Mind, Body and Spirit

Quote of the day
‘To function coherently you need to understand the basic principles of the Mind, the Body and the Spirit. Infusing these three principles of life will maketh your day profitable, enjoyable and manageable.’

Little do we realise how incredible life really is. Although we openly exercise living our life to the best of our ability when things go a bit haywire we forget that we have the built in mechanism to overcome setbacks and trauma. The world holds a morbid picture of setbacks and trauma not restricted to one country or town but scattered throughout all living occupancy on the face of the Earth. We all have an agenda irrespective of our age. Our objective in life is to make our day work for us but rivalry is always there waiting like the Sun along the horizon to snare us, to swear at us, to compare us through competiveness, to impair our thoughts, to make us live in despair and to openly declare insolvency on us when we fail. This is not life but a life of bullying. It is very much like being at school, weakened to the core and belittled in the corridor. Dear Friends I want you to learn to believe in yourself, to believe in the concept of your life and to understand your Mind, Body and Soul to help gain victory over all your adversaries. Your mind is there to assist you in becoming aware, to help you to concentrate and to take cognisance over changes in front of you. Your mind helps you to think and to get an overview of what has to be done and what needs to be done. We are all living boffins, society does not want us to believe that and makes us live in coffins instead. As boffins we have choices in life, our choices must be our own in order to succeed. Your mind is your mentality, developing your passion for life, gracing you with character and an ultimate personality that makes you unique. Your body is your framework, a physique that occupies space of which we spoke about in yesterday’s article. You are the command officer of your body and how your body feels or looks pertains to how your mind is functioning. Good thoughts, good deeds, altruistic ways and a passion and desire to live augments a constant inspiration and motivation to look after your body. It is that relentless passion to create a firm skin tone without blemishes, a strong framework nutritionally fortified with the correct ingredients and a firm bone structure conditioned with regular exercise. Already you are aware of two aspects of three concepts to life. The 3rd is the Soul. The Soul is your spirit residing in your heart and resonates throughout your body giving you life and the reasons to live it. Your soul resonates a frequency that is in-tuned with the heavens above and is the channel for prayer and for communion with our Heavenly Father. Your Soul is your third eye and makes observations that influences the mind.

To maketh your day and to accomplish your tasks in a world that constantly offer setbacks and trauma you need to infuse all three elements of your life and make them work together. Look at your body and see what needs to be done in order to acquire the perfect physique for the perfect task. This is not an overnight magical condition but a trying principle of endurance and stamina ignited by the mind and the soul. Your mind can be opened like a book because how you feel at the precise moment is emanating from your mind. If you constantly live with anger, bitterness and regrets than your mind creates visions pertaining to this and aggravates your day and creates the dismal feeling that is so common to us all. You need to change this and input feelings of positivity, you need to establish goals that will work for you and to change the bleak surroundings that you occupy into a friendlier one. Your soul is your eternal guidance linked to the Angels that hover over us trying to communicate to you in a language that you need to understand. Infusion is a combination of the 3 powerhouses within you to convert a dismal feeling into brightness and cheeriness. You need to start off with your mind and clear the worst fears that you have by inscribing new assertive words that gives you courage and power to move on. Similarly you need to work your body daily into forceful assertions starting off slow with gentle walking up and down the driveway to ultimate rallies of peak walking, cycling or intense jogging. You need to raise the barrier on your expectancies. From this cometh your personal gateway to your soul where infusion becomes profusion and now any challenge ahead of you will be a lot easier. Are you willing to give it a try? I am.

All Humans occupy Space and Time

Quote of the day
‘In the vastness of space in the Intergalactic volume of The Universe we as humans take occupancy in a set period of time. Our expenditure of time changes how The Universe becomes. Our Earth an interplanetary mass amongst many other Earths reflects this.’

We all occupy space and time in an intergalactic journey across The Universe during our lifetime. Our day revolves along a journey in a huge space craft occupied by 7,196,540,759 astronauts at the precise time of writing this sentence. The mass of our gigantic spacecraft is 5.97219 x 1024 kg and travels at approximately 67,000 miles per hour along its orbital journey around the Sun. Yet as small as we are, we are occupying space and time in a world of life and happenings that is meant to be enjoyed and not engulfed in hardships and struggles. Space is something we can see and feel. If you stood at the edge of the Equator literally hanging onto to the Earth you will see a vast object passing you at 1000 miles an hour. You will see in 24 hours New Zealanders waking up and Americans going to bed. If you stood hanging onto the Earth at the Equator today you would have seen the following:

