Start Monday with the Power to Deliver

Start Monday with the Power to Deliver

Quote of the day

‘The Power to Deliver demonstrates your unique ability to produce the value of your Service, Product or Ideas to your Customers, Friends and Families.’

Welcome to the 2nd weekend of August 2015 and as we strive to excel in our performance I want to talk today about the Power to Deliver daily, from dawn to dusk and from dusk to dawn. The Power to deliver, our theme for today highlights your consistency in performing well at all levels of your day. The Power to Deliver ignites your ability to perform in a world filled with performers in different categories. The Power to Deliver tells the world that you are someone special, reliable, honest, full of integrity and trustworthy. The Power to Deliver makes you a person that is constantly in demand. The Power to Deliver is something that you need to attach to your resume. The Power to Deliver is about efficient production, efficient supplies and efficient provisions. To be consistent in ALL your daily efforts ranks you above the rest. People appreciate your reliability and your uniformity. Can you imagine been a renowned Baker delivering the best cakes and pastries in your district? Imagining it is one thing but delivering it is another. A renowned Baker will always be up at the crack of dawn to meet the criteria of his or her ability. They aim to please and they aim to strive for excellence at ALL levels of their performance. Whatever your field is from the culinary talents of a Michelin Chef to the technical expertise of an IT support member the world awaits you on a Monday morning. The Power to Deliver is what is needed out there. People want your services, your products or your Ideas. All performers in a modern world strive to seek excellence to their clients, families and friends. A Father or a Mother seeks excellence in their duties as a parent delivering the climax of a happy home and a prosperous future for their children. When you are a HIT the world wants to hear about you. Being a HIT is something that requires your best in all facets of your abilities and capabilities. (HIT, previously covered stands for Honesty, Integrity and Trust). The Power to deliver certainly makes you reliable to the core. If you say that you will be there at 10 then be there at 09:30 without fail! How do we develop the skills required to deliver? It all starts in the shed of your weekend activities, where your thought processes are linked together in a coherent fashion. Your weekends, a period to be rested, to be relaxed, to be reinvigorated, to be revitalised and to be restored gives you the prefect settings to plan in advance. It makes you reflect, inspect and correct last week’s performances. It makes you create the blueprint of tomorrows’ success stories. It is all about how you would want to start Monday. I say start Monday with a big bang, show the world that you can deliver. Have a smile the length of the Nile. Carry a face that shows that you are a person of distinct grace. Don’t offer the world a business card but instead offer them your friendliness, your kindness and your cleanliness. Try taking away one of the three qualities of your KFC. (KFC stands for Kindness, Friendliness and Cleanliness in this instance) Let us assume that you decided to be a little unfriendly on Monday morning as part of your Power to Deliver campaign. Always remember that what you give to the world is what they see and will always remember. On Monday you delivered cleanliness and kindness but for some reason you were notably unfriendly. Just the thought of being unfriendly makes your reputation crumble. Is it worth the risk? I say onto you and verily too, seek to deliver the best at all times and you will be blessed for your unselfish intent. Be friendly, be kind and be clean.

Equal Responsibilities

‘Equal Responsibilities’
Quote of the day
‘We are responsible for our actions and for our daily tasks. We created it now we need to show the Captain of our vessel that we are indeed reliable, dependable and trustworthy.’

To be reliable, dependable and trustworthy is not an easy task. Many an individual always takes things for granted. Instead of placing emphasis on they own agenda for the day they place emphasis on other people and how they may help. We are adults trained in the faculty of our own choice. Sometimes we may be forced into a choice but nevertheless it is a choice and the sole motto of any choice is: ‘Get up, go to work and do your job to the best of your ability and return home, safely, sound and fecund.’ The ship of our destination will always sail despite any form of turbulence ahead of it. We are not responsible for the maintenance of the ship, for the running of the ship nor for sailing of it. To draw an analogy we are occupants of planet Earth destined to perform a task based on our choice. However we are not responsible for the orbital path of the Earth, the movement of other planets and for the activity of The Sun. As long as the Sun rises and sets we need to get on with the job. To exercise a professional etiquette in all that we do we need to be reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Perhaps you are a baker or a mortician. It is was your choice and if the choice was wrong you are at liberty to change this vocation or any vocation at any time. This the unique advantage of a lifespan of 100 years. To maintain your own stability during your journey reliability, dependability and trustworthiness is an absolute necessity. Reliability is about ones consistency in ones affairs. Consistency ensures that you maintain uniformity in your attitude, punctuality and productivity. A dependable individual is always loyal to others and more importantly to themselves. They are always sound in mind and staunch in action. You can tell them a mile away. Trustworthiness ensures honesty is plain and simple. You always have your cards on the table and not against your chest. You conform to standards, you perform ethically, you inform intelligently and you transform complexity into simplicity. These are your responsibilities day in and day out. Do these things diligently and your ship will sail without any hiccups. You will reach your destination without fail but with a success story to tell. The Press will await your arrival and you will tell them or they will already know that a responsible passenger has landed at the port of protocol and is ready to start the next yearly journey of 365 days with similar levels of responsibilities but an increased capacity of maturity. Always remember that Equality is for all and that Equality is only possible if we exercise equal responsibilities.

The Purpose of Life

‘Our purpose in Life’
Quote of the day
‘The purpose of our life is to persist in serving our Heavenly Father with devotion and dedication as sole custodians of the living world. We need to reason and to rationalise in order to avoid treason.’

Start tomorrow without hostility in your heart and pave the future to a life of responsibility, reliability and amiability. Hostility delivers the converse. It makes you irresponsible, unreliable and unfriendly. No individual, young or old can say that they achieved success with hostility in their hearts. Successful people aim to please, they aim to serve and they aim to accomplish and fulfil without hurting anyone. Is tomorrow going to be like yesterday for you. If so, then the pattern of your life will always be the same. To exercise the role of sole custodians of the living world we need to develop and build a satisfactory resume. A satisfactory resume comes from learning and from experiences in life. Who better to learn from then our forefather in Adam? Adam spoke to our Heavenly Father daily in the Adamaic Covenant. Believers know this. Believers know that we have a purpose in life. Look at ourselves in the mirror.  Our appendages are developed for specific uses. We can write, hold, walk, run, engage, disengage, communicate and manage. A worm or a snake on the other hand cannot. However they can burrow, they can slither, constrict, and they have mobile jaws and venom. We all have different roles and serve differently but we all serve the one Master, our Heavenly Father who watches over us daily. So why start tomorrow with hostility in your heart when you know well that as sole custodians of the living world we need to serve diligently and we need to serve our Heavenly Father daily flanked with responsibility, reliability and amiability. Responsible individuals know well that they are in charge of their domain and exercise their roles in a mature and sensible manner. They do not pollute, shoot, boot, dispute, refute or uproot. Reliable individuals know that our Heavenly Father can depend on them to get on with the job. They are steadfast, loyal, devoted, stalwart and dependable. You cannot exercise these preliminary roles without been amiable. Every person should live in harmony. They should be agreeable, cordial and kind. Disagreements and unfriendliness brings about war and colonisation the world over. I say on to you and verily too, start tomorrow by reasoning and rationalising through careful thinking, logical prognosis, analytical observations and better ratiocination. Think before you blink or wink otherwise you will end your day being a stink. Let us tread the open roads and empty fields with a friendly, responsible and reliable approach. Let us make a change. Let us start from within us and slowly move to the outer parameters of our occupancy. I wish you success and I wish you a pleasant month in March 2015.
