A gracious welcome to midweek and to the start of the second part of August 2016. Today I want to focus on HOPE, without which there is despair. No matter what your predicament in life is with HOPE you can overcome it. HOPE builds confidence, creates optimism and develops courage. Today’s Quote exemplifies the power of HOPE. HOPE offers people Eternal Energy. Eternal Energy is the vigour you need to surpass any obstacles that cometh your way. You can feel this energy, it makes you lively and full of vitality. It drives you to create Eternal Enthusiasm. With the right Eternal Enthusiasm, you can actually move mountains, redirect rivers and talk to the animals and plants.  HOPE is that divine force that pushes you beyond the limits in a mannerism that you have never experienced before. What follows like a trailer to a car is Eternal Excitement. This is an experience you have when your life becomes a pleasure. There is delight in your thoughts, there is elation in your mind and there is the right stimulation to your body. Such feelings can best be surmised as Eternal Enjoyment. It is like drifting along the coast of a tropical island carried across by the gentle breeze? There is peace and there is solace. You are one with nature and you are the commander of your decisions. This is called Eternal Encouragement.  From the bigots of society that once made you lose HOPE, you suddenly found encouragement. Eternal Encouragement usually lights the fuse to Eternal Endurance. Despite you finding your peace and solace there will always be difficulties. Eternal Endurance helps you overcome them. Once you have you have reached Eternal Expertise. When you have mastered the art of regaining hope, you have acquired Eternal Expertise. You are now able to deal with adversities with divine privileges. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls such a cycle of life is often referred to as Eternal Edification. Eternal Edification is the improvement of one’s life. From the bitterness in life they receive sweetness from above. From moments of hate they blossom into long periods of love. From financial difficulties they manufacture wealth and good health. Welcome to midweek, yesterday’s article was called ‘Universally Friendly’ and may be viewed at http://inspirationalgalleries.blogspot.co.uk/. Today I want to talk to you about your Success and how important it is to succeed in your life. The Key to Success lies in the word SUCCESS. The first letter of the word SUCCESS is the letter S and it is about Succeeding. Why is it necessary to succeed? Success is about finding prosperity in the opulence of The Universe. Without prosperity there is poverty. Which would you prefer? Would you exchange your success for someone else’s poverty? Success is for all and not for one. Therefore, when you reach the peak of your success you need to give part of it back to those that are waiting to taste it, feel it or experience it. The next letter is Understanding. We need to understand that there is no need to be greedy. To become successful, you need to be careful, respectful and helpful. The letter C reminds us to Care. This is of extreme importance because every particle that makes up the cosmos is accountable. You need to care for all and not for one. You need to care about the flora, the fauna and other human beings. C is also for Consideration. We need to have consideration in everything that we do, say or think. A considerate person always exercises kindness, selflessness and concern when liaising with another human being. E is for Enthusiasm. Enthusiasm gauges your level of passion and desire in a given subject. A zero level displays zero passion and desire. A hero level displays full passion and desire in all that you do, say or think. S is for Sharing. Sharing is the ability of an individual to openly contribute ideas, facts, provisions, supplies, paraphernalia and general items to the public at large. A sharing person does not look for profitable gain but would rather settle for an honourable acclaim. Finally, the last letter of the word SUCCESS is the letter S and this stands for Saving. Saving is the process of putting aside something for a rainy day. Not every day is scheduled to be an ideal day. In fact, some days are likened to be a bit zany. Therefore, as a meritocratic goals setter one of your daily expenses has to be a savings account set aside for a rainy day. Have a great midweek.

