The RIPE Formula

The RIPE Formula

Quote of the day

‘The RIPE formula to a perfect lifestyle is to Reflect, Inspect and Perfect in order to create the desired Effect.’

Welcome to the 1st Sunday of 2016, with another 51 Sundays to go before 2017 there is a lot to look forward to. Can you imagine with just that little bit of leverage you can achieve or at least lay a strong foundation to success in 51 weeks? Just imagine a surplus in your bank statement, a cleared overdraft and a zero balance on all your credit and store cards. Can you imagine having the perfect BMI with the ability to slip into a 34 or 36 inch pants with ease and comfort. Can you imagine securing a down payment on your very 1st home without any setbacks. Nothing is impossible in life and by applying the RIPE formula diligently enables you to do just that. The RIPE formula is not rocket science where great sacrifices need to be made but rather common-sense instead enabling you to apply the right actions at the right time. The 1st protocol to the RIPE formula is to Reflect. What better time to reflect then a passing year that is so fresh in our minds? Our memories of 2015 are indeed quite fresh and therefore our reflections of what might have gone will always be crisp and counteractive. Reflecting on our problems carried forward into 2016 enables to understand what went wrong. Did we break the bank? Did we neglect a certain aspect of our lives? Did we go overboard? Are we in arrears? Are we overweight? Reflections gives us an overview of what went wrong. The next protocol is to Inspect. Inspection gives you the unique opportunity to examine the facts at the precise moment when the problem started. Is one of your credit cards sitting at its limit and putting undue stress on you at the start of 2016. Inspection examines the facts of what really happened. Why did you spend lavishly on your card knowing that you would have to pay it back? What did you spend it on? To overcome this dilemma and to avoid future unnecessary stress factors I suggest using the magic WAND urge. The magic WAND urge is something that I always use when it comes to expenditure. The 1st thing you need to do is ask yourself do you really Want something. Can you do Without it? If you have to virtually wave a magic WAND in front of you, do it. The psychological effect of this awakens your senses. What follows after that is the Affordability Factor? New products, trends or technology always peak at their highest values when first launched. If you don’t really Need it immediately can you not stall the decision for later on? Is it a Necessity? Can it make a difference to your overall daily routine? Finally, it is Decision time. We all have the tendency to clutter our homes with commodities that we don’t really need. Do you need it? Don’t be compelled to buy something that you cannot afford. Do without it. Dear Friends, every situation in life demands a strategic plan of action. The RIPE formula helps you make the right decisions. Once Inspected, you need to Perfect it. It is not only about your existing problems but to avoid an onslaught of new problems. To create the desired Effect for you in 2016 you need to be Perfect in what you do. An action that follows a plan must be flawless. Can a pilot wander aimlessly in space without a chartered route or veer in a new direction? A Perfect Lifestyle can be created using Picture Postcards as depicted in yesterday’s article. At the dawn of your decision making you would have Reflected and then Inspected, now it would be time to make a Perfect decision. Perfect Decisions to create the desired Effect comes from Reflecting and Inspecting. Reflecting and Inspecting a year that has just gone by is quite easy because your memories of 2015 for example is crisp and counteractive. It is crisp because you carried it forward into the new Year. It is also counteractive because you don’t want to make the same mistakes again. Be RIPE before you SWIPE your credit card. Be RIPE before you TYPE anything prior to send a text or an email. Be RIPE before you WIPE the slate clean. Be RIPE before you DESCRIBE, SUBSCRIBE, INSCRIBE or TRANSCRIBE. Do log onto my regular blogs for constant articles and motivational videos to help you make the right decisions. I wish you a happy and fruitful start to your new working week or school term.

Problem Solver

Problem Solver

Quote of the day
‘To every problem there is a distinct solution. Finding the solution is a thought process that determines the methodology of the solution. It is often like a mathematical equation. A mathematical equation is an equality containing one or more variables. In our case scenario (a + b)P = (x + y)S.

Bonus Quote
‘The process of thinking is about linking the pieces of your life into a coherent stream of functionality. Functionality is about efficiency, it is about ensuring that you perform at your level best.’

Quote of the Week
‘The power to solve problems is the power to resolve them in a methodical way eliminating the need to prolong the agony of the problem.’

