Positive Friends

Positive Friends
Quote of the day
‘To succeed in life you need to bathe in a constant stream of positivity. This includes sticking to friends that are positive. If you sense a detachment in positive thinking don’t be alarmed it’s just the temperament of your friends who need some space.’
Bonus Quote
‘Everyone is a friend but the harmony of friendship is attuned to one’s temperament. Good temperaments promote good harmony and bad temperaments promote bad harmony.’
Previous Quote
‘The bandwidth of friendship is infinite but to attach a figure to friendship I think 7 billion friends would suffice in a lifetime’
A very windy welcome to the 1st working day of a new working week from us here in good old London Town. Did you have a pleasant, restful and relaxing weekend? Did you fire your cells to perform well in this week’s agenda? In keeping with the theme of positivity I decided to talk about Positive Friends. Friendship is your greatest comfort zone in life. Without friends there can never be comfort. However, Friends are human beings that can err, flare, scare, stare and can be elsewhere. Success in life depends on the well-being of all human beings, yes all 7 billion of us. Unlike our forefather in Adam we cannot survive without the help of friends. Our forefather in Adam had to do everything on his own with just a little help from The Universe. His domain was manageable. Our domain is considerably larger at 5.1×108 km2. Without the help of friends such a chore is unmanageable. Friends from across the globe have their ups and downs. No one is perfect, we can only show by example how important it is to be responsible. In order to glide smoothly during your day, you need to assess the temperament of the person that you meet. A good temperament is something that you feel, sense and watch. Such an aura is captivating. A bad temperament is also something that you feel, sense and watch. Such an aura is quite complicating. Dear Friends, I say onto you and verily too, where there are good moods there will always be good attitudes. Where there are bad moods there will always be bad attitudes. You need to know the difference. Step aside and let bad moods fade away. Step inside the ballroom of friendship when good moods cascades into a playground of laughter and joy. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you must remember, like you everyone goes through ups and downs. If there is an opportunity to help we must try to help. If help is not needed, we must not force our intent. What was good yesterday cannot always be good tomorrow. This is human nature. We need to understand this to survive. We need to understand this to thrive. We need to understand this in order to drive forward in our daily tasks. Positive Friends always work together to get the job done, to build the bridge to success, to happiness and to peace. When positive friends turn into negative friends learn to understand this and give them their space. Positivity is born every second, just give it time to flourish again and then resume your status. Always remember you need friends as much as they need you. Start your working week with a friendly smile for this helps the ball of positivity to flow more easily. Have a wonderful working week. Don’t be afraid to work it is part of life. You will be rewarded well for your humility.

Eat well, Live Well

Eat well, Live Well

Quote of the day

‘What we eat either meat, wheat, treat or sweets is how we appear to the outside world. Today I want to you to STOP the wrong foods and start eating the right foods and let the world see an Individual that cares about their mental and physical well-being.’