Welcome to a new working week and the final full working week of February 2016. Positivity it was and positivity it shall always be. You are CUTE and you will always be CUTE. Your mission in life is to be Caring, Understanding, Trustworthy and Enthusiastic. In addition to that your mission in life is to have the right Nutrition, Ambition, Ignition and to be a Logician. I called this the NAIL effect and forms the basis for tomorrow’s article. I hope that you will be able to join me. One of the greatest compliments that you can ever receive is when someone says that you are CUTE. The overall effect of being CUTE is obvious. Cuteness is about being attractive, delightful and loveable. Today I want to say CUTENESS is more than that. Cuteness is about being Caring, Understanding, Trustworthy and Enthusiastic. To be Caring illustrates your kindness towards another human being. It is about being thoughtful in a bus or a train or even in a queue. It is also about being compassionate by stepping aside when people need their space. It is the humane art of being concerned about the welfare of someone else. To be Understanding to someone else shows your consideration for their dilemma and for your tolerance for their sudden temperament. To be Understanding means we are willing to offer the same understanding to someone that we received when we needed understanding. We need to show our sympathetic nature. We need to appreciate the little things in life in the same way we appreciate the bigger things in life. A Trustworthy person is always dependable, reliable and honest. They see no evil, they hear no evil and they tell no evil. To have trust in someone means you have found the ideal friend. A friend that shares your grievances and picks you up when you are down. Many people met the corrupt individual that was totally dishonest, fraudulent and shady. They are not CUTE but mean and ugly. When someone says openly that you are CUTE they know in their heart that they can trust you.  Finally, A CUTE person is always enthusiastic about life ad they go about their daily grind with passion and with desire. When they see an inhibition or obstacle in their way they look at ways to overcome them without much ado. Enthusiasm illustrates how passionate you are about your life, your role and your purpose. You cannot possibly succeed if you lack these qualities. I said at the opening Quote that to be CUTE requires your constant input 24/7 and for a full 100 years, this is so true. As you learn to be CUTE try to pass on your endearing skills to your family and friends. Show them your tolerance, endurance and stamina. I wish you a fulfilling and accomplishing working week and you start it with a smile and end with a bigger smile.

