The DIAL Syndrome

The DIAL Syndrome

Quote of the day

‘Dialling the wrong number will always make you Discriminate, Intimidate, Aggravate or Legislate. These facets of life are just time wasters. Always DIAL the right number that makes you feel Determined, Inspired, Aspired or Liberated.’

Bonus Quote

‘Always DIAL to make you smile, to go the extra mile, to develop a better profile and show elegant style.’

Welcome to your weekend, a period of 48 hours packed with fun, relaxation and joy. Never underestimate the benefits of your weekend. Enjoyed it, enjoy every second of it. Use it to revive your ambitions and use it to drive your goals to the next level. Sometimes during our weekends, we do tend to get side-tracked when the phone rings. Communication is good and communication can sometimes become bad. This is due to the DIAL Syndrome. Many of us are often deterred from answering our phone because we often end up with the DIAL Syndrome. The DIAL Syndrome works both ways. It could be a hoax call which can leave you feeling Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. It could also be a coax call which can leave you feeling Determined, Inspired, Aspired or Liberated. Communication is important but communication can also be a narration of poor translation. Telesales often leaves you feeling Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. They want to sell but repel you with their usual dispel. Communication is important because we need to talk rather than block, we need to understand rather than misunderstand. So when you DIAL always aim to make someone smile. You need to understand their feeling as well as your own. You need to go the extra mile to make the right conversation. Your narration must be applauded with a standing ovation. This helps to develop your profile and create a style that makes people want to talk with you. Be honest, be earnest, be the greatest, be the coolest, be modest, be the truest, be the simplest and always be the gentlest. Don’t DIAL to make someone to feel Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated. Create friends, don’t create enemies. Don’t let someone slam the phone on you. Always remember the DIAL Syndrome. It works both ways.  Can you imagine slamming the phone down to someone that hurt you. Recall the last phone call that made you feel Discriminated, Intimidated, Aggravated or Legislated.  Discrimination is about mistreating another human being by forcing them into some form of treaty or contract. You simply don’t want this on you weekends. Intimidation is where a failed sales pitch turns to pressure and bullying. Most people surrender to this and take on the burden of something that they did not really need. Aggravation makes either party slam the phone down. This changes your mood swings and alters the happiness of your weekend. Legislation is about people creating their own rules and regulations such as mobile phone contracts, do you really need this. It is good to abide by the law but it is not good to accept rules and regulations that Companies impose on you. Ask them kindly to change their rules and regulations and they will say no. When dialling or answering the phone always remember the DIAL syndrome. I wish you a wonderful weekend free from harassing phone-calls.

The Resistance Gauge

The Resistance Gauge

Quote of the day

‘Resistance is your forbearance to constant intimidation. It is your tolerance to common adversities in life. It is your endurance to continue despite the desire to discontinue. It is a personal challenge in your life attached to a timeframe that suits you. Finally, it is your opposition to temptation. As you develop your resistance you can see openly your strength increasing. This visualisation is called The Resistance Gauge.’

No one knows exactly what resistance is until they need to develop it. To understand resistance, we need to understand Ohm’s Law.

Ohm’s Law

‘The current passing through an electric wire at constant temperature is proportional to the potential difference on either ends of the wire.’

