‘All individuals have the right to have a life of equality. We differ immensely in our choices but the rudiments of life will always remain the same. To sustain your equality, think Health first and then let your Wealth follow you.’

Your choice in life could be a Rolls Royce or a Hyundai but both necessities in life do the same thing. They both carry you from point A to Point B. The right of equality does not mean that everyone needs a Rolls Royce or even a Hyundai. It is about choice and the practice of appreciating what you want in life or have in life that makes you comfortable and happy. To achieve this, you need good health. This is the primary objective of any meritocratic Goal Setter. Health first, Wealth second. Health creates Wealth, Wealth will never create good Health. To determine a good healthy lifestyle starts with a personal assessment. Your weight, your height, your pulse rate, your hate will all determine how great you are. Your weight is important and if it is not right you need to make it right by exercising good eating habits and proper physical workouts to suit you. Stand with a good posture and you shall overcome osteoporosis and other bone disorders. You will aerate your discs and maintain the power to sit, remain fit, stand tall and have a firm hand from birth to death. Your pulse rate determines your physical level. Pulse rate is about how many times a minute your heart beats. You need to monitor your heart beat to ensure that your body is performing well and capable of producing a reasonable output. The Hate Factor in your life affects your performance. Have hate in your agenda and you have no agenda at all. Hate makes you late, it makes you feel overweight, it creates negativity, it affects your heart rate, it aggravates hostility and it agitates instability. Getting into a neutral zone where you remain serene, feel clean, avoid the caffeine, eat your beans, read a magazine and create the perfect scene is my sole recommendation.

Don’t regress into a dress of hate. Hate is a time waster. Time is your most precious commodity. With a sound body and a sound mind you will have the power to generate wealth in an instant. The amount of wealth you require would be a personal assessment. Whatever it is it will always be achievable. Without a sound body or a sound mind you will never create wealth and you will certainly degenerate your health. Health is not a reversible reaction because you cannot change depression or aggression into an impression because you generally leave a permanent imprint that lasts forever and ever. Depression is the key cause to your noted health recession. Pump your mind and body with negativity and you will lower your ability to combat diseases. Depression leads to aggression. Aggression forms a very unpleasant impression to someone else. You may not remember your aggression but someone else will for the rest of eternity. My recommendation once again is being calm. If your health is poor you cannot remove the indentations, it has caused to your life but the healing process certainly can make you move on. Think wise, be wise, live wisely and focus on the next second. Focus on what you can do to make the next second better. Always remember, Health first and Wealth second. Ask someone like me and I can assure you that your Health is important. My health is good and I aim to live onto 100 years. My Wealth is also comfortable but I measure my success on how healthy I really am and not on how wealthy I am. Improve your Health and you will have the power to increase your Wealth. Welcome to the penultimate Friday of July 2016. Are you feeling cheerful and exercising a fundamental law of success and that is to be careful? To be cheerful is a hard but manageable task. The overall result of being cheerful is that you will always be happy and less snappy. Being careful will always ensure that the next second bestowed upon you shall remain relatively calm, more collective and highly effective. Why is it that we lack the ability to remain careful and cheerful? Why do we risk our happiness to live with sadness instead? The main reason for this is that instead of focussing on our own goals we focus too much on other people’s goals. We spoke recently about the importance of dreams and how a selective dream can change your life for the common good. That selective dream that you conjured up is generally made up of selective footage that you captured over a period of time. You saw a collection of cars for example and then captured relevant footage to create the stimulus to get a similar or same car. To achieve such a goal requires you to be careful and cheerful. To be careful is to ensure that you focus on that particular goal and nothing more. Most of us stumble and instead spend time focussing on other people’s goals. Speaking to the wrong people can lead you astray too. Carefulness is about being cautious, vigilant, developing wisdom, forming better judgements and making sense of nonsense. When you lack the ability to be careful you lose the capability to remain cheerful. What happens is that your mind switches to irrelevance. Irrelevance is about diversion, yes diversion from the subject matter at hand to the incorrect chatter that floats in the air. As a result, we become embroiled, we boil for no reason and we spoil golden opportunities available to us. Stay away from irrelevance and focus on relevance. Focus on your goals and keep a smile gleaming in your face at all times. Don’t let your opponents become aware of your weaknesses.  Develop your strengths. Show them that you are focused and cheerful.