Dear Friends to reach the climax of a tycoon we have to think like one. We have to fill the emptiness of our lives with pensiveness. Ideally the weekend creates the prefect moat to do just that. To every individual alive problems come in different shapes and sizes. There is common denominator however to all problems and that is a relevant solution. Finding out about your problem is something for you to analyse, no one else can identify your problem unless you do it yourself. In the past 5 days we spoke about the sequence of four potent words that we should use in order to overcome our problems. THINK! THINK! THINK! Use every moment of your weekend to think logically about your life. How shall I spend my weekend? What shall I do for the rest of my life? Shall I improve on this or shall I learn a new language? Do I need to start a new hobby? Are my funds okay or is there a need for me to increase my income? The answers to all your questions will vary from individual to individual. My problems are different to yours and likewise your problems are different to mine. However to every problem there is a solution, in other words P = S. P stands for problems and S stands for solutions. Because our problems are different there are variables which are a, b, x, and y. A stands for HOW. B stands for WHY. X stands for WHAT and Y stands for WHEN. Depending on the nature of your problem the variables such as HOW and WHY changes. Let look at an example. Andy has a problem and that problem is debt. He identified his problem and he thinks about it during the next 48 hours. The question is how big is Andy’s debt? Is it under £10,000? Is it under £50,000 or is it more. A ball point figure is vital for us to see and understand Andy’s problem or even yours. Let us assume that Andy has debts totally £50,000. This then defines how Andy thinks during his weekend. Andy knows - HOW he becomes a tycoon is directly proportional to HOW he thinks. Andy needs to think £50,000 or more and how he shall achieve this figure in a given timeframe. The next question is WHY. Why did Andy accrue such huge debts? Andy needs to answer this question so that he does not fall into the same trap again.

The mathematical equation to Andy’s problem will then read:
(50,000 + b)P = (x + y)S
To balance the equation Andy needs to introduce 50,000 on the right hand side. He needs to ask himself WHAT he can do to overcome his problem. The WHAT must be 50,000 times stronger? What are his skills? Can he consolidate? Shall he sell some of his unwanted items? Can he reduce his expenditure? Can he eliminate some unwanted subscriptions especially the ones that he does not need? Does he need professional assistance? Does he believe in himself? Can he avoid repeating the same mistake again? Does he need to speak to Almighty GOD for guidance? The questions can on and on because he needs to make his intention 50,000 times stronger. In any given problem we all need to balance our mathematical equation so that the LHS of the equation equals to the RHS. You must understand that to every problem there is a solution. The above is just an example of many problems. Tomorrow we shall illustrate further examples to help balance your mathematical equation.

A Strange way is often the best way to change your day

‘A Strange way is often the best way to change your day’
Quote of the day
‘Strangeness is about something abnormal to your normal routine. Strangeness changes the concept of current affairs and turns them into concurrent affairs.’
For someone to constantly say that you will never lose weight or become debt free makes you eventually accept that you shall be overweight and in debt for the rest of your life. Sometimes we maybe a borderline case where our weight fluctuates a few kilos over our prime weight. Sometimes we may be living on the edge, earning just enough to get by. Our income just about meets our expenses. As the years go by we epitomise this melody of living on the edge. We accept it as normal and assume that riches are for the rich. A normal lifestyle is actually characterised by elegance and is designed for all and not for one. Elegance is a very fitting word to describe the lifestyle of any human being. Elegance is about sophistication, grace and class. Sophistication is about acquiring a wealth of knowledge in a broad category. Grace is about your poise, beauty and refinement. Class is about your flair broaden by your sophistication and grace. When you realise that you need to be elegant you will immediately see or feel something strange. You will have that inner stimulus triggered possibly by my inspirational values and concepts to make a change from you’re so called normal life to an abnormal life. This abnormal life is actually a normal lifestyle that people do not want you to enter into. Selfish people want these categories of elegance for themselves and make you believe that you will always be want you are. You need to shift this mentality of a so called normal life to an abnormal life by making your life epitomised with elegance. When you steer your craft into a physical and mental change the appearances of this change will be strange. Your body adapts to this change. Your mind soon accepts this change. Your current affairs is altered and shifted into a rhapsody of concurrent affairs. You suddenly choose to walk rather than travel by car, you read more and learn new words. Your body moves in harmony with this change and fat is neutralised into muscle power. You feel that you are drifting into an abnormal state when you are actually veering into a normal mode. People have forced you into the previous state, now you have shifted this concept and remained elegant for the rest of your entire life. This is why I called this article ‘A Strange way is often the best way to change your day’ because the experiences you undergo during change is in fact unusually strange, so strange that you cannot believe it is happening to you. It is like a lottery win. People just cannot believe that it is happening to them. They cannot believe that they have entered an elegant world filled with poise and grace. You need to believe in yourself to know that you don’t have to win a lottery to make changes in your life. You just need to believe in yourself and discover what your needs really are.

