Your Weekend Itinerary

Your Weekend Itinerary
Quote of the day
‘Making the most out of your weekends depends on how FAST you were yesterday. To be FAST on Friday means you were Fulfilled, Accomplished, Successful and Thankful. If so, then you need to spend the next 48 hours pampering yourself with the spoils of your efforts.’
Welcome to your very own Primetime, a time where you become in charge and a time where you need a complete recharge. To enjoy the fruits of my weekend I always plan an effective Itinerary. The world has so much to offer. You can become an artist in your own right over the weekends without having to be critiqued. It is your Primetime to do what you want to do. Staying at home offers ample relaxation. Family togetherness generates tenderness, gentleness and kindness. These are qualities that you will never get in the working environment. A spot of gardening helps to keeps trees healthy and wealthy. Home cuisine outweighs outdoor cuisine. The culinary benefits are worth the effort to create the perfect meals that everyone enjoys. Moving outdoors offers an endless array of worthy opportunities for you to enjoy from mini-breaks abroad to day trips in your own city. The night life brings different lights into perspective. Dining out helps to refine your weekends too. A walk in the countryside helps to invigorate your spirits for the new working week. Take a ramble or an amble and feel the freedom of life. Life is always wonderful if you want it to be. You need the mind-set to be FAST by Friday afternoon at the very least. A Meritocratic Goal Setter always aims to be FAST. FAST stands for Fulfilment, Accomplishment, Successful and Thankful. To be fulfilled by the end of the working week implies that you are always satisfied with your performance despite the ups and downs of life. Your primary aim is to deliver your best and generally to a standard not above the rest but certainly without stress. To be accomplished by the end of your working week implies that you are always aiming to complete all tasks as set out in your diary. These tasks are undertaken with professionalism and has your seal of personalisation. This is a standard to attain, maintain and sustain. Yesterday we spoke about Seasonal Quotes. Seasonal Quotes are useful tools for you to keep. Soon I will give you access to Destinations. Destinations is a Diary that I designed to meet the demands of modern life. Destinations helps you to be FAST by the end of the week. To aim to succeed in life is an ongoing process. We know that if we do things rights nothing will go wrong. A meritocratic Goal Setter of whom you are bears this fundamental rule to succeed in mind. They know what to do and they know how to do it with passion and desire. To be thankful at the end of the week for your safety, for your security and for your sanity is something you must exercise. You must offer gratitude for your safety, security and sanity to Almighty GOD who watches over you daily. Be proud, be FAST and aim for the best possible lifestyle that your heart desires. Work hard and be on your guard. Have a wonderful weekend. With love and best wishes to all my friends from around the world – Anthony Pan

‘Ground Rules to get Started’
Quote of the day
‘Preparation is a lengthy program that formulates a tedious training schedule to enable you to plan for your goals. This program arranges ground rules that are as essential as air to make our goals achievable.’

Dear Friends how can you possibly erect a home on loose sand or on a hilltop where there is no protection? How can you secure confidence in yourself or with others close to you if you have no faith? How can you make money without actually working for it? How do you get started? Where do you begin from and when do you set forth on a rigorous journey that can have its ups or downs to reach your very own pinnacle of success. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls it all starts with a solid foundation where the research and the groundwork preceded it. This foundation solid as a rock and penetrating as a root shall anchor you firmly to your dreams and when the distractions come your way or one of the many disengagements in life you shall not be moved. You shall stand still, unperturbed by side issues and brave at the sight of negativity. To reach this level of confidence and bravery you need to adhere to ground rules. You need to start your day in prayer irrespective of your Religion and you need to pray sincerely. You need to end your day with gratitude expressing your thankfulness for your safe return home and for your tumultuous achievement during the day. The use of the word tumultuous in this instance implies uninhibited, joyous and without restraint. You also need to focus on performing good deeds during the sandwich of your day. Do not expect to receive rewards for the good that you do but feel good just by doing it. Do these things in a sincere way and already your foundation shall strengthen in a way that builds confidence in you. You need to adhere to this program of sincerity in order for your goals to materialise. Your tenacity must be as long as your goals. Keep the trenches of your imagination deep and fill them when ready with solidness from the word go. Do this from tomorrow. Pray, work and Pray. Pray, work and Pray. Keep this harmonising cliché at the tip of your tongue and constantly repeat it in order to remind you of your ground rules.

