Weekday Essentials 1 – Combination Foods

Weekday Essentials 1 – Combination Foods

Quote of the day

‘Combining your foods in an elegant and colourful way helps make your working week more fulfilling. It’s all about portions to eliminate stomach torsions. It is all about combination foods that eliminate domination foods from your diet. It is all about kitchen creation, customer admiration, sincere participation and outstanding preparation.’

Welcome to the 10th day of May 2016, thank you for sharing this day with me. The 1st Weekday Essentials is called Combination Foods. Combination Foods is about delivering portioned meals to your dining table and eating them slowly to eliminate stomach torsions. Reverse this elementary process and you will experience stomach torsions as a result of eating an unbalanced meal. Making conversation during meals helps because it enables you to experience fine dining without the whining. Chew your foods slowly, make conversation in between, show compliments, deliver accomplishment and avoid incompetence. It is all about refining your current dietary habits. It starts by defining your menus and then combining certain foods in an elegant and colourful way. Out goes the antacids and the excessive acids. It is all about neutrality. A balanced meal cultivates a balanced sleep. A balanced meal creates a balanced day. A balanced meal maintains a balanced BMI. Dear Friends, combination foods eliminate domination foods. Let me illustrate the contrasting differences be combination and domination foods. Combination foods is about elegance, colour and portions. A portion of fish and chips changes to a baked fish, baked wedges, mushy peas and some corn. Two foods with similar ingredients but one lacks the elegance, colour and portions whilst the other does. Domination Foods are enticing, they are tasty but they are less inspiring and more inviting. An example would be a portion of chips, fried in deep oil, topped with excessive salt and sauces of your choice. Tasty indeed, but as wicked as pasties and pastry. Moderation and consideration still applies. If you like the domination foods, then be moderate and considerate. If you need to switch to Combination foods, then remain moderate and considerate too. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I say onto you and verily too display kitchen creation, customer admiration, sincere participation and outstanding preparation at all times. Kitchen Creation helps you to be creative rather than dull during your preparation process. Customer satisfaction is important and critical. If you are in business, you need to place emphasise on this. If you are cooking for the family, you need to input goodness into your foods to get goodness out of your family. Good foods always create good moods. Bad foods will create bad moods. This can easily be proven to be true. Participation manifests into outstanding preparation. Living everything in the hands of one person is hard and selfish. You need to participate. Choose a kitchen chore for the day and do it with a feeling of adore rather than abhor. Sticking to this weekly essential will help you reap the benefits of an accomplished and fulfilling working week. Please stay tuned in on a daily basis for the next six weekly essentials.  Your seven weekly essentials are always strictly confidential, delicately sequential and typically quintessential. I called it strictly confidential because it is about you and your success. Do it right and you will always be successful. It is delicately sequential because you need to focus on the one before you can move to the next weekly essential. Do one at a time and gain the results bespoke to your needs rather than all seven in one go and get no results at all. Show by example, lead by example and do by example makes your seven weekly essentials typically quintessential.  Have a wonderful Tuesday. Aim to please, don’t blame to displease. PS: what do you think are the next 6 weekly essentials.

Power Concept 2 – Nutrition

Power Concept 2 – Nutrition

Quote of the day

‘Fuel to the body is like water, oil and petrol to an engine. Use the right amounts and you shall be ignited for life. Passion and Desire will flow in your blood to create the chemistry of success like a bud to a plant, like wings to a bird and like honey to the comb.’

