Welcome to the last working day of another working week in August and sadly, the final one too. Did you fare well in August and are you ready to say farewell to a stupendous month of hyperactivity? Are you lacking Passion and Desire to make dreams come true and your goals to float above the surface of your imagination? To find true Passion and Desire you need to think Limitless. Now the word Limitless is actually a power word consisting of 9 keywords. These words are Love, Inspiration, Motivation, Ideas, Tolerance, Longevity, Eternity, Success and Serenity. Love is a melody of happiness, it is tender, pure, divine, genuine and friendly. If you can seek Love wholeheartedly then you are instilling the seeds to passion and desire. Inspiration comes for free. It rains inspiration from the heavens above and gently lands on your shoulders. Such a drench should actually quench your thirst for true passion and desire, using a psychological wrench Motivation then follows. Motivation is action stimulated by Inspiration. Motivation is when you see Passion and Desire flow through your body, if you cannot then go back and start again. You can only effectively act if you are submerged in a bed of related ideas. Ideas comes from Aspiration. Aspiration is about your collective goals built up over the years, some active and others dormant.  Why your goals generally float around your imagination is that we lack true passion and desire to pursue them. You got to follow the rules. Start to LOVE, reach for INSPIRATION, spur MOTIVATION into action, gather your IDEAS and then develop TOLERANCE. Tolerance is needed in every aspect of life, the farmer knows this and caters for adverse setbacks. The Commuter is aware of this too and allocates plan A or B as a backup. You simply need to be tolerant. You need to be patient when the harvest is slow, you need to be accepting when the trains are delayed. Dear Friends, with true passion and desire is within you only then will you appreciate the value of your life. You will want to live on and on for years to come. Therefore, Longevity and Eternity are your ultimate goals. Longevity ensures that you live onto the full duration of your centennial life on Earth. Eternity carries you from one galaxy to another in different time zones and in different circumstances to suit your needs. Once you established all of these keywords in the right sequence you would have found your success. It is very hard to say that I am successful or that you are successful. Success is not merited according to one’s finances but rather to one’s goals. If you reached the rung of success step by step you will know that you have found it because your success will be measured by your serenity. A person without a single possession could deem himself or herself successful.  A Hare Krishna Devotee as an example will easily say that he or she is successful because they have found their serenity. Serenity is that tranquillity where you are in tune with nature, where you are elevated into the realms of Creation. You can switch off from the material world and float into a spiritual one endowing yourself with wisdom and knowledge. Follow the rules in the right sequence and you shall reach your destination with the least amount of problems. Have a wonderful Friday, you really deserve it.

Welcome to your very special time off, the prefect weekend for Goal Setters. It is our weekend where we unwind without whining. It is our weekend where we dress without stress. It is our weekend where we invest our time to digest our inquest. It is our time. It is our time to do as we please. It is our time to renew, review, preview, pursue and to say Thank You. The words Thank you can mean so much to someone that is there to always help you. Did you say thank you to your guardian angel? Did you say thank you to our Heavenly Father? Did you say thank you to your spouse for their undue support? Did you say thank you to your pets that kept you safe and satisfied? Did you say thank you to your children for the love and joy that they bring to your heart? Weekends are good too because it gives you the space to become incentive. What fascinates you to trigger an incentive? Do you have the passion and desire to do something but feel somewhat hesitant to pursue it? The weekends are there to help you to find your niche area of excitement, inducement and encouragement. If you have a hobby like me to build the world’s largest model train set, then you need the nine letter word INCENTIVE to help you. Dear friends, analysing the above Quote reveals how notions can be misconstrued. Most of us get attracted to things that we do not really want. This is how advertisers work to attract you. Always bear in mind that if you did without it the day before you can quite easily do without it the day after. What is needed for tomorrow usually boils down to a necessity. I need to eat but do I need to eat everything. I should be inclined to eat the good foods rather than the bad foods. Advertisers know this and pre-empt it with something different to lure you to spend and spend. We need to be attracted to something that is viable. I cannot expect you to build the world’s largest train set.  