Welcome to the penultimate day of September 2016. It is wonderful to grace your presence on this inspirational channel and to embrace your enthusiasm. With just 93 days to go before 2017 I think because of the importance of the number 93 we should gear ourselves to make significant changes in our lives. What are the changes that come to mind for yourself and for your family? Prosperity is always first and foremost. What about other things like Sincerity, Popularity, Austerity, Charity, Equality and Dexterity or simply called SPACED.

Sincerity in a meritocratic individual has about been candour. It is the quality of an individual that is made up of honesty and genuineness. Popularity is the iconic way forward. It creates attractiveness around you and as people see you they recognise you as a key player in the world of progress. Austerity plays a pivotal role in one’s success. It demonstrates your seriousness and self-discipline in the subject matter at hand. Charity does begin at home but also extends beyond your home. It demonstrates your spontaneous kindness and compassion to the weak and meek. Equality is the right of every human being. No one should be deprived of a life of equality. No one should discriminate, berate, frustrate, dictate, segregate, retaliate or dominate another human being. Dexterity is the building blocks to prosperity. Most of us don’t realise this. We all need to develop our skills with a positive will and be fulfilled at the end of it. With just 93 more days before 2017, I urge you to be SPACED. Don’t put Prosperity first but try to be sincere, popular, austere, charitable, Equal and dexterous. Have a wonderful evening. Travel back in time to the 1st of September 2016. Welcome to all of you on a crisp Monday Morning, the final full working week of July 2016. Today I want to talk about the Pinnacle of your Success.

Wealth is something that changes daily, it is a reversible reaction because you can change recession into progression and vice versa. Health on the other is not a reversible reaction because you cannot change depression or aggression into an impression because you generally leave a permanent imprint that lasts forever and ever. Health creates Wealth but Wealth cannot create Health.’

‘All individuals have the right to have a life of equality. We differ immensely in our choices but the rudiments of life will always remain the same. To sustain your equality, think Health first and then let your Wealth follow you.’

Your choice in life could be a Rolls Royce or a Hyundai but both necessities in life do the same thing. They both carry you from point A to Point B. The right of equality does not mean that everyone needs a Rolls Royce or even a Hyundai. It is about choice and the practice of appreciating what you want in life or have in life that makes you comfortable and happy. To achieve this, you need good health. This is the primary objective of any meritocratic Goal Setter. Health first, Wealth second. Health creates Wealth, Wealth will never create good Health. To determine a good healthy lifestyle starts with a personal assessment. Your weight, your height, your pulse rate, your hate will all determine how great you are. Your weight is important and if it is not right you need to make it right by exercising good eating habits and proper physical workouts to suit you. Stand with a good posture and you shall overcome osteoporosis and other bone disorders. Pulse rate is about how many times a minute your heart beats. You need to monitor your heart beat to ensure that your body is performing well and capable of producing a reasonable output. Hate makes you late, it makes you feel overweight, it creates negativity, it affects your heart rate, it aggravates hostility and it agitates instability. Getting into a neutral zone where you remain serene, feel clean, avoid the caffeine, eat your beans, read a magazine and create the perfect scene is my sole recommendation.

Don’t regress into a dress of hate. Hate is a time waster. Time is your most precious commodity. With a sound body and a sound mind you will have the power to generate wealth in an instant. The amount of wealth you require would be a personal assessment. Whatever it is it will always be achievable. Without a sound body or a sound mind you will never create wealth and you will certainly degenerate your health. Health is not a reversible reaction because you cannot change depression or aggression into an impression because you generally leave a permanent imprint that lasts forever and ever. Depression is the key cause to your noted health recession. Pump your mind and body with negativity and you will lower your ability to combat diseases. Depression leads to aggression. Aggression forms a very unpleasant impression to someone else. You may not remember your aggression but someone else will for the rest of eternity. My recommendation once again is being calm. If your health is poor you cannot remove the indentations, it has caused to your life but the healing process certainly can make you move on. Think wise, be wise, live wisely and focus on the next second. Focus on what you can do to make the next second better. Always remember, Health first and Wealth second. Ask someone like me and I can assure you that your Health is important. My health is good and I aim to live onto 100 years. My Wealth is also comfortable but I measure my success on how healthy I really am and not on how wealthy I am. Improve your Health and you will have the power to increase your Wealth. I wish you a healthy, wealthy and prosperous life.