A grand welcome to the month of Positivity. Today I want to talk about Positive Thinking. I want to create the energy needed to make life wonderful for you and for me. We are a big family of earthlings working together in a vast world. Without Positive Energy there is no energy or Negative Energy. PE or Positive Energy is designed to get the job done, irrespective of what it is. NE or Negative Energy is the converse, designed to get the job done without the passion without and desire. As Meritocratic Goal Setters we must seek Professionalism in everything that we do. As we expect Professionalism from someone else we must be able to give Professionalism. Professionalism is your skill linked to your expertise. A Baker is a Professional in his or her field, with the ability to take ingredients and churn them into a product. How would you feel if the product or service that you received lacks Professionalism? As we expect to receive we must be able to deliver. Optimism is confidence development in an individual. It is the power to be sure, pure and secure. PE enables you to do that. You think big and you shall be big. You deliver your best and you will get the best. PE settles for no less and no more. Success is the name of the game of your existence. You cannot live to be unsuccessful. You are a human being entitled to a life of success. Without PE success is often eluding. Success is about seeking accomplishment and fulfilment in all that you do with extreme Professionalism. Inspiration is like fuel to an engine. Your body is the engine, your mind is the Driver. Without Inspiration or fuel you cannot succeed. Inspiration from the right source is vital to succeed. Inspiration is like the right grade of petrol for the right engine. Confuse the two and you confuse your future. Temperament is equally important. Yesterday we spoke about other people’s Temperament. Today I want to speak about the importance of your Temperament. You need to maintain calmness in everything that you do, think or say. Blurting out the wrong words or a full sentence can hurt. Thinking without PE can leave you unsettled and lacking confidence. You have to emphasise to yourself that you are the vital link to human happiness. Utter strong words of confidence to yourself and build on that to maintain a reasonable and noted temperament. It is all about Ideas for the present based on the past and about Ideas needed to create the future.  An Idea is actually personal. An Idea comes from a need. What do you need? What do you need to improve your life? A Potion for a Notion? True Vitality comes from PE. When you get up in the morning to be touched by Inspiration you can gauge your Vitality. If your Vitality is low, then your efforts will be slow. If your Vitality is high, then your efforts will reach the sky. Vitality is your get-up-and-go medication for the day. No vitality, no go. All easy said than done but if you lack Enthusiasm in something then nothing will work out. Enthusiasm is the zest that you have in anything that you engage in. It is pointless to create a task for tomorrow when there is no passion and desire. All tasks inputted into your memo for tomorrow must be done with passion and desire. No Enthusiasm often results in Sarcasm. Dear Friends, latch onto PE every second of your life. Think big and be big. Think Positive and remain Positive. Think Success and you shall succeed. Think life and you shall live. Think love and you shall love even more. Think divine and you shall become refined. Think about peace and you shall create a masterpiece of your contribution to all humanity. Think rich and you shall become rich in your heart. Think accomplishment and you will avoid self-punishment. Think about the birds and the bees and they will think about you in their next migration cycle. Think about our children and they will look after you in the future. Think about the animals and let them roam in the wild like before. Think about the plants by planting a new tree, a new shrub, a new flower bed, a new daffodil, a new hedge, a new forest or a new pasture. A very humble welcome to rather a cold, windy and rainy day here in good old London Town. It is quite important to be honest with yourself in order to make 2016 work for you. You need to put all your cards on the table and differentiate your inhibitors from your exhibitors. Inhibitors are like little tiny gremlins that hold you back from reaching the summit of your success. They pull you down when you try to get to the top. Exhibitors on the other hand are like little nymphs pushing you forward in life and making you aware of possibilities and opportunities.  To reduce your Inhibition and increase your exhibition I suggest using the DICE Methodology. Your success in life can be likened to a tug-a-war. On one end of the rope you have the gremlins and on the other end you have the nymphs. To succeed you need to power the nymphs in your life and make the gremlins in your life powerless. The DICE Methodology is the preferred method. DICE stands for Determination, Inspiration, Courage and Enthusiasm. With such a roll of the DICE you can start all over. We ALL have the chance in life to start ALL over. We really do and to do this we need to throw the DICE. At the first roll the DICE falls on Determination. Determination is your personal willpower, in other words it is your fortitude and grit to make you change. It is something that needs developing, it may take TIME but TIME is something that you have as your greatest asset. Believing in yourself helps you to be determined. One of the ways I approach the foundation of my determination is to visualise. Yes, I visualise what I would like to achieve in say 10 years. I look ahead in a decade and see what my life will be like. In other words, I am a Modern Day Time Traveller. I looked ahead and saw exactly what I want to become and how it feels. This visualisation actually expands my horizon. It develops the passion and desire in me to work steadily to achieve something from nothing. In other words, I am starting all over. I see a picture of my goals and I like what I see. I believe in myself and I am now fully determined. To keep my determination on a growth cycle which I refer to as The GRAND cycle I always seek Inspiration. More about The GRAND cycle in a later instalment. Finding Inspiration for you is not hard. You have already found it, in my daily inspirational content. Inspiration keeps your Determination alive, always remember that. The next step is Courage. Courage can best be defined as that personal pluck a person needs to venture into something new without being overcome by common adversities. Courage is always within you but possibly suppressed by previous convictions. Your personal Courage must surface from within you. Be guided by people that believe in your abilities and avoid people that doubt your abilities. The doubters will always be the routers in your life. The believers will always encourage achievers. Dear Friends, the final ingredient in your recipe to starting all over is Enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is something you have to develop.  No one can do that for you. I can Inspire, motivate, encourage or demonstrate but if you do not take action the recipe will be a flop. Don’t forget to throw the DICE in the right sequence and use it effectively to start all over. You have the power to implement and the ability to polarise the effects of negativity into a life of positivity. I wish you all the best as we approach the end of the 1st week of 2016. Don’t give up. Yes, the beginning of your life in a new light based on your desire to live it and love it. You have the power to be in control, this weekend will illustrate this. Whatever your dilemmas are please put them aside for we shall deal with them later on. All problems have their solutions, so put whatever problems that is vexing you aside. Today at the start of your weekend you are the Captain, Pilot, Commander, Manager, Boss and the Leader of your affairs. Yes, you are the Captain of your destiny, whatever calculated course you take you shall reach a destination that is befitting to your needs. Take charge of your life I say onto you and unleash that hidden power to make the most of your life. Say no to procrastination, say no to temptation and say a definite no to frustration. However say yes vehemently to aspiration, inspiration and motivation. Don’t hang around with drains that take away or sap your hidden powers and talents. They are selfish individuals that just want to use and abuse. Hang around with radiators that augment your abilities and encourage you to live a more fruitful and unselfish life. You will know a radiator from a drain, they stand out by a mile. Learn from what you see. Look ahead of you and capture moments that inspire you. The world is so filled with wonderful moments created by wonderful people. These people are your radiators. They inspire you and they will motivate you. There is a wealth of inspiration all around you, you just need to capture like a photographer endless streams of footage. Keep your spirits high this weekend and let it help you to meet October 2015 with added strengths and golden opportunities to conquer. The world is indeed opulent, there are opportunities for all and the diversity to tickle your fancy. Engage in a magnificent weekend that you will only want to remember. Dear Friends, in order to achieve the wonders of life, filled with the opulence of The Universe you need to monitor yourself all the time, if possible every second that awaits you. It may be a tall task but actually it is an endearing task flanked with a meaningful purpose and outlined with a cloud of constant joy. Yes, Dear Friends joy is what you need in you more than the air that we breathe because joy brings out the youthfulness in you. It does not matter whether you are 90 years of age or 12 years of age your life should always bubble with enthusiasm, energy and vigour. I always ask myself why I am here. Why do I need to get out of bed each day? Why should I not have a life that is abundant and joyful? It is all about me and how I enact my role to an audience of 7 billion people on Earth and to an infinite audience that watches us from different planets, solar systems and the heavens themselves. What I see is what I get. What I do is what I achieve. What I say is what is heard. What you see is what you get. What you do is what you achieve. What you say is what is heard. Therefore your enactment should be a 5 star rating all the time. We need to monitor how we walk and where we walk. We need to monitor what we say and how we say it. We need to monitor how we think and the way we think it. A lot of us especially those that are unsuccessful spend countless hours of their life watching TV. The TV has become their Time Manager. There is a TV in the Dining room. There is a TV in the bedroom and in some homes there is a TV in the bathroom. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I urge you to become the manager of your own time. I urge you to watch what you do rather than watch what others do. In other words could you please turn off the TV? Interactive TV is good because you can choose your own programmes at your own time. But even then I urge you to limit this to a few hours per week. Watching others makes us emulate for the wrong reasons. Watching ourselves makes us emulate for the right reasons. Emulation is good if you follow good role models. You cannot be Muhammed Ali but you can certainly learn how to box like him. You cannot be Stevie Wonder but you can sing his songs. Impersonation is for impersonators. Originality is for successful people.