It may be viable for me but what is good for the goose may not necessarily be good for the gander. Become attracted to doable projects that brings joy to your weekend, that brings joy to your family and that brings joy to your heart. Love something and then watch how it will love you back. A grand welcome to the month of Positivity. Today I want to talk about Positive Thinking. I want to create the energy needed to make life wonderful for you and for me. We are a big family of earthlings working together in a vast world. Without Positive Energy there is no energy or Negative Energy. PE or Positive Energy is designed to get the job done, irrespective of what it is. NE or Negative Energy is the converse, designed to get the job done without the passion without and desire. As Meritocratic Goal Setters we must seek Professionalism in everything that we do. As we expect Professionalism from someone else we must be able to give Professionalism. Professionalism is your skill linked to your expertise. A Baker is a Professional in his or her field, with the ability to take ingredients and churn them into a product. How would you feel if the product or service that you received lacks Professionalism? As we expect to receive we must be able to deliver. Optimism is confidence development in an individual. It is the power to be sure, pure and secure. PE enables you to do that. You think big and you shall be big. You deliver your best and you will get the best. PE settles for no less and no more. Success is the name of the game of your existence. You cannot live to be unsuccessful. You are a human being entitled to a life of success. Without PE success is often eluding. Success is about seeking accomplishment and fulfilment in all that you do with extreme Professionalism. Inspiration is like fuel to an engine. Your body is the engine, your mind is the Driver. Without Inspiration or fuel you cannot succeed. Inspiration from the right source is vital to succeed. Inspiration is like the right grade of petrol for the right engine. Confuse the two and you confuse your future. Temperament is equally important. Yesterday we spoke about other people’s Temperament. Today I want to speak about the importance of your Temperament. You need to maintain calmness in everything that you do, think or say. Blurting out the wrong words or a full sentence can hurt. Thinking without PE can leave you unsettled and lacking confidence. You have to emphasise to yourself that you are the vital link to human happiness. Utter strong words of confidence to yourself and build on that to maintain a reasonable and noted temperament. It is all about Ideas for the present based on the past and about Ideas needed to create the future.  An Idea is actually personal. An Idea comes from a need. What do you need? What do you need to improve your life? A Potion for a Notion? True Vitality comes from PE. When you get up in the morning to be touched by Inspiration you can gauge your Vitality. If your Vitality is low, then your efforts will be slow. If your Vitality is high, then your efforts will reach the sky. Vitality is your get-up-and-go medication for the day. No vitality, no go. All easy said than done but if you lack Enthusiasm in something then nothing will work out. Enthusiasm is the zest that you have in anything that you engage in. It is pointless to create a task for tomorrow when there is no passion and desire. All tasks inputted into your memo for tomorrow must be done with passion and desire. No Enthusiasm often results in Sarcasm. Dear Friends, latch onto PE every second of your life. Think big and be big. Think Positive and remain Positive. Think Success and you shall succeed. Think life and you shall live. Think love and you shall love even more. Think divine and you shall become refined. Think about peace and you shall create a masterpiece of your contribution to all humanity. Think rich and you shall become rich in your heart. Think accomplishment and you will avoid self-punishment. Think about the birds and the bees and they will think about you in their next migration cycle. Think about our children and they will look after you in the future. Think about the animals and let them roam in the wild like before. Think about the plants by planting a new tree, a new shrub, a new flower bed, a new daffodil, a new hedge, a new forest or a new pasture. Welcome to the 26^th day of November 2015. With a mere 35 days before the end of the year we need to accumulate golden goals to create a golden year in 2016. It can be a daunting task to create golden goals when there are so many different choices to make. To this effectively we need to think effectively. We need to ask the right questions and then fortify these questions with the right answers. It is a lot easier to get the right answers today because technology has made the breakthrough for us all. Just a simple trick, followed by random click and an independent selection of picks and we are on our merry way. Once happy with our final choice we then need to stick to our task and that is to make 2016 a better year for you and your friends and families. What a wonderful world it would be if everyone became committed to their goals and made them come true like a magical spell that drifted across the sky and fell straight onto the ground that we tread on. Making the right choices in life is admittedly hard, but if you do the arithmetic it is a lot easier. The first protocol in this arithmetical step is to perform a magical trick and that is to conjure up a vision in your mind of what you would really like to achieve in 2016. The next steps are a lot easier. You simply click, then pick and finally stick to your