A taste of Honey

Countdown 81 -  A Taste of Honey

Quote of the day

‘Honey is the essence of pure sweetness. It is manufactured in harmony by worker bees that populate the air with a melodious tune. Today I want you to understand how effective you can be by being as sweet as honey.’

Welcome to the start of a new working week. With just 81 days to the New Year the excitement is slowly building up. Today I want to illustrate how effective you can be if you remain as sweet as honey. When you tap in the realm of sweetness you are actually experiencing the purity of the heavens above. Sweetness keeps you in a very spirited mood. It makes you pleasant, lovable and kind at heart. Your mechanism to perform positive work is at its peak when you are sweet like honey. Have you tasted honey recently and experienced the pureness of food in its most natural form that you can ever find? Honey is really worth more than money. It may sound a bit funny but it is true. Honey is really pure sweetness. It is collected from nectar in plants by a workforce of over 40,000 worker bees who then regurgitate them into special honeycombs in cultivated or natural beehives. With such an incredible ambience of coordination, combination and dedication bees are really a working example of success. A taste of honey should trigger you to become successful, however you do need that ambience of coordination, combination and dedication. Be like the bee, be free and glee. Always learn to agree at any degree. Always foresee ahead of you like a bee that hovers from flower to flower. Always see the light at the end of your tunnel and become a devotee to your worthy cause. Sweetness is a closer step to pureness. Always walk ahead with a mind-set of cleanliness, clarity, richness and vibrancy. Be like the worker bee that works to achieve their daily goals.

Application Quote

‘Manufacture daily on ounce of sweetness and you shall eventually own a hive of golden purity.’

Dear Friends, your life is too precious to be dragged into a trail of bitterness. A taste of honey will always help you to remain sweet. Love you all dearly and thank you ever so much for all your amazing RTs, DMs and emails. Have a wonderful working week.

The Power to Resolve

The Power to Resolve

Quote of the day

‘Bitterness has divided nations and sweetness  have created nations. Sudden confrontations have no foundation, agitation weakens your foundation and temptation always breaks foundations. Arbitration may give you some form of compensation, litigation will have its limitations, sequestration is followed by administration and interrogation often results in incrimination. Why do we waste valuable time when the power to resolve will absolve you and dissolve any nastiness that comes upon you.

implement in Welcome to your wonderful weekend, however weekends can fall apart and turn sweetness into bitterness. I want to talk about ‘The Power to Resolve’, it is a methodology or an application to order maintain a good temperament. Confrontation makes men and women go to battle in vain. History shows this quite clearly. Arguments and unnecessary quarrels have no place in a meritocratic goal setter’s agenda. Agitation makes you worry intensely and makes you immensely sorry later on. Is it worth it? Temptation lures you to your doom like a spider to an insect. Temptation has been our fallacy for so long. Is it worth making the same mistake again and again? Legal disputes often make you end up with a lawsuit that is a long as your arm. DO you really need this in your life? Your life is your greatest asset. As a human-being you have the right to enjoy and to implement your purpose in life and that is to serve. Turning sweetness into bitterness stalls your progress in life. The power to resolve helps you to do just that. Firstly. you need to remember that avoidance is always better than pursuance. Secondly. you need to understand it is better to turn the right cheek when you are in the firing line of a critique. Thirdly you need to stick to your guns. Your agenda governs your day so follow exactly what is written in your agenda. It helps to keep you focussed. Fourthly, never pass judgement on someone else. Don’t be repugnant, reluctant or indignant. Finally, appreciate what little you have in order to avoid depreciating settling in. When you learn to appreciate you will affect a steady growth rate in all that you do. I wish you a wonderful weekend from the bottom of my heart. Take good care.

Switch or Ditch

Switch or Ditch

Quote of the day

‘It is time to Switch to Sweetness and a time to Ditch bitterness.

Quote 5

‘In order to experience the sweetness of your life you sometimes need to experience the bitterness of someone else’s life.’