How deep are your troubles?

‘How deep are your troubles?’
Quote of the day
‘How deep your troubles are is directly proportional to how shallow your outlook to life is.’

Starting a New Year heavily laden with the bleak memories of 2014 can only makes things worst for you. If you don’t clear your debts you shall live with regrets. If you neglect your health it will proportionately affect your wealth. If you fail on each endeavour you will remain frail and pale forever. If you lose a bet you shall be under threat and regretfully be covered in sweat. Troubles brings about heaps of unnecessary rubbles. How deep is your troubles? Is it covered in debt, or leaves you to sweat or makes you take the occasional bet? I want you to get out of trouble. I want you to identify what your troubles are. I want you to quantify them. If it is wealth then label it in dollars and cents. If it is health then label it in kilos and grams. Establish how deep your troubles are and then divide by 361. If you are overweight by 10kgs then divide this by 361. This then gives you a targeted weight loss of 0.0278kg per day to lose. If you are in debt by £10,000 then divide it by 361. This then gives you a targeted figure of £27 per day reduction. How deep your troubles are is directly proportional to how shallow your outlook to life is. Change this to a more profound outlook to life and you will dissolve your troubles in 361 days come rain or storm. Start today and create a daily target and then work towards dissolution. Start building mountains morsel by morsel. Start dividing and conquering. Start with a penny and then save towards a pound. Work the crankshaft first before you can turn the engine. Fill the tank with fuel before you can you hop on the mule. Learn to crawl before you can walk. Start small otherwise you will only stall. Ebb towards failure and become a deb at success. Always remember slowly but surely. Dear Friends, you need to hold the bull by the horn. You need to set individual targets and break them down to smaller modules. You need to eat an elephant bit by bit. You need to make troubles disappear from the dilemma of your day. I want you to achieve accomplishment and fulfilment by the end of each working week. I want you to break down barriers that inhibit you and create barriers from newer inhibitions. I want to see you smile not just for a while but for the duration of a mile. I want to see you flourish like the autumn perennials that brings joy to a new season. Follow me on a new road to recovery. Divide colossal workloads into docile downloads. Love your life. Love everything but more importantly love Almighty GOD. I shall always love you forever and ever.

‘The Leverage of Progress’

Quote of the day
‘The progress of a person is defined as their initiation from a state of distress, clarified only by themselves and slowly progressing towards a road of complete Success.’

Dear Friends it is sometimes quite hard to face our dilemmas and instead we prefer to live with them. This is futile. What we are actually doing is carrying stress in our pockets, in our dockets and in our rockets. The use of the word rocket in this instance refers to our vocation. The use of the word docket in this instance refers to our daily agenda. With reference to the above photo please establish what point on the Gauge of Progress are you at. This must be an honest assessment. Honesty equals to reliability plus integrity. If you have debts like Fred amounting to £25,000, say £25,000 and not £22,000. We sometimes like to lessen the effect of our dilemma to soften the blow. Be realistic and be scrupulous. Your initiation of your dilemma starts at the point of distress. It is openly distressful because you can feel the constant agony, sorrow and pain that your dilemma brings home each day. You are carrying it to bed and you are restless in your sleep. Once you have identified your dilemma or your distress you must confess. This is hard. It is something you have to face. You have to come clean and put everything on the table. Now that you have confessed you have to progress to the next stage and address your dilemma. Addressing your dilemma makes you concentrate and focus on the process of identifying what really troubles you. This could be finances, marital problems, litigation, illness, obesity, addictions or compulsions. Once addressed you then need to coalesce. The Art of Coalescing merges forces together helping you to reach your success a lot easier. It is about merging family members, friends, family, colleagues or professionals to assist you in your dilemma. If your dilemma is finances you need to coalesce the income of everyone at home. You need to do the maths by taking away the expenses and seeing how much you have left. The balance is your input to reduce your debts each month over a designated period. The next stage on your Progress Gauge is to Impress. You need to electrify everyone by showing them how you are progressing each month. Show them something tangible that they could see, feel or taste. The final stage is your success. Success comes last. It comes at the end of the designated period. It is a time for rejoice and a time for triumph. You did it, you reached the pinnacle of success and squashed a dilemma that gave you sleepless nights and endless worries. This is how we eliminate problems. Read my tweets each day and chose the ones relevant to your predicament to assist you whilst gauging your progress.