Welcome to the 14^th day of June 2016, it is a wonderful to have you on board. Sorry about the late tweets. I hope and pray that you are enjoying my daily inspirational articles and that it is helping you to get closer to your goals in life. Today I would like to talk about equality and how important it is when trying to become a successful individual. Equality teaches us to be fair in all that we do. Fairness is about being honest in our objectives in life and to achieve them without an ounce of selfishness. Life is not meant to be a rat race. There is no need to work flat out. You just need to take one step at a time. The Universe is blatantly opulent offering opportunities to every one of us. Yet just a handful of people reach the summit of success. Did they achieve their goals selflessly? Did they hurt anyone in the process? Have they been fair? If you want to become successful in life you need to think Equality, the proven Science of been fair. How can you help your fellowman or woman? What are your moral obligations to society? Where are your ethics? Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls you simply cannot succeed in life if you are selfish.  Success starts at the core of morality. Morality is like a seed encoded to grow in a specific way if the conditions are right. Throw a seed on the surface of Mars and that seed will remain dormant until the conditions are right. The core of morality lies in your heart. It is all about feelings. It is how you see pain and what you can do to overcome it. It is how you see success and how you want to build your empire brick by brick rather than quick by trick. It is all about been fair. The Universally Friendly concept to success states that we need to care, share and remain fair. Life is not a rat race. Life is actually a formatted pace. Rat Races are poised on the concept of work, work and work without any leisure. It is bent around the concept that money is more important rather than morals. Money is not a priority although it is a necessity. Build on your morals and money will come more freely. A formatted pace is based on strategy planning. Please accept my sincere apologises for the late article. It is my birthday weekend so we are not at home. I am writing to you from a Wi-Fi zone whenever I get the chance to do so. Sorry about this. Using the PEN Effect is made up of three parts. The following article was scheduled for yesterday, do enjoy. To every problem in life there is a solution. No problem is unsolvable. This is one of the many laws of The Universe. Do you remember when I first spoke about The Laws of the Universe, I said that these laws are laws that you cannot prove to be wrong. I stand by this.