·         A South Korean Star dies in a car crash
·         A 60 foot asteroid will be seen flying across the Earth
·         You will see how Kashmir is hit by a huge flood
·         You will see trouble spots in Syria and Iraq
·         You will see more shelling in Ukraine
·         You will hear of Scotland and it decision to become Independent
·         You would have heard of the death of Labour MP, Jim Dobbin
·         You would have witnessed the funeral of Joan Rivers
·         You would have heard of deadly microbes found in US lab
·         You would have heard that the Argentine Rock Legend Cerati dies

Events are constantly happening. Space is something that you occupy and is visible to other people that maybe watching you. Your space is your time and your responsibility. It is all about valuing this asset and using it to the best of your ability. If you remove yourself from the existence of all things a void will be left in The Universe. You are also occupying time which is something that is hard to identify. For what happens in the next second is dependent on what happened in the previous second. Likewise what becomes of tomorrow is entirely dependent on what happened today. The climax of your day affects your moods. A good day often yields a good temperament. Your character is often in high spirits enriching a warm personality making days become memorable and profitable ones. Bad moods generate the converse creating rifts in the tidal wave of existence and shedding news headlines that rocks the world. How was your day? We know that you exist because you are occupying space. What about your time? Did your day enrich your perspective of life or did it have the negative effect? You see ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we are indeed the makers of our destiny. We are making history every second. Good history is what we want to hear and learn from. We want to become the celebrities of good deeds for the day, enriching the lives of others and seeking solace for eternity. I wish you a joyous working week ahead of you enriched with success and prosperity. I wish you good health and a good mental well-being. I want you to become a star that glows into the vastness of The Universe brightening the sky for angels to see and rejoice.

Let your glow flow from Generation to Generation

Quote of the day

‘You need to set the standards for the future by uniting all family members irrespective of age or gender into a uniform glow. It must be a glow that will flow and show the world that you’ll are united and will grow in spirit from generation to generation.’

When a candle burns perched on the sill there is a glow that radiates visibility as far as the eye can see. It brings light into darkness and takes away the fear of not knowing what is around you or even above you. Light is gracefulness, it is elegance and it is dainty. It makes glory behold. It transforms fear into splendour and it moves doubts into wonder. Light is a visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum. Light makes life more incredible and more challenging, even a blind person can see with the vivacity of light. Light is radiance and travels in defined pockets holding images of the past, the present and the future. A day begins a life cycle of new events for you and when you rest at the end of your shift light is brought through the miracles of The Universe. Edison might have discovered light in an artificial sense but knew well in advance that it was already there waiting to be extracted from The Universe. Today Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I want you to take cognisant of light and the magnificent of what you see. I want you to etch into the realm of existence, your existence in true and glorious colour. We spoke about the refinements of individual attention but now I want you to practise it on a daily routine filling the agenda of your day with clusters of tiny reminders to make you glow like never before. I want you to go the extra mile and to invite every family member at home or away from home to join you on a journey of magnificence, splendour and grandeur. I want you to tell them about your commitment to make a change for the common good and to link each other in a support programme that monitors their progress and provides helps when something goes wrong. It is September already and I want you to be like ember in September. I want you to keep your spirits high but also to ignite the spirits in others too. This would be your good deed for the day and for the rest of your life. Engaging with others especially family and friends makes your goals a lot easier. Learn to understand each other’s needs as much as you need to identify your own needs. Have a wonderful 48 hour rest and do the things that you want to do where there are no limits and no restrictions. Start Monday with a big bang and make tidal waves in front of you sweeping away all your adversaries and conquering each aspect of your daily agenda. With love from your Universal Friend for life, Anthony.

Adding a colour to your life

Quote of the day

Colour formulates a mellow tone to your overall appearance and adding more colour makes you part of the overall scheme of life’s momentous occasions

A dull life lacking colour and flanked with monotones of boredom and negativity makes your day dull, unproductive and unaccomplished. A meritocratic Goal Setter refrains from the constraints of life’s forbearances. He or she acknowledges adversaries no matter how big or small and counteracts them with self-control, tolerance and patience. They attract colour to their life from head to toe and show off to the world the sparkle in their eyes. Laidback people often make their weaknesses known so that their adversaries gain an obvious advantage. Colour is a depiction of the magnificence of life from any corner of the horizon visible to the naked eye. A meritocratic Goal Setter will make the world know that he or she is serious about life and that life is about living it, period. They attend to their needs including a pedicure and a manicure. They are well groomed and shadowed with makeup in the specific amounts to add tint, shade and blush to their personality. They do not get up to go but get up to get ready to go. This is a crucial difference to an accomplished day or an unaccomplished one. They keep their teeth gleaming with freshness and ensure that they utter good syllables of coherent sounds and add a speckle of joy in their monologue. Dear friends, colour is incredibly important. Décor is also crucial to your overall appearance at work and at home. Practise begins at home and professionalism starts in the workplace. Start today and care for yourself. Care for your wellbeing and care for your belongings. Keep your shoes polished and your clothes pressed fashionably. Do this every day and make it know to the world that sees you or hears about you that you are indeed meticulous. Take a portrait of you from time to time and see if colour is lacking according to your moods. Cultivate good mood changes and refrain form the glum and murky moodiness that besets your day or your life. These are wasted levels of energy. Colour is vibrancy. It makes a picturesque setting for a meritocratic goal setter. Colour is what you need or at least what you need to ‘brush’ up on. Gender is not of importance, colour is vibrant, pure and clear to both male and female. Add colour to your life from now on to the end of time when the rainbow shall pick you up at the end of your stay on Earth and to take you to the kaleidoscope of colour galore in the heavens above.

