The Key to Success

The Key to Success

Quote of the day

‘The Key to Success lies in the word SUCCESS. S is for Succeeding, U is for Understanding, C is for Caring, C is also for Consideration, E is for Enthusiasm, S is for Sharing and S is also for Saving.’

Welcome to midweek, yesterday’s article was called ‘Universally Friendly’ and may be viewed at http://inspirationalgalleries.blogspot.co.uk/. Today I want to talk to you about your Success and how important it is to succeed in your life. The Key to Success lies in the word SUCCESS. The first letter of the word SUCCESS is the letter S and it is about Succeeding. Why is it necessary to succeed? Success is about finding prosperity in the opulence of The Universe. Without prosperity there is poverty. Which would you prefer? Would you exchange your success for someone else’s poverty? Success is for all and not for one. Therefore, when you reach the peak of your success you need to give part of it back to those that are waiting to taste it, feel it or experience it. The next letter is Understanding. We need to understand that there is no need to be greedy. To become successful, you need to be careful, respectful and helpful. The letter C reminds us to Care. This is of extreme importance because every particle that makes up the cosmos is accountable. You need to care for all and not for one. You need to care about the flora, the fauna and other human beings. C is also for Consideration. We need to have consideration in everything that we do, say or think. A considerate person always exercises kindness, selflessness and concern when liaising with another human being. E is for Enthusiasm. Enthusiasm gauges your level of passion and desire in a given subject. A zero level displays zero passion and desire. A hero level displays full passion and desire in all that you do, say or think. S is for Sharing. Sharing is the ability of an individual to openly contribute ideas, facts, provisions, supplies, paraphernalia and general items to the public at large. A sharing person does not look for profitable gain but would rather settle for an honourable acclaim. Finally, the last letter of the word SUCCESS is the letter S and this stands for Saving. Saving is the process of putting aside something for a rainy day. Not every day is scheduled to be an ideal day. In fact, some days are likened to be a bit zany. Therefore, as a meritocratic goals setter one of your daily expenses has to be a savings account set aside for a rainy day. Have a great midweek.

Eat well, Live Well

Eat well, Live Well

Quote of the day

‘What we eat either meat, wheat, treat or sweets is how we appear to the outside world. Today I want to you to STOP the wrong foods and start eating the right foods and let the world see an Individual that cares about their mental and physical well-being.’

Eat in Moderation and live with Consideration

Dear Friends, it is so important to understand the difference between Success and Failure. Success is about living a life that is bountiful from birth to death lasting for a period of 100 years, the equivalence of 36,500 days. Every day that passes you from the very first day of your life on planet earth implemented by the care of your parents to the very last day when you say farewell to the world and admire your input as a meritocratic Goal Setter. Success is about daily accomplishments and regular achievements. Success is about caring, sharing and remaining fair throughout your life. Success maintains your temperament to an all high where you just attract the onlookers and admire the wonders of life. To ensure you maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle it is a prerequisite that you exercise regularly and eat well. Yesterday we spoke about Exercising. Today I want to talk about eating moderately and considerately. To eat is to live. To live bountiful however is to eat when required and to eat the right food groups. Today, on the 3rd day of October 2015 I want you to say STOP to bad foods and START to good foods. It is so important to value what you eat, when you eat and how you eat. Food is fuel allowing you to expend energy when needed. Food is building blocks to enable cell replication and bone generation. Food is your defence mechanism to diseases and illnesses. Food forms your nutrients made up of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Eat well and you will perform well. Eat incorrectly and you will perform abnormally. The best analogy that I can think of is a car. If a car is poorly neglected it will perform poorly. Its emissions will be abnormal as per the manufacturer’s original data and it will be unsafe to use. Likewise our body needs that special yearly MOT to ensure we get the right service and the right ingredients into our system. What is your BMI? It should centre around 28 – 30 in an adult. What is your weight? Are you overweight? What is your sugar reading? What is your blood pressure? These are the obvious medical questions you will be asked if you go to a dietician. These are readings you should take at home on a regular basis. To create those golden goals you need golden foods to bring sparkle to your eyes, colour to your skin and muscles that are always toned. Yesterday we spoke about exercises and how we should START exercising and STOP fantasising. Today we need to START Eating Correctly and STOP Eating Incorrectly. Overeating makes you lethargic. A lethargic person spends his or her time fantasising and procrastinating. Golden Goals then becomes stolen goals. Your life is your personal gift from heaven. Like treasures in a cove we need to keep our body and mind attuned at all times. We need to appreciate our life rather than neglect it. Today people disregard their lives and often shorten it by being foolish. Eat well, pay more for less and avoid paying less for more. This always works. Paying more gives you quality and not quantity. Paying less gives you inferior quality and certainly unnecessary quantity. Count the fat and keep your intake per day below 90g. It should be a supermarket exercise. Get to know your foods and to know their fat content such as an egg has 6g of fat and a coated piece of chicken has 27g of fat. Add colour to your supermarket trolley. Avoid the whites and move to the browns. White bread is bad for you. Brown is good for you. Seeded breads are even better. If you are diabetic try to eat Spelt Bread which has an irresistible nutty flavour and helps lower your sugars. It is a bit more expensive but the key to success is always pay more to get less. If your cholesterol is high try soya products which when combined with the right ingredients make a perfect meal. Following The Databank Times Recipe and Fitness columns will help motivate you to make the right decisions. I wish you an absolutely healthy weekend and may you enjoy it to your level best.