‘Appreciation is your foundation to a better life’

Quote of the day

‘Appreciation is the summation of our gratefulness for the good things that we have in life. It is the celebration of life through enjoyment of it and through the happiness we gain by it.’

Appreciation is the foundation to your very own success. Appreciation is an expression illustrated by body language or through chosen words that reflects a person’s thankfulness, gratitude and gratefulness. Appreciation is simple and can be expressed simply as Thank YOU. Thank you to our Heavenly Father that has given us an opportunity to live on our planet to do good and to be good. Thank you for the billions of creatures that work laboriously each day and every day changing matter from one source to another so that we can live in abundance. Thank you to you for making me your friend. Thank you for all your appreciation for my tweets and for purchasing my books. Thank you for encouraging me to become a writer of inspirational content. Thank you to Mum for her immense sacrifice and thank you to your Mums for their immense sacrifice. Appreciation is an application that needs to be used every single day in our lives. Appreciation is not a complication but rather a celebration of thankfulness. Appreciation is a fascination for it shows admiration and positive reception. Appreciation is a vindication because we get better when we show appreciation. Appreciation is like respiration. We respire because we need to live therefore we need to be inspired each day to appreciate. Appreciation does not require preparation but it would be nice to show a good presentation. Do not appreciate with bitterness written across your heart, this makes your obligation insincere. Appreciation is an occupation, a conversation and an observation. By occupation we need to learn to appreciate and to appreciate to learn. Appreciation is a conversation because you must utter your gratitude so that it could be understood. Appreciation is an observation because what you give is what you get. Appreciation is a divination because it is something that you act well in advance before saying those two simple words – Thank you.  Appreciation is the summation of our gratefulness for the good things that we have in life. It is the celebration of life through enjoyment of it and through the happiness we gain by it.

The Art of Gratefulness

Gratefulness comes to light when we realise the magnitude of the gifts that we already have. Can we see? If we can see are we able to see clearly into the past, present and future. Sight is not only what the eyes can see but also what the mind wants to see. Sometimes the mind can become too focused on external images that can be distracting or enticing. A well-focussed mind knows what to see and how to respond to what it sees. Sometimes there is a delusion. We see a pretty woman for example and suddenly we are deluded by showing lust rather than love. Can we hear and if we can what do we hear? Do we hear the sound of silence that permeates the air or do we get baffled with distorted sounds that make no sense. A vulgar word uttered to you can change your temperament and result in a negative consequence. However if you ignored it and just listened to the blissfulness of happy sounds your temperament will remain unaltered and so will your day. Being grateful is really an art. It is the faculty of a human being to remain humane at all times. It is about being simple in life rather than complex. Simplicity is about having the flair of naturalness. Naturalness is a genuine and sincere characteristic of a human being. A human being shows gratitude when gratitude is needed. They are thankful for little things as well as colossal achievements. They express their thankfulness in a kind way. They acknowledge the gift of life and the purpose of life. They recognise good from bad. They are generally humble in nature and respond in a humane way. They do not resort to vulgarism, hooliganism and vandalism. They do not take harshness to heart and focus on the job to be done. They are not easily distracted and neither do they distract. They believe in a purpose to life and are grateful for life itself and are willing and endearing to live onto to their rightful age of 100 years. Being grateful is a daily ritual that must be exercised with sincerity and lovingness. You need to be grateful to all and not one. You need to express your appreciation openly and to make it know to the recipient that you are and always will be thankful. This is the spirit we need to adopt for the new month in September.

Quote of the day

‘Carrying the cradle of gratitude in your palms is like carrying a new-born child. There is purity in your eyes and clarity in your gesture. Your smile evokes a radiance that is befitting to austerity and the recipient of your expressions will acknowledge the warmth of your heart.’

With gratefulness you can open doors to new friends and rekindle relationships with lost friends. With gratefulness you can calm the storm of confusion and break the winds of destruction. Gratefulness is a faculty that you need to master and deploy in a variety of ways during your day and during your night. Gratefulness will carry you a long, long way into the openness of The Universe and into the passage of your eternal life. Enrol to a Full-Time degree in gratefulness and when you feel that you have qualified you can add the following after your name: BA in Gratefulness.