Planetary eclipses occurs rarely but are often very scary especially when the temperature drops or when the direction of the wind changes or perhaps the whole surroundings darkens for a brief moment. Personal eclipses are often more frequent and act very unfairly. Planetary eclipses can best be described as Syzygy where three planetary objects yoke together in a straight line obscuring one from the other. Personal eclipses can best be described as two or more people yoking together hindering, obscuring and oppressing the other person’s progress. We often disregard personal eclipses because they happen too often and we generally are not aware of them. I want to tell you today Dear Friends anything that obscures your progress will always leave you oppressed, suppressed, depressed and regressed unless you take action and do something about it. As planetary movements effect all other planetary activities personal vendettas or hostilities do the same to people. Try it as a simple experiment. You have witnessed an eclipse today and saw the consequences of it. Now stand directly in front of an adversary and watch how you will be stalled from doing what you set out to do. An adversary does not have to be an actual person, it could be something else like problems stemming from commuting, strike action, weather patterns or your very own feelings of insecurity. Whatever stands in your way will obscure your path, your mission and your agenda. Your goal in life is to have goals. The goal of an adversary is to shut off your goals. Why? It all started way back when man tread the planet of his existence in search of a purpose and an agenda. Standing in front of him was another man or perhaps two that wanted the same and hence blocked everything from actually happening. Human Greed is a menacing tool that killed, maimed and isolated so many people from their golden dreams and goals. You have to overcome adversaries but in a more subtle way. You have to reappear when an obstacle shunts you like the Sun that reignites the sky when the moon moves away. You have to get up when you stumble and you have to become humble and remain humble even when you crumble, fumble or are in trouble. Keep your corona glow bright and cheery all day long and when any adversary stands in front of your bright appearance move aside and let them pass. You have to do these things. The Sun has zero tolerance for objects that comes in its way and therefore you should feel the same. So when an adversary comes your way you will know because the equation of success is rapidly extinguished from under your eyes. Effort becomes nullified with counter effort, enthusiasm dwindles to a weak spasm and eagerness soon becomes weakness. Move aside and take your effort to the next level, accelerate your enthusiasm and ignite your eagerness. Be like the Sun, still glowing and still active 24/7.

