Meditation

Meditation

Quote of the day

‘Meditation Elevates Dreamers Into Transcendence, Alleviating Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity.’

A very, very warm welcome to the final day of the 1st working week of August 2016. I hope and pray that your working was fully accomplished and fulfilled. To achieve 100% accomplishment and fulfilment I suggest Meditation on a daily basis and the best and proven way to do this is in the early hours of the morning. We are all dreamers, conjuring up the perfect strategy to make our working week a successful one. We all know that a private weekend awaits us as a reward for our hard and consistent work. Working weeks can be quite stressful as we all know. The demands of modern life can put undue stress on all of us. To help us to overcome such noted stress we need to consider meditation. Meditation is the ancient science of concentration directed in particular to spirituality. There are many ways to meditate but there is only one time to meditate, and that is in the very early hours of the morning. Meditation is about concentration and in order to concentrate or focus on the subject in hand you need no distractions. Meditation enables you to understand your purpose in life and creates a conduit between you and the heavens above. In this subtle state of mind where you experience complete peace and tranquillity your concentration levels are extremely high. This technique employs breathing in a positive way, inhaling the goodness of life and exhaling the badness of life. In this state of meditation, we become focussed. We begin to understand our mind and we begin to understand how important it is to relax. As we meditate our mind floats into a state of ambience which many refer to as transcendence. We realise how important our life really is. All these apparitions become visible as we inhale the wonders of life. We cognate perfection with conviction and then seek to overcome imperfection thereafter. We acknowledge a divine presence and therefore react with grace. We experience a sense of wholeness and generally can unite the body, mind and soul as one. When we meditate we alleviate pain caused from Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity. With our eyes closed we can travel across the cosmos experiencing life in all its glory and splendour. Meditation reminds us of our existence and it enables us to serve unselfishly as human beings living in a modern world. You need to breathe in deeply and feel the rush of positive ions into your body like tiny raindrops from the heavens above.  You need to breathe out intensely with the sole intent of removing the sadness that can inflict us and the madness that can convict us. Dear Friends, start your day with Meditation. Empty your bladder and bowels, wash your face and gargle your mouth and sip a hot lemon drink. Stretch your arms and legs, wiggle your toes, gasp a puff of freshness and clasp a column of frankincense to cleanse the air. Sit in a comfortable position preferably on the floor and meditate without a trace of distractions. Do this from today and watch how tomorrow shall feel, look and appear from the horizon. Have a wonderful weekend.

Boxing Day

Boxing Day

Quote of the Day

‘Boxing Day is a day that I box up all my troubles into labelled boxes and place them onto a shelf marked strictly for my attention. Doing this helps me to reduce any tension created during 2015 and it helps me to create an anticipated intention for 2016 through full intervention and comprehension.’

A very good morning to you Dear Friends. Welcome to Boxing Day, the day after Christmas Day. Although the traditional sense of Boxing Day is noted I look upon it as a day of reckoning. I look at the advent of a New Year around the corner and weigh my situation. Am I in all sorts of problems and if so what are they? Living with the same problems for a long time makes us sometimes ignore them and therefore allow them to grow and grow and take over our senses. To overcome this what I normally do is weigh up my existing problems accrued over the last 360 days and look to resolve them with the seriousness that it deserves. I gather boxes from my Christmas presents and label them with my problems irrespective of what they are. We all know that problems come in all shapes and sizes therefore we need to look at them constructively, equally and methodically. If I have a credit card debt I need to create a box labelled ‘Credit Card Debts’. I then gather all my statements including my annual statement and put them into this box. If I have problems with my car I create a box labelled ‘Car Problems’. In this box I include my MOT certificate, servicing date and trade-in value and any other problems related to my car during 2015. Last year I had a total of 10 boxes pertaining to problems that I accrued during 2014. Once placed on a shelf that is visible on a daily basis I am immediately aroused to be either tackled or shackled. The tackling process enables me to challenge my problem. I see it in front of me for the next 5 days and I am aroused to resolve my problems. There are two obvious choices for me. I can ignore the problem or I can explore the problem. Ignoring the problems leads to the inevitable and that is an accumulation of my troubles into 2016. Exploring the problem on the other hand enables me to take action or seek assistance. If the roof is leaking the scope of the repair is obviously beyond me therefore I need professional assistance. The shackling process is the converse. The shackling process makes me become handcuffed to my problem for the next 365 days or more. I ignore it although I am aware of it and let it take its course. This can lead to nowhere. Interest rates on credit and store cards for example are quite overwhelming. I could spend years trying to clear my debt and still owe the capital amount. I must look to resolve and then later absolve. This is something I urge you to consider as well. Don’t leave problems dangling in the air. Take a firm grip on them. To every problem there is a solution. Place each problem into a box and label them. Into each box put every vital information pertaining to your problem into it and then close and place on a shelf. Let the label of the box face you. Look at your problems daily for the next 5 days and create the urge to get them resolved.  Don’t carry unresolved problems into 2016. 2015 will soon be over so please deal with issues related to 2015 immediately. If it is a problem, it may take time to resolve but you need to initiate an action plan. Make all your action plans doable. If you need help find it. Help is always there. Some problems require professional assistance whilst other problems could be done at home with your spouse or partner. Do it, don’t lose it. Do it, don’t let it accrue. Do it, redo it and then renew it. Do it to pursue it. Make 2016 count. Have a wonderful Boxing Day and remember to box up all your troubles on the double, clearly labelled and clearly visible.