Always live in Anticipation

Always live in Anticipation

Quote of the day

‘Living in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year is all part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.’

Dear Friends we always live in regret because we made too many hasty decisions, we spoke the wrong words without consideration and thought of something that is not unforgivable. To avoid this we need to live in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year as part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Living in anticipation makes you keep your pace relative to your overall stature and grace. As a result you will find invariably you will make less hasty decisions that often makes you live in remorse or weep for that matter no matter how old you may well be. You will also say the right words at the right time indicating to your listener that you are a gentle, humble and a kind person that means no harm but strives to reach a happier lifestyle without hurting another person. Life has indeed become somewhat hectic and as a result we forget to live in anticipation and make pragmatic decisions become problematic conclusions. Living in anticipation makes you aware of rage before it appears in front of you. Rage can be quite an abrasive tool and often spoils your day or even in some situations your entire life.  Living in anticipation makes you age a lot lesser opening a new page in your life. One of the biggest and noted causes of aging is stress. Living in anticipation avoids stress. Wrong decisions make you enter a new road in life that you never quite expected or prepared for. You then have to deal with new circumstances and take chances in life to barely survive. I am living proof of this. I took many a wrong turn in my life and ended up in the most regretful circumstances ever. Living in anticipation can make you stand on a new stage in your life attracting the spoils of life. Think of the better opportunities in life and you are attracted to it. Think of being successful and you shall attract success even though you have landed yourself in a pit of unnecessary trouble. Anticipation gives you a new level of hope to cope with remorse. Living in anticipation makes you disengage when times become a little harder. We all accelerate our pace because we need to get there quicker than before, we need to be first in the queue or we need to be served first rather than last. Anticipation takes away the trauma of stress and makes you dress for the occasion. If you are served last you don’t really mind because you lived in anticipation. Living in anticipation makes you avoid the swerving car, the unfriendly pedestrian and the rudeness next door. Just think of the next second and the possibilities that come with it and you could avoid the nastiness of life. Living in anticipation makes you aware of impoliteness, anger, frustration, temptation, complications and violation. You have seen it all, you tasted it all and you have heard it all before. So why get involved. Dear Friends, I urge you to take cognisance of the next second, of the next day, of the next week or the next year. Living in anticipation makes you aware of danger from the person next to you, from the person in the next city or from another planet. You have to be in tune with the world and the affairs of the world. You need to know what’s good for you and what is bad for you. Living in anticipation makes you aware of illnesses and the seriousness of its implications. You need to know about prevention before seeking a cure. You need to be pure, sure and secure a place in life that promotes happiness and joy. Living in anticipation makes you aware of possible changes in your vocation that may cause you to lose your job. Technology is changing rapidly, employers are changing in exchange for a better promotion or offer, people are changing as they older and therefore you need to change in order to adapt. You need to keep abreast of things and learn to survive. Living in anticipation makes you aware of the future and how you shall fit into it. The future is changing rapidly too. New countries are constantly being formed as a result of demarcation through fighting, religion or politics. Where will you stand amidst the turmoil, will you end up being a refugee, a victim or deceased? Living in anticipation makes you aware of a possibility of another world war or even a cold war. Fatalities have rocked and shocked the world when man had discovered greed. Today we need to overcome greed but it is a hard project that could take time or last for infinity. We need to be aware of the purity of the air, we need to learn to be fair, we need to watch out for that obvious snare, we need to be aware of danger and we need to prepare for the unexpected at all times I am afraid to add. Living in anticipation makes you aware of extinction, addiction, destruction or even competition. Where are the vital pieces of nature that we destroyed? Why do we kill the rhino? Why do we kill each other? Dear Friends give anticipation a try for anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.