Eat in Moderation and live with Consideration

Dear Friends, it is so important to understand the difference between Success and Failure. Success is about living a life that is bountiful from birth to death lasting for a period of 100 years, the equivalence of 36,500 days. Every day that passes you from the very first day of your life on planet earth implemented by the care of your parents to the very last day when you say farewell to the world and admire your input as a meritocratic Goal Setter. Success is about daily accomplishments and regular achievements. Success is about caring, sharing and remaining fair throughout your life. Success maintains your temperament to an all high where you just attract the onlookers and admire the wonders of life. To ensure you maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle it is a prerequisite that you exercise regularly and eat well. Yesterday we spoke about Exercising. Today I want to talk about eating moderately and considerately. To eat is to live. To live bountiful however is to eat when required and to eat the right food groups. Today, on the 3rd day of October 2015 I want you to say STOP to bad foods and START to good foods. It is so important to value what you eat, when you eat and how you eat. Food is fuel allowing you to expend energy when needed. Food is building blocks to enable cell replication and bone generation. Food is your defence mechanism to diseases and illnesses. Food forms your nutrients made up of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Eat well and you will perform well. Eat incorrectly and you will perform abnormally. The best analogy that I can think of is a car. If a car is poorly neglected it will perform poorly. Its emissions will be abnormal as per the manufacturer’s original data and it will be unsafe to use. Likewise our body needs that special yearly MOT to ensure we get the right service and the right ingredients into our system. What is your BMI? It should centre around 28 – 30 in an adult. What is your weight? Are you overweight? What is your sugar reading? What is your blood pressure? These are the obvious medical questions you will be asked if you go to a dietician. These are readings you should take at home on a regular basis. To create those golden goals you need golden foods to bring sparkle to your eyes, colour to your skin and muscles that are always toned. Yesterday we spoke about exercises and how we should START exercising and STOP fantasising. Today we need to START Eating Correctly and STOP Eating Incorrectly. Overeating makes you lethargic. A lethargic person spends his or her time fantasising and procrastinating. Golden Goals then becomes stolen goals. Your life is your personal gift from heaven. Like treasures in a cove we need to keep our body and mind attuned at all times. We need to appreciate our life rather than neglect it. Today people disregard their lives and often shorten it by being foolish. Eat well, pay more for less and avoid paying less for more. This always works. Paying more gives you quality and not quantity. Paying less gives you inferior quality and certainly unnecessary quantity. Count the fat and keep your intake per day below 90g. It should be a supermarket exercise. Get to know your foods and to know their fat content such as an egg has 6g of fat and a coated piece of chicken has 27g of fat. Add colour to your supermarket trolley. Avoid the whites and move to the browns. White bread is bad for you. Brown is good for you. Seeded breads are even better. If you are diabetic try to eat Spelt Bread which has an irresistible nutty flavour and helps lower your sugars. It is a bit more expensive but the key to success is always pay more to get less. If your cholesterol is high try soya products which when combined with the right ingredients make a perfect meal. Following The Databank Times Recipe and Fitness columns will help motivate you to make the right decisions. I wish you an absolutely healthy weekend and may you enjoy it to your level best.

All Humans occupy Space and Time

Quote of the day
‘In the vastness of space in the Intergalactic volume of The Universe we as humans take occupancy in a set period of time. Our expenditure of time changes how The Universe becomes. Our Earth an interplanetary mass amongst many other Earths reflects this.’

We all occupy space and time in an intergalactic journey across The Universe during our lifetime. Our day revolves along a journey in a huge space craft occupied by 7,196,540,759 astronauts at the precise time of writing this sentence. The mass of our gigantic spacecraft is 5.97219 x 1024 kg and travels at approximately 67,000 miles per hour along its orbital journey around the Sun. Yet as small as we are, we are occupying space and time in a world of life and happenings that is meant to be enjoyed and not engulfed in hardships and struggles. Space is something we can see and feel. If you stood at the edge of the Equator literally hanging onto to the Earth you will see a vast object passing you at 1000 miles an hour. You will see in 24 hours New Zealanders waking up and Americans going to bed. If you stood hanging onto the Earth at the Equator today you would have seen the following:

·         A South Korean Star dies in a car crash
·         A 60 foot asteroid will be seen flying across the Earth
·         You will see how Kashmir is hit by a huge flood
·         You will see trouble spots in Syria and Iraq
·         You will see more shelling in Ukraine
·         You will hear of Scotland and it decision to become Independent
·         You would have heard of the death of Labour MP, Jim Dobbin
·         You would have witnessed the funeral of Joan Rivers
·         You would have heard of deadly microbes found in US lab
·         You would have heard that the Argentine Rock Legend Cerati dies

Events are constantly happening. Space is something that you occupy and is visible to other people that maybe watching you. Your space is your time and your responsibility. It is all about valuing this asset and using it to the best of your ability. If you remove yourself from the existence of all things a void will be left in The Universe. You are also occupying time which is something that is hard to identify. For what happens in the next second is dependent on what happened in the previous second. Likewise what becomes of tomorrow is entirely dependent on what happened today. The climax of your day affects your moods. A good day often yields a good temperament. Your character is often in high spirits enriching a warm personality making days become memorable and profitable ones. Bad moods generate the converse creating rifts in the tidal wave of existence and shedding news headlines that rocks the world. How was your day? We know that you exist because you are occupying space. What about your time? Did your day enrich your perspective of life or did it have the negative effect? You see ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we are indeed the makers of our destiny. We are making history every second. Good history is what we want to hear and learn from. We want to become the celebrities of good deeds for the day, enriching the lives of others and seeking solace for eternity. I wish you a joyous working week ahead of you enriched with success and prosperity. I wish you good health and a good mental well-being. I want you to become a star that glows into the vastness of The Universe brightening the sky for angels to see and rejoice.