White Rabbit! White Rabbit! White Rabbit! Welcome to the 1st day of February 2016, welcome to a journey of positive inspiration. It was indeed sad to see January fade away into the horizon. It was like saying goodbye to a prominent event in the calendar of our existence. January opened the doors to opportunities in 2016. February now opens the atmosphere of positivity, enabling you to move on like a river downstream. As the eddy currents of a river agitates the soil beneath February brings the positive vibes needed to agitate the enthusiasm in you. We know what we want? We know the difference between right and wrong. We have the tools at our disposal. Now we need that positivity. Let the month of February 2016 do just that. You need positive energy like a seed that needs oxygen, moisture and warmth to sprout. Our goals are like seeds. Until the right conditions are met our goals like seeds will remain dormant. To create the stimulus to grow we need inspiration. To catch inspiration, you need to be like the early bird, chirpy and in good spirits. Getting up to the sound of negation toughens your goals. Like a toughened seed case it builds frustration inside you and strangulation on the outside. Today I want you to initiate the psychological switch in you by grasping onto Inspiration from the rich February supply of positivity. You need to get up and feel it before you can do anything else. January started like melting glaciers on the foothills of the Himalayas. It was slow but pure. It was like the beginning of time where you realised that you wanted to do something real and something positive. During the 31 days of January I enlightened you to take firm action with stimulating articles, Quotes and videos and access to bespoke materials. In February the flow of the rivers is stronger and the energy of positivity is increasing significantly. Like turbines in a dam that are able to rotate faster due to the surge of water you need to capture the power of Inspiration with equal dynamism. Therefore, you need to get up and be drenched like never before. You need to open the window to acknowledgement and let the power of inspiration touch your heart. Once the connection is made head for the bathroom to relieve yourself and cleanse your body in the appropriate way. Then start your day with a prayer making sure the connection to the heavens above is done with clarity and vivacity.  You have been drenched with the flow of inspiration so let your prayers be drenched with feelings, love and passion. If time permits partake in some exercises. In due course I will give you access to some incredible exercise workouts to suit you. Now head for the breakfast nook and create a spread of early morning nutrition. Cast aside the greasy, fatty and unhealthy foods and bring on the goodness of life through a sequential process of ingestion, digestion and assimilation. Eat well ensuring that your early morning intake is enriched with vitamins, minerals and the right amounts of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Always remember what is right will always seem unusual, difficult, tasteless and loathsome for the first time. However, if you turn on your psychological switch it is actually extraordinary, inspiring, tasty and delightful to be righteous. Follow these simple steps and your desire will be on fire each day. Try to flow with consistency throughout your day. Seek accomplishment and fulfilment in all your daily tasks. Work steadily during the week and reward yourself with a personalised weekend. Ensure that your Inspiration is a daily prescription to be taken in the morning preferably with a mug of hot water and a hint of lemon. By the end of Extraordinary February, you will feel extraordinary. You will see the buds on your golden goals open into a blossom of reality. You will see a pattern of life like never before where the meaning of life becomes written in the clouds. You will see light at the end of the tunnel and you will see a passage of righteousness at the end of your day where an angel stands before you. It all started with a psychological switch that you activated in your mind. A switch that turned darkness into light. A switch that created a purpose for you that you can live for. A switch that carries a flame of hope for you and your wonderful family. A switch that creates better friends for you from coast to coast. A switch that eliminates enemies that often vex your day, your life and your comfort. A switch that brings laughter to your front door. Welcome to the start of your new working week and of sadly the final working week of January 2016. It is also a good gauge to determine your progress into the New