Meditation

Meditation

Quote of the day

Meditation Elevates Dreamers Into Transcendence, Alleviating Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity.’

A very, very warm welcome to the final day of the 1st working week of August 2016. I hope and pray that your working was fully accomplished and fulfilled. To achieve 100% accomplishment and fulfilment I suggest Meditation on a daily basis and the best and proven way to do this is in the early hours of the morning. We are all dreamers, conjuring up the perfect strategy to make our working week a successful one. We all know that a private weekend awaits us as a reward for our hard and consistent work. Working weeks can be quite stressful as we all know. The demands of modern life can put undue stress on all of us. To help us to overcome such noted stress we need to consider meditation. Meditation is the ancient science of concentration directed in particular to spirituality. There are many ways to meditate but there is only one time to meditate, and that is in the very early hours of the morning. Meditation is about concentration and in order to concentrate or focus on the subject in hand you need no distractions. Meditation enables you to understand your purpose in life and creates a conduit between you and the heavens above. In this subtle state of mind where you experience complete peace and tranquillity your concentration levels are extremely high. This technique employs breathing in a positive way, inhaling the goodness of life and exhaling the badness of life. In this state of meditation, we become focussed. We begin to understand our mind and we begin to understand how important it is to relax. As we meditate our mind floats into a state of ambience which many refer to as transcendence. We realise how important our life really is. All these apparitions become visible as we inhale the wonders of life. We cognate perfection with conviction and then seek to overcome imperfection thereafter. We acknowledge a divine presence and therefore react with grace. We experience a sense of wholeness and generally can unite the body, mind and soul as one. When we meditate we alleviate pain caused from Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity. With our eyes closed we can travel across the cosmos experiencing life in all its glory and splendour. Meditation reminds us of our existence and it enables us to serve unselfishly as human beings living in a modern world. You need to breathe in deeply and feel the rush of positive ions into your body like tiny raindrops from the heavens above.  You need to breathe out intensely with the sole intent of removing the sadness that can inflict us and the madness that can convict us. Dear Friends, start your day with Meditation. Empty your bladder and bowels, wash your face and gargle your mouth and sip a hot lemon drink. Stretch your arms and legs, wiggle your toes, gasp a puff of freshness and clasp a column of frankincense to cleanse the air. Sit in a comfortable position preferably on the floor and meditate without a trace of distractions. Do this from today and watch how tomorrow shall feel, look and appear from the horizon. Have a wonderful weekend.

Shower with Power

Shower with Power
Quote of the day
‘Power is your ability and Capacity to unleash your full potential. To make the impossible become possible you need to shower yourself with power.’
Bonus Quote
‘Power Obliterates Worries, Enmities and Repugnance.’

Dear Friends we all experienced both sides of the coin. We all saw struggle on one side of the coin and experienced freedom on the other side of the coin. Each day of experiences in your life can be likened to tossing a coin and which side the coin lands on will determine your day, your working week or your entire life. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I want to tell you that you have the power to land on the right side of the coin every single day. I say this compliantly because I know the experiences one shares when one lands on the side of struggle and on the side of freedom. I tell you why because I lived a life for almost 35 years where I landed like a magnetic material onto the blatant side of struggle each day. I had to endure almost 12775 days of struggle for no reason at all. I was compressed into feeling I was inferior. I was suppressed on a daily basis into feeling that I was just someone that lived on a day to day basis without a cause. I was oppressed by my peers, family and friends and taken advantage of at every given moment. I was depressed for almost 4 decades into a bitter struggle to escape the shallow end of misery. I was stressed by constant bullying and overcome by constant intimidation. I was dispossessed twice in my life for those 35 years, thrown out into the streets on my feet, treated so unfairly and cheated so openly. Yes, I know the feelings of struggle for I endured it for so long. Today I stand in front of your screens with a full confession, to tell you openly that for the last 20 years I tasted the other of the coin and that is freedom. I am now free from the talons of Human Greed, I am now free from the hostility of both man and woman, I am now free from the pressures of modern life and I am now free to live my life the way I want to live it. I now have POWER. For Power Obliterates Worries, Enmities and Repugnance. Today I want you to know this and I want you to start landing on the right side of the coin every single day from now on. I want you to write down on a piece of paper your feelings of compression, suppression, oppression, depression, stress and dispossession. Now I want you to read it aloud each day when you get up from your bed. I want you to see the cruel side of the coin and realise its downside. Now I want you to flip the coin and see the upside to your life. Which side of the coin would you like to land on? I say onto you once again and verily too always choose the side of the coin that gives you freedom to do what you want to do and freedom to say what you want to say. For if your passage in life is altruistic in nature you shall command the seas when there is a tidal wave and gather the clouds where there is drought. To ignite your desire you need POWER and that POWER comes from above. So, when you start your day in prayer, pray wholeheartedly for POWER to be unleashed from within you so that you may fall on the right side of the coin at all times.

Addictions can become real Maledictions

Addictions can become real Maledictions
Quote of the day
‘Whatever you addiction is, it is a malediction that can cripple your chances of becoming successful. It can take positivity and turn into negativity within a second. To overcome Addictions you need a dose of Benedictions.’