The 5^th Law of The Universe consists of a mere six words but these words are so powerful, imminent and encouraging. They are powerful because they reveal a solution. They are imminent because the solution is forthcoming if you seek it. They are encouraging because they boost your spirits by removing the negatives that get you down and add positives that get you going. The question is where do you find the right solution to your existing problems. Everyone has problems, that is obvious. However, the intensity of the problems varies from individual to individual. Having the solution is of little value if you do not have the right tools. What are the tools in this case scenario? Using the Triangular Concept to Success has led us to three important tools. These tools are the right Nutrition to fuel your actions. The right Exercise routine to suit your age, gender and circumstances. The right source of knowledge to identify and reveal your purpose in life. We also discussed that most people fail to see the difference between a purpose and a purchase. The internet is overflowing with diet plans, exercise plans and self-development books. The question is, do they work. You may bring your weight down or increase your income but they are not really problem solvers. They actually camouflage your problems like foundation to your skin. Once washed the problem resurfaces. By the end of this three-part series I will provide you with a link to acquire your tools but there is something more than tools that we need. We need an HOMBRE to help us. Yes, we need Honesty, Opportunity, Management, Blessedness, Righteousness and Equality. When we seek knowledge from The Universe we know immediately that this knowledge is honest and filled with goodness. We also need that unique aperture bespoke to our needs called Opportunity. Opportunities are plentiful but finding the right one is hard. We need Management. We need Management of our Time and our of our Funds. Many courses on the Internet are extremely expensive, a single seminar can cost as much as £3,500. We need to be Blessed. We need to know that GOD watches over us daily and that the solution to our problems awaits us. We need to be Righteous. We cannot seek a solution if it means hurting someone else. We created the problem now we need to get out of it, amicably and logically. Finally, we need to understand equality. We need to understand that knowledge is available to all and not to a single individual. Greetings to ALL of you from a colder London Town with the high expectancy of frost and possible snow later in the week. It may be cold outside but it certainly is warm inside knowing that you are here tuned in to a wonderful world of Inspiration. The world of inspiration is indeed wonderful but how wonderful it is will depend on how wonderful you want it to be. Look above you, look below you and look around you and you will see what a wonderful world it really is. The magnificence of the undulating landscape, perfectly covered with the right chemistry of beauty awaits your presence. The delightful meandering streams, brooks and rivers brings the essence of survival directly to the workers of the living world. The perfect fruit, the superb flowers, the amazing wildlife and the fantastic serenity exemplifies how wonderful our world really is. Our living world is a canvas of magnificence, a tapestry of delightfulness, a chemistry of astonishment and a majesty of brilliance. When we came along two by two we were destined to become the sole custodians of such a wonderful world. We were sent as recruits to manage the numbers, bandage the wounded and salvage any damages caused by natural and unnatural events. We needed to replenish used stock with new livestock using an armoury of knowledge and an artery linked to the heavens above. Our bodies were designed for the job and our mind was designed to think about our responsibilities. Anatomically we are the same from high above to down under. Theologically we have the same doctrine towards praying and believing. Methodically we can all create, design, dream, love, learn, understand, devise, employ, enjoy, write, act and narrate. Technologically we have the appendages to construct, irrigate, cultivate, administrate, assimilate, decorate and interrelate. Philosophically we can mediate, translate, relate, captivate, motivate, rejuvenate, care, share and remain fair. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we are all fundamentally the same. We have the same anatomy from the basic cell to the complex organs. Yet, we do the converse of our given roles. We act in a very vile way, disseminating blasphemy and cultivating evil. We fight, we hate, we despise, we hurt, we abuse, we kill, we maim, we steal, we are materialistic, antagonistic, sadistic and pessimistic. We drifted from our morals, we are always on the brink of a quarrel and run into stress encounters for no real reason. We age without fulfilling a page in our written agenda. We seek a better wage and go on the rampage when we don’t get what we want. As we err we become less aware of our wonderful world. We live to compare and despair when the tables are turned. The 1st Law of The Universe states emphatically that ALL humans are fundamentally the same. Yet, we live to differ. Can you disprove such a law? Is it right to do wrong? Is it right to destroy or is it wrong to enjoy? There is so much to do. There is so much to put right. There are so many challenges to be made and there are so many people that live poorly. As a conglomeration of united citizens of our wonderful world we can restore peace and equanimity in every crick, crack or canny. The 1st protocol to a moral life is to look at everyone without judging them but loving them instead. The 2nd protocol is to understand our fundamental role in life and to have the endurance to exercise it. I hope that you will join me tomorrow for the 3rd instalment in this series. Welcome to the 4^th of August 2015 and thank you ever so much for reading this article today. It is all about understanding the season of Autumn and to use this knowledge to change your life from what it is to an even better one. Autumn is about the end or the closing curtain to Summer where the leaves change their hue from green to brown in stages of artistic colours sweeping across the land and covering the ground with dense debris. Temperatures fall and the arrival of night is a lot sooner. Autumn is a time of harvest, a time of celebration such as Thanksgiving and Sukkot. The kaleidoscope of colour in autumn changes too from blue skies we gather grey skies and from hot weather, we experience the cold in Autumn. Autumn brings about illnesses as we feel the distinct changes in the weather patterns. Autumn highlights the bitterness of your life and makes you think or prompts you to think how will you emerge in the season of Spring. Will you sprout like new shoots ready to start all over again or will you continue the way you are. Will you build resistant in you to overcome diseases and ailments or will you still need care and attention? Like changes that occur in autumn you need to change too. You need to know what parts of your life needs changing. If you don’t change then every season will capture the same you. Change comes from within you. It is about your emotions, it is about what is worrying you at this precise moment. It is about finding a way to end all your dilemmas for good. It is all about building the resistance to overcome your dilemmas rather than the temptation to surrender to them. Like how the leaves fall you need to drop your pride and let go off all the problems that vexes you. To let go you need to free yourself of all the burdens that are upon you. You need unleash your latent power from within you to overcome your fears and to start all over again. My articles in August will guide you and as you ride along on our 6 month journey towards success you will develop the skills to do just that. It is not rocket science and neither is it a secret. Success is available to ALL. Success is a gift from the heavens above. Everyone has the right to live equally. No one should be bludgeoned into a corner of domestic issues, financial issues, unemployment, poverty, hunger, illness or persecution. Man has created all of these problems, we need to create a way out of them.