Welcome to your weekend, a period of renaissance where revitalisation gets to work on you and where you get out of work. Today I would like to talk about Switch or Ditch. June 2016 is deemed the month of Selectivity, therefore it is appropriate to start switching and ditching. Today I want to focus on Sweetness and Bitterness. Sweetness can best be described as a harmonious experience where pleasantness, freshness, pureness and attractiveness hovers around you. Pleasantness is particularly noted over the weekends when everyone is agreeable on where to go, what to eat and what to watch. Freshness comes alight when everyone participates in household chores reviving the lustre that often disappears during the weekdays. Pureness is about the clarity in everyone’s speech, in their thoughts and in their actions. Finally, attractiveness gets noticed. You appreciate not only those around you but yourself and this is extremely important. Conversely bitterness makes its presence during the weekdays where stress, oppress, depress and suppress are words that linger in the corridors of your life. Bitterness can best be described as a discordant experience where unpleasantness, sullenness, animosity and anger hovers around you. Unpleasantness occurs in all areas of life from commuting to executing, from decisions to indecisions and from proposals to counterproposals. Sullenness is the highlight of all busy bodies as they pace their way into the corridors of their daily chores. Animosity is the key factor to tension, dissension, suspension, apprehension and prevention in the work area. Finally, anger creates the perfect mental ‘brimstone’ to ignite flares to regretful words, remorseful actions and contrite thoughts. Can we switch to sweetness when bitterness is open us? Yes, we can. However, we need to ditch the bitterness first. Feelings of bitterness can last for a lifetime. Yesterday we spoke about Professional Editing. As soon as bitterness enters the limelight of our lives we need to professionally edit it by pressing the delete button. We need to ditch the bitterness that is upon us and switch to sweetness. To do this we need to playback fond memories of the past. Bitterness needs to dissolve in a solution of sweetness. You need to develop the technique by constantly playing back fond memories of your life. Have a splendid evening. Embrace the evening atmosphere with contentment and enchantment.

The Sweetness of Success

The Sweetness of Success

Quote of the day

‘In order to appreciate the sweetness of life we need sometimes to experience the bitterness of life itself. This is why the road to Success can be as endearing as a laden vehicle travelling upstream on a venture of quest, knowledge and wisdom.’

An embracing welcome to Tuesday the 19th of January 2016. It is bitterly cold in good old London Town with temperatures plummeting. We have past the middle of January 2016, with 337 days remaining in the year we can make significant changes to our lives if we wanted to. Sometimes changes can be difficult. Despite our obvious determination somehow or somewhere an opposing force awaits us. What will tomorrow hold for you? Will it be a day of dismay, will it be the usual Wednesday or will it be a day that pays? Building on life’s experiences helps you to cope in the good times and in the bad times. If you had a bitter day yesterday, then look at ways of making it a better day tomorrow. Yesterday’s experience can become tomorrow’s perseverance. Sometimes we want to blame someone else for our own wrongdoings. This is quite wrong. We need to learn from our own experiences and ensure that we don’t make them again. To maintain a constant and composite day, you need to abide by a set of rules that has previously worked.  In my third book, The Key to Happiness I state quite clearly how important it is to follow instructions and how to abide by them so that we avoid getting into trouble. Learning from our mistakes helps us to avoid making them again. These are called life skills. There are so many factors that can topple your day. A train or a tube strike could disrupt your day. Your PC can interrupt your day if it crashes. Tempers can erupt if people step on each other’s toes. Every single day has its ups and downs. You need to learn from those discomforting moments and ensure that you don’t make the same mistake again. Start by living in anticipation. Make preparations for the unexpected. Have a backup plan and implement it when the need arises. Seek help when your troubles start to become a pile of rubble. In order to appreciate the sweetness of life we need sometimes to experience the bitterness of life itself. As the idiom goes, ‘Once bitten, twice shy’. Always try to avoid making the same blunder again and again.

THE GTS FORMULA - Greet, Treat and be Sweet

Greet, Treat and be Sweet
Quote of the day
‘Wake up this fine morning and greet the person next to you with a joyful smile. Exercise a moment of ostentation and offer a fabulous treat with a little sweetness attached to the proposal. Now get up and do it and see what a difference it will make to your day.’

May I take this unique opportunity to wish you a sweet weekend because you are indeed lovable, charming and appealing? You are indeed lovable because GOD told me so. He told me that you are adorable for your constant admiration of life. He told me that you are attractive like the summer blossom. He told me that you are delightful in your mannerism and approach to a new day. He told me that you are extremely captivating in your daily prayer. I believe in our Heavenly Father for what He says is good enough for me. You are indeed lovable, charming and appealing. Today I want you to expand on these unequivocal qualities that you have and to bring out the radiance in you despite the dullness that maybe around you. As you awake I want you to greet the first person that you see with incredible verbosity energised with vivacity. I want you to make them feel that you are part of them and they are indeed part of you. I want you to overwhelm them with a statement of impromptu and offer them a fabulous treat. I want this treat to be beyond your imagination and not limited to your circumstances. I want you to incite pleasure in the person that you greeted. I want you to delight them with the onset of a new weekend. I want you to indulge in a bath of blissfulness and to carry this momentum into the entire weekend. This is where your energy that we spoke about yesterday is needed so vitally. I want you to make your weekend as sweet as honey and as pure as the summer blossom. I want you to add a scent of niceness and a perfume of delightfulness. I want you to enjoy every second that passes you so that every action that you make will result in total satisfaction. I want you to realise that marching out of March 2015 is a trigger to accept April as a new month and a new beginning for a new adventure in a new time zone filled with expectancies and adversaries. Expectancies is what we live towards and adversaries is what we need to overcome. I want you to indulge in comfort from a hearty breakfast to a party of joy and happiness. It is something not impossible but certainly doable. It can be done if you try. It may rain but rain sheds all pain away. It may snow in the foothills of the Himalayas but snow is the plateau of pureness. There may be a gale or unwanted mail, I say onto you just sail the weekend like a sperm whale, so majestic and so unperturbed.  Don’t let setbacks make you spoil a weekend that has been designated for you and for your family. Don’t forget the GTS formula in every endeavour that you make. The GTS formula states that we need to Greet, Treat and be Sweet every day. Today I want you to give it a try.

Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day
Quote of the day
‘Love is such a phenomenal energy that floats around us like clouds above the atmosphere and below the heavens. Love is tender, love is about fondness, love is passion, love is ardour and love is sweet. Love is a universal language and differs from lust which a universally unknown except to those that live by it.’

Love is eternal, endless, ceaseless, perpetual, undying and unending. Love starts at birth but radiantly manifests itself through the course of time. Love is energy of a different kind. Love touches the heart and the soul and lingers in your mind all the time. Love is a feeling that brings sensation to oneself. Love is amity amongst nations and prevents war and great losses of lives. Love is passion that brings desire into the equation. Love is devotion to our Heavenly Father and this love is sweet, pure and dear. Love is about fondness to all living and non-living entities. Love is about affection for the young and for the old. Love is warmth and the feeling of love creates cordiality to all mankind. Love is angelic, so tender, so divine and so pure. Love is adoration for our children and their children too. Love is tenderness. Love is gentleness and love is about kindness. Love is for all and not just for a few. Love is about worship in prayer and in meditation. Love is about bonding. Love is about man and woman. Love unites and never divides. Love is remembered as in Valentine’s Day where roses are red and violets are blue. Love is everywhere and everyday not just on Valentine’s Day but in all 365 days the world over. I urge you to love. I urge you love all. I urge you to love your wife. I urge you to love your children. I urge you to love your pets. I urge you to love thy neighbours. I urge you to love your country and I urge you to love your planet. Let us make every day seem like Valentine’s Day. Make every day special in your life. Give love generously and you shall receive it generously. Don’t throw lust into the equation because lust a greed. Lust is a must. Lust makes you go bust. Lust makes you hunger and anger. Lust is covetousness, it is desire in fire. Love is cupidity seeking nudity and ends up being stupidity. Dear Friends, love and not lust. Have a wonderful Valentine’s Day and let this day profuse into the corridors of your life.

Greet the day, Meet the day and be Sweet on the day

‘Greet the day, Meet the day and be sweet on the day’
Quote of the day
‘Every day is an epoch in your life, therefore you need to greet, meet and be sweet each day from diurnal to nocturnal. Do this and a bespoke treat awaits you that will complete 2015 in a magnificent way.’

Nothing can take away take the delight of sweetness. Sweetness is like the pureness of the heavens above. Sweetness is about adoring your life and the lives of other people that make the world so wonderful and appealing. Sweetness is about harmony in the corridors of your occupancy. Sweetness is the pleasantness of your life and of the lives of people that mingle with you. Sweetness is about the mellifluousness of enrichment from the subtleness of the angels above that keep us warm to the angels below that hold our hands when we walk alone. Sweetness is about the beauty of our planet, about the curvature of the valleys and the undulations of the waves that hit the breakers in a gentle touch. Sweetness is about the loveliness of your heart, your soul and your mind pouring with the zest to do well onto others. Sweetness is about the freshness of nature that fills the saddened and polluted air with new bursts of fresh and aromatic molecules waiting to profuse the atmosphere. Sweetness is about the melody that the birds chirp and the harmony of the gently breeze that floats amongst the leaves. Without sweetness there is harshness, sourness and unkindness. Don’t start your day without sweetness. Greet the day with bouts of laughter that can be heard a distant away. Smile at someone and give a helping hand to the ant that wandered off course. Greet the dandelion the hovers above you and greet the spider that looks over you. Greet the elderly and make them feel warm and appreciated. Greet the Bus Driver, greet the florist, greet the milkman and greet the janitor. Every little greet creates a happy street. Every little greet makes the world look neat. Every little greet is like a special treat for someone else. Meet your day with bravery and courage. Meet possibilities and meet impossibilities. Meet sadness with gladness. Meet poverty with a gesture of goodwill. Meet abuse with a compliment. Meet rejection with eventual acceptance. Meet negativity with a dose of positivity. Meet the Preacher, meet the Teacher, meet the creatures too that crawl with 8 or 100 legs. Meet the insult by hoping for a better result. Meet the day with sweetness and greet the day with your genuine love. Do this for the next 362 days and a treat bespoke to your needs shall await you before the dawn of 2016.