Welcome to midweek, the 2nd one in April 2016. I hope and pray that you are well and that you are coping with the constraints of your daily grind. Over the years, people from all works of life have asked me about the concept to success. They wanted to know how do they get better if they are not well. They wanted to know how do they accrue wealth and keep it forever. They wanted to know about the purpose of life and the principles of life. When they asked me these questions I immediately thought of the questions that I asked 21 years ago. Ironically, my questions were very similar. Today I stand tall because I know the answers. These answers fall into three categories. Purpose, Exercises and Nutrition. If you identify your Purpose in life you are already in the making of a star of the future. This is called the PEN Effort. Today we are looking at the Nutritional aspect of your life. Yesterday we spoke about Exercising, the 2nd phase of the PEN Effort. Dear Friends good foods create good moods. Conversely bad food creates bad moods. Good foods can easily be identified because they have colour, they look attractive and can be eaten in their natural state. Good foods can become ideal foods because they are low in fats and carbohydrates and generally do not need artificial colouring. Unlike meat that needs to be pumped with nitrates to keep their colour good foods create that unique sparkle of interest when looked at. My purpose as your Mentor for life is to take you on a culinary journey around the world and teach you how to create good foods. Such creations will be enjoyable, tasty and fascinating. The recipes that I shall provide you will be multicultural. They will be calorie controlled and they will be cost effective. There will be meals to cook for 5 people for just under a pound. Dear Friends, these recipes are hands on. They are unique and believe me they are Michelin quality. Yesterday, I asked you to choose your Exercise, today I ask you to choose your Nutrition. Tomorrow I will talk about Power Concept 3 – Purpose. I wrote these articles with you in mind. It is especially for my friends from around the world that are that are experiencing similar problems in life that I was exposed to 21 years ago. On Friday I will give you a link directing you to a special site where you can redeem your package to success. To tailor make your package all you need to do is tell me exactly what are your specific problems are. On a daily basis during your 90-180-360 challenge I will speak directly to you via a special blog inspiring and motivating you to take action. Using the 3 concepts to Power I am certain that you will ultimate success, inner peace and rectitude. At the end of your chosen challenge there will be 3 gifts waiting for you. You earned it, now it will be time for you to enjoy it.

The PEN Effect - 3 Powers to make you Succeed

The PEN Effect - 3 Powers to make you Succeed

Quote of the day

‘The PEN Effect is the official 21st Century strategy to Succeed. The PEN Effect takes into account three Powers, each power needs to be used equally, strategically and legally. P Stands for the Pound in your pocket, E stands for Energy to perform assigned Exercises and N stands for Nutrition to power your ideology.

A hearty welcome to you on the first working day of a new working week. It is great to have you on board. I would like to kick start our working week by talking about The PEN Effect. The PEN Effort consists of three powers in equilibrium. The 1st power is referred to as the Pound in your Pocket. We are all millionaires at heart. Sadly, we need to become millionaires in pocket too. This is the 1st power of the PEN Effect. The PEN Effect teaches you how to amass pounds in your pocket the unselfish way. To do this we need to follow a set of instructions that has previously worked. Where do we find these instructions? I recommend reading The Modern Day Trilogy. I recommend reading it daily.  In it you shall find your purpose in life and you shall find the method to manufacture money unselfishly. The second power in the PEN Effect is regular exercising. What is the correct way to exercise? There are so many different approaches to Exercising. I always maintain that we need to choose something that we can cope with. We need to develop passion and desire in all that we do, think or say. In the next few days I will show you some recommended exercises for you to follow. The third power in The PEN Effect is the ability to eat correctly. It is all about good nutrition. Over the years I discovered that the bad foods I ate made me put on weight. I later discovered that the good foods that I hate made me lose weight. Therefore, I needed to learn what was good and what was bad. I needed to differentiate what was good and what was bad. Good foods are generally the foods we abhor. They taste differently. They are generally quite unpalatable. However, if we change our point of view and know exactly how to cook the good foods then we stand a chance of losing weight. Apply the PEN Effect to your daily routine and watch how you shall succeed.

The Swop Shop

The Swop Shop

Quote of the day

‘The Swop Shop is an excellent rendezvous for those wishing to switch from a negative habit to a positive habit. The results are breathtaking. Swop stress with a game of chess. Swop debt without stress. Swop talking with walking. Swop lunch with a munch. Swop white bread with brown bread.’