To be reliable, dependable and trustworthy is not an easy task. Many an individual always takes things for granted. Instead of placing emphasis on they own agenda for the day they place emphasis on other people and how they may help. We are adults trained in the faculty of our own choice. Sometimes we may be forced into a choice but nevertheless it is a choice and the sole motto of any choice is: ‘Get up, go to work and do your job to the best of your ability and return home, safely, sound and fecund.’ The ship of our destination will always sail despite any form of turbulence ahead of it. We are not responsible for the maintenance of the ship, for the running of the ship nor for sailing of it. To draw an analogy we are occupants of planet Earth destined to perform a task based on our choice. However we are not responsible for the orbital path of the Earth, the movement of other planets and for the activity of The Sun. As long as the Sun rises and sets we need to get on with the job. To exercise a professional etiquette in all that we do we need to be reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Perhaps you are a baker or a mortician. It is was your choice and if the choice was wrong you are at liberty to change this vocation or any vocation at any time. This the unique advantage of a lifespan of 100 years. To maintain your own stability during your journey reliability, dependability and trustworthiness is an absolute necessity. Reliability is about ones consistency in ones affairs. Consistency ensures that you maintain uniformity in your attitude, punctuality and productivity. A dependable individual is always loyal to others and more importantly to themselves. They are always sound in mind and staunch in action. You can tell them a mile away. Trustworthiness ensures honesty is plain and simple. You always have your cards on the table and not against your chest. You conform to standards, you perform ethically, you inform intelligently and you transform complexity into simplicity. These are your responsibilities day in and day out. Do these things diligently and your ship will sail without any hiccups. You will reach your destination without fail but with a success story to tell. The Press will await your arrival and you will tell them or they will already know that a responsible passenger has landed at the port of protocol and is ready to start the next yearly journey of 365 days with similar levels of responsibilities but an increased capacity of maturity. Always remember that Equality is for all and that Equality is only possible if we exercise equal responsibilities.

Dear Friends, I want to share a secret with you today by confirming that success is not meant for a handful but has been designated for all including you and me. Textbooks are written to confuse you and make the ordinary seem extraordinary. Scientists take simplicity and turn it into complexity. Man will confuse the weak and the meek and tell lies upon lies to hoard treasure in a cove for himself. Today I want to tell you that you have the right to equality. You have the right to live fairly, comfortably and free from harm. You have the right to live onto 100 years of age and to pass over to a life of eternity. To be successful you need to follow successful people in your chosen category. Successful people have laid down a path for you to follow. I call tell if someone is successful because they are not selfish. They speak the truth. They will always confirm that you have a right to equality and they will always tell you that you are part of a race of 7 billion people working harmoniously together in a bluish planet not too far away from the Sun revolving around in an orbital path. They will tell you that you need to have a strategy or a method which you can tweak as per your requirements. They will tell you too that you cannot reinvent the wheel but you can modify it within certain parameters. When you hear words like this you know that you can trust the person that is uttering it. They will also tell you to be more innovative. Innovation is about originality. Yes, by all means follow the path of a successful person but do not mimic them. They say that Copycats often fail. This is partly true because when you mimic someone your enthusiasm soon wears out and therefore you abandon your dream or idea. You are you, unique and special in this world. You latched on to a strategy now go out and be yourself. If it is tennis that tickles a fancy in you than by all means follow the greats but remember you cannot become Federer or Nadal because they already exist. You need to be you, classified by your content and noted by your deliverance. Finally you need a Plan. A Plan is a roadmap of your day. It is your blueprint and differs from anyone else including family members. A plan can take different forms such as memos, diaries, agendas or worksheets. A plan ensures closure for the day. Let us summarise – We start off with a Strategy created by a Successful person to use as a template for the rest of our life. On this blank canvas or template we etch our instructions based on our innovation. Lastly we execute our ideas by sticking to a plan, written in our own handwriting and executed in a fair and just action. To gain success on a daily basis you need to take a SIP a day. You need a Strategy, an Innovation followed by a Plan.