Current is the flow of electricity around a conductor. Current or electricity cannot flow across a non-conductor. A conductor could be a piece of copper wire and a non-conductor could be a piece of wood. If I put an obstacle in the way of a conductor like a resistor I can actually slow down the flow of electricity across that conductor. The greater the value of my resistance the slower is the flow of electricity in that conductor. Dimmer switches at home are classic examples of everyday resistors that we use. As we lower the resistance of the dimmer switch the brighter the light becomes and conversely as we increase the resistance the dimmer the light becomes. Our journey in life is like a flow of electricity around a piece of wire. I want you to imagine this piece of as long as 100 years. Our starting point in the conductor of life is at birth. Life is really wonderful however along our journey we encounter resistances that tend to slow us down or stop us in our track. To overcome these resistances, I want you to develop with my help the counterforces needed to overcome these obstacles. Forbearance is one of them. Forbearance teaches you about patience and self-control when a resistor holding a value called intimidation stops you. Intimidation will always be there. I once thought that when I left school I would leave behind the horrid tragedies of bullying. Unfortunately bullying exists everywhere. It exists in the squalors of life and in it exists in the luxuries of life. The next counterforce is called Tolerance. Tolerance is about being open-minded about the little things in life and the bigger things in life. It is about becoming less emotional and more controllable. It is about letting bygones be bygones. It is about maintaining a strong mind-set without getting upset. The next counterforce is Endurance which is your staying power. Your stamina is your phenomenon that defines you and refines you. Your next counterforce is opposition. Opposition is your mission and ambition in life. It is your earthly mission to say no to temptation. It is also your ambition to overcome the diversity of temptation. Temptation started in the Garden of Eden. Like Ivy it is has weaved itself into the tapestry of life. You cannot recognise it because it looks normal. You cannot see it because it is camouflaged. You cannot feel it even though it is omnipresent. Opposition is your resistance to overcome the adversities of life from the puddle in the street to the muddle in the sidewalks. I want you to determine your resistance as of today and slowly increase it during the rest of 2016. We need to move up along the Resistance Gauge. As we bid farewell to a wonderful month in May I want you to reflect on the last 31 articles and use it as your foundation to create a strong resistance. Join me tomorrow at the crack of dawn as we welcome a new month into our lives, I call it the month of Selectivity.

Stardust – Part 1

Stardust – Part 1

Quote of the day

‘Overcoming your sad emotions can be polarised if you turn them into magical moments using a simple raindrop of STARDUST.’

Stardust is a special glaze of energy created to assist living organisms when they are in trouble. Stardust is real, it is magical and is derived from The Universe. From the magic of Stardust comes elementary elements such as hydrogen and helium to complex structures like rotating planets and supernovas and finally incredible human beings like you and me. So, when there is a distinct feeling of rejection, intimidation, abuse, vulnerability, sadness, discomfort or pain look into the skies and capture a drop of stardust. Overcoming your sad emotions can be polarised if you turn them into magical moments using a simple raindrop of STARDUST. It is about the sprinkle of STARDUST into a dull moment in your life and turning it into a cheerful and optimistic moment. Stardust is the magic of life, creating building blocks to create mammoth structures such as planets and unique individuals like you and me. You don’t have to take my word for it, just gaze above and see for yourself. When trouble looms in the darkness of your life always go back to the start of a bright gleaming star. Don’t only look at the glitter or twinkle that a star in the distance holds but look right into the star where magic is born. This is the magic you need in your life when the tables are turned in your day either at home or at work. Feelings as we spoke about yesterday will always have an impact on your life. Good feelings makes a good day, bad feelings makes a bad day. We need to aim for the good days in our lives. To do this effectively we need to seek help from above. We need the magical intervention of our Heavenly Father who watches over us daily. We must always remember that problems don’t just occur, we create them. Likewise, solutions don’t just come about we need to find them. Sometimes when the going gets tough we need the spiritual intervention from above. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you have a life. You are here on planet Earth living in the 21st Century. Don’t be bogged down to feel miserable, unwanted or rejected. People want you to be miserable, unwanted and rejected. I say onto you and verily too, that GOD wants you, GOD needs you and GOD believes in you. You need to connect with the heavens above when trouble is about. Don’t let fools make you believe otherwise. You need to have the mind-set of never being bogged down and never allowing others to hinder your progress. You are here on planet Earth for a reason and therefore you need to respond to that reason. So, without fail when darkness falls upon you turn on the lights in your life using the energy of The Universe.

‘Don’t discriminate, don’t incriminate and don’t intimidate’
Quote of the day
‘Take heed of your fellowmen or women who may well be in need. Don’t discriminate them for their creed or their breed. Don’t incriminate them for their greed and don’t intimidate them if they cede.’