Welcome to the start of your new working week and of sadly the final working week of January 2016. It is also a good gauge to determine your progress into the New Year. Did you make a mundane start or a humane start to 2016? It is never too late to make a new start, with 340 days left before 2017 there is an incredible amount of time at your disposal, which is in fact 29,376,000 seconds. Today I want to introduce you to the Swop Shop. The Swop Shop is your personal Shop where you can change bad habits into good ones. It is a simple technique where your virtual Swop Shop stocked with noble concepts from the global market can be accessed at any time. Let’s look at some classic examples that can change your life for the common good and help to steer you in the right direction. If followed incessantly you will see instant changes in your life. So, the golden rule is to visit your virtual Swop Shop at least three times a day. Stop the talking and get cracking with the walking. If you commute by bus get off one stop before your destination and walk. If you travel by car, park at least 15 minutes away from your destination and walk. Underground or overground, please follow the same procedure. Walking is so much better than talking. Stop talking get on with the walking for at least 20 minutes a day. Drinking is good if your drink is pure as water. Distilled water is good, sparkling water is even better. A hint of lemon or lime enhances the taste. Our body is made up of 73% of water so why contaminate it with impure water such as coffee, tea, cold drinks, juices and alcohol. Be pure and be sure. Don’t go nuts, just eat them. Almonds are good because they help you to lose weight. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium. Swop from white to brown. Ditch the white breads, switch from white flour to brown flour and pitch white rice for brown rice. Swop the superfoods for the bad foods. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. A pear a day cares for your skin because of its phytonutrients. Swop the sherries for the berries. Your virtual Swop Shop should include cherries. blueberries, strawberries, gooseberries, cranberries and raspberries. Create smoothies to assimilate different fruits into your diet. From vegetables to low sugar fruits, a smoothie can soothe you. Swop the crap with a nap. A good nap is nature’s prescription to recover, revive, survive and to create that unique drive for the next day. Swop lunch with a munch and a crunch. Chew rather than brew. Count the calories, count the fat, count the protein and count the salt. In other words, don’t rush your meals. Have a feel for the best meal. Look for a meal that is ideal, has a sense of appeal and has lots of peels. Swop quantity for quality. Quality is broccoli gastronomy. Ensure broccoli is a daily ingredient in your diet. Hate it but eat it. Swop potatoes with sweet potatoes. Swop oils with boils. Never deep fry, just boil and garnish with condiments. Dear Friends, the Swop Shop analogy works. You can have an alternative life that is long-lasting and everlasting. Create a Swop Shop right in front of you. What you see swop it with something else that will set you free. It is wonderful to be free from harm, free from ailments, free from debt, free from anger, free from insecurity and free from intimidation. Today I include a special smoothie recipe that I created using key ingredients. This recipe is available on my blog at www.inspirationalgalleries.blogspot.co.uk. Do read my article and watch my motivational videos daily. I always do. Log onto my blog at www.inspirationalgalleries.blogspot.co.uk. Always use the Swop Shop analogy in your life and see a real difference in the next 340 days. Have a great week.

DIETING

DIETING

Quote of the day

‘Diet is a word that I do not like using very much because it conjures up a vision of people living on lettuce leaves and slimming aids. This is not true. I would much rather use the words Food Reform or Applied Nutrition.’

Bonus Quote

‘Food Reform is a Science of Eating that originated from a brainstorm linked to making you perform at your very best and directed to transform you into the perfect being.’

Bonus Quote 1

Applied Nutrition on the other hand is an ancient technique that is designed to guide you to divide your meals into selected times during the day and eat meals that are verified, certified and fortified.’

Bonus Quote 3

‘Dieting Incites Everyone To Ingest Nutritious Gastronomy.’