choice and you will very likely be heading in the right direction. Although we are fundamentally the same our choices varies in different categories and genre. To enjoy our life on a daily basis requires making the right choices at the right time. Making these choices in life is extremely difficult because there are so many things that one can actually try before they buy. I always maintain that it is a good idea to try before you buy, comply, reply, say goodbye, reach for the sky or qualify. Making the right choices in life helps immensely because the decision is often yours and the outcome is what you would expect. You need to do the arithmetic. In other words you need to calculate the risk involved in making the right choice. Every decision holds a certain risk. My advice is to have a vision before you make a decision. To do this I suggest you follow the 4 step formula, it always works for me. The 1st step is to close your eyes and create a vision of what you want to do. Let us imagine that in summer next year you want to go on a holiday. Now I want you type into your browser the keyword which is ‘ summer holiday’. Then click on images. Now click on the pictures that closely resembles your vision. Out of say 12 pictures I want you to pick 3. Keep these selected images or footage in a folder in your computer or print them off and create a physical folder in your study. You could name this folder 'Golden Goals'. Now you are ready to stick to your decision. You are about to let the magic begin. To make firm decisions in your life you need to follow the simple process of Trick, Click, Pick and Stick. Gather by default images, footage and text to support your choice, then simply stick to that decision and watch how the magic will begin for you. Occasionally open your folder called Golden Goals and peer in your vision of what 2016 will be like for you. Do this daily and you shall fortify your golden goals. Dear Friends, Life can be so wonderful if you wanted it to be, you just need to believe. You need to have faith in yourself and in Almighty GOD. You need to be certain of your abilities and you need to develop the confidence or the backbone to set the ball in motion. You need to be aware of the highs and the lows in life and to take them on with a bit of courage and bravery. You need to administer your time professionally and like your money you need to ensure every second of your life is spent wisely and profitably. You need to trust in GOD, you need to follow the righteous ones and you need to activate all your ideas into a workshop of illustrious activities. Ideas as we stated previously stem from your dreams. If you have an idea then you need to actuate it. This idea normally stems from a dream. A dream is a mental vision created by multiple streams of video content and text that you see, read and experience. Eat well, exercise regularly and maintain a good rest period, keep relatively calm and your dream shall appear as a movie for you to watch and be inspired. From this movie created by your mind comes forth an idea or a group of related ideas for you to pursue. An idea will remain dormant until you actuate it. Actuation comes from inspiration. Inspiration can only come from a good and related source. Dear Friends I cannot express in words how wonderful it is to see a dream become a vision of the future. I dreamt for many years and created a stream of inspirational content that changed my life. I upgraded my dreams into calculable ideas and then into unselfish and golden goals. Today I would like to see you do the same. I want you to take off like a rocket into space and conquer your goals. I want you to travel like an astronaut and see from above what you can do below. I want you to take action by setting your dreams into motion. Life is indeed wonderful and to be a part of it is a unique experience. Let us take fiction and turn them into reality. To get up and experience the living world each day is an honour and privilege for me. To be amongst a vast population of over 7 billion fellow citizens of our earthly planet makes me ecstatic. I value the presence of the wildlife in my back garden and to hear their activities daily makes me realise how important it is for me to become active. I value the sound of nature and use it as an alarm clock to engage and to live in the modern age as a valuable citizen. I am grateful to you too for having me as your friend for life and to be able to share together in the wisdom of our Heavenly Father that cares for us constantly. I am grateful for the food that I eat and I am overjoyed to share my food to others that do not have access to food so easily. I am thankful for my shelter and always look out for the homeless individuals that need a lending hand. I appreciate my family whom I treasure and offer a reasonable level of pleasure for them. All of these feelings that I have is a gift from the Heavens above. I use my feelings sensibly too. I think from my experiences by constantly asking myself what can I do to make life better for my fellow citizens? What can I do to make life better for the flora and the fauna that create the vastness of the living world? I am constantly thinking and creating thoughts that would become my golden goals and to have concepts that will change the landslide of our future history. We all have the unique capacity to see, to feel, to touch, to heal, to love and to please and from these feelings cometh