Rio 2016

RIO 2016 Olympics

Quote of the weekend

‘The Creative resonance of the Rio 2016 Olympics Games makes us realise the importance of our roles on Earth. It is all about Remembrance, Importance, Obedience, Observance, Luminance, You, Magnificence, Perseverance, Intelligence, Cognisance and Significance.’

Welcome to a splendid weekend filled with the awning of universal celebration. The RIO Olympics reminds us of this. Today I would like to remind us of the difficulties the world is experiencing and what we can do as individuals to alleviate the hardships. Using the words RIO OLYMPICS, eleven power words come to mind. The first word is Resemblance. Yes, Resemblance helps us to create similarities with the perfect world and the imperfect world. The Perfect world is likened to The Garden of Eden, where tranquillity is the constant metaphor to remind us of who we really are. The Imperfect World is what we created where we kill, maim, destroy, damage, abuse, neglect, poach, eliminate and waste. These imperfections always confuse us to who we really are, what we really are and how crucial and vital our purpose in life is. The next word is Importance. Importance is the value of our life, the duration of our life and the purpose of our life. Without understanding our purpose, we cannot enact it correctly. As a result, we will always act incorrectly. The third word is Obedience. Obedience is a universal word to agree on something rather than disagree on most things. Disagreement reveals a world that is struggling, troubling, bumbling, fumbling and malfunctioning. The next word amongst eleven words is about Observance. It is important to take note of climate changes, weather changes, tidal changes and wind changes. Animals and plants depend on the weather to function in the mannerism assigned to them. Change the weather and you change them. Luminance is about taking the dullness out of the equation and adding brightness in our heart. This fires up our desire and passion to make individual changes to help the world spin about its axis correctly and eternally. The next word is YOU. Yes, what can you do, what can you say, what can you think and what can you contribute to make a difference. You are part of a crew that grew to over 7 billion people. You need to be true, accrue good habits, renew your vows and review your goals. This will make us all fall into a common mode and that is Magnificence. A magnificent lifestyle for all is one of splendour, grandeur and glory. It is hard to maintain a steady progress therefore we ALL need Perseverance. Perseverance is sheer determination to made good what went wrong. Perseverance illustrates your humane role to be devotional, exceptional, emotional, approachable and sociable. All of these attributes comes from experience. Experience is about collecting information. The more information you have the more Intelligence you will have. Cognisance is the direct result of becoming intelligent about the hardships in life. It makes you fully aware of depravity, poverty, inequality, monstrosity and atrocity. Finally, there is Significance. Significance justifies the importance of your existence. It makes you understand your humane role in life and what your contribution in life is worth. Dear Friends, use the Rio Olympics to remind you of 11 potent words that can make a difference, to you, them and the world at large.

Determination.

Determination.

Quote of the day

‘Determination Eliminates Tragic Errors Recklessly Made In Numerous Attempts That Individuals Occasionally Negotiate.

Welcome to the start of a new day in a new working week in the month of March 2016. Did you have a splendid weekend, fully relaxed and rested and ready to make this week a successful working week. The Easter weekend awaits us. It is a significant weekend in the history of mankind and such significance should make us more determined. Determination is the theme of today’s article. We all make errors in life, some little and some large. Some errors in life can end up as lifelong terrors whilst other errors may never make us attempt anything again in the future. I say onto you and verily too you need Determination as a new keyword in your life because Determination gives you the proven energy to persevere. Can you recall an error that you made, old or new? What effect has this error had in your life. Did it stop you in your track? Did you develop the element of fear? Where you embarrassed? Do not stop, proceed no matter how embarrassed you felt? There is always the first time but never the last time. You cannot be afraid, you should never be swayed, you should never degrade someone that failed and you never feel dismayed. You should always be determined. You should be determined from the core of your intent. If you erred, then determination makes you prepared rather than scared. Determination is internal energy confronting external energy. Internal Energy fires the soul. External energy depresses the soul. When Internal Energy confronts External Energy you have Determination. Determination eliminates errors that often makes you give up. Determination makes you try again. When someone fails they often experience a sense of Oppression and Negation. Determination overcomes this. Oppression occurs when someone takes the mickey. They try to ridicule you, they often harass you. They are cruel and thoughtless. Negation makes you live in denial. You get that often reversal reaction. Why did I do it? Why did I embarrass myself? Why did I waste my time and money? Determination eradicates oppression and negation from your vocabulary. It makes you try again and again. It is very much like riding a bicycle. You just keep trying and trying until you are able to ride again and again. Have a wonderful start to your working week and be determined to accomplish all your tasks in a professional and enthusiastic manner. With love and best wishes from your eternal friend, Anthony Pan.

View, Review, Renew then Ensue

View, Review, Renew then Ensue

Quote of the day

‘Always take an interest in your life with a view to review your previous day’s performance. View to review every detail of your activities. Then start to renew your quest to make tomorrow a better day. Ensue this detailed process daily and watch how your success will grow.’

Success always follows a methodological approach to your day. Do things correctly and success will be standing there waiting for you to accept it. For every right there is a wrong and for every wrong there is a right. You are bound to make mistakes, its natural so don’t be alarmed. If you err then be prepared to repair it. To do this effectively you need to View, Review, Renew then Ensue. You need to do this for every little thing or big thing that makes up your day. Brushing your teeth maybe a little thing whilst paying a major bill could be a big thing. Did you brush your teeth? Did you do it properly? Did you floss as well and gargled with a mouthwash? You might have brushed your teeth but it does not necessarily mean that you have brushed it correctly. Always view your performances of the previous day. Ask yourself did I err? Life is a repetition of yesterday, today and tomorrow. What can make an individual triumph over his or her existence is to aim for perfection. We need to make today better than yesterday and strive to make tomorrow even better. The rule is simple, View, Review, Renew then Ensue. Nothing more and nothing less. Yesterday we spoke about capturing before manufacturing. Everything we see from the time we awake to the time we retire is a learning experience. Capturing images on a regular basis especially the ones pertinent to your needs creates your agenda for tomorrow. Let us assume that you captured a series of images relating to Italian food. The pasta dish was the one the caught your attention. You then decide to make it. You buy ALL the ingredients and establish a methodology to cook it. You then cook it and regretfully it was a disaster. In other words you erred. Some people will give up but I want you to persevere. You are disappointed with your performance in making pasta but mistakes do happen all the time. The first Protocol to make amends is to view what when wrong when you made pasta. This is called analysis. What follows next is reassessment. Analysis tell you what went wrong. Reassessment tells you to reconsider making your pasta again, only on this occasion you need to do it right. You need to review what you did and establish what went wrong. Now that you identified your error you need to begin again or to renew. Do you see the process clearly? If you err then repair. You must reflect on your wrongs in order to make it right. Many of us ignore what went wrong and sadly keep making the same mistake over and over again, creating a landslide of failures over a period of time. To create goals you need your imagination to capture ideas before committing to paper and then manufacturing a process to get your goal of the ground. For many of us things go wrong. This is why you need to View, Review, Renew then Ensue. By Viewing, Reviewing, Renewing then Ensuing you will never get tired of your life and of your performances. You will always look to make wrongs right and never to give up on a goal.