The Science of Nutrition has always been a topic that changes over time. It is a Science that you need to keep up with and to try your very best to eat foods in their most natural form. A lot of people confuse the word diet with the process of reducing weight, this is entirely wrong. Diet is a word that I do not like very much because it conjures up a vision of people living on lettuce leaves and slimming aids. This is not true. I would much rather use the words Food Reform or Applied Nutrition. Food Reform is a special Science of Eating that originated from a brainstorm linked to making you perform at your very best and directed to transform you into the perfect being. An athlete may refrain from so many different foods to promote a professional and undivided performance. Take Novak Djokovic, probably the fittest tennis player of all time. Removing gluten from his diet changed his life creating unknown stamina and fitness like never before. This is one example of the sources of incredible knowledge available to us all and where we need to tap into this source when we run into problems. Applied Nutrition on the other hand is an ancient technique that is designed to guide you to divide your meals into selected times during the day and eat meals that are verified, certified and fortified. Due to habit forming and stress orientated tasks we often fall into the trap of unhealthy eating. We need to verify food contents before we eat them. We need to ensure that the contents of foods are certified. Some supermarkets put the incorrect data on their labels. We need to fortify our foods with the goodness that we need. Fortification is about allocation. Always ensure to allocate foods in your diet that contribute to normal energy release such as B, B1, B12 and iron. Allocate Zinc and more iron for normal cognitive functions. Allocate copper, folic acid and vitamin D to ensure normal function of your immune system. Go for omega. Ensure that your diet contains Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 for good health and vitality. Get your DIET right and you shall have the finest life. Your DIET is related to your life. Eat well and you shall live well. Dieting Incites Everyone To Ingest Nutritious Gastronomy. A lot us confuse the word DIET as a form of losing weight but actually the real definition of DIET is as follows: DIET is the process of food assimilation to meet the needs of a Meritocratic Goal Setter. Each meritocratic Goal Setter needs the vital components of good food to release the right sustenance to target different parts of the body. The body is the physical form of the mind and is designed to perform outstanding work at the will of the mind. In order for such a performance to take place the mind expects the body to be fit and the body expects the mind to be full of wit. Dear Friends, I urge you to fully understand your body and to be proud of it. This entails looking after it with care and with love. You need to ingest nutritious gastronomy to meet the demands of your body. Ingesting junk food inhibits bodily functions, making one loose the sense of coordination and reaction. To be successful in life you need a balanced mind and a balanced body. Your intake must be on the uptake. In other words you need to understand your foods and you need to endorse anything that you eat. There is a Science to everything. The Science of Eating is called Food Reform. It is about emptying your larder for ardour. You need to eat promptly, regularly, properly and with the right philosophy. This is called Applied Nutrition. Don’t nibble, don’t dribble, don’t overeat, don’t overcook, don’t waste, don’t haste, don’t fry, avoid pies and add colour to your meals.

Food Glorious Food

Food Glorious Food

Quote of the day
‘You are not what you eat as the saying goes, you are what you think, do or say.’

Previous Quote
‘Good Foods prepared with love and passion always yield wonderful moods.’

Bonus Quote
‘Stable Tables Always Bestows Longevity and Eternity.’

Dear Friends, I want to assure you that with a healthy diet and a wealthy lifestyle you shall live onto 100 years of age and float into the magical sphere of eternity upon your death. You have the right and privilege to do so but you need to maintain it. One of the key avenues to success is a proper and balanced diet. The commercial route to overall success will always land you into a melting pot of stress, inhibition and confusion. Yesterday I spoke about the power of Music to overcome your stress, inhibition and your confusion. Today I want to talk about Good Foods. Yes, Good foods does create good moods. Good moods maketh your day like never before. With good moods you can sail the seas, swim the deepest oceans and cross the tallest mountains. Why? You can do it because you do not carry a baggage of stress, a barrier of inhibitions and a passage of confusion. Good moods makes you pleasant to listen to and watch as you show and live by examples. To attain a balance temperament you need to eats foods that work for you. Some foods create certain reactions within you when you eat them. If you are lactose intolerant for example then drinking whole milk can have a damaging effect on your moods. If you are gluten intolerant then your moods will definitely be affected. So one needs to exercise care and caution when eating. I always say put a little colour in your foods and you shall put a little colour into your life. I always say put a little effort into your cooking as well. To this I add by saying eat foods that are natural and wholesome. Good foods generally are less tasty. This is the CENT effect. The CENT effect stands for Colour, Effort, Natural and Taste. Goods foods require you to acquire a taste for them. Bad foods will always taste nice because they are loaded with bad additives. Bad foods create bad moods. They do. A simple experiment will confirm that. If you suffer with IBS then you need to eliminate foods that create that irritable bowel syndrome. Live your life to the fullest by eating foods that are filled with goodness. You can tell good foods from bad foods. I want you to use your weekends to create those special foods to liberate your senses and give you the moods that will make you relaxed and happy. Since we have 48 hours to command over our own intent each and every week of our lives I want us to use our weekend to eat good foods and create those wonderful moods. Many people would say openly you are what you eat. I think that this is an insult. We are not what we eat. We are human beings that have the right to eat. Commerce has made a mockery of our produce. Not all labels are true. Supermarkets are not entirely truthful of what is printed on their labels. Labels have become somewhat of a fable. In other words an allegory of noted additives with no real distinct value. Today I want to put things right on the table. Out goes the labels and in comes the stable concept of eating. Bonus Quote: ‘Stable Tables Always Bestows Longevity and Eternity.’ Do you want to live onto 100 years and beyond? Do you want to move to another life in a different galaxy under a different vestment of good deeds? You can if you want to. However you need to be educated to do the right thing rather than follow what commerce tells you to. Commerce is about trade. It is about the retail of commodities to every individual that needs it. Do you need something that is not up to the standards that nature provides? The answer is a simple no. We need to eat, an elementary necessity in our life, but we need to demand good foods. We need to demand the best products that commerce can deliver. If Commerce cannot do that then we need to say no. We need to become educated to know what is right and what is wrong. What is written on a Restaurant menu is not always what you get delivered on your table. What is said is what should be delivered. Don’t trust in the word of man, trust in GOD. If someone disappoints you then don’t use their services again. Trust in the natural fruits that GOD delivers which is always pure, sure and totally safe and secure. The Databank Times has incredible recipes that you can prepare for as little as a pound.