Time

Quote of the day

‘Time is a special occasion for us, a period of justification where each decade shows a significant change and a significant achievement. Time can be divisible into minute seconds or classified as years when we remember our existence through birthdays. Our overall achievements can be recorded as an epoch or an era.’

Time is our greatest asset but yet many will follow the road that paints opulence in dollars and cents. There are the overnight successors too that would willingly follow the trail of casinos, betting stores, lotto booths or sales gimmicks. There is no triumph with haste for haste consumes part of your life cycle into regretful memories. We are constantly learning during our 100 year life cycle but we also need to remember and learn from our mistakes. Mistakes can be costly and mistakes can take lives too. We cannot ignore what wrongs that occurred over the years or over the centuries.

There is good and bad in the world, there is good and bad in every country and in every nation that occupies it. There is good and bad in every city, big or small and there is good and bad in every corridor of every city. There is good and bad in every neighbourhood and regretfully in every home. There is good and bad in every family and there is good and bad in you too. In order to make time precious and notably valuable I say onto you and verily too that you need to reduce your enemies and maximise your friends.

Friendship is a cluster of valuable individuals and your aim in life is remain friends with all. It is a tall quest but certainly a vital request. With friends we can make every decade of our lives worthwhile. We can achieve all things big or small because we know that friends are like our pillars of strength. They can be supportive even though experience show that friends have always been the sore point in our lives. Experience will also show that good prevails over bad and when we use time to learn from our mistakes we can propel forward with a cluster of good deeds rather than damaged ones. Each decade in your life shows a physical change but there is the mental change too.  Mental images contains good experiences and bad experiences. In order to be productive in the years to come we need to learn from these experiences. We need to fortify our good deeds by making them noted and we need to show by example to those that often spoil our day let alone our decade.

Value your life but monitoring each second that passes you. What happened in the last second plays in pivotal role in what becomes of the next second? Your day contains 86,400 seconds, use it wisely like the wise men and women that made history worthwhile. Let your obituary read a great and worthy citizen that made a noted and valuable contribution. Your valedictory should portray a feeling to others that will want to follow a similar lifestyle that you led. Goodbye Dear Friends in another day and in another time zone, did I inspire you, if I did go out there in the emptiness of friendship and make a valid difference.

‘The side-effects of Health and Wealth’

Quote of the day
‘The side effects of Health and Wealth run synonymously together giving off the same side effects that ultimately lead to your failure.’

The two words that have an adverse effect on our lives are Health and Wealth. Without Good Health we cannot have Wealth, and without Wealth we cannot have Good Health. Health is about our overall fitness. It is about getting into shape and remaining in shape every day. Our Health is our strength and stands as a hallmark of pillars of strength and vigour.  It is our well-being on planet Earth. It is responsible for our happiness, our welfare and our comfort. Our Happiness is our daily cheerfulness, it is something that makes us joyful and blissful. It is a feeling that we need each and every single day of our lives. A Good Health is our welfare cultivating into our general interests and our safety. Our Well Being is our good fortune. It is our fortuity and we can see this level of comfort throughout our lives. It will be either good or bad but our objective is to ensure that it is good all the time. Good Health in a person pertains to all bodily functions. Our organs need to function perfectly each day and they need to beat coherently throughout their lifetime. Our cells need to regenerate too and in the right way. Without good health we simply cannot attain a level of Wealth to sustain our daily needs and to provide long-term security. Our wealth could be measured in assets pertaining to worldly goods acquired over a period of time through inheritance or by employment. Our prosperity is derived from our health for without which we simply would not have the correct framework to manufacture wealth. The world has gone commerce for a long time now and we will never return to the same culture that we had way back in The Garden of Eden. To survive we need happiness and success or simply Health and Wealth.