It pays to be nice

It pays to be nice
Quote of the day
‘Nice days can become better days if you are nice. You don’t have to pay a high price to be nice, you don’t even have to spice up your life to be nice. Try a slice of niceness today and let it sparkle your weekend’

What would you say is the monetary value of niceness? If it is something that can bring you kindness, politeness, enjoyment, consideration, friendliness, courteousness, love and goodness on a silver platter delivered to you day in and day out surely it must be priceless. Money can never buy you happiness. Gold cannot outweigh the benefits of niceness. Niceness beckons the calling of every individual’s success. No one can say that they became successful without being nice. The niceness of a person is clearly identifiable by their gestures of goodwill. They speak in a tone of niceness. They act in a nice mellow stature. You can tell when a person is nice. You can tell them a mile away. Niceness yields the finest rewards on Earth. There is an immense enjoyment to life. Life is meant to be enjoyed from birth onto death lasting for a period of 100 years on planet Earth. There is always pleasantness at home, work and the outdoors when you are nice. Pleasantness amalgamates love and pleasure in a harmonious way. Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself. There is always agreement between one or more people when you are nice. Agreement is a universal understanding between people, it is a covenant that stood the test of time. There is politeness when people meet. Politeness creates a community of civility. A community that excels in good mannerism goes a long way. Try it for yourself. Start at home and watch how the graciousness of living oozes outdoors. There is wonderfulness at the break of dawn until you are ready to retire when you attempt to be nice. A Street of delight makes the ideal setting for an accomplished and fulfilled day. There is kindness in everyone’s gesture when niceness is in the air. Kindness is a humane quality that cannot be exchanged for anything else. It is genuine and it is emotional. There is friendliness in the world between nations and amongst every citizens when niceness is exercised. If we could only turn back the clock to the last 100 years and say no to war and yes to love, what a wonderful century it would have been. Look at all the citizens of the world that would have survived and live to tell their tale of niceness. War creates unpleasantness. Love is the converse and generates pleasantness. Dear Friends I urge you to be nice. You do not have to pay a price in order to be nice. Try a slice of niceness today and let it sparkle your weekend tomorrow.

Moderation and Consideration for 2015

There is consideration and moderation to be considered when implementing a strategy’
Quote of the day
‘Every New Year or a new beginning must be met with eloquent grace, a warming embrace and a steady pace. In other words you must apply moderation and consideration before committing to a goal or resolution.’

One of the easiest things to do is to commit to something on a personal level. It is easy because you are making a pact with yourself and not with someone else or an institution or organisation. When you make a pact with yourself you don’t mind if the pact is broken. Commonly we say on New Year’s Eve I will go on a strict diet from tomorrow. You make this pact with yourself but have no real intention to commit to it. The common result is your resolution fades away before it could even start. As usual I already made firm resolutions for the New Year and I did make a pact with myself. I did this weeks ago, instead of on New Year's Eve. This pact with myself is bounded with a firm promise. It is a promise and agreement illustrating that I will conquer my goals or resolutions in a given time. I already matched my finances with my strategies and took on resolutions that are realistic, holistic, logistic, simplistic and optimistic. The pact between myself will to be honoured simply because I believe in me. I believe that I have a fundamental purpose in life to do well and to be altruistic in everything that I do, say or even think. To do this I must be able to meet 2015 with eloquent grace, a warming embrace and a steady pace. To have eloquent grace I need to be refine, kind and divine. I need to embrace the New Year with goodness in my heart, honesty in my mind and virtuosity in my actions. I need to realise that whatever I want to do in 2015 must be done at a steady pace. I must realise that every workload has a time segment attached to it. In other words in order for me to honour my personal pact I need to be moderate and considerate in my heart, my thoughts and my actions. My predetermined goals must be realistic, tailored according to my capabilities and abilities. My goals must be holistic and not just highlighting a segment of my life. It must be as a whole taking into account everything that I do, think or say.  I need to be logistic exercising sense and sensibility in all my predetermined goals. I need to be simplistic as well reaching for goals that are not too complex or too fragile. I need to be optimistic as well, catering for possibilities that my goals may become rather slow or struggling. I cannot give up, I know that I MUST try again and again. This attitude has worked for me before and I know that it will work again. I also know that if you follow my footsteps you too will be successful and prosperous.
