Welcome to your weekend, a period of 48 hours packed with fun, relaxation and joy. Never underestimate the benefits of your weekend. Enjoyed it, enjoy every second of it. Use it to revive your ambitions and use it to drive your goals to the next level. Sometimes during our weekends, we do tend to get side-tracked when the phone rings. Communication is good and communication can sometimes become bad. This is due to the DIAL Syndrome. Many of us are often deterred from answering our phone because we often end up with the DIAL Syndrome. The DIAL Syndrome works both ways. It could be a hoax call which can leave you feeling Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. It could also be a coax call which can leave you feeling Determined, Inspired, Aspired or Liberated. Communication is important but communication can also be a narration of poor translation. Telesales often leaves you feeling Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. They want to sell but repel you with their usual dispel. Communication is important because we need to talk rather than block, we need to understand rather than misunderstand. So when you DIAL always aim to make someone smile. You need to understand their feeling as well as your own. You need to go the extra mile to make the right conversation. Your narration must be applauded with a standing ovation. This helps to develop your profile and create a style that makes people want to talk with you. Be honest, be earnest, be the greatest, be the coolest, be modest, be the truest, be the simplest and always be the gentlest. Don’t DIAL to make someone to feel Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. Create friends, don’t create enemies. Don’t let someone slam the phone on you. Always remember the DIAL Syndrome. It works both ways.  Can you imagine slamming the phone down to someone that hurt you. Recall the last phone call that made you feel Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated.  Discrimination is about mistreating another human being by forcing them into some form of treaty or contract. You simply don’t want this on you weekends. Intimidation is where a failed sales pitch turns to pressure and bullying. Most people surrender to this and take on the burden of something that they did not really need. Aggravation makes either party slam the phone down. This changes your mood swings and alters the happiness of your weekend. Legislation is about people creating their own rules and regulations such as mobile phone contracts, do you really need this. It is good to abide by the law but it is not good to accept rules and regulations that Companies impose on you. Ask them kindly to change their rules and regulations and they will say no. When dialling or answering the phone always remember the DIAL syndrome. I wish you a wonderful weekend free from harassing phone-calls.

They eat in moderation and live with consideration. They count they calories and are fully aware of their allergies. They maintain a steady BMI throughout their centenary journey on planet Earth. Dreams are what they are made up of. They dream well by capturing suitable footage during their day and edit it into epic goals to pursue. Sacrifice is something that meritocratic goals aim to live by. They don’t sit glued to the telly and avoid the possibility of a huge belly. They are willing to stay without and they are always aiming for a fulfilling working week. They are always very forgiving. A life of Happiness is something we all need to strive for. Happiness is a Pandora’s box of incredible surprises. Sadness is a signal box to prompt you to resume your happiness. A musical box generally helps to bridge the gap between sadness and happiness. It pays to have a vivid imagination. A Good Imagination enables you to build a Vision book of your future. A strong Imagination renders a life of creativity and ingenuity. They really do. Greetings and salutations to yet another wonderful day in a wonderful month. It may be a tad cold but always remember that your life is as gold, as a marigold. 

Power in your life shines like the petal on a marigold flower, glistening in the early hours of the morning dew. Bees, butterflies and birds can see it from a distance. As it gives it also receives. It has power and so do you. Yesterday we spoke about courage. It is easy to say be courageous at the worst of times but you need to know how to ignite the power in you first. Power is something that you need to develop, to accrue and to allow it to manifest. What cannot be done today can always be achieved later on because if you lack the power you need to develop it first. Very much like a weightlifter extra power is always needed to lift an extra kilo. Your mind and your body needs to work together. We spoke about nutrition and exercise recently. Eating the right foods helps and exercising in the right way helps too. I learnt the hard way to identify and eat the right foods. As an example I know that I need to eat extra fibre to maintain my strength. The general and accepted formula is to consume 15g of fibre for every 1000 calories eaten. You need to understand the chemistry of your foods. This allows you to assimilate power in the right way. Exercising is essential, however you need someone to train you and this is why I recommended those series of exercises for you to choose. Each exercise DVD comes with your own personal trainer to guide you to fortify power in your muscles in the right way. With the right power you can overcome any obstacle in your life. You can move a difficult situation into a different quadrant of your life. You can remove a financial obstacle with confidence. You can prove that you have the ability to overcome your fear. You can approve something before committing to it or you can disapprove something without been pressured to commit to it. Power enables you do this. Power is personal. You are the user of your personal power. You can build on your power using the right nutritional and exercise methods as I have outlined and you can use power in the way it suits you. What one person does may not necessarily be suitable for another person. Therefore, you don’t need to have a body like Arnold or Sly. You just need to be you, healthy, happy and competent. This is your life. Your life is a precious gift. It has power to do amazing things. It has the power to accomplish and fulfil. It has the power to endure. Do it, be it, say it, have it, love it, enjoy it, give it, embrace it, caress it, increase it and share it. This is your life from start to finish.