How would you know that you have a deficit in your Wealth or in your Health? What symptoms should you look for before starting to worry? Can you reverse the side effects of Health and Wealth? Can you reach the pinnacle of Success, on the one hand to have perfect Health and on the other hand perfect Wealth? I think that it is a vital necessity to have a palm of good health and a palm of good wealth that coexist together in the material world. You cannot hold out your one hand and say I am happy because I am in good health, hiding the obvious other hand which spells poverty. Conversely, you cannot hold out your hand that holds infinite sums of money and hide the other hand that is frail and unhealthy. You need both hands to clap together to create the merriment of happiness and prosperity. Hold out your hands right away. Let them face you. Call the left hand Wealth and the right hand Health. Speak honestly to yourself and answer the following questions.

·         Am I healthy?
·         Am I wealthy

You do not have to ask the questions because you probably know the answers already because the symptoms are there. Do any of the following symptoms appear in the palm of your hands, if so are you willing to make a change?

The Left Hand
The Right Hand
Constant Migraines
In Arrears
Skin Irritations
Financial Worries
Irregular Bowel Movements
Lack of funds or fluctuating funds
Constipation
Stress
Bloating
High Interest Rates
Tiredness
Unemployed
Hospitalisation
Insolvency
Organ Failure
Foreclosure
Anxiety
Nervousness

Dear Friends, it is essential to highlight the anomalies in your health and in your wealth. These are reversible circumstances and with a concerted effect can bring you back to the top of fertility. It is at the summit of fertility that you will find your riches, your overall productiveness and your opulence. This is my job, to nudge you daily to do better and to recognise your anomalies. It is your job to take action once inspired. Watch the one hand over the other, do this daily. Hold both hands tight in every situation that you are in. Exercise Caution – Eat less, Exercise more.

Glow like Ember in September

Quote of the day

‘Being consistent in all that you do like seasons in the annual calendar of our lives. Change like the autumn leaves and bring new colour into your life. Spring into action like new buds waiting to unfold into a multitude of colours. Soak up the Summer sunshine to bring warmth and energy into your life. Keep warm in winter and let the twilight of the evening sunset make your vision expand even more.’

To sustain your meritocratic fortitude you need to bring forth your inner glow, a glow only you could see, feel and touch. It is a glow that needs to be rekindled if faint and a glow that needs to twinkle if tarnished. You have tried, we all know that you have but the world is changing and if you do not change you shall be held back like so many others that cannot find their way forward. Sustainment ensures constant endurance and tolerance even when the tide is out. You are indeed very, very special but when changes happen you suddenly forget your importance in life. This article is dedicated to you for your presence on planet Earth, for your endeavours since we first met and for your courage from the beginning of your realisation. To ensure sustainment you need to glow like ember. Ember is created from glowing hot coal and remains hot even when the fire has gone out. Ember has a spark to it. Ember radiate a substantial amount of heat and gives of an aura of an amber glaze that lights up the sky at night and sends signals to others of warmth and glory. You need to be like ember. Your goals must glow all through the night and can be seen even in broad daylight. Your goals like ember must radiate a sense of warmth for yourself and to others setting of a golden essence of radiance that emits signals of authenticity and receives signals of wisdom and acknowledgement. This is the glow that I want you to have at all times. I want you to feel it in the morning, during the day and at night. I want you keep a piece of sometime with you like a piece of paraphernalia that reminds you of your goals. Hold on tight to this every moment you can and as you hold it think of your golden goals. Think about what you have already done and about the things you will want to do. When I went to Brighton recently I picked up a shining pebble along the seashore which I keep in my pocket at all times. I hold onto it, I talk to it and I use it to remind me of my responsibilities and my presence on planet earth. I keep it as an emblem of courage and fortitude or ornamental charm in my pocket to acknowledge that I have a purpose in life and using my golden goals I can make life more interesting than ever for me as well for others. I am indeed the captain of my golden goals. I am responsible for my goals and from these goals cometh my future. I must change or modify my goals as my course or charter changes. If I cannot sail through the Suez Canal to travel to say India I need to redirect my vessel on a new course perhaps longer but surer. As the Captain of my Golden Goals I must keep my craft of intent in good order from stern to bow or from head to toe, from hull to sail or from skull to tail. I am going to make the final months of 2014 the best months of my life because I know that I am indeed special. This is the motto that you should print off and keep in your wallet. This is a memento of your true value in life and your significance to your overall contribution to life. You need to have the Midas touch to remind yourself that your goals are really golden goals and that everything you touch shall turn into gold. A signature on a dotted line can change sand dust to goal dust. This is the spirit of ember in September that I want you to have and it is the ember in September that I certainly will want to have. Have a great month and a great future but don’t hold opulence in your hands to keep for yourself but be generous and share it, because there is enough for all.