‘The side-effects of Health and Wealth’

Quote of the day
‘The side effects of Health and Wealth run synonymously together giving off the same side effects that ultimately lead to your failure.’

The two words that have an adverse effect on our lives are Health and Wealth. Without Good Health we cannot have Wealth, and without Wealth we cannot have Good Health. Health is about our overall fitness. It is about getting into shape and remaining in shape every day. Our Health is our strength and stands as a hallmark of pillars of strength and vigour.  It is our well-being on planet Earth. It is responsible for our happiness, our welfare and our comfort. Our Happiness is our daily cheerfulness, it is something that makes us joyful and blissful. It is a feeling that we need each and every single day of our lives. A Good Health is our welfare cultivating into our general interests and our safety. Our Well Being is our good fortune. It is our fortuity and we can see this level of comfort throughout our lives. It will be either good or bad but our objective is to ensure that it is good all the time. Good Health in a person pertains to all bodily functions. Our organs need to function perfectly each day and they need to beat coherently throughout their lifetime. Our cells need to regenerate too and in the right way. Without good health we simply cannot attain a level of Wealth to sustain our daily needs and to provide long-term security. Our wealth could be measured in assets pertaining to worldly goods acquired over a period of time through inheritance or by employment. Our prosperity is derived from our health for without which we simply would not have the correct framework to manufacture wealth. The world has gone commerce for a long time now and we will never return to the same culture that we had way back in The Garden of Eden. To survive we need happiness and success or simply Health and Wealth.

How would you know that you have a deficit in your Wealth or in your Health? What symptoms should you look for before starting to worry? Can you reverse the side effects of Health and Wealth? Can you reach the pinnacle of Success, on the one hand to have perfect Health and on the other hand perfect Wealth? I think that it is a vital necessity to have a palm of good health and a palm of good wealth that coexist together in the material world. You cannot hold out your one hand and say I am happy because I am in good health, hiding the obvious other hand which spells poverty. Conversely, you cannot hold out your hand that holds infinite sums of money and hide the other hand that is frail and unhealthy. You need both hands to clap together to create the merriment of happiness and prosperity. Hold out your hands right away. Let them face you. Call the left hand Wealth and the right hand Health. Speak honestly to yourself and answer the following questions.

·         Am I healthy?
·         Am I wealthy

You do not have to ask the questions because you probably know the answers already because the symptoms are there. Do any of the following symptoms appear in the palm of your hands, if so are you willing to make a change?

The Left Hand
The Right Hand
Constant Migraines
In Arrears
Skin Irritations
Financial Worries
Irregular Bowel Movements
Lack of funds or fluctuating funds
Constipation
Stress
Bloating
High Interest Rates
Tiredness
Unemployed
Hospitalisation
Insolvency
Organ Failure
Foreclosure
Anxiety
Nervousness

Dear Friends, it is essential to highlight the anomalies in your health and in your wealth. These are reversible circumstances and with a concerted effect can bring you back to the top of fertility. It is at the summit of fertility that you will find your riches, your overall productiveness and your opulence. This is my job, to nudge you daily to do better and to recognise your anomalies. It is your job to take action once inspired. Watch the one hand over the other, do this daily. Hold both hands tight in every situation that you are in. Exercise Caution – Eat less, Exercise more.