‘The difference between Sorry and Retribution.’

‘The difference between Sorry and Retribution.’

Quote of the day

‘It helps to say sorry for the word sorry can diminish the tension of a worry. Retribution on the other hand eliminates a worry and grants an individual the right to move on in the right way, along the right path and towards a righteous future, showing by example and leading by example.’

A divine and hearty welcome to the final day of yet another working week in our life in the year 2015. With just 20 days left to greet a New Year and of course a further 3 weeks of wrapping-up our affairs I think it is an appropriate time to say Sorry. I am very sorry for all the wrongs that I have made in my life but in particular for the wrongs that I made in the year 2015. It takes courage to say sorry especially publically because it is quite embarrassing. 21 years ago I was inspired to start all over again but I still make mistakes, fortunately my mistakes are not as bad as before. Today I say with gallantry that I am sorry and I know that the mistakes that I will make in 2016 will be new ones and lessening ones of course. This is part and parcel of the process of growing up and getting matured both physically and mentally. Dear Friends, it does not hurt to say sorry. Sorry diminishes the tension of a related worry. A worry is about your very own personal lorry of how much of apprehension, anxiety and fear it can hold. We all are laden with different levels of worries. No matter what your worries are or how deep they really are it can be unloaded. Sometimes it is not hard to seek assistance. Professional assistance can lessen the burden that you carry with you daily. When I look at a New Year I look at ways of reducing my laden. I look at the mistakes I made of concurrent affairs rather than memories of yesteryear. Concurrent affairs are fresh. Memories of yesterday are often a blur and can only be remembered with inaccuracies. I am concerned about the mistakes I made in 2015 and more importantly I want to say sorry openly for them. Sorry acknowledges the mistake but it is not entirely effective. We need to follow on with the action of Retribution. Yesterday we spoke about following on a gesture of Thank You with the action of Appreciation and if applied as described creates the prefect results. Similarly, today I want to drive home the message that a spoken word of sorry MUST be followed on by an action of Retribution. What does the word Retribution mean? The word retribution has many meanings. However, in our inspirational context for today we are using the word Retribution to mean self-punishment for the mistake that you incurred. Let us look at several examples. You accidently broke an expensive vase and said sorry. Retribution on the other follows on by making you to clean up thoroughly ensuring all shattered pieces are vacuumed. You then offer to replace it. Sometimes this may be hard, especially if the shattered vase is expensive or irreplaceable. However what matters is that you followed the right protocol. You said sorry and followed on with Retribution. Retribution is very effective when it comes from your heart. Your gesture is then complete. In others words you looked to compensate after saying sorry. You felt sorry and offered to compensate. The lesson learnt is that in the future you will be more careful even though it can be quite an expensive mistake. People will respect you for your decency and your noted gallantry. They will also remember you for your noted decency and your noted gallantry. When you meet an accident such as a collision with another vehicle do you say sorry are you prepared to follow on with Retribution. Most people try to evade what really happened to prevent accepting liability. The correct procedure is to say sorry and follow on with retribution. You should ask if you could help, you should find out if there are any injuries. If so reach for your mobile and call for assistance. If it is your mistake accept it and learn from it. Try to remain calm, polite and apologetic. Although your insurance will settle the claim be prepared to have your no-claim bonus altered. May I wish you a pleasant Friday and as you wrap up your affairs for the week ending on the 11th of December 2015, think about your weekend. Use it profitably. Try to tie any loose ends and try to start fresh in the New Year. If there is an underlying problem, let us work together to resolve it. Help is always available you just need to let someone know.

