More time on you, less time on others.

More time on you, less time on others.

Quote of the day
‘We spend more time watching others than watching ourselves. Watching others makes us emulate for the wrong reasons. Watching ourselves makes us emulate for the right reasons.’

Bonus Quote
‘What you see is what you get. What you do is what you achieve. What you say is what is heard.’

Additional Quote
‘Impersonation is for impersonators. Originality is for successful people.’

Dear Friends, in order to achieve the wonders of life, filled with the opulence of The Universe you need to monitor yourself all the time, if possible every second that awaits you. It may be a tall task but actually it is an endearing task flanked with a meaningful purpose and outlined with a cloud of constant joy. Yes, Dear Friends joy is what you need in you more than the air that we breathe because joy brings out the youthfulness in you. It does not matter whether you are 90 years of age or 12 years of age your life should always bubble with enthusiasm, energy and vigour. I always ask myself why I am here. Why do I need to get out of bed each day? Why should I not have a life that is abundant and joyful? It is all about me and how I enact my role to an audience of 7 billion people on Earth and to an infinite audience that watches us from different planets, solar systems and the heavens themselves. What I see is what I get. What I do is what I achieve. What I say is what is heard. What you see is what you get. What you do is what you achieve. What you say is what is heard. Therefore your enactment should be a 5 star rating all the time. We need to monitor how we walk and where we walk. We need to monitor what we say and how we say it. We need to monitor how we think and the way we think it. A lot of us especially those that are unsuccessful spend countless hours of their life watching TV. The TV has become their Time Manager. There is a TV in the Dining room. There is a TV in the bedroom and in some homes there is a TV in the bathroom. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls I urge you to become the manager of your own time. I urge you to watch what you do rather than watch what others do. In other words could you please turn off the TV? Interactive TV is good because you can choose your own programmes at your own time. But even then I urge you to limit this to a few hours per week. Watching others makes us emulate for the wrong reasons. Watching ourselves makes us emulate for the right reasons. Emulation is good if you follow good role models. You cannot be Muhammed Ali but you can certainly learn how to box like him. You cannot be Stevie Wonder but you can sing his songs. Impersonation is for impersonators. Originality is for successful people.

‘Farewell to today, Greeting for tomorrow’

‘Farewell to today, Greeting for tomorrow’
Quote of the day
‘Valediction of a preceding month is only valid if you have achieved 100% fulfilment and accomplishment. If not, you need to uproot the inhibitions in your life and instil conditions that will sprout the 100% you are capable of.’

Many an individual often fear the thought of a new month approaching. They fear that they are getting older, weaker, less secure and adamant to meet the repetition of last month’s traumas such as bills, thrills and chills. I want to assure you that if you are committed to start a new month with vigour you shall end it with rigour. Vigour is what gives you energy, enthusiasm, vivacity and strength to deal with getting older, weaker, less secure and dealing with life’s repetitions. My job is to mentor you to the best of my ability. Your job as a student if I am allowed to use the term is to be inspired so that energy can be generated within you to start a new day, a new week, a new month or a new year in the right way. To gain the most of my inspirational content you need to wake up to it. Don’t miss a day of inspiration. Over 20 years ago I searched for inspiration and finally got it, the hard way. I took my inspiration daily like a tablet and ingested it to supplement my day. Energy from a dynamo does not happen by chance but by a constant turn of a conductor through a powerful magnetic environment. Energy for you cannot suddenly magically appear, it needs to be inspired. Am I doing a good job? I don’t know but you would know because you can gauge your progress daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. I don’t need credit for my inspiration but if it is improving your stance to a better lifestyle than I am ecstatic about it. As you read this article I am not sure if you are a reader of The Modern Day Trilogy or not. The Modern Day Trilogy has been my blueprint to my success for the past 20 years or so. It is my energy source and my reference to overcome any unforeseen dilemmas. If you have not read The Modern Day Trilogy no worries but at least read my daily inspirational content to turn your life around. I cannot guarantee your personal success because only you can feel it when you have achieved it. What I can say from experience is that when you say goodbye to an old month fully accomplished and fulfilled you earnestly look forward to the new month. Your energy never dies off but wants to carry you forward indefinitely. This is an awesome feeling. It is such a feeling that overwhelms any feelings of negation that you may have. Can you say goodbye to today vehemently? If so, I salute you. If not then I want you to be inspired to achieve this feeling at the end of April. Thank you for reading todays’ article.

