Sport – Power your life

Sport – Power your life

Quote of the day

Sport Powers Our Radiant Thoughts’

Dear Friends, we have the ability to achieve anything that our heart desires and feels content with. If our wish is unselfish it shall be granted. We just have to believe. Many a goal is derived from our thoughts. As think we develop these thoughts in something that will manifest if we took action. Successful people the world over became successful because they took their radiant thoughts and turned them into action. It is a bit like a car and a driver. A car can be likened to your body and your mind can be likened to the driver. Without knowledge and training driving your car would be impossible. The desire and passion to drive is normally intense around the age of 17 when we are legally allowed to learn how to drive. What is really needed is knowledge and common-sense. Knowledge comes from reading the Highway Code and by observation such as watching our parents drive. Once sufficient knowledge is acquired we then need to pass our theory test. Once passed it would then be fitting to move onto the practical. With practice our confidence grows and finally there is the dreaded test. There is also a bit of show and tell in the practical test whereupon several questions maybe asked such as how do you top up the coolant? Once passed we then moved onto the next stage and that is to drive. As a driver we know that an overall visual check of our vehicle will determine whether our tyres, fuel, coolant and oil levels are correct. Driving then becomes an individual assessment. An individual assessment determines how well we drive, how careful we accelerate and how conscious we decelerate. Caring for the environment helps because your acceleration determines your emissions. As a driver being alert and vigilant enables you to avoid accidents. As you can see the analogy of the car illustrates how a thought process can manifest into something if done the right way. There are good drivers and there are bad drivers. There are good cars because they are cared for and there are bad cars that often give problems as a result of total neglect. To become successful we need to develop the power associated with the energy required to perform work. Our mind needs to think radiant thoughts and our body needs to perform the necessary action in order for these radiant thoughts to manifest into a success story. To gain power we need to exert ourselves physically, eat the right kinds of foods and to believe in our overall abilities. SPORT helps to do just that. To create a success story we need power. Power gives you strength to do things that you once could not do. Power is force, with force you are able to take action moving an object from place to another effortlessly. Power is energy and energy is your daily drive or push if you like to get going for the day. Our muscles constitute the mechanism of action in our bodies, coupled with good food that creates good moods we can achieve anything. We spoke about food, glorious food a few days ago. This is an important requisite to get the ball rolling. Like a car that needs the correct grade of fuel, coolant and liquids to perform and a regular service to maintain performance, your life is pretty much the same. Certain food actually make you very lethargic and only you will know how you feel when you eat certain food groups. Muscles determine your ability to perform physical work. Muscles are linked to proteins because proteins are our building blocks for muscular growth. Your diet therefore needs adequate amounts of protein per day in order to keep muscles strong and healthy. Muscles need toning too and SPORT helps. Any form of SPORT can make an overall difference to your life. We spoke about creating working agendas recently. Creating a segment in your day to partake in SPORT is vital. Dear Friends, take care of your body and your mind will take care of your radiant thoughts. Be like the good driver and the god car. Drive well and always remember to be well.
