Welcome to the first day of your new working week. Thank you for sharing this wonderful day with me. Many happy returns to her Majesty on her 90th birthday and many happy returns to you if it is, was or about to be your birthday. I wish you a joyous day of celebration, jubilation, elation, dedication, devotion and realisation. Don’t let bad habits take over your life. May the good Lord shower you with His choicest blessings. Although the season of Spring has gone it is important to understand the importance of cleanliness. They say cleanliness is next to Godliness, but I say onto you and verily too, cleanliness is holiness, purity and divinity. Holiness reflects one’s sincerity to devotion. Many will pray but how sincere are you in your prayers? Are you focussed, are you concentrating, are you clean, are you refined and are you a righteousness human being? Purity is cleanliness in all avenues of your life from cellar to attic, from words to sentences, from cupboards to wardrobes and from rags to riches. Divinity is the study of Religion. How much of time are you willing to allocate towards the study of your religious faith. Do you understand the Science of Spirituality? To be successful in life you need to be pure in heart and sure, mindfully. Where there is uncleanliness you need to wash it away with cleanliness. High interest rates on your borrowings must be brushed away. Feelings of negativity must be diluted with true feelings of positivity. Tarnished faces must be varnished with warm embraces. Indentures must be flawless, dentures must be spotless, bad words must be replaced with good ones, sadness must be diluted with happiness, madness must be overtaken with gladness and bluntness must be corrected with directness. Clearing the cobwebs in your life that you can see will never be as effective as clearing the cobwebs that you cannot see. Dear Friends, take care as you embark on a new dimension in life. I want you to capture people’s attention with better comprehension. Look to understand in the same way you see to understand.

Welcome to midweek Dear Friends. It is a real pleasure to have you on board and to also conclude our series on the Triangular Concept to Success. I want you to be consistently aware that I am here to help you in the same way that help was given to me over 21 years ago. If you do not need specific help at the moment, do continue to read my inspirational tweets and articles on a daily basis in the usual way. However, if the distant bells of despair tolls at any given time in the future always be free to use The PEN Effect. Why? It is a concept that worked for me in the most difficult period of my life and it is a technique that I still implement. To summarise I eat correctly. We all eat but don’t necessarily eat the right foods. This plays havoc in our body down to our individual cells. Our cells need to release energy. We need the right pockets of energy to perform work. Our mitochondria in our cells act as individual power blocks releasing energy in little pockets called ATP. Eating the wrong foods always releases the wrong pockets of energy like a laden truck that struggles to make it uphill. Eating correctly is about building pockets of the correct fuel. Exercising is about atoning the fundamental working horse of your intentions, that is your body from head to toe. I always exercised using different techniques, regretfully I was not consistent. Consistency is a vital necessity of a meritocratic goal setter. I did karate for almost 2 years and then gave it up. I lacked the passion and desire that was so needed. I did not look at the global picture of my life. To have a healthy body you need to latch onto an exercise agenda bespoke to your circumstances and then stick with it for the rest of your life. I cannot resume karate if I have no intentions of sticking with it. I need to be at it all the time. I need to set aside time each day to become proficient at it. What is the purpose of all of this? The purpose is clearly defined as the need to serve and the ability to serve with an undying need. All living organisms have a purpose in life from unicellular organisms to multi-cellular organisms like you and me. Take away that purpose and you shall obliterate an entire species. Gone are the dinosaurs and in comes the digital technician. So, if you are stuck in a quagmire of difficulties always remember that a solution awaits you to instantly annul your problem. To implement the solution, the PEN Effect helps. Problems do come in all shapes and sizes. What upsets you today may seem trivial to someone else. Little problems can compound into larger problems. Financial problems are the most difficult to contend with but yet it still remains solvable. Most problems are not dealt with because of the fear to overcome them. At the end of these series of tweets I will provide you with a link to my blog that enables you to take action when action is needed. You are not compelled to do anything but at least you know that if all is not well a friend is there waiting to meet and greet you. Such a friend is me, Anthony Pan. I am a 57-year-old married male living