March in – March out
Quote of the day
‘Marching into a new day, a new week or a new month with intense anger will only yield a cocktail of hostility, a soup of volatility and a lifetime of misery. March with vigour instead and you shall yield a melody of harmony, a feeling of happiness and an agenda of accomplishment and fulfilment.’

I sometimes wonder about the outcome of my day, my week, my month, my year or my life. Generally speaking I find that if I start my day with vigour there is a good likelihood that my day, my week, my month, my year and my life shall pan out for the better. Vigour is all about dynamism in my attitude to life and in the management of my life thereof. With inspirational energy I shall never wander through my day like a lost sheep in the undulating meadows of an English countryside. Inspirational Energy is personal drive that makes any meritocratic Goal Setter to get-up-and-go. Lack of energy induces unsettlement in one’s day and generally leads to anger and frustration. Anger incites rage, induces antagonism, creates edginess and is a cause of constant annoyance. It is important for you to undertake a self-assessment of your progress since reading The Modern Trilogy. The Modern Day Trilogy helps you to manage your life, and identifies your purpose in life. Did March proved to be a changing point to your life? Only you will have the answer to this question. Anger breathes more anger. Vigour brings in rigour instead. A rigorous Goal Setter is one who is thorough, meticulous and consistent. Your life can be likened to water. This analogy will be discussed in tomorrow’s article. I want you to start tomorrow with vigour. I want you to see the change that vigour brings to the table, staring right at you waiting to be unleashed. I want to see you progress into a life that surpasses your current state of affairs. It can be done, it will be done and by Joe it must be done.

WATER

WATER
Quote of the day
‘Water Affects The Energy Reserves of your body. You need to maintain your water tank at all times. Use the simple rule, drink 2 to replace 2.’

Water is a vital necessity for life, our life. Water is also vital for our overall success. Water Affects The Energy Reserves of your body. Too much of water or too little of water is not right for you. You need the exact amount of water to replenish water lose through sweating and urination. Use the simple rule, drink 2 to replace 2. Yes, drink 2 litres of water to replace 2 litres of water lost and you shall have the best and most tweaked energy reserves ever. Energy gives you vigour, vitality and drive. Take away your vigour and you will lose your figure. Lower your vitality and you will lower your mentality. Take away your drive and you will look less alive. What went wrong yesterday? Why did you fatigued so easily? What made you feel lethargic before daybreak? Did you drink enough water? Did you drink from the tap or did you mix it with the usual tempting options, some caffeine perhaps, a tot of gin, a cap of cordial, some rich cream or how about a dash of tea? Dear Friends, you need WATER straight from the tap, preferably filtered and ideally in measurable amounts during the day. Try the following for the next 7 days and tell me exactly how you feel:

Drink 2 litres of water per day
Eat 5 of the best recommended foods which is spinach, pulses, flax, blueberries and broccoli.
Avoid 5 of the rest of the foods which is whole meal bread, artificial sweeteners, orange juice, margarine and soy milk.

Do this for the next 7 days and you will thank me for this amazing tip to love your life to the fullest. You will read my article on the 28th of February 2015 and acknowledge how important WATER really is. Water Affects The Energy Reserves of your body. You need to maintain your water tank at all times. Use the simple rule, drink 2 to replace 2.

Strengths

STRENGTHS
Quote of the day
‘Strength is a towering word for it entails a forte of power, force, might and vigour to lift a grain of sand or a mountain of sand from one point to another. Without strength you cannot move forward to achieve whatever workload that stands in front of you.’

