Greetings and best wishes to all my friends from around the world, it is so warm to embrace your presence today. Thank you. Thank you for your friendship, it is a relationship that I shall treasure for the rest of my life. Relationships are to be treasured, everyone holds a special relationship with someone in their hearts. Relationships should be extended to all human beings from around the world and to all 8.7 million species of life that exist around us. Valuing and appreciating these relationships makes you understand the purpose of life itself and the fulfilment of it too. As we sit in the comfort zone of life we need to give in return by comforting every living organism that contributes to our welfare. This harmonious relationship was put in place at the very onset of the Creation. All life forms came onto the earth two by two. Each species was equipped in their own way, created to excavate the land, to irrigate the soil and to ionise the air with fresh supplies of oxygen. Like machinery in a building site, each species is designed and created to accommodate our needs from the very 1st day to the present 21st Century. Dear Friends, don’t chase the pigeons away or step on a snail or frighten the fox, let them be and let them flourish in the way it was intended. Walk the plateau of knowledge with an open eye and listen to the sound of the hummingbird with a tuned ear and you will understand the need for variety in every society. Glide across the everglades of life and you will notice creatures that look still, equipped with quills and gills and the sudden will to kill. Fear not for they shall not come into your home and take possession of your life, they just need for you to keep the balance. The balance of life has been ordained upon us because we have the power to reason and the power to observe the seasons. Do good unto the world and watch how your world will flourish and your mind becomes nourished with enrichment. Your attitude to the magnitude of life is important to comprehend. Individual Success is our general theme at Universally Friendly in order to create long-term success for all. In order to achieve overall success, you need to establish individual success. There is a difference between the two, although both are exclusive they are also inclusive. Overall Success is when everyone in the planet lives a life of good health, ample wealth and prosperity. This is exclusive success. Individual Success is a private analysis of one’s own health, wealth and prosperity. Also called inclusive success it tabulates individual needs over a period of 100 years. Every individual is different in their needs although they are fundamentally the same. What my mind is pondering on for my individual needs at this precise moment maybe totally different to you, him, her or them. However, in order for me to succeed I need you, him, her or them. Without the support of 7 billion people across the globe my needs may never materialise. To start achieving my needs or collective goals I need people from across the globe to help me, to do this I need to create instant friends and reduce long term enemies. People will always help if you are always willing to help them. Success cannot be just for a handful, it is meant for everyone. Success is not quantified in dollar and cents. Success is quantified in terms of happiness. If you are totally happy then you are totally successful. As you sow the seeds of success into the fertile soil of your occupancy you will reap what you sow. The seeds of success are made up of the following letters to create the word FRIENDSHIP. Each letter represents a power word. These words are: Friends, Real Goals, Inspiration, Endurance, Nutrition, Dreams, Sacrifice, Happiness, Imagination and Patience. Tomorrow’s article is called ‘The Seeds of Success’ where I shall explore these 10 power words with you. I wish you success in all that you do, say or think. I would like to share with you an article that I wrote on the subject of peace, whilst travelling to work. Peace is the conduit to friendship. It is a lifeline of support and a pillar of strength for the weak and the meek. Peace is about the stillness of life. When you peer into a canvas of an artist’s impression of peace you are immediately drawn into the value of life. Peace destresses you. It is a gentle therapy to brush away the tensions of your day. Peace is the recipe for purity and the remedy for insecurity. Peace embraces the young and the old, the wise and the unwise, the gentle and the judgemental and the successful and the unsuccessful. Peace is alive but kept under an eiderdown of deceit making the concept of life confusion with a blend of goodness and badness fused together. I want you to start your weekend with an infusion of peace. harmony and love and remove the confusion of war, discord and hate. I want you to explore the true meaning of peace by experiencing love at home, love in the woods and love in your heart. I want you to love every second of your weekend and use it to propel you forward into a world of wonder, intrigue and mystique. The use of the word intrigue in this instance implies a world of charm, beauty and elegance. Welcome to the last day of another working week in the year 2016. It is actually the 22^nd week of the year. I hope and pray that your 22 weeks in the year 2016 has been