Such foods are your cereal, your breads, your rice, your noodles and your pastas. There is one category of food to also include which you may not like at all and this is called the Elimination Foods. I say onto to you and verily too, if you can eliminate them, then eliminate them with immediate effect. You don’t need them in your diet and you can live more confidently without them in the years ahead. These foods are your meats, poultry and certain fish such as the shellfish. Red meats are usually pumped with nitrates to visually make the meat to appear red. Such additives are carcinogenic. Carcinogenic foods put you to the risk of having cancer. Also try to eliminate foods that are cariogenic such as sweets. Cariogenic Foods promote the development of tooth decay. Dear Friends, always live in the happy medium. Surround yourself with happiness. Make you shopping basket look happy. Bring in the family into the kitchen and educate them on what is right and what is wrong. Pay more and get less at the supermarket checkout. Don’t pay less to get more. Have a wonderful Sunday. Be rested, be relaxed, be happy, be joyful, be friendly, be understanding and always be friendly.

Workable Goals Vs Unworkable Goals

Workable Goals Vs Unworkable Goals

Quote of the day

‘The real difference between a workable goal and an unworkable goal is that one is doable where passion and desire is at a summit whilst the other is undoable where passion and desire is always at a trough or did not really exist in the first place.’

Welcome to the last working day of April 2016. Yesterday’s tweets must have alarmed you. It was very terse, lacked the usual verse and it seemed more like the converse of inspiration meaning it was rather disincentive. To the contrary, it was actually a prose of contrasting character that certainly made me think of my goals. It made me think of the following. Did I achieve my goals? Did I perceive my goals as they manifested into something real? Did I believe that I had the ability to accomplish them? It would appear that we all make the common mistake at the end of a year and that is to create goals. We tend to assume the responsibility of a goal without understanding its true ramifications. Every goal in life is attached to a responsibility. It requires determination, sacrifice, commitment and dedication. Goals are generally derived from a need, a desire or a passion. Without such a drive goals can slowly fizzle away. This is why I said yesterday, always step into a shoe that fits. Goals need to be realistic. You cannot become a grand slam winner at the age of 50 but you certainly can become very proficient at tennis. You cannot lose weight overnight. A good and recommended dietary plan can allow you to lose weight effectively rated at around 2kg per week. When creating goals, you need to start off with a dream. A dream is like a test drive of a goal.  When you awake you generally have an elated feeling, such a feeling drives you to pursue a goal. Your life is a precious gift bestowed upon you equated to 100 years or 86,400 seconds per day. How you manage your time on planet earth will generally surmise whether your goals will materialise or not. An unselfish goal will always materialise because it is energised with passion and desire. Use your weekend ahead of you to determine whether your goals are workable or unworkable. Focus on the workable goals and shelf the unworkable ones for later. When there is a valued need you can always review then. Doing this assessment of your goals will help you to achieve more rather than less. I wish you a wonderful weekend. Use it to say farewell to a bubbly month in April and also welcome the month of May into life.

POWER

POWER

Quote of the day

‘Power can best be described as your personal competence to perform a particular workload. It is equated to your individual strength which can vary and it determines how well you perform in any aspect of your life.’

Greetings and salutations to yet another wonderful day in a wonderful month. It may be a tad cold but always remember that your life is as gold, as a marigold.

Power in your life shines like the petal on a marigold flower, glistening in the early hours of the morning dew. Bees, butterflies and birds can see it from a distance. As it gives it also receives. It has power and so do you. Yesterday we spoke about courage. It is easy to say be courageous at the worst of times but you need to know how to ignite the power in you first. Power is something that you need to develop, to accrue and to allow it to manifest. What cannot be done today can always be achieved later on because if you lack the power you need to develop it first. Very much like a weightlifter extra power is always needed to lift an extra kilo. Your mind and your body needs to work together. We spoke about nutrition and exercise recently. Eating the right foods helps and exercising in the right way helps too. I learnt the hard way to identify and eat the right foods. As an example I know that I need to eat extra fibre to maintain my strength. The general and accepted formula is to consume 15g of fibre for every 1000 calories eaten. You need to understand the chemistry of your foods. This allows you to assimilate power in the right way. Exercising is essential, however you need someone to train you and this is why I recommended those series of exercises for you to choose. Each exercise DVD comes with your own personal trainer to guide you to fortify power in your muscles in the right way. With the right power you can overcome any obstacle in your life. You can move a difficult situation into a different quadrant of your life. You can remove a financial obstacle with confidence. You can prove that you have the ability to overcome your fear. You can approve something before committing to it or you can disapprove something without been pressured to commit to it. Power enables you do this. Power is personal. You are the user of your personal power. You can build on your power using the right nutritional and exercise methods as I have outlined and you can use power in the way it suits you. What one person does may not necessarily be suitable for another person. Therefore, you don’t need to have a body like Arnold or Sly. You just need to be you, healthy, happy and competent. This is your life. Your life is a precious gift. It has power to do amazing things. It has the power to accomplish and fulfil. It has the power to endure. Do it, be it, say it, have it, love it, enjoy it, give it, embrace it, caress it, increase it and share it. This is your life from start to finish.