Year. Did you make a mundane start or a humane start to 2016? It is never too late to make a new start, with 340 days left before 2017 there is an incredible amount of time at your disposal, which is in fact 29,376,000 seconds. Today I want to introduce you to the Swop Shop. The Swop Shop is your personal Shop where you can change bad habits into good ones. It is a simple technique where your virtual Swop Shop stocked with noble concepts from the global market can be accessed at any time. Let’s look at some classic examples that can change your life for the common good and help to steer you in the right direction. If followed incessantly you will see instant changes in your life. So, the golden rule is to visit your virtual Swop Shop at least three times a day. Stop the talking and get cracking with the walking. If you commute by bus get off one stop before your destination and walk. If you travel by car, park at least 15 minutes away from your destination and walk. Underground or overground, please follow the same procedure. Walking is so much better than talking. Stop talking get on with the walking for at least 20 minutes a day. Drinking is good if your drink is pure as water. Distilled water is good, sparkling water is even better. A hint of lemon or lime enhances the taste. Our body is made up of 73% of water so why contaminate it with impure water such as coffee, tea, cold drinks, juices and alcohol. Be pure and be sure. Don’t go nuts, just eat them. Almonds are good because they help you to lose weight. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium. Swop from white to brown. Ditch the white breads, switch from white flour to brown flour and pitch white rice for brown rice. Swop the superfoods for the bad foods. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. A pear a day cares for your skin because of its phytonutrients. Swop the sherries for the berries. Your virtual Swop Shop should include cherries. blueberries, strawberries, gooseberries, cranberries and raspberries. Create smoothies to assimilate different fruits into your diet. From vegetables to low sugar fruits, a smoothie can soothe you. Swop the crap with a nap. A good nap is nature’s prescription to recover, revive, survive and to create that unique drive for the next day. Swop lunch with a munch and a crunch. Chew rather than brew. Count the calories, count the fat, count the protein and count the salt. In other words, don’t rush your meals. Have a feel for the best meal. Look for a meal that is ideal, has a sense of appeal and has lots of peels. Swop quantity for quality. Quality is broccoli gastronomy. Ensure broccoli is a daily ingredient in your diet. Hate it but eat it. Swop potatoes with sweet potatoes. Swop oils with boils. Never deep fry, just boil and garnish with condiments. Dear Friends, the Swop Shop analogy works. Welcome to Christmas Eve, how wonderful it is to embrace an auspicious day with such noted merriment. Thank you sincerely for finding the time to log onto your favourite Inspirational Channel despite your busy day. Today I quickly want to talk about your wellness and the science behind it. I think it is a goal that you should pursue in 2016. It is a goal that brings happiness to your home and it is a goal that is the least expensive to subdue in the New year. Goals do come in all shapes and sizes and can cost the Earth. Yet, the least expensive goal which pertains to your overall wellness is the primary goal that enables you to achieve all your other goals. With wellness you can become full of goodness, not that you are already good. What I am referring to is goodness all the time, 24/7. Goodness is kindness and it is righteousness. It is about being kind to all but more importantly to yourself. From these foundation qualities comes forth your righteousness. A righteous person always walks the plains of the Earth in noted strides of decency and honesty. They are not swayed by meaningless gossip or idle threats. They are focussed and they get on with the job in hand. With wellness you can maintain lifelong fitness. Fitness can be classified as a person’s robustness. A fit person is a person that creates the perfect kit to survive daily traumas. With these qualities in hand you can move mountains, you can command almost anything and you can demand virtually anything. You can command a lifestyle befitting to your very needs and you can demand the best in life not just for the moment or for the day but throughout your life. Wellness achieves everything your heart desires. Most of us make the common mistake by putting the cart before the horse. We tend to focus on materialistic acquisitions rather than our well-being.