good, fruitful and productive. In the past 22 weeks some of us could have experienced some setbacks that could have created an awkward situation. Today I want to talk about deciding whether to exit such an awkward situation or to consider fixing it. To make a deciding factor to exit something or fix it we need to consider the following. It is often better to maintain friends rather than to obtain enemies. Departure from an awkward situation is often a closure to possibilities. It is often better to understand that we are human beings with the ability to reason and the unforeseen impulse to create some form of treason. To every right there is always an opposing wrong. So, when something is wrong we need to put it right. Conversation is the foundation to better relationships. Confrontation never works and demonstration is even worse. We need to be clear with our intent, we need to steer away from possible torment over a misunderstanding.  We need to cement broken relationships, we need to prevent disputes and we need to consent to something that is beneficial to all. We need to hold hands firmly together in difficulties and to walk together in a modern world as stronger communities. Where there is animosity and atrocity we must annul it with generosity and modesty. Where there is war we need to select peace. Where there is unemployment we need to elect employment. Where is homelessness and hopelessness we need to create wholesomeness and openness. Where there is hate we need to subtract it with love. Where there is poverty we need to overcome it with equality and quality. We need to address deforestation, starvation, immigration, litigation liquidation, victimisation, segregation and overpopulation. What is misunderstood can later be understood. What is in disagreement can be negotiated into a more reasonable agreement. Dear Friends, I urge you to consider fixing something rather than exiting something. Welcome to the last midweek of March 2016. It has been a very motivational month for me, I pray that you felt the same. It is not about my success that maketh my day or my life but it is also about your success too. If you succeed, then I feel that I have succeeded too. The closer we get, the greater we shall become. Closeness can certainly be viewed in two possible ways. Closeness can be likened to a chandelier amongst friends. Each bulb in the fusion of light brings upon a harmony of togetherness forever and ever. Friendship is a like a platform of uniformity, each friend in the foundation of uniformity makes a contribution towards conformity. With friends you can travel to limitless destinations without fear and without hesitation. Closeness brings such friends together forever. To love another human being for the rest of your life makes you secure. To love over 7 billion human beings makes you pure and mature. Such a close relationship opens the doors to everlasting fellowship. The other way to view closeness is to attempt your tasks or goals or projects with the passion and desire it deserves. As you seek accomplishment and fulfilment you propel yourself towards greatness. I cannot stress the true significance of greatness rather than to say that it is impressive, progressive and expressive. Greatness makes you sets standards for others to follow. Greatness changes the face of the world and makes us glitter in the vastness of The Cosmos. A fulfilled goal will always enlighten your soul. A completed task will always mask the protracted feeling of procrastination. An accomplished project will always reflect your true abilities and will always make you perfect amongst the doers of good. A very windy welcome to the 1^st working day of a new working week from us here in good old London Town. Did you have a pleasant, restful and relaxing weekend? Did you fire your cells to perform well in this week’s agenda? In keeping with the theme of positivity I decided to talk about Positive Friends. Friendship is your greatest comfort zone in life. Without friends there can never be comfort. However, Friends are human beings that can err, flare, scare, stare and can be elsewhere. Success in life depends on the well-being of all human beings, yes all 7 billion of us. Unlike our forefather in Adam we cannot survive without the help of friends. Our forefather in Adam had to do everything on his own with just a little help from The Universe. His domain was manageable. Our domain is considerably larger at 5.1×10⁸ km^2. Without the help of friends such a chore is unmanageable. Friends from across the globe have their ups and downs. No one is perfect, we can only show by example how important it is to be responsible. In order to glide smoothly during your day, you need to assess the temperament of the person that you meet. A good temperament is something that you feel, sense and watch. Such an aura is captivating. A bad temperament is also something that you feel, sense and watch. Such an aura is quite complicating. Dear Friends, I say onto you and verily too, where there are good moods there will always be good attitudes. Where there are bad moods there will always be bad attitudes. You need to know the difference. Step aside and let bad moods fade away. Step inside the ballroom of friendship when good moods cascades into a playground of laughter and joy. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you must remember, like you everyone goes through ups and downs. If there is an opportunity to help we must try to help. If help is not needed, we must not force our intent. What was good yesterday cannot always be good tomorrow. This is human nature. We need to understand this to survive. We need to understand this to thrive. We need to understand this in order to drive forward in our daily tasks. Positive Friends always work together to get the job done, to build the bridge to success, to happiness and to peace. When positive friends turn into negative friends learn to understand this and give them their space. Positivity is born every second, just give it time to flourish again and then resume your status. Always remember you need friends as much as they need you. Start your working week with a friendly smile for this helps the ball of positivity to flow more easily. Have a wonderful working week. Love them with all your heart.  Emotions are temporary so don't label a person based on their emotions. It is important to remain well. To be well means that you don’t dwell in the past, but live for today and tomorrow. To be well means that you do not live a life of hell. To see the sun rise along the horizon of expectancies is the greatest gift a person can have. I say this vehemently because if the Sun did not rise I am afraid we too will not rise up and get on with our daily grind. The Sun, an immense fiery ball fires the right amount of energy to get you started. It delivers this daily, with energy like Torrent Rivers that burst banks and create picturesque waterfalls. The precise moment of sight is when the edge of the Sun makes its appearance over the eastern horizon at the break of dawn. You have to see it to believe it. It is like the heavens are opening the doors to opportunities for people that have fallen below their expectations. The Sun rise invokes us to pray and to offer gratitude to Almighty GOD for our lives and our existence. The rising Sun is like a beam of communication waking up all creatures great and small. It is like a beacon to all, enlightening by sight and encouraging with sound. It is a symbol of life and also a carrier of information from the beginning of our galaxy to the end of our galaxy. It is a cycle of life for all and a kaleidoscope of varying colours enveloping the atmosphere with awe and wonder. It is a burst of energy to the weak and the meek. It si a bonfire of daily celebration and a flare of hope to the ones that have lost hope. It is an alarm call that sounds every second and a dial that tells the time with accuracy and with clarification. It is a warming to some and a signal to others. It is our Sun and we should treasure it like our own Son. Dear Friends, appreciation for the Sun signifies your personal appreciation for life and of all creatures great and small. Look to the Sun and see Inspiration right in front of you. Take this inspiration and light up your life.

We unite in many ways but lack the bond to sustain our unity. Marriage is a typical example of such a unity and it is said that GOD’s plan for marriage is one man for one woman for a lifetime. This is a permanent bond, affixed for life and transported into the realms of eternity. However we have changed this over time to more seductive ways that weakens GOD’s plan. We added adultery, fornication, masturbation, divorce, abuse and money into the bond and weakened it like water to sugar or salt. Friendship is a form of unity but friendship can fall apart like a loose tile on a bathroom wall. The severity of the broken friendship will depend on how hard the tile falls. Friendship is so important in life that without friendship there will be constant hardship. We unite as team members as well to build productive working relationships and tor raise self-awareness and personal effectiveness. Disassociation in team building creates weaknesses in overall production which may not be seen immediately but shows a deficit annually. Unity is in all facets of life. There is unity at school, in the playground, in prisons, at work, at home, at gatherings, at events and at meetings. This area of specialism is going to enrich you, increase your lifespan and make you a worthy citizen of The Universe. This weekend shall become a historic weekend for you because you will create a personal manifesto stronger than goal setting and that is to live in Unity. Your Manifesto shall read as follows:

I, the undersigned hereby commits on this day, dated the 4^th of July 2015 to live in Unity in all facets of my life. To start my pledge I shall always carry my TAG with me daily for the rest of my life. I shall start my day in prayer and end it sincerely in gratitude. The sandwich of my day will be immersed in good daily deeds to show by example rather than seek gratitude for my efforts. I shall let bygones be bygones and fill my life with harmony despite any pain that I have endured or encountered in the past. I shall throw away any traces of anger and resentment and live a life that is calm, peaceful and composed. I shall exist with a purpose and shall put a firm effort into my daily agenda. I shall overcome any obstacles that come my way. I shall develop confidence in my purpose and will ensure that my trust in all grows. Dear Friends, I suddenly got up today with the quest to make my earnest