It was a vivid process of taking action in an interest, hobby, occupation or goal that you had. To extend this we also looked at ways to overcome problem areas in your life using The PEN Effect. Sadly, problems don’t magically disappear as one would expect it to. It is a physical process that expends energy and time. It is also a learning process because once resolved it would be wise and ideal not to get back into that problem zone again. To make the unknown, known we need to open the door of opportunity relative to our needs with bravery and determination. The courage to do that comes from your innermost desires and passions. Nothing ventured is nothing gained. ‘Today I walk on air but tomorrow I may float on air’. This was a vision before man could fly and today it became a vision of total reality. A new door called FLIGHT opened and generations of people followed taking to the skies like never before. Today you can open a new door in your life and if you succeed generations of people will follow if you motivate them to. You can become the first explorer to navigate the search bar to destiny and fortune. First you need to know what you are looking for. This is the unknown. Michael Faraday peered through the door of opportunity and wondered why a magnet when moved across a piece of wire will deflect a nearby galvanometer. Through relentless courage and determination Michael created the electric motor that today turns almost every mechanical device. Marconi was aware that he could transmit sound from one place to another. He was determined and he was full of courage. He made the unknown become the known. Today music is encrypted in so many devices just by opening one door of opportunity over a century ago. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls take the first step and open a door of opportunity in your life that is pertinent to your needs. We all make errors in life, some little and some large. Some errors in life can end up as lifelong terrors whilst other errors may never make us attempt anything again in the future. I say onto you and verily too you need Determination as a new keyword in your life because Determination gives you the proven energy to persevere. Can you recall an error that you made, old or new? What effect has this error had in your life. Did it stop you in your track? Did you develop the element of fear? Where you embarrassed? Do not stop, proceed no matter how embarrassed you felt? There is always the first time but never the last time. You cannot be afraid, you should never be swayed, you should never degrade someone that failed and you never feel dismayed. You should always be determined. You should be determined from the core of your intent. If you erred, then determination makes you prepared rather than scared. Determination is internal energy confronting external energy. Internal Energy fires the soul. External energy depresses the soul. When Internal Energy confronts External Energy you have Determination. Determination eliminates errors that often makes you give up. Determination makes you try again. When someone fails they often experience a sense of Oppression and Negation. Determination overcomes this. Oppression occurs when someone takes the mickey. They try to ridicule you, they often harass you. They are cruel and thoughtless. Negation makes you live in denial. You get that often reversal reaction. Why did I do it? Why did I embarrass myself? Why did I waste my time and money? Determination eradicates oppression and negation from your vocabulary. It makes you try again and again. It is very much like riding a bicycle. You just keep trying and trying until you are able to ride again and again. Success in life is based on an accumulation of constant appraisals. You need to constantly ask did I do well? What can I do to improve on my performance? Did I deliver my best? Will I feel accomplished and fulfilled at the end of the day? Meritocratic Goal Setters always end their day with a simple word called SAVED. SAVED is another keyword to add to your list. SAVED stands for Success, Ambition, Determination, Execution and Vision. Without a Vision of your life in the next ten years the chances of succeeding are very limited. You need to envisage a plan of ACTION to achieve the things you want to do. Every Individual is unique. Therefore, everyone will have a different plan of Action. Without visualising what you really want in life a plan of Action can be rather vague. Executing such a plan of Action is based on your Ambition and your Determination. Ambition is passion and desire. It is your get-up-and-go formula that drives you to achieve the things you want in life. If your passion and desire is strong then your drive will be equally strong. If your passion and desire is weak then there is very little hope that you will have sufficient drive to get you started. Determination on the other hand is the constant will power needed to get the job done day in and day out. Many of us start off very well but not many will pursue it to the very end. Are you willing to be SAVED? Do you have that constant Ambition and Determination to fulfil and accomplish your goals? If not, then maybe you should consider changing your goals or at least modify them. Make a habit of learning about today’s experiences in life. It never hurts to learn. A very humble welcome to rather a cold, windy and rainy day here in good old London Town. It is quite important to be honest with yourself in order to make 2016 work for you. You need to put all your cards on the table and differentiate your inhibitors from your exhibitors. Inhibitors are like little tiny gremlins that hold you back from reaching the summit of your success. They pull you down when you try to get to the top. Exhibitors on the other hand are like little nymphs pushing you forward in life and making you aware of possibilities and opportunities.  