in the UK. I am alive, real and well. Sadly, 21 years ago I was not. Through a revelation I received an instant elevation. For my appreciation I created Universally Friendly. Universally Friendly is a circle of friends around the world that care, share and remain fair. I hope that I will one day create an academy of distant learning for people that are faced with problems and are able to access a huge database of solutions. Such an academy is growing by the day. Such an academy has only been possible with friends like you that keep in touch daily. I want you to realise this and to reach out and take your slice of the opulence that the Universe provides so generously to all. How do we take a slice of this opulence shall be my targeted inspirational content for the rest of the month. Let there be brilliance in your daily achievements. Let there be wholesomeness in your qualities. Let there be purity in your thoughts. Be inventive from today and be conclusive before the end of the year. Brilliance is the quality of a working man and woman that seeks wisdom first and skills later on. Wholesomeness caters for your healthy needs. I urge you to fill your bowels with goodness and freshness. Eat well and stay well. Walk the first mile than run the marathon later on. Everything starts from zero and works its way upwards as long as you persevere. Dear Friends you need to develop confidence. Dear Friends, build a strong foundation. Once you have done this build your life brick by brick until the architecture of your dreams is revealed. Purity is chastity. Purity is about the soul and the mind cleansed to the core. Purity makes you walk tall and stand robust. You need to be pure and cure the ailments that beseeched you for so long. Purity is a wonderful quality of any human being. Being inventiveness is your mind at work waiting to send instructions to your body that performs the work. You need that extra bit of resourcefulness to make things work for you. You need to visualise and you need to improvise. You need to invent and you need to be content. You need to imagine and you need to have compassion. You need to be clever, forever. You need to be original and follow a valued and valid set of principles. The New Year is indeed new. As with anything new you need to be blessed at church, synagogue, mosque, temple or at a monastery. You need to feel new and pure. You need to be new from the 1st second of 2015 until the very last second. I shall be beside you guiding you, helping you and inspiring you. I want you to ensure that one of your pledges for the New Year is to read The Modern Day Trilogy. I conclude by wishing you ample wealth, good health and endless prosperity. Where there is life, there is hope and restitution. Life has a purpose, and the purpose of life is to make all things possible across the magnitude of The Universe. As Humans we stand supreme in rank amongst all creatures. Therefore we need to be humanly responsible at ALL times. Life has a beginning and an end. Where do we stand in this epoch of our existence? Universally Friendly believes that ALL human beings have the right to live on planet Earth for 100 years. In this centennial lifespan on Earth we all have the right to an equal and fair life. During this time we serve thy GOD with all our heart and with all our strength willingly and sincerely. The mechanism to do this has always been here but has become somewhat obscured by the talons of greed. Dear Friends, you need to clear this cobweb of deceit that makes life so vague and murky.

Many a fool will come upon you and make purity become absurdity. They do this because they have the skill of the devil. Many a fool shall rush in with ambiguous remarks and prove that it all started from a big bang. Some fools will turn off the lights to sight and sound and make a din that lures you to chatter, clatter, flatter and endless smatter. Dear Friends you need to steer your craft on a relentless journey that lasts 100 years or to be precise 86,400 seconds per day onto the wind of positive appeal and into the seas of placidity rather than absurdity. You need to tally on, amassing huge quantities of good deeds that turn stone into mortar and makes clear that you shall not stumble when there is hardships, you will not fumble when there is misfortune and you shall not grumble when difficulties face you. You are human, you have a mind that wants to remain pure, you have hands that are ambidextrous, and you have limbs that carry you into the frontiers of victory and into the apertures of valedictory. You have a heart that your soul resides in that maketh your way into the colonies of occupation and into the vastness of space. You have these unique abilities, now use it wisely. Use it too to help those that cannot see clearly, that are slightly deafened when logic meets theirs ears and to those that are limp simply because they have lost hope. I wish you a merry weekend and I pray that you would prefer reading an article rather than a series of tweets. I want you to digest each article for its content and be inspired to make your life on Earth, victorious and amicably fine.
