The Power to Resolve

The Power to Resolve

Quote of the day

‘Bitterness has divided nations and sweetness  have created nations. Sudden confrontations have no foundation, agitation weakens your foundation and temptation always breaks foundations. Arbitration may give you some form of compensation, litigation will have its limitations, sequestration is followed by administration and interrogation often results in incrimination. Why do we waste valuable time when the power to resolve will absolve you and dissolve any nastiness that comes upon you.

implement in Welcome to your wonderful weekend, however weekends can fall apart and turn sweetness into bitterness. I want to talk about ‘The Power to Resolve’, it is a methodology or an application to order maintain a good temperament. Confrontation makes men and women go to battle in vain. History shows this quite clearly. Arguments and unnecessary quarrels have no place in a meritocratic goal setter’s agenda. Agitation makes you worry intensely and makes you immensely sorry later on. Is it worth it? Temptation lures you to your doom like a spider to an insect. Temptation has been our fallacy for so long. Is it worth making the same mistake again and again? Legal disputes often make you end up with a lawsuit that is a long as your arm. DO you really need this in your life? Your life is your greatest asset. As a human-being you have the right to enjoy and to implement your purpose in life and that is to serve. Turning sweetness into bitterness stalls your progress in life. The power to resolve helps you to do just that. Firstly. you need to remember that avoidance is always better than pursuance. Secondly. you need to understand it is better to turn the right cheek when you are in the firing line of a critique. Thirdly you need to stick to your guns. Your agenda governs your day so follow exactly what is written in your agenda. It helps to keep you focussed. Fourthly, never pass judgement on someone else. Don’t be repugnant, reluctant or indignant. Finally, appreciate what little you have in order to avoid depreciating settling in. When you learn to appreciate you will affect a steady growth rate in all that you do. I wish you a wonderful weekend from the bottom of my heart. Take good care.

Switch or Ditch

Switch or Ditch

Quote of the day

‘It is time to Switch to Sweetness and a time to Ditch bitterness.

Quote 5

‘In order to experience the sweetness of your life you sometimes need to experience the bitterness of someone else’s life.’

Welcome to your weekend, a period of renaissance where revitalisation gets to work on you and where you get out of work. Today I would like to talk about Switch or Ditch. June 2016 is deemed the month of Selectivity, therefore it is appropriate to start switching and ditching. Today I want to focus on Sweetness and Bitterness. Sweetness can best be described as a harmonious experience where pleasantness, freshness, pureness and attractiveness hovers around you. Pleasantness is particularly noted over the weekends when everyone is agreeable on where to go, what to eat and what to watch. Freshness comes alight when everyone participates in household chores reviving the lustre that often disappears during the weekdays. Pureness is about the clarity in everyone’s speech, in their thoughts and in their actions. Finally, attractiveness gets noticed. You appreciate not only those around you but yourself and this is extremely important. Conversely bitterness makes its presence during the weekdays where stress, oppress, depress and suppress are words that linger in the corridors of your life. Bitterness can best be described as a discordant experience where unpleasantness, sullenness, animosity and anger hovers around you. Unpleasantness occurs in all areas of life from commuting to executing, from decisions to indecisions and from proposals to counterproposals. Sullenness is the highlight of all busy bodies as they pace their way into the corridors of their daily chores. Animosity is the key factor to tension, dissension, suspension, apprehension and prevention in the work area. Finally, anger creates the perfect mental ‘brimstone’ to ignite flares to regretful words, remorseful actions and contrite thoughts. Can we switch to sweetness when bitterness is open us? Yes, we can. However, we need to ditch the bitterness first. Feelings of bitterness can last for a lifetime. Yesterday we spoke about Professional Editing. As soon as bitterness enters the limelight of our lives we need to professionally edit it by pressing the delete button. We need to ditch the bitterness that is upon us and switch to sweetness. To do this we need to playback fond memories of the past. Bitterness needs to dissolve in a solution of sweetness. You need to develop the technique by constantly playing back fond memories of your life. Have a splendid evening. Embrace the evening atmosphere with contentment and enchantment.

The Sweetness of Success

The Sweetness of Success

Quote of the day

‘In order to appreciate the sweetness of life we need sometimes to experience the bitterness of life itself. This is why the road to Success can be as endearing as a laden vehicle travelling upstream on a venture of quest, knowledge and wisdom.’

An embracing welcome to Tuesday the 19th of January 2016. It is bitterly cold in good old London Town with temperatures plummeting. We have past the middle of January 2016, with 337 days remaining in the year we can make significant changes to our lives if we wanted to. Sometimes changes can be difficult. Despite our obvious determination somehow or somewhere an opposing force awaits us. What will tomorrow hold for you? Will it be a day of dismay, will it be the usual Wednesday or will it be a day that pays? Building on life’s experiences helps you to cope in the good times and in the bad times. If you had a bitter day yesterday, then look at ways of making it a better day tomorrow. Yesterday’s experience can become tomorrow’s perseverance. Sometimes we want to blame someone else for our own wrongdoings. This is quite wrong. We need to learn from our own experiences and ensure that we don’t make them again. To maintain a constant and composite day, you need to abide by a set of rules that has previously worked.  In my third book, The Key to Happiness I state quite clearly how important it is to follow instructions and how to abide by them so that we avoid getting into trouble. Learning from our mistakes helps us to avoid making them again. These are called life skills. There are so many factors that can topple your day. A train or a tube strike could disrupt your day. Your PC can interrupt your day if it crashes. Tempers can erupt if people step on each other’s toes. Every single day has its ups and downs. You need to learn from those discomforting moments and ensure that you don’t make the same mistake again. Start by living in anticipation. Make preparations for the unexpected. Have a backup plan and implement it when the need arises. Seek help when your troubles start to become a pile of rubble. In order to appreciate the sweetness of life we need sometimes to experience the bitterness of life itself. As the idiom goes, ‘Once bitten, twice shy’. Always try to avoid making the same blunder again and again.