The Science of Nutrition has always been a topic that changes over time. It is a Science that you need to keep up with and to try your very best to eat foods in their most natural form. A lot of people confuse the word diet with the process of reducing weight, this is entirely wrong. Diet is a word that I do not like very much because it conjures up a vision of people living on lettuce leaves and slimming aids. This is not true. I would much rather use the words Food Reform or Applied Nutrition. Due to habit forming and stress orientated tasks we often fall into the trap of unhealthy eating. We need to verify food contents before we eat them. We need to ensure that the contents of foods are certified. Some supermarkets put the incorrect data on their labels. We need to fortify our foods with the goodness that we need. Fortification is about allocation. Always ensure to allocate foods in your diet that contribute to normal energy release such as B, B1, B12 and iron. Allocate Zinc and more iron for normal cognitive functions. Allocate copper, folic acid and vitamin D to ensure normal function of your immune system. Go for omega. Ensure that your diet contains Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 for good health and vitality. Get your DIET right and you shall have the finest life. Your DIET is related to your life. To be successful in life you need a balanced mind and a balanced body. Your intake must be on the uptake. In other words you need to understand your foods and you need to endorse anything that you eat. There is a Science to everything. The Science of Eating is called Food Reform. It is about emptying your larder for ardour. You need to eat promptly, regularly, properly and with the right philosophy. This is called Applied Nutrition. Don’t nibble, don’t dribble, don’t overeat, don’t overcook, don’t waste, don’t haste, don’t fry, avoid pies and add colour to your meals.

Anything in life including us that needs to perform work requires some form of energy. Energy is drive to make you get up and go. As much as we care for the outer and exposed parts of our body we need to care equally for the inner parts of our body. This is a daily requisite in life where time for your maintenance from head to toe needs to be allowed for. What we see in front of the mirror is also an indication of how we feel inside. An outer appearance of a supple skin, a good eyesight and a healthy crop of hair is a clear indication that the inner parts of your body is functioning okay. To become the ultimate achiever in life you need to coordinate your mind, body and soul to unify and work as one. Take a fully charged battery such as a torch battery as an example. The battery standing on the supermarket shelf or in your tool box has no real value even though it is packed with massive streams of energy or vivacity. We need to unleash this inner energy by connecting it to a device such as a torch and when switched on will cause a filament such as tungsten to glow. In this process we are also coordinating and connecting by converting one energy into another. In this example we are converting potential energy into kinetic energy and then chemical energy into electrical energy. We all have energy within us too stored in different forms and when needed to perform work we need to connect and coordinate. We have three distinct forms of inner energy and this is Spiritual Energy, Intellectual Energy and finally Dynamic Energy also referred to as our Soul, Mind and Body. The coordination and connection and transferal of energy within us moves from chemical to electrical then potential and finally kinetic when we do work. Like an unused battery if we do not connect or coordinate we will not be able to perform work profitably and productively. The above video gives you an idea of how to connect and coordinate on a daily basis and acts a simple reference guide which you can modify according to your circumstances. I call this a daily start and end process. We start our day with a prayer and this awakens our soul to the heavens above in a conduit of complex signals that we cannot see, decode or understand. This is spiritual energy which uses insignificant watts of energy. It is our vital link to the heavens above and our passage to eternity. Therefore we need to look after it. The mind made up of the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind is the adaptive activity centre of all organisms and is called Intellectual Energy. The brain, the 3 pound power chamber of the body has over 100 billion neurons communicating with each other or to other parts of the body through synapses. The transmission of a nerve impulse is not simply an electrical phenomenon as described by Galvani but it is also a physiochemical process that involves the expenditure of energy as well, converting chemical energy into electrical energy. Finally we have dynamic energy where thoughts manifest into action. Good foods do create good moods and play a key role in how we expend energy profitably. Take a home that is not insulated correctly. The occupier has energy at his or her disposal because they are able to pay for it on a monthly basis. However due to poor insulation and the lack of basic common-sense are actually expending energy unwisely and this regretfully has a knock-on effect on our planet. To be successful in life you need to be sensible or remain sensible every second of your centenary life. As you get older and wiser you must instil good values in the younger generation by setting examples. Starting at home is the best way possible. A happy home is the start to a happy community. Happy communities create happy settlements. Always remember that you cannot have an accomplished day if your mind is under stress or strain or your body is distressed and sprained. You need all three energy sources to get you going. A good exercise routines bespoke to your needs must be introduced in your daily tasks. Different people have different physical abilities, my advice is to start simple with Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics or Walking.