You cannot walk the furlong and long for the fur with discrimination, incrimination and intimidation in your heart. You need to love what you do, you need to love the people that exist equally in our world, you need to love your family and your friends, you need to love the punters, you need to love the hunters, you need to love our Heavenly Father and you need to love yourself. You cannot judge someone else for their ethnicity, colour, culture or creed. Don’t judge or misjudge. Don’t hate or rate even if it is your old mate. Don’t have hostility in your heart, volatility in your mind and irresponsibility in your actions. Don’t bully, don’t be woolly and don’t be silly. Don’t laugh at someone, don’t gossip about them either. Don’t pity the disable for they have an equal right to live from city to city. Don’t mock another human being, don’t shock them with your vile, don’t stalk them either and don’t hawk them neither here or there. Life is about living it and not giving it away. Everyone has a life and this is the most important thing to remember. You cannot discriminate another human being for their creed or their breed. A person’s creed is his or her chosen faith. It is personal and we should respect it. People come in all shapes and sizes, in all colours and disguises and in various walks of life. As much as we want to be successful we must respect their need to be equally successful. We need to embrace rather than disgrace. We need to be patient rather than the patient. We need to learn to be good, we also need to yearn for the good and we should show concern for the good or the bad. We need to desire friendship rather than require it. To desire is to cherish a long relationship with someone. Dear Friends I urge you to stop discriminating, incriminating and intimidating. This is your third ground rule to follow before implementing your instructions.

‘A World enticed in Individual Problems’

Quote of the day

‘Individual Problems collectively brings the evilness of planet Earth into the openness. It tells a tale of personal trials and tribulations, it portrays a picture of struggles and troubles and it highlights difficulties from young to old and from vocation to vocation.’

The world is riddled with problems, some insignificantly small and some gigantically huge. We all have problems, we all live with it and some of us perish by it. I want to assure you today that to every problem there is a solution, a solution bespoke to your needs that will alleviate you to a better lifestyle and a better world. Every situation in life has its constant glitches. The train gets late due to some form of glitch, subsequently you become late and as a result your whole day follows suit. There are pronounced difficulties in all levels of life and each difficulty is associated with its own complications. Problems generate worries and worries creates doubts, qualms and uncertainties. There are the usual snags and hitches that we have grown to become immune to. These creates obstacles in life, hurdles for us to jump over and the hold-ups that obstructs our channel of thoughts. There are also teething problems that rakes up a sweat or become a nuisance in our day or make us exert ourselves in unknown circumstances. There is evilness in problems too creating illness on a short, medium or long term basis. Evilness brings harm, damaging harm that may result in unexpected death. The iniquities of evil is written across the globe in distinct trademarks that makes headlines all day and all night. Why such an intense article on a Friday night. Oops! Sorry, it is all about getting real. It is about understanding pain in actual and authentic descriptive words that makes you aware and prepared. Awareness augments the reality of your situation, it makes it tangible and makes you wonder, can I do something about it. Preparation is the mandatory plan to get out of a problematic situation. Some problems take longer admittedly whilst small problems can be eradicated overnight. If I was to write down all the problems that I faced from a young boy I would need more than an article to complete it. Exposure to these problems made me aware and prepared for the future. I am certainly not rid of all my problems because I am indeed aware that some problems do take time. Bereavement can be everlasting but forming a spiritual relationship with a lost one helps. Financial difficulties are quite entrapping but Financial Management can overcome your dilemma quite easily. Illness holds different thresholds of pain and endurance but illness can be eradicated with medication, consolation and consecration. Abuse either physical or mental can be overcome with collaboration, substantiation and litigation. I want to assure you that Universally Friendly is also here to help. As a body of knowledge and experiences Universally Friendly creates a solid platform for you to walk on and lead to a path of righteousness and a life of blissfulness. There is a bespoke solution for you. I am here to help for I have faced problems of all kinds in all domains of life’s challenges. Don’t hesitate to drop me a line. Take care and have a smashing weekend.