Eat well, Live Well

Eat well, Live Well

Quote of the day

‘What we eat either meat, wheat, treat or sweets is how we appear to the outside world. Today I want to you to STOP the wrong foods and start eating the right foods and let the world see an Individual that cares about their mental and physical well-being.’

Previous Quote

Eat in Moderation and live with Consideration

Dear Friends, it is so important to understand the difference between Success and Failure. Success is about living a life that is bountiful from birth to death lasting for a period of 100 years, the equivalence of 36,500 days. Every day that passes you from the very first day of your life on planet earth implemented by the care of your parents to the very last day when you say farewell to the world and admire your input as a meritocratic Goal Setter. Success is about daily accomplishments and regular achievements. Success is about caring, sharing and remaining fair throughout your life. Success maintains your temperament to an all high where you just attract the onlookers and admire the wonders of life. To ensure you maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle it is a prerequisite that you exercise regularly and eat well. Yesterday we spoke about Exercising. Today I want to talk about eating moderately and considerately. To eat is to live. To live bountiful however is to eat when required and to eat the right food groups. Today, on the 3rd day of October 2015 I want you to say STOP to bad foods and START to good foods. It is so important to value what you eat, when you eat and how you eat. Food is fuel allowing you to expend energy when needed. Food is building blocks to enable cell replication and bone generation. Food is your defence mechanism to diseases and illnesses. Food forms your nutrients made up of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Eat well and you will perform well. Eat incorrectly and you will perform abnormally. The best analogy that I can think of is a car. If a car is poorly neglected it will perform poorly. Its emissions will be abnormal as per the manufacturer’s original data and it will be unsafe to use. Likewise our body needs that special yearly MOT to ensure we get the right service and the right ingredients into our system. What is your BMI? It should centre around 28 – 30 in an adult. What is your weight? Are you overweight? What is your sugar reading? What is your blood pressure? These are the obvious medical questions you will be asked if you go to a dietician. These are readings you should take at home on a regular basis. To create those golden goals you need golden foods to bring sparkle to your eyes, colour to your skin and muscles that are always toned. Yesterday we spoke about exercises and how we should START exercising and STOP fantasising. Today we need to START Eating Correctly and STOP Eating Incorrectly. Overeating makes you lethargic. A lethargic person spends his or her time fantasising and procrastinating. Golden Goals then becomes stolen goals. Your life is your personal gift from heaven. Like treasures in a cove we need to keep our body and mind attuned at all times. We need to appreciate our life rather than neglect it. Today people disregard their lives and often shorten it by being foolish. Eat well, pay more for less and avoid paying less for more. This always works. Paying more gives you quality and not quantity. Paying less gives you inferior quality and certainly unnecessary quantity. Count the fat and keep your intake per day below 90g. It should be a supermarket exercise. Get to know your foods and to know their fat content such as an egg has 6g of fat and a coated piece of chicken has 27g of fat. Add colour to your supermarket trolley. Avoid the whites and move to the browns. White bread is bad for you. Brown is good for you. Seeded breads are even better. If you are diabetic try to eat Spelt Bread which has an irresistible nutty flavour and helps lower your sugars. It is a bit more expensive but the key to success is always pay more to get less. If your cholesterol is high try soya products which when combined with the right ingredients make a perfect meal. Following The Databank Times Recipe and Fitness columns will help motivate you to make the right decisions. I wish you an absolutely healthy weekend and may you enjoy it to your level best.