To reduce your Inhibition and increase your exhibition I suggest using the DICE Methodology. Your success in life can be likened to a tug-a-war. On one end of the rope you have the gremlins and on the other end you have the nymphs. To succeed you need to power the nymphs in your life and make the gremlins in your life powerless. The DICE Methodology is the preferred method. DICE stands for Determination, Inspiration, Courage and Enthusiasm. With such a roll of the DICE you can start all over. We ALL have the chance in life to start ALL over. We really do and to do this we need to throw the DICE. At the first roll the DICE falls on Determination. Determination is your personal willpower, in other words it is your fortitude and grit to make you change. It is something that needs developing, it may take TIME but TIME is something that you have as your greatest asset. Believing in yourself helps you to be determined. One of the ways I approach the foundation of my determination is to visualise. Yes, I visualise what I would like to achieve in say 10 years. I look ahead in a decade and see what my life will be like. In other words, I am a Modern Day Time Traveller. I looked ahead and saw exactly what I want to become and how it feels. This visualisation actually expands my horizon. It develops the passion and desire in me to work steadily to achieve something from nothing. In other words, I am starting all over. I see a picture of my goals and I like what I see. I believe in myself and I am now fully determined. To keep my determination on a growth cycle which I refer to as The GRAND cycle I always seek Inspiration. More about The GRAND cycle in a later instalment. Finding Inspiration for you is not hard. You have already found it, in my daily inspirational content. Inspiration keeps your Determination alive, always remember that. The next step is Courage. Courage can best be defined as that personal pluck a person needs to venture into something new without being overcome by common adversities. Courage is always within you but possibly suppressed by previous convictions. Your personal Courage must surface from within you. Be guided by people that believe in your abilities and avoid people that doubt your abilities. The doubters will always be the routers in your life. The believers will always encourage achievers. Dear Friends, the final ingredient in your recipe to starting all over is Enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is something you have to develop.  No one can do that for you. I can Inspire, motivate, encourage or demonstrate but if you do not take action the recipe will be a flop. Don’t forget to throw the DICE in the right sequence and use it effectively to start all over. You have the power to implement and the ability to polarise the effects of negativity into a life of positivity. I wish you all the best as we approach the end of the 1st week of 2016. Don’t give up. There is no need to rush to receive a lush of affluence because standing along your journey are the evildoers that wait to sap off your energies. Every successful entrepreneur will tell of their journeys to success and the perils they encountered. You need to take heed before you can fulfil your need. You need to become aware of the entrapments in life and to pass on your knowledge to the young and restless. You need to pick yourself up when fallen into a trough and edge forward until you reach the top again. You need to hold the hand of someone through thick and thin, guiding them, restoring their sanity and giving them the will to live again. You need to enlighten your children with knowledge and impart wisdom onto them from your very own experiences in life. You need to overcome depressions by creating solid impressions. There will be the odd recession that awaits you and you need to make provisions for this in advance. There will be a possible repossession or two if you are not careful, for this you need to make extra preparations. The journey to success is indeed long but adventurous if you are prepared. Don’t live with fear but instead steer clear of danger which lurks in many forms. Every journey to success is a trying experience. Some of us make the journey eventually and some of give up on the journey dreadfully. Many of us are poor prospectors of wealth and fortune. Many of us are often like sheep following a scheme or a dream. Many of us are not aware of the wolves that wait to prey on us, sapping at our resources candidly and greedily. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I wish to announce that there is only one road to success and that is the right road. Everyone has the right to a life of success. Success is for all and not for one or a selected few. Success is about accomplishing and achieving a goal or a series of goals to uplift your living standards and to reduce hardships. Living standards are generally bespoke to ones needs. What is good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander. You need to be inspired to take the right road to success and to walk the face of the Earth without fear. You should never fall victim to scams, inchoate crimes, statutory crimes, property crimes or personal crimes.  You should never walk in fear, you should never tear over negative emotions, you should adhere to the law and steer clear of your adversaries. Passion and desire must be felt within you like a tingling sensation. You cannot want something if you do not need it. You can have anything that you want in life but you need to ask yourself do you really need it. Can you handle the responsibility? Attached to this responsibility is passion and desire. If passion and desire is missing in the equation of your success you will soon find that your asset or paraphernalia will tarnish and depreciate.  To meet challenges ahead of you, you need to be inspired to seek knowledge and then have the wisdom to apply this knowledge. What is knowledge and what is wisdom. Knowledge is derived from the faculty of Inquisition. Everyone has their own faculty of inquisition. Think hard enough and you will figure it out. Once retrieved this becomes knowledge. Wisdom on the other hand is the ability to use knowledge unselfishly. It is about taking what you need, when you need it and to establish how to use it without hurting anyone or the environment. To believe in yourself you first need to believe in your existence. You need to value this priceless gift bestowed upon you. Do you believe in yourself or do you believe in other people? Believing in yourself is your first stepping stone to real success. What you achieve is what you shall receive. What you see will ultimately determine whether you want something or whether you need something.