Be respondent and say that you will own your own home even if you have to build it brick by brick. If you are divorcing your spouse, stop and think deeply about it and try to reverse the process for the sake of your sanity and for the sake of your family. Keeping within the parameters of the Law helps you achieve success all the way. It follows the principle of Success which states that nothing will go wrong if you do things right. There are laws and there are flaws.  Laws will get you there flaws will take you nowhere. Dear Friends making a success of your life is not rocket science. It does not require special skills or huge bills or to even go over the hill. It just requires you to enjoy your life savoured with the thrills and frills of life. Let the dawn begin and when you awake stand bold and be ready to take off like a fledgling waiting to be trained, entertained and unconstrained. Enjoy what you do. Keep within the parameters of the given laws and avoid the common flaws. Create an aura of enthusiasm. If you are interested you will develop the passion and the desire to achieve. If you are forced into doing something that isn’t your cup of tea you will soon develop the apathy in the subject matter. Be like great achievers that persevered all day and all night long such as Bill gates and Warren Buffet. Don’t remain idle just think of someone that is your idol. How did they achieve their goals? What was it that kept them ticking? You can do it, you will have me to urge you to emerge from the fertility of the New Year. Go for it, don’t be afraid.

Five foods that changes your lifestyle and reduces unnecessary and unwanted fats are commonly known as broccoli, blueberries, flax seeds, spinach and beans. Laughter brings about harmony within and outside of our mind and our body. Laughter is about generating true happiness. Laughter is the Faculty of Merriment, enjoyment and Glee. Laughter is the converse of sadness. It brings joy to your heart and brighten your day.

Enthusiasm is an individual’s passion and desire to execute a dream, idea or hobby from start to finish. It is their eagerness that wants to soar above 100% and burst out from their minds into a reality. Eagerness makes an individual’s world less surreal and more real. Enthusiasm makes you get up each day with a purpose in life, to make you deliver your best in every possible situation.

Energy comes from foods which we have highlighted before. Good sources of energy gets the job done professionally, academically and honestly. Eating well in daily does of balanced moderation and careful consideration for those around you promotes good energy. Energy is your vigour and can be tweaked to push you through unparalleled limits. Energy makes you operate like a dynamo, silently but yet so progressively.

Friendliness should be your trademark to success. Friendliness illustrates that you are easy-going, likeable, approachable, kind, gentle, honest, sincere, special, loving, generous, charitable, sociable, unselfish, wise, talented, exceptional and devout. Friendliness creates harmony in your home, streets, city and country. Friendliness reduces enemies.

Spirituality is about believing and about serving. Spirituality holds the key to your future and your eternal life. A prayer a day helps you make the most of your day. A prayer is like a song that chimes a millions pertinent words to rid the meanness of life and to establish the greenness of the outdoors. Spirituality is a vital intake in your life, it opens new doors and closes unwanted ones.

Like the 5 foods you need these 5 words in your system day in and day out. You need to practise it, you need to implement it and you need to respect it. Consume these potent words daily and see how enriched your life will become. 5 words a day will certainly make you sway, gay and play. 5 words a day will make you joyous filled with an encore of love and happiness. 5 words a day shall brighten your day like the rays of sunshine over the horizon and above the ocean floor.
