A very, very warm welcome to the start of a new working week for many and also to the end of March 2016. I hope and pray that you enjoyed the motivational series in March 2016. Life is good and so are you. Life begins at birth and never ends until you say otherwise. Life is eternal and multidimensional. In other words, it can occur in any galaxy, on any planet, in any continent and in any city. Such a gift bestowed upon any human being is priceless, precious and righteous. To many that live there is the converse of life where oppression, suppression and depression are barriers they always face. This is a barrier we all need to overcome and to do this we need to be guided by a good Mentor or a Spiritual Master. Mentors give you the power to enter the ambience of living. They show you the path to righteousness and the avenue to eternity. Mentors help you to restore faith in yourself and give you the methodology of how to go about it. Faith is a vital necessity to build yourself cell by cell into a multicellular organism of integrity, inundated with a sense of purity. Faith is the conduit to live on from birth to eternity. Faith uplifts your spirit and carries you on a journey that is worthy and humane. Where there are adverse difficulties in your life, a Spiritual Master maybe needed to teach you the values of sublimity, tranquillity and providence. Such a Master could open closed doors for you, flood aridity with fertility and help you to make sense of intense suspense. They can teach you tolerance to overcome intolerance. They can show you what is right and what is wrong. They can guide you into unknown territories and they can carry you onto a better lifestyle. They provide you with aspiration that are bespoke to your needs. They fire you with inspiration with the bespoke intensity to get you going. They give you motivation in easy steps for you to follow and pass on these skills unselfishly to the many that are behind you. To our Heavenly Father who watches over you daily help is always at your disposal. Each star in the Universe is assigned to a living organism. Such a collaboration between star and pupil creates a corridor of uniqueness to overcome weakness and meekness. Dear Friends, it is good to have you on board. It is good to hear from you. It is good to be your friend. It is good to be loved and it is good to love. It is good to help and it is good to give help. It is good to pray and it is good to play. GOD is good and so are you. Goodness is a beacon of hope that shines 24/7. Goodness can be felt in your heart. It is a wonderful feeling and it makes you realise how good you are. Goodness overcomes badness. Goodness makes you exercise kindness, loveliness, fondness, righteousness, politeness, niceness and mindfulness. I wish you a wonderful start to a new working week and for those that are on their Spring recess enjoy every moment of your well-deserved break. Welcome to Tuesday the 16^th of February 2016. It is a blessing to grace your presence today and to feel your aspirations in the way that I feel mine. Everyone has aspirations but fail to link those aspirations with the right inspirations. Linking to the right inspirations is called the AIM factor. The AIM factor is about taking Aspirations and turning them into magical moments in your life. It is a defined process and if followed with care and caution can take dreams and turn them into reality. The Flip Book concept is something that I carry with me at all times and when I sit in the train or at work and at home I flip through my aspirations. Today’s video is called The Flip Book and gives you a better insight to what I am actually talking about. We all have Aspirations but if we do not commit them to paper so that they become a physical entity our aspirations we will soon be forgotten. Creating a Flip Book enables you to keep your Aspirations alive from the first inception to the final conception. To turn dreams into reality you need to follow The AIM Factor. The AIM Factors allows you build on Aspirations without committing. These Aspirations must become animated and to do this we need a Flip Book. A Flip Book makes us feel, touch and experience our dreams. A Flip Book allows you to add more information or delete some information. You may even consider deleting information permanently. Aspirations can become real if you use the AIM Factor. The AIM stands for Aspirations = Inspiration + Motivation. Aspirations must be added to a Flipbook irrespective of what they really are because with a Flipbook you can add or delete at any time. As you flip through your archives of collective information your very own personal world becomes animate and alive. The more you flip the more you drip with passion and desire. Your Flipbook enables you to flip, skip, drip, snip or gain valuable tips. As you create animation you create validation. Do you really want it or not? As you create animation you create Inspiration. As you create animation you create motivation. The AIM Factor works because it draws your attention to something in greater detail. As you create animation you open your eyes to observation and you to open your heart to elation. As you create animation you create realisation. Realisation is important to a meritocratic Goal Setter. Realisation makes you understand the responsibilities attached to your aspirations. Realisation makes you aware of the pitfalls of your endeavours. Dear Friends, you can have anything that you want, if it is an unselfish request your dreams will come true at the flick of a magical switch. Have faith, develop your inner strength, live by your ideals, pray incessantly, build on content and live with good intents. Have a wonderful day and always remember that help is right here from the core of The Universe. Be Universally friendly and abide by the Laws of the Universe and everything that you unselfishly require will be granted.

We all fail at some point in our lives, some more than others and some just give up. I say onto you don’t give up, try again. Many a successful result often stemmed from sequential failures. The wise one knows that it is often better to try rather than to fry. Life is a learning curve. Every word learnt is a new door opened in your life. Every sentence uttered is a new quest to make your life blessed. Every venture can become an adventure but sometimes things go wrong and the result is a misadventure. Failures are common. Success is not so common. Why? This statistical information illustrates that when failures occur everyone naturally gives up and shelves the idea, tramples the goal and ignores their yearly resolutions. Today I want to tell you to reinstate your idea, unlock your goals and rekindle your resolutions. Ideas shapes the future of all from inventions to creations. Ideas manufactures designs based on thinking, shut off an idea and you will lose the plot and the future will remain bleak. Ideas originate in the mind and from it comes cultivated goals. Goals makes men and women ambitious. They filled them with aspirations. Twinkle it with the right inspiration and you have a valued result. Some results may look different than you originally planned but don’t give up, keep trying and sometimes accept what you get. Many a failure in life results in denial, remorse and wasted time. You experienced it and therefore you know exactly what I mean. Great Scientists like Faraday and Emerson did not give up. How will we see in the dark if they gave up? How will we generate electricity from magnetism if they gave up? Don’t give up. Get help if needed but persevere. Create a new blossoming world from your concerted efforts. Take raw materials as per your requirements and turn them into materials of awe. Be altruistic in all that you do, do this and already you can smell success. Are you ready to start again, to unlock the power within you and unleash the dynamism that is so typical of you? Will you always believe in yourself and in your fundamental purpose? If so you are already set in motion. Did you care, share and remain fair? If so then your result shall be shared to the entire population, cared for by its users and remain fair for all. Please don’t give up!