pledge come true. I want to started building on my friends so that one day I may look back and see 7 billion people say goodbye to me when I depart from planet Earth rather than have 7 billion people despise me for who I was or what I was. You see, friendship is such an endearing relationship and an everlasting companionship. I used the words endearing and everlasting in the most appropriate context because endearing illustrates the charm, love and appeal that friends bring to your heart and everlasting illustrates the bond that friendship holds not just for the day but forever and ever. Times are becoming more difficult even though the world revolves about its axis. Difficulties are so diversified that we do not know the outcome of tomorrow until we meet it. Dear Friends, How wonderful it is to be here in the limelight of a new day where history is constantly been made. I say limelight because when you leave home after shutting the front door behind you, the history of your life takes centre stage. Every second that passes you, every step that you make, every word that you utter is been recorded like particles on a lifelong magnetic tape. What pattern you imprint on this tape will be read by millions of people if not trillions that take occupancy on our planet in the centuries to follow. I urge you to think correctly, to act coherently, to behave majestically, to plan methodically, to work consistently, to contribute fairly, to walk with confidence, to speak with clarity, to dream eloquently, to reproduce when ready, to love the world openly, to greet the world with a smile and to write history without a trace of mystery. When read or when watched by someone let them not switch off your worldly achievements or put down your journal for its shoddy content. From an early age we need to instil these ideologies into our children so that they can become pioneers in their own right. You need to constantly perform good deeds daily and as you perform you become informed. Did you do it right, can you do it better or is there room for more? This is what life is all about, doing your level best from birth to death? You need to keep a journal of your life itemised into annuals and to be referred to from time to time and to be read from to time. Did you do it right, can you do it better or is there room for more? Your content should be an epic waiting to hit the sliver screen.  Dear Friends this is the way forward for any individual. There is no such thing as a clever or pretty individual because we all are clever and pretty. There is one thing though for certain and that is a distinct classification of a human being which is you, a person ready to love the world and to be a distinct part of it and a distinct part of its history. Always remember that. Don’t make your life a mystery. Let your name be known. Let every person on your street know you by your full name and let every person in your country know you by your first name. Always appreciate your life and your time. Manage your life well and you will be well. Manage your time well and you shall be remembered for your contribution to society. Don’t waste a second let alone a minute. Dear Friends to reach the climax of a tycoon we have to think like one. We have to fill the emptiness of our lives with pensiveness. Ideally the weekend creates the prefect moat to do just that. To every individual alive problems come in different shapes and sizes. There is common denominator however to all problems and that is a relevant solution. Finding out about your problem is something for you to analyse, no one else can identify your problem unless you do it yourself. In the past 5 days we spoke about the sequence of four potent words that we should use in order to overcome our problems. THINK! THINK! THINK! Use every moment of your weekend to think logically about your life. How shall I spend my weekend? What shall I do for the rest of my life? Shall I improve on this or shall I learn a new language? Do I need to start a new hobby? Are my funds okay or is there a need for me to increase my income? The answers to all your questions will vary from individual to individual. My problems are different to yours and likewise your problems are different to mine. However to every problem there is a solution, in other words P = S. P stands for problems and S stands for solutions. Because our problems are different there are variables which are a, b, x, and y. A stands for HOW. B stands for WHY. X stands for WHAT and Y stands for WHEN. Depending on the nature of your problem the variables such as HOW and WHY changes. Let look at an example. Andy has a problem and that problem is debt. He identified his problem and he thinks about it during the next 48 hours. The question is how big is Andy’s debt? Is it under £10,000? Is it under £50,000 or is it more. A ball point figure is vital for us to see and understand Andy’s problem or even yours. Let us assume that Andy has debts totally £50,000. This then defines how Andy thinks during his weekend. Andy knows - HOW he becomes a tycoon is directly proportional to HOW he thinks. Andy needs to think £50,000 or more and how he shall achieve this figure in a given timeframe. The next question is WHY. Why did Andy accrue such huge debts? Andy needs to answer this question so that he does not fall into the same trap again.