our way of thinking. Very few of use actually allow our ideas to manifest into changing concepts that would see how we expend our resources, eliminate worldwide poverty that affects children, eradicate violence, attract happiness, care for our planet and to love one another. We are ALL thinkers, designers and custodians of the living world. We are always thinking as we go about our daily agenda and we sleep on those thoughts too. However we are often fearful if we allow our ideas to manifest. Will it be a good idea or will it be ridiculed by the world that sees it. I say onto you and verily too carry on thinking and if you feel strongly about an idea or a concept to change the lifestyle of every living organism than ask yourself is it doable, usable, viable and renewable. For something to be doable it must be achievable. It must be physically possible and within your capabilities. Is your idea usable? Is it something that is practical for everyday use and can it alter the lifestyles of people of different cultures and creed? Can your idea be tested and offered to someone to try out? Is your project viable? In other words will it cost you an arm and a leg to get it off the ground. Do you need a sponsor? Do you need to pass on the idea to someone else? Is your project renewable? If you are using resources direct from the earth than you need to think green. You need to be environmentally friendly, let alone universally friendly. Our ancestors had incredible ideas but a lot of their ideas were quite selfish and destructive. So think before you blink or wink, rethink it if you have to.

I say onto you and verily too be grateful for your life and for your presence on planet Earth. Consider your health first and your wealth will take care of itself. I say this vehemently because without good health you cannot manufacture wealth. Patience makes you understand that everything in life takes time. Time is important from a simple second to a long and trying 100 years. There is so much you can do productively and effectively in 100 years if you have Patience by your side. A meritocratic Goal Setter will also understand that Tolerance is equally important. Add the two together and you have the prefect mode to keep you spirited for the rest of your life. Patience is the staying power that keeps your dreams alive and your goals in momentum. With patience a meritocratic Goal Setter understands fully that any concept no matter how big or small takes times. Tolerance is about being open-minded in all your daily tasks knowing well that in life there will be the usual ups and the downs. Add the two together and you have enlightenment. It is like lighting a candle. Without a match there is no ignition. Without the candle there is no light. You need Patience and Tolerance to incite Enlightenment. With enlightenment your ideas become doable, usable, viable and renewable. I want you to wake up tomorrow morning with a dose of patience and tolerance. So, if the train is late I want you to expect that and find an alternative mode of transport. If someone brushes you on the street ignore it and move on. Be alert and vigilant to avoid a similar confrontation. Keep your mind active each second of your day. Be like a professional driver that has his or her responsibilities at the forefront of their job. Be glad rather than sad and certainly don’t become mad. The use of the word mad in this article implies becoming angry when things don’t work out as per your agenda.

Whatever you think will also determine the outcome of tomorrow. There are good ideas and there are bad ideas. There are constructive ideas and there are destructive ideas. There are crazy ideas that sometimes work and there are sensible ideas that always work. There are cool ideas that are remembered for their unselfishness and there are hot ideas that are remembered for their selfishness. Today I want you to think of how you can change not only your life but the life of others too. I want your thinking processes to be dynamic. I want you apply passion and desire in how you think, which ultimately will lead to what you say and what you do. Great Thinkers are people that live to inspire. They are logicians, taking logical ideas and making them into logical applications. They think unselfishly and more effectively they perform unselfishly. They are not dreamers that dream to do well but actually are realists that do well with great passion and joy. Today or tonight depending on when you read this article I want you to implement your thought process of doing what you feel in your heart. I want you to implement the liveliness of living and to implement the liveliness of doing well. Consider situations around you and consider situations around the world. What can you do to help? How can you stop abuse amongst children? How can you supply freshwater to the needy? The thought processes of helping, aiding, feeding, inspiring, gathering, teaching, dedicating, supplying and donating to other people are as important as the thought processes of helping, aiding, feeding, inspiring, gathering, teaching, dedicating, supplying and donating to yourself. Success will come to you if you strive for it. However Success will come easier to you if you think unselfishly, do unselfishly and speak unselfishly. Be like a fire cracker waiting to ignite into a sparkle of glittering colours. Fill your surroundings with the constant ability to care, share and remain fair.