‘Tension in the air’
Quote of the day
‘Tension floats in the air weighted by its pressure ready to fall like rain upon you creating floods of worries, anxiety and stress the world over. Now it is time to open your umbrella and like Cinderella change your life into one that is eased, pleased and relieved.’
Tension is like the rain, it falls upon you and drenches your progress with extensive pressure when you least expect it to. Tension makes you rigid exhibiting stiffness in your body and stiffness in your actions. Tension puts strain on your thought processes. It drains you of your inspiration to do well. On one end you are being inspired and on the other end you are being uninspired. Tension is the converse of relaxation. Let us look at the word relaxation in greater detail. Relaxation is the lessening effect of tension. Relaxation fires you up to do well. This is why I always encourage you to share wholeheartedly your weekends in complete relaxation, you earned it now go out there and enjoy it. Relaxation is also about moderation. You need to slow down the rapid spur of your working week daily chores. Your body and your mind needs that pampering, it needs that boost to revive and survive. Relaxation helps. Relaxation can also be boosted by meditation. Meditation is actually holy medication. Meditation takes you on a spiritual journey, allowing you to contemplate what to do and what you can do. It makes you reflect on what you have already done and how to improve your performance. Meditation is also about acknowledging your soul as your source of eternal life. This is indeed an article on its own but it is an essential part of relaxation. Relaxation is also about self-analysis. I find that self-analysis is the most important aspect of my endeavours. Self-analysis for me makes me understand my needs and does not involve the feelings of others therefore my goals are truly mine and will always be altruistic. Going back to life tensions we need to overcome it by relaxation. I want you to carry this philosophy into October because the theme in October is that it shall be all ‘Over in October’. It shall be the end of your tension days where hectic meets eclectic. November will be less tense and December without tense. Hopefully by the end of December by self-analysis you shall spawn the perfect goals to liberate you 2015. Perfect Goals or as I always state Golden Goals prompts the perfect lifestyle bespoke to your needs. It makes you lead the ideal life, without tension and certainly filled with attention. Without Tension your life will be elevated into a new dimension, free from apprehension, grasping the rudiments of life with full comprehension and living a life that is sublime with contention. ‘Less Stressed and more Blessed’

Quote of the day
‘To be less stressed and more blessed is likened to a meritocratic individual that only settles for being the best amongst the rest, with the zest to maintain maximum output and the quest to live life to the fullest.’

Stress holds a constant stigma in all our lives, lessening our lives and agitating our thought processes. Stress brings home the sullenness of a long day’s work. Stress brings home the anxiety felt at school over peer pressure and playground discourse. Stress is trauma as a result of witnessing an ordeal or experiencing one. Stress is about worries and the usual torment that worries brings with it from domestic issues to the catapulted form of financial migraines. Stress is pressure, pressure to cope with the complexities of life dusted upon us from dusk to dawn. Stress reduces lifespans and creates a very morbid outlook to what tomorrow holds. Stress makes you nervous and nervousness is certainly a medium that makes you constantly err in whatever you do in life as an individual or collectively as a partnership. The converse of stress which a meritocratic goal setter strives to have is the cheerful feeling of living to live. To breathe the goodness of life and to exhale the unwontedness of life. Less stressed is often expressed as an individual that leads a blessed life. He or she awakes knowing they have the blessings of our Heavenly Father, they believe that the anointing of such a blessing upon us is an internal and external protective shroud for them to maximise their potential each day. With an armour of sanctification and consecration they live life to its fullest. They know well in advance of the dangers of life for history shines a clear beacon of human fallacies and destruction. They live in anticipation of the worst and live in the climax of being the best in their chosen fields. They don’t seek to compete but rather work to get their jobs done. They understand their human responsibilities and they abide by the challenges needed to achieve accomplishment and fulfilment each working week of their working lives. Meritocratic Goal Setters don’t stop at retirement but resume a more charismatic lifestyle and a less melancholy portfolio showing their heeded talent to the most needed people. They know well about errors in life that people make and of the errors that they made and look maturely to override these fallacies that seem to stick with us for some unknown reasons. Maturity leads to security for the younger generation to follow and maturity helps to set moral standards for others of all ages to follow. This mentality leads to maximum output on a daily basis and the quest to live life to the fullest. I say onto you live a life that is stress-free and carry with you a shower of blessings from our Heavenly Father. This anointing usually attaches itself to you after early morning Prayers. Prayers illustrates your love for life and your love for the Giver of life. Be less stressed and more blessed from today until the end of time.