The Working Machine of your LIFE!

The Working Machine of your LIFE!

Quote of the day
‘The human body is a complex machine, by far the most complex of all machines with an eyesight equivalent to 576 megapixels, a memory capacity of 1 Quadrillion bits of info, a 30 foot gastrointestinal tract, a 70m2 surface area respiratory organ and a heart that beats 100,000 times a day.’

Dear Friends, if we need to live onto 100 years then we need to make adjustments to our lives. We need to maintain our body so that it may perform to the best of its ability. Our body is indeed a complex machine capable of incredible tasks. Therefore we need to look after it from birth to death to avoid the onset of possible diseases as we get older such as diabetes II, dementia, cancer, coronary heart disease, depression, osteoporosis, glaucoma, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cataracts, age related muscular degeneration and hearing loss. A healthy body attuned to correct eating, regular exercises and good hygiene will last the pace and ward off the so called aging diseases. Every part of our body plays a critical role to our success story. We cannot ignore the one and focus on the other. Our foods hold the key to our success like lemons for Vitamin C, broccoli for Vitamin K + Vitamin C to ensure healthier bone development, dark chocolate instead of light chocolate helps lower blood pressure, a sweet potato a day has enough punch to ward off cancer, salmon is an excellent source of omega – 3 fatty acids, walnuts to reduce cholesterol, avocadoes for their richness in fibre, garlic to inhibit bacterial growth and spinach for healthier eyes. We need to understand our body like how we need to understand our car. We need to understand the importance of correct top-ups and regular flushing. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we need our body in the way our body needs us. Our body speaks to us in language that we often fail to ignore. It cries out when we over-indulge. It cries out when we over exert ourselves. This language I refer to as our sixth sense. It is very much like common-sense but it comes from a different channel, like an angel talking to us. Don’t ignore that inner voice that constantly tells you to watch out or to take care. You need lungs to breathe with so why pollute them with smoking? You need a stomach to digest food so why eat the wrong foods? You need eyes to see, so why should you neglect them? You need ears to hear so why not take care of them? We need muscles for strength yet we lack the strength to develop our muscles. We need our heart for blood circulation and to maintain a gentle nature yet we consume foods that interfere with the flow of our blood. Dear Friends, I urge you to take a serious look in the maintenance programme of your body, the powerhouse of your actions and the science of your life. You have the right to a life of 100 years, value it, treasure it and look after it. Don’t place any part of your life in the hands of man. You are in charge of your life, your body and your mind. Always remember that. It is never too late to start.

Foods for YOU

Foods for you

Quote for the day

‘Your body is your engine rated according to your needs, it is a machine to execute your written agenda and like an appliance it needs to be cared for to achieve the optimum in you.’

Planning menus for the day or in my case scenario for the week forms part of my daily written agenda. My menus are always exciting and are usually cooked according to my needs and most meals are completed under 30 minutes. I always include basic food necessities in my diet to promote a healthier body and a healthier mind. Both my body and my mind are vital pieces of my Success Jigsaw to ensure that I have a lively centenary life on planet Earth. What I eat is what I am? My foods are balanced according to my daily workouts. I don’t exceed my daily limits and my meals are always interesting. As a result I am the author of the following diet plans which work effectively to assist entrepreneurs of success in getting back into shape. The above foods should be included in your diet as they form the key ingredients to promote a healthier lifestyle. Does you weekly shopping list include the above? Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you need to fuel your body with the right foods to promote a healthier lifestyle. Success comes at a price because to eat correctly is often harder than to eat incorrectly.

Previous Quote: ‘Good Foods promote Good Moods, Bad Foods promote Bad Moods.'

Like an engine that needs regular maintenance your body needs that constant flush and of course less mush. Your body is indeed a machine that needs foods that promote healthy joints, strong bones and gleaming teeth. An appliance is a machine that performs work, a good appliance always delivers the best performance. Conversely a neglected appliance is unsafe, poor in performance and a health risk. Dear Friends without care for your body achieving your goals is meaningless. Your body needs to be strong, virile, energetic and dependable from birth to death. Good foods assist in making you supple and out of the common troubles such as osteoporosis, strokes and diabetes. It is a choice to be made daily, planned in advance and enjoyed with passion and desire to maintain a healthy body and of course a healthy and peaceful mind.