Ideas maybe born every second but they also die at the same rate, Ideas manifest in your mind created by past inferences that beckoned the day that followed. Ideas expand from a knowledge base. You cannot create a UFO from scratch you need to refer to a previous knowledge base and work from there. Knowledge is data and data is a stream of information so readily available now than before that amalgamates thought processes into fiery and fervent actions. Perhaps you had a restless night worrying about tomorrow’s meeting. Your mind sieves constantly through the archive of information sourcing and resourcing ideas to make tomorrow’s meeting a success. Yesterday inferred a failure or a success, tomorrow is a quest to ensure success at all levels. You need passion and desire in everything that you do, say or think. An earnest input based on passion and desire will always result in a fiery and fervent action. Fiery actions creates the perfect diary of accomplishment and fulfilment, day in and day out for the rest of your life. Fervent actions are engrossed in enthusiasm and passion drenched from your first siting of success to your last siting of retirement. To make ideas work we need to think IDEA. Yes, the word IDEA will help make ideas manifest into a better lifestyle for you. I stands for Image. You need to create a mental image of your idea. To see it is to dream it. To feel it is to realise it. To have it is to work towards it. D stands for draw. You need to draw the mental picture of your idea on paper using words and pictures etched in your own handwriting and drawing skills. The result is a picture at hand, tangible, visible and divisible. Tangible makes it physical, visible makes it observable and divisible makes it doable. E stands for expansion. From the first draft comes the second and from the second comes the third until the final one overwhelms the entire world. A stands for Appreciation. Yes, appreciation is the foremost acknowledgement by a human being. Appreciation makes it clear that your quest to make tomorrow better is always altruistic with the sole intent of not hurting anyone in the process of dramatic change. Live on an idea, grow on an idea and die for your ideology.

The wise one knows that it is often better to try rather than to fry. Life is a learning curve. Every word learnt is a new door opened in your life. Every sentence uttered is a new quest to make your life blessed. Every venture can become an adventure but sometimes things go wrong and the result is a misadventure. Failures are common. Success is not so common. Why? This statistical information illustrates that when failures occur everyone naturally gives up and shelves the idea, tramples the goal and ignores their yearly resolutions. Today I want to tell you to reinstate your idea, unlock your goals and rekindle your resolutions. Ideas shapes the future of all from inventions to creations. Ideas manufactures designs based on thinking, shut off an idea and you will lose the plot and the future will remain bleak. Ideas originate in the mind and from it comes cultivated goals. Goals makes men and women ambitious. They filled them with aspirations. Twinkle it with the right inspiration and you have a valued result. Some results may look different than you originally planned but don’t give up, keep trying and sometimes accept what you get. Many a failure in life results in denial, remorse and wasted time. You experienced it and therefore you know exactly what I mean. Great Scientists like Faraday and Emerson did not give up. How will we see in the dark if they gave up? How will we generate electricity from magnetism if they gave up? Don’t give up. Get help if needed but persevere. Create a new blossoming world from your concerted efforts. Take raw materials as per your requirements and turn them into materials of awe. Be altruistic in all that you do, do this and already you can smell success. Are you ready to start again, to unlock the power within you and unleash the dynamism that is so typical of you? Will you always believe in yourself and in your fundamental purpose? If so you are already set in motion. Did you care, share and remain fair? If so then your result shall be shared to the entire population, cared for by its users and remain fair for all.