The mathematical equation to Andy’s problem will then read:

(50,000 + b)P = (x + y)S

To balance the equation Andy needs to introduce 50,000 on the right hand side. He needs to ask himself WHAT he can do to overcome his problem. The WHAT must be 50,000 times stronger? What are his skills? Can he consolidate? Shall he sell some of his unwanted items? Can he reduce his expenditure? Can he eliminate some unwanted subscriptions especially the ones that he does not need? Does he need professional assistance? Does he believe in himself? Can he avoid repeating the same mistake again? Does he need to speak to Almighty GOD for guidance? The questions can on and on because he needs to make his intention 50,000 times stronger. In any given problem we all need to balance our mathematical equation so that the LHS of the equation equals to the RHS. You must understand that to every problem there is a solution. The above is just an example of many problems. Tomorrow we shall illustrate further examples to help balance your mathematical equation.

Dear friends it is quite important to realise the value of your Sunday, to exercise this day as your day of rest and to relax in the comfort of true companionship, friendship or kinship. It is a time to experience the serenity of family togetherness and to reminisce about the good old days where achievements were saluted with compliments and special moments were endorsed with announcements. These were the good old days that if remembered brings out the best in you, unleashing the power to build better confidence in your judgement and to make tomorrows better than yesterdays.  Conversing about the good old days with friends, families or your spouse actually invigorates you to do better and to take the new working week ahead of you to the next level of fulfilment and accomplishment. We must stop thinking about bad memories that crippled our stature, wrecked our finances or ruined our health. We need to think big in order to eliminate smaller unimportant issues that can actually make Mondays dull and dreary. We need to effectively say to ourselves bygones must be bygones. We must forget bitter memories that stall our progress and lessen our chances of having a good working week ahead of us. By doing this we build confidence in us rather than uncertainty in how we shall spend our time on Earth. By establishing the best in us in the various faculties of our existence we now need to face the ultimate test, how do we face tomorrow? How do we make tomorrows better than yesterdays? How do we walk with confidence and talk with certainty? Every hurdle in life seems to become more and more difficult to deal with. To an athlete the first hurdle is always the easiest, but as he or she runs further down the track the hurdles become higher and higher. Having the confidence built through rigorous years of training and support helps them to cross each hurdle. Likewise thinking of your better moments in life gives you the edge in how you deal with tomorrows. I always remember my Mum for her daily deeds. She left behind a legacy of good deeds for us all to follow. Her legacy always inspired me to be better, to become more methodical, to plan ahead and to walk the surface of the Earth with confidence and the will to endure and tolerate.  I always use my Sundays to plan for tomorrow and for the working week ahead of me. I always spend my day wondering and pondering. I never wander aimlessly and squander foolishly. Generally speaking my working weeks are always fulfilling and accomplished. I want you to work towards this. I want you to have similar levels of fulfilments and accomplishments. It really does make an incredible difference to my life. I am generally less stressed, I feel younger and I have confidence in everything that I say, do or think.

Associating with people of all levels is something you cannot avoid. We all need to share common footpaths, roads and enclosures therefore our association with people must be a thorough affair. You need to painstakingly turn a blind eye, methodically avoid a confrontation and meticulously retain your composure. People will always remember you for the mistakes that you made but will never remember your takes in life. Gracefulness actually formulates your mannerism to sparkle the interest in people, to make them feel safe and secure when they see you. Today I want to tell you quite openly that without gracefulness you will become inelegant lacking the sparkle to impress your fellow human being. Which would you prefer? Would you like to be characterised by your unsophistication, your unstylishness or your vulgarity or would you prefer to be remembered by all for your poise, dignity, politeness and refine qualities? It is hard to maintain a perfect profile when you tread a frontier of imperfections made up of sullen people, arrogant people and greedy people. Which would you rather prefer? Would you continue showing by example dressed in a fashion of gracefulness or would you prefer to maintain the same arrogance that makes people apprehensive and afraid of you? I love people irrespective of their moods. I love to interact with people because they are part of my life. Without the population at large my life will be lonely, difficult and alienated. Therefore I live to create friends and live to eliminate enemies. To create genuine friends I need to be gracious. I need to be dressed with elegance, uttered with kindness, mingled with loveliness, walked with poise and dazzled with charm. Dear Friends, today I want to tell you openly that you cannot create a genuine friend if you do not have an ounce of graciousness in you. A person can tell if they are safe and sound in the presence of someone else. Gracefulness characterises this exceptionally well. Start tomorrow by cultivating gracefulness and maintain it throughout your day at all costs.