It is hard to overcome an addiction, it remains an affliction for all that cripples your lifestyle and your progress to make changes when changes are really needed. Some addictions are more painful than others. Addictions are compulsive behaviour patterns that breaks the common desire or passion to succeed in life.  Addictions lead to constant convictions. Jurisdiction cannot overcome addiction, only you can with a dose of benediction. Benediction is a powerful tool that is often ignored. It is a tool that we need to use like a gardener that needs tools to uproot the unwanted growth in his or her garden. Without tools its takes longer. The workload is harder and the pressure is unbelievable. Addictions come in various shapes and sizes. To name but a few smoking, drinking, excessive eating, sexual urges or drugs come to mind. These are actually negatives in your life and we need to act swiftly to turn them into positives. Addictions are compulsions in your life that create restrictions in your advancement to a successful and rewarding career. The first quest is to overcome your depressed habit is to address it. You know well the obvious symptoms of your dilemma, they usually are stress, depression, oppression, suppression, possession and distress. Benediction is indeed a powerful tool that you need to use in order to overcome your addictions. All problems take time to resolve or totally eradicate. Can you set aside time to address your problem or addiction? Time spent on establishing your addiction can lead to constructive eviction of the said addiction. I used the term said addiction because only you can identify it. Benedictions are actually Godsend in the form of miracles or sacred signs. We need to be prepared in order to receive a blessing. Preparation is the foundation to your addiction. When I think preparation I think PICASSO. PICASSO stands for Preparation, Identification, Conversation, Adaptation, Sensation, Segmentation and finally Operation. Preparation as I mentioned is the foundation block to start overcoming your addiction. To do this effectively you need to Identify your addiction, openly and honestly. You then need Conversation with someone that you can trust, someone you can openly speak to discuss your problem, perhaps a family member or a friend. Adaptation then follows. Adaptation is about altering your schedule and adjusting your lifestyle as per your conversation. Sensation then sets in. Sensation is about reigniting desire and passion back in your system. Now that you have the support of someone else, a miracle is about to happen. The Benediction in your life is about to unfold. The next stage is Segmentation. Segmentation is about dealing with your problems in small segments rather than doing it overnight. You need to breakdown your workload into manageable and doable tasks in a more suited environment. If your addiction is drinking don’t be near the bottle but rather away from it. Finally Operation PICASSO is in motion. You are ready to receive a blessing from heaven in the form of a miracle. You chose to do it with someone and you chose to become positive despite being in a moat of negative habits. A more detailed description of PICASSO is to be found in The Modern Day Trilogy.

The World is at War - let us become The Peacemakers

‘The World is at War – let us become the Peacemakers’
Quote of the day
‘The Peacemaker of our living world is the one that calms the seas, soothes the tension and mediates disputes around the world. Peacemakers are not classified by age, gender or culture. Peacemakers are human beings that labour intensively by day and by night. Do you fit this category of interest?’

Everyday holds a sad event. Today it is about tension in Ukraine, an airstrike in Niger killing 12, a Tanzanian boy found mutilated, militants killing 4 Tanzanian policeman and there is abuse at a care home in the UK. What will tomorrow’s events hold? Dear Friends if you love your planet you will understand your role in life. Your role in life is to love your life and the occupants that occupy it. We are the sole custodians of our living world. We are The Peacemakers. You can be assured nothing we will go we if do things right. So why does the news headlines on a daily basis show otherwise. Human Greed has created The Troublemakers. Troublemakers do things wrong and therefore shed chaos in the corridors of the living world. Let us create a list of common human demeanours. There is rape, torture, terror, kidnapping, violence, war, conflict, disputes, arguments, abuse, diseases, pestilence, poverty, hunger, recession, depression, oppression, vandalism, hooliganism, robberies, gang warfare, hijacking, deforestation, pollution, devastation of flora and fauna species and a variety of disengagements that brings terror and instability to our lives. Why would all of these anomalies occur? They do because men and women have become greedy, not just from today or from tomorrow but since The Garden of Eden. Dear Friends I urge you to think of your responsibilities and live by them to ensure a distinct reduction in our Greed that ultimately leads to devastation, damnation, starvation, temptation, negation, frustration, infestation, segregation, suffocation, adulteration, fornication, exploitation, humiliation, retaliation, victimisation, dehumanisation, demoralisation, contamination or intoxication. Identify your actions on an hourly basis. You don’t have to go to war but you can prevent it. The world is at war already. The conflict at home breaks homes on a daily basis. The combat on street corners or on playgrounds at school can seriously maim or kill. The fighting in countries around the world kill innocence civilians that have lost their right to live. The confrontation in politics weakens democracy. The competition in business creates enemies. The rivalry in the corridors of our world has grown out of control. The feud amongst neighbours have become habitual. The battle to save endangered species of life is growing old. The struggle for equality is becoming harder and harder. The campaign to reduce abuse seems to be a difficult passage. We need to stop the hostility and lessen the volatility. We need to start with ourselves and come to terms with our anger. We need to monitor our actions and acknowledge our responsibilities. We need to this daily. We need to change the future for the better and end the war. I am going to try to do my level best. I urge you to join me on a campaign to save our planet.