A very good day to you Dear Friends on a fine and typical autumn day from your eternal friend, Anthony Pan. We are slowly edging towards the New Year with just 84 more days to go. I cannot tell you how excited I am to receive the New Year. I believe in myself and I don’t follow the criticism and remarks that other people have made about me. My life is the most precious gift bestowed upon me and therefore I need to appreciate my life and the purpose of it. I am a human being living in the 21st Century and therefore I have the right to live an equal life. I have the right to succeed and to dream about the lifestyle that I want to live by. I am not an avarice person and therefore my requirements in life is very minimal. Nevertheless, I shall ensure that the remaining 44 years of my life shall be good, happy and sound. To achieve this I need to be practical and I need to be theoretical. The Theory of living can be sought from any related literature. However the Practical of living is somewhat harder. For me to succeed in life I need to ensure that my physical and mental well-being is in prime condition. To assist me in achieving this I need to exercise regularly and to eat a diet that is nutritionally healthy. I need to care for my body by allowing time every single day to attend to my needs in the right and logical way. I cannot neglect myself because I was born into this world as a beautiful human being. We all are beautiful, don’t believe otherwise. We are also unique to the core. As we see into the beauty of nature every day of our lives, today I want you to look into the beauty of you, a human being living in the 21st Century. In the opening of today’s Quote I summarised what I think you really are. Today I want you to acknowledge that. I want you to believe in your beauty and to find the time to care for yourself. I want you to bring out the sparkle in you like the way I wanted you to bring out the sparkle in your city. Don’t just take my word for it, look into the mirror and acknowledge the beauty that has been bestowed upon you. Don’t settle for anything less but settle for more by pampering yourself with the best that life can offer. Start from head to toe and let the makeover begin. Spend time on yourself and see what a difference you can make to your overall personality. We spoke about eating correctly and exercising correctly a few days ago, today I want you to focus on your personal beauty. Your beauty is the loveliness that the world wants to see every single day. Dear Friends we can succeed if are willing to STOP and START. Our theme in October is called Start and Stop. I want to drive this message through because I have this inner feeling that it will definitely work for me and for you. There is so much of sadness in the world today and our media displays this so clearly. Life is not about sadness but of gladness instead. We need to value our lives and therefore should always be set on enjoying our life all the time. Therefore we must put a stop to all things that drive us insane and put a start to all things that drive us to attain and remain sane. What was your day like today, were you driven to become insane over the behaviour of someone else? Did someone come in front of you and stalled your progress? It’s happening ALL the time and all over the world. Our criteria in life is to live to serve. We need to think logically and behave philosophically. To have an active mind is part and parcel of the equation. What comes next is an active body. Today I want to stress the incredible importance of your body, the machine of your thoughts and the driving force of your intent. Do you have the right body to undertake all your golden goals? Having the perfect machine to perform those perfect tasks comes from within you. Do you want to succeed or do you want to continue being unsuccessful? You are the decision maker and the decision taker. It’s your choice. You cannot have the mind-set to achieve great things in life when you do not have the body to respond to your thoughts. Today I shall try to motivate you to get started. We need to take the first step. What becomes of tomorrow starts today when you take the 1st Step? The 1st Step in life of a Meritocratic Goal Setter is the greatest step that they will make towards their future. It is a step of gallantry fortified with dreams of a golden kind. No one takes a step forward unless they know what they want in life. What do you want in life? Surely the three most common and obvious answers to this quivering question is Health, Wealth and Prosperity. Health, Wealth and Prosperity should always be your prime motivation in life. Activating a healthy body is a first step to a healthy and fruitful life. Without a finely tuned body the mind can only dream. How do we get fit? We cannot sit and expect to get fit. We cannot get fit if we cannot commit. We cannot succeed and become fit if we choose to remain unfit. We cannot become fit if we omit basic principles to real success. Dear Friends, I want to tell you quite openly that in order to succeed you need to take the first step. If you want to start walking take then simply take the first step. Happiness is the pleasure of living your life in a world that is filled with rampant chaos. The Key to