Bonus Quote: ‘Take care of your body and your body will then take care of you! It is a fact, ask anyone.’

‘The Importance of Living’

‘The Importance of Living’
Quote of the day
‘No one has the right to interfere with any module of your day created by yourself. Each module in your day is a building block to your subsistence. Weakening any module in your life and your whole subsistence will come tumbling down.’

Everything in life requires planning. Planning in advance steers you towards a more fulfilling and accomplished lifestyle. Yesterday we spoke about the importance of creating modules in your day and for the rest of your week. Every action constitutes a module. Making a hearty breakfast is a module itself. Planning a day before can create the best breakfast ever pumped with nutrition and sprinkled with elegant cuisine. Planning in advance ensures that you have the right ingredients and the perfect combinations of foods to highlight family togetherness and happy feelings. Doing things without planning creates havoc, chaos and certain disaster. My modules for the rest of the week as already manifested itself into a draft form waiting to be written into my memo in the final format. I know what I have to do and I go about doing it. I am in charge of my life and I am the sole proprietor of my allocated seconds for the day whether I work for someone or for myself. I am then driven by these modules and generally speaking by the end of the week I feel accomplished and fulfilled.  Dear friends, I want you to try this simple task of creating modules in your life. Having a bath is a module expressed as a schedule. In this particular schedule you know exactly what time you will have a bath and for how long. You will know whether you will wash your hair and perhaps exfoliate as well. All of these take time and by adhering to a schedule you will know exactly what to do. ‘Have 5 a day, not just in the goodness of foods but in the fondness of your moods.’
Quote of the day
‘5 a day makes you sway, gay and play. 5 a day boosts your moods and makes you feel excessively good. 5 a day is like rays of sunshine so full of brightness and so delight with kindness.’

Five foods that changes your lifestyle and reduces unnecessary and unwanted fats are commonly known as broccoli, blueberries, flax seeds, spinach and beans. Flax seeds for example contain high levels of fibre and are known to lower cholesterol. What would you say are 5 things like food that you could consume that will create incredibly good moods? Over the years I asked this question over and over again and the inference was:
Laughter, Enthusiasm, Energy, Friendliness and Spirituality.
Laughter brings about harmony within and outside of our mind and our body. Laughter is about generating true happiness. Laughter is the Faculty of Merriment, enjoyment and Glee. Laughter is the converse of sadness. It brings joy to your heart and brighten your day.
Enthusiasm is an individual’s passion and desire to execute a dream, idea or hobby from start to finish. It is their eagerness that wants to soar above 100% and burst out from their minds into a reality. Eagerness makes an individual’s world less surreal and more real. Enthusiasm makes you get up each day with a purpose in life, to make you deliver your best in every possible situation.
Energy comes from foods which we have highlighted before. Good sources of energy gets the job done professionally, academically and honestly. Eating well in daily does of balanced moderation and careful consideration for those around you promotes good energy. Energy is your vigour and can be tweaked to push you through unparalleled limits. Energy makes you operate like a dynamo, silently but yet so progressively.

Friendliness creates harmony in your home, streets, city and country. Friendliness reduces enemies.
Spirituality is about believing and about serving. Spirituality holds the key to your future and your eternal life. A prayer a day helps you make the most of your day. A prayer is like a song that chimes a millions pertinent words to rid the meanness of life and to establish the greenness of the outdoors. Spirituality is a vital intake in your life, it opens new doors and closes unwanted ones.

‘3 Diets that Work’

Quote of the day

‘Being poor in health reduces your chance to enrich your wealth. Being lethargic in mind reduces your ability to be refined. Without a good body and a solid mind your success will be shoddy and unrefined.’

One of the key features to our overall success is the atonement on a regular basis of our body and our mind. Like a car our body requires a constant service. It needs to be topped up with the correct nutrients and it needs to be handled with extreme care. Most of us ignore this and live life focused on how we will survive in the world of commerce. Little do we realise how important it really is to have a mind and a body to cope with the constraints of The Financial World. When I noticed that my body needed that special care or when I noticed things that were abnormal in my life such as bloating, allergies, IBS or that lethargic feeling, I had to take action. Like a car that starts to stall or misfire or jerks or squeaks when you apply breaks we are feeling and seeing symptoms. Symptoms are clear indications. Symptoms are alarm warnings and we need to take heed. During the past 20 years I developed 3 Diets that worked for me. The following is a brief description of these diets and I shall expand on them later on in The Databank Times.