To develop a forte of True Strength takes time and endless courage for standing at the end of the corridor of your day weakness awaits you in the usual way leaving you dismal for yet another day. Strength is something that you need to develop like muscles that need toning. Strength is not about muscles but rather about the inner power, vigour, might and force hidden within you that using muscles to perform work. You must understand wholeheartedly that without work nothing can be done. Goals remain as dreams if no work is undertaken. Objects remain in the same position until work is undertaken. In Physics we define work in a specific way but this work is still the same effort needed for you to execute your daily workload from simplistic chores to complex ones. Let us first look at the more scientific definition of work.  Work is said to be done when the point of application of a force moves and is measured by the product of the force and the distance moved in the direction of the force. Let us now take a simple aspect of your workload at this precise moment and downgrade the scientific description of work into a simpler and more holistic approach.  Work such as moving an object from a mug to a jug, from a spark plug to a scatter rug, from taking a drug to pulling a plug requires that force or strength for without this source of energy that mug, jug, spark plug, rug, drug or plug will remain in exactly the same position. Sometimes we do not move objects or ideas or goals because we are ‘lazy’. In other words we have strength within us but do not utilise it correctly. Whatever your chore is for the day without using your strength or part of it you will never fulfil or accomplish it. Strength is your forte that needs attention and development. It requires nutrition, lubrication, participation and proper condition. Strength makes dreams come true. Strength is actually True Energy in motion. You need to keep your strength in proper shape otherwise you will be somewhat lazy and always procrastinate. Therefore you always need to remember as a meritocratic goal setter without developing your strength you will never be able to execute your daily grind in good time. You need strength like you need water. You need strength to make dreams come true.

The Parabolic Cycle of Life
Quote of the day
Life for all takes a parabolic cycle from birth to death and lasts for 100 years. At its peak around 50 years there is achievement, gratification and elevation. In the years preceding this there is rapid growth, absorption and manifestation. After 50 years we need to slow down and start rebuilding vigour, vitality and valour.’
Dear Friends, little do we realise how important our life really is. Like a new car at birth we are pure, sedate and lovable. As we get older like a used car our life ahead of us is dependent on our upbringing, our circumstances and our nutrition. Graded grains may make the finer flour but aided brains certainly makes the finer individual, the ultimate power to rule. If observed carefully we will see that our cycle from birth to infancy, then onto childhood followed by adolescence, and then adulthood and finally old age takes a parabolic shape. With reference to the enclosed picture in this article we will see that the rapid growth stages start at gestation and continues this way until we reach midlife at 50. It is after 50 that we need to start taking care of ourselves. We need to ensure that our sight is bright, our hair is fair, our organs are our greatest fortunes and that our skin gleams from chin to shin. This is the parabolic life cycle of a human being. To have no pimples is quite simple. To have a perfect body will earn you respect. To have a shoddy body will lose you respect. To be able to walk freely and to talk freely are pre-empts for a meritocratic individual. Having these qualities is one thing but to sustain it is another. Sustainment always follows maintenance. Maintain your pedigree and you shall sustain a life of sheer brilliance. As we grow rapidly we achieve great things, little things and big things. For these things no matter how big or small we must show sincere gratification. A person that shows gratification gains elevation. His or Her elevation is recognised and admired by all. Others see this and they follow accordingly because what they see in the 1st 50 years of life of a successful person is good. After we pass 50 we need to slow down. We need vigour to exercise heartiness in cheer and in spirit. We worked hard for the 1st 50 years of our lives, we laid the foundation for the next 50 years so now is the time to slow down. Vigour is your energy to get going in the next half a century, Vitality is your strength. You must have strength for it is your forte, your most valuable asset in your remaining years on heart. Valour is your courage to meet the new generation. It is your ability to cope and the ability to have hope. You need to be the hero amongst heroes setting standards that helps the new generation to continue.