Happiness was once lost amongst the chaos of the world, like a needle in a haystack. You can have anything that you want, all you have to do is to attract it towards you. Need a car, than create it in your mind. Fill the body with a colour of your choice, instil into the dashboard the ultimate technology to suit your needs and fill the bonnet with your personal touch. Do you need a home, then create one in your mind. Classify it according to your needs and create your living space according to your living tastes. Anything that you want in life can be yours but that ‘want’ has to be genuine. It has to emanate from the bottom of your heart with a vibrant tone that equates to your real passion and desire. Many people go to bed without food, without shelter, without clothes, without hope and without a glimmer of cheerfulness or a smile. I was like this for many years and believed that the opulence of The Universe was for a selected few. When I was a young boy I always used to wonder why I not had a birthday party or a toy for Christmas. I used to often wonder why I walked the streets without a pair of shoes or why would I go to bed feeling hungry. I used to wonder why I did not go to a good school where my Peers could unselfishly impart valuable knowledge to me. I am sure everyone including you will have a tale to tell yet the Universe is opulent, pouring with an endless stream of wealth and health for ALL its citizens. Dear Friends, today I want to talk to you about the opulence of The Universe and how you can attract whatever you want towards you. The key to your unique attraction is to establish what you really need rather than what you do not need. The Universe is opulent and will give you anything that you want, all you have to do is attract it, extract it and then transact the whole manifestation into a worthwhile venture. Many of us carry anger in our hearts and carry this anger with us daily. Many of us get angry when we see other people flourish in their daily activities. I say onto you and verily too focus on yourself and your needs instead of focussing on what other people achieved. Your passion and desire must be so strong that whatever you need will automatically be attracted towards you. Once you see it you then need to extract from The Universe exactly what you ordered. If you see a fleet of cars narrow it down to just a few than extract the one that is most appealing. To do this you need to transact everything in an unselfish way, taking what you need and giving the rest back to the land. Don’t hoard everything home, just take what you may need and then give the rest back to the land. This will be your greatest achievement and for this I salute you.

Using your weekends to experiment with basic workouts can help improve your working weeks. It is all about conversation, education and participation. Many of us are too afraid to experiment with new activities to keep us active rather than inactive. We don’t want to walk just for a short distance but prefer to talk for a long distance. We don’t want to be happy but prefer to be snappy instead. We don’t want to be joyful and delightful but rather would settle for sorrow about tomorrow. If it is a Sunday we will do anything to make Monday sorrowful. Why? Why do we do the opposite? Why do we become bitter rather than better? Why do we quarrel and always behave immoral? Surely we should agree and be moral instead. I think fear is our common enemy. We fear the outcome of any experiment that we undertake but would rather watch someone else do it. We fear that we maybe embarrassed or ridiculed if we try something new. This is why I say use your weekends to experiment on something new. This weekend I want you to start a new regime and that is to Keep Fit, Stay Fit. There is a multitude of activities to enrich your spirits and to help you to start Monday morning with a burst of sparkle. What can you do to enrich your spirits? There is walking, jogging, hopping, boxing, running, rambling or even dancing to get you going. How about a bit of sport with your children? Take to the garden and run around it. Hit the swing ball to and fro. Jump into the pool even if it makes you look like a fool. Be adventurous and take to the slopes with all your folks. Go sailing, go trailing, go hiking, go biking, go swimming, try slimming, go golfing or even bowling, anything really to get you fired. Life is all about participation. Life is all about living it. Life is all about fun, joy and happiness. Start simple with gentle steps and gently strokes. Go for a walk and have a bit of a talk, it helps and it motivates. Dear Friends, your body is indeed the temple of all your activities. You need to keep it in shape. A good body delivers peak performances 24/7. A poor body delivers a dipped performance all day long. Get the conversation going with anyone and create that unique participation to get started. If it is something new then become educated about it. Learn how to inflate a bicycle tyre or learn how to replace the tube on a tyre.  You have the appendages to do it now append it with your conversation, education and participation. Keep fit, stay fit and see how different your life would become. Whatever you want changing around you will have to start from within you.