The 1st Diet that I developed was called ‘The GONE diet’ and I developed this diet when I turned 50. When I turned 50 I noticed that I developed allergies to certain foods such as nuts and eggs. The GONE diet was the elimination of 4 groups of food from my diet for a period of 40 days and 40 nights. GONE stands for the elimination of Gluten, Oils, Nuts and Eggs from my diet. I cannot express in words how wonderful I felt after 40 days and 40 nights.

The 2nd Diet is called the ‘No COPS Diet.’ I developed The No COPS diet when I neglected myself some time ago during the cold winter that we had experienced here in good old London Town. Again for 40 days and 40 nights I would eliminate or reduce the intake from my diet COPS. COPS stands for Carbohydrates, Oils, Pasta and Potatoes and Sugars. In conjunction with rudimentary exercising such as walking around the block and basic isometric moves I lost weight.

The 3rd Diet that I developed to suit my needs and my profession was called ‘The Potatorian Diet.’ Now this may sound ludicrous but it is amazing how nutritious a potato can be if cooked correctly and there is such an incredible variety of potatoes the world over. During this Diet my wife who is a celebrated Chef created 29 recipes using just potatoes as a theme. Potatoes contain a useful source of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates and fibre and it has virtually no fat. This was such an incredible DIET that I remained a Potatorian for almost 10 years.

Dear Friends you need to watch your DIET. You need to Dine Intelligently and Exercise Technically. Keep in touch and I shall provide you with many good recipes that are affordable and enjoyable. To your health I salute you, and to your wealth I applaud you.

Good day to you Dear Friends. Getting up each day must be a treasured activity. You cannot get up saying that you feel tired. You cannot utter to yourself or your partner that you don’t have the desire to go to work today. Do you often get the inner feelings of body aches and pains? Does you mind feel incoherent, unable to deduce simple morning signals? A meritocratic Goal Setter feels otherwise.
A meritocratic Goal Setter wakes up with the zest to accomplish. He or she ramifies this thought in their minds before going to bed. They have a clearer vision than any other ordinary human being. You could even describe them as super humans. They have unbelievable energy to compound desire and passion in a regular fashion.
They go the extra mile. They manage their day fruitfully. They take each second of the day and use it profitably. Every second is important to a meritocratic Goal Setter. Breakfast is important and so is lunch followed by a lighter supper. They know the importance of a fueled breakfast to sparkle the need to do profitable work. They eat on time each day and know the good foods from the bad. There is goodness out there but there are also bad foods that induce bad and lethargic feelings.
Eating well makes you act well. It fires you to do things that you could never do before. Meritocratic goals setters leave no stone unturned. Their garden is always neat and tidy. Weeds are constantly removed and larger shrubs regularly pruned. They ensure flower beds are adequate to attract nature’s creatures like bees and birds. They recycle wherever and whenever they can. They go green and do it because of the importance of been green. They care earnestly for the environment.
They get to know their neighbours and walk instead of taking the car. They keep correspondences at bay attending to mail when needed and keep payments manageable and affordable. They keep their homes clean and free from clutter. They dry their clothes naturally rather than use the tumble drier. Their wash clothes only when needed and vacuum their homes regularly to repel unwanted pests.
There is constant activity in a meritocratic Goal Setter. They instill fine qualities in their children and ensure their proper upbringing. They value responsibilities and take responsibilities seriously. There is no room for complacency. They filter out problems with careful analysis. They keep abreast with current affairs and learn new words each day. A meritocratic Goal Setter does fear knowledge, they are willing to learn rather than place emphasis on earn, earn and earn!
How far are you willing to go? How do you spend each second of your day? When does your day start and when does it end? Are you willing to go the extra mile? Are you willing to make adjustments and sacrifices? In order to see change you must be willing to change. It is as simple as that, no different to any successful individual that paces or paced the Earth. Go for it Dear Friends, make a difference to your life with sound and orchestrated movements. Flow with relinquished success rather than fantasised success.