The EE Mentality stands for Employer to Employee Relationships and vice versa. It is often hard to initiate change when you are limited to a box. If you are employed your limitations are set by your Employer who may or may not abuse you. The Limiting Factor created by your Employer will always inhibit you from leaving your job and seeking work elsewhere. Personal changes will always give you better ranges but this is something that you must decide on. Deep inside you want to change. You want a better working environment, better wages, less unsociable hours and a good pension. You want to look elsewhere but your Employer has placed you in a box, he or she has limited your potential. Limiting factors lessens your abilities to expand and therefore induces fear in you. You are afraid to ask for better working conditions, you are afraid to venture out, you are afraid to start working for yourself. The EE mentality makes Employees stagnant, standing redundant or wanting to be absent. Dear Friends you need to change your mentality. You need to believe in yourself and to aim for the highest altitude of your passions and desires. You need to get out of the box, expand your horizon and seek better opportunities in life. If you do become an Employer you need to make your Employees also have better visions for their future and give better incentives for them to make effective changes. You are the Employer/Employee or the Employee/Employer. You need to live out of the box and remove restrictions held in your name. You are a human being and therefore have the equal right to live on planet Earth. You have goals just like any aspiring individual, no one has the right to get in your way and neither do you have the right to stop someone from achieving their goals. 2015 reasons for changes in 2015 must be put into practice. Don’t remain in the box, grasp onto valid reasons to change and then change without fear, without a tear and without a jeer.

Gone are the days of slavery, gone are the days of abuse, gone are the days of torture, gone are the days of racialism, gone are the days of war and gone are the days of human atrocities. Today is the day of equality, quality and polity for all human beings. Don’t be distracted when you see remnants of the past, take no note, move forward and focus on what you have to do. What is your job? This is the first question that you need to ask yourself. This is not a commitment for life but rather an acknowledgement of what you do. The second question is how good are you at your job? This really requires a serious thought process. Welcome to rather a spawning article. Spawning is about producing. If you believe in yourself than you have the right to live a life of equality. Now don’t for one minute confuse this with choice. Equality and choice are two different entities altogether. Equality is about living in fairness. To be fair is to be fair in parity with one and with the other. To live in equality is to ensure that everyone is able to live independently in a home of their own, to have a stable job that justifies a steady income, to go for regular holidays, to have a wonderful family and to be free from harm. Choice allows you to choose a home of your own, a job befitting to your profession, a holiday that appeals to you and a family that you are able to support. The greater your requirements the greater are your responsibilities. You are the maker of your own choices and these choices must come from within you generated from your own passions and desires. You cannot make choices by mimicking someone else, this is futile because you are living the lifestyle of someone else and trying to maintain the responsibilities that may be difficult for you in the long run. The quality of your lifestyle is proportional to what you want to do with your life. The quality of your life holds a certain excellence to your personality. It is all about eminence, prominence, importance, providence and confidence for you that lasts for a lifetime setting a tone and characteristic that people like, admire and respect. Eminence is about establishing a good reputation in your community. Prominence is about the importance you place in your community and not just in yourself. Providence is the wisdom you acquire as you get older, it is your overall financial freedom that you set for yourself. Confidence in yourself is the resultant effect you have when you plan for a life of quality stemmed from equality. Many people strive for a certain quality in life but only work to achieve this for themselves. This is wrong, spawning a world of selfish people that create wealth from stealth. From these two basic requirements in life for every human being that lives on planet Earth which is equality and quality spawns a new Polity. A new Polity is about having a new community that lives in fairness that respects each other and cares for each other. There is quality in the air to be inhaled for all. This makes your life worthy and your future even worthier.