The 1st protocol to ample wealth is to develop good health. Without a healthy mind and a healthy body the road ahead to financial freedom will always hold its sudden pitfalls. The 2nd protocol is to believe in yourself. You need to identify who you really are and what is the purpose of your life. This creates a chartered map of your life from your humble beginnings, to the first stumble that you had and to the final mumble where you asked yourself how do I become wealthy. How do I reach the pinnacle of my personal success with the least amount of stress? Stress is a killer and a life reducer. You do not want to squander your valuable time and life by following the path of fools that want to become millionaires overnight. Such a path is stressful and always unsuccessful. You need to live your life to the fullest with the least amount of problems that gets you down. You need to start from scratch and value your time, your life and whatever assets you accrued. What is your current financial status? There has to be a figure. All figures start with a zero. So, if it is zero then you are penniless. The next step is to seek your 1st penny or the seed that will make you grow into a personal millionaire.  In order to grow into financial freedom you need the soil of fertility and that Dear Friends comes from your heart. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls our 1st Quest to become wealthy starts at the bottom. The chemistry of becoming wealthy as per your needs is structured in your thought processes.  How you are thinking or how did you think about yourself in the past 10 or 20 years? Your thought processes has to establish your validation of your existence and the purpose of your existence. Once you established this then you are already a millionaire at heart. A millionaire at heart is one that cares, shares and remains fair! This is the validation of your life and this is the validation of the purpose of your life. Many an entrepreneur to financial freedom fails to realise this and lives a life of financial stress which I call FSS. FSS stands for Financial Stress Syndrome. The sea of fertility always ensures proper growth towards your financial freedom. It starts the same with wanting to be healthy. It is all about building that potential energy within you. It is about sieving the archives of your needs and deciding what you want to achieve today, tomorrow, next month, next year and for the rest of your life. Your needs are personal and attached to these needs is money. Money sadly is a requisites for all your needs but like a seed money can grow, you just need to know how to grow it. You need to go back to basics. You need to start all over again. You need to search for your bespoke needs. You need to create a valid archive of your needs and look at them vehemently and build up your energy levels to prompt you into the right action to achieve those needs. You need to value your first penny and instil this valued penny in your heart, the land of your personal fertility and let it grow into your personal pot of wealth. You need to do it right away. You need to erase the foolish quest to wealth and to embark on a new career to wealth. You need to start fresh and fill the basket of your earnings with new ideas, new images, new and unselfish thought processes and finally new and unselfish actions. Go for it. ‘A need is always achieved when you plant a seed of passion and desire in the base of your heart.’
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you must remember that passion and desire is potential energy and as you build up on your potential energy you turn it from potential energy into kinetic energy. Let me tell you a little bit about potential energy and kinetic energy. Potential energy is energy that you have by the transient positional state of your thoughts. Let us examine this closely. You suddenly wanted a glass of water. This is your transient thought process initiating the start of potential energy. You don’t have the glass of water as yet and your passion and desire in the form of thirst augments this potential energy. You will only be able to have the glass of water if you turned your potential energy into kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is energy that you expend when you are in motion, in other words you get up and physically go to the tap and pour yourself a glass of water. Likewise when you want to become healthy you need to instil the seed pertinent to your need. To become healthy you would need to understand what healthy really means. A healthy individual is one that is and remains in good physical shape. They are hale and hearty to the core. They do not look at external features of themselves but look at internal features as well. To become healthy means you need to understand the anatomy of your body, externally and internally. A car driver generally leaves the internal configuration of his or her car to someone lese like a mechanic. A meritocratic Goal Setter of which you are takes care of their body both externally and internally. They will deploy professionals when necessary to assist such as a doctor, nurse or hairdresser. However the core to their real health comes from common-sense. Instilling the seed to healthiness comes from your thought process. Thought processes using your mind to envisage how you want to look. Your body parts always talk to you especially when something is wrong. These are acute signals that you cannot ignore. Do an assessment of your assets. Tally what you paid for it and then do a current valuation. All things depreciate. Your life on the other can appreciate.
