Welcome to your private weekend and also to the middle of October 2016. An Innovator will use sand to create something, a renovator will use sand to bind things, a decorator will use sand to level and paint walls, a creator will use sand to make glass, a cultivator will use sand to grow crops, a caster will use sand for casting moulds, a sandblaster will use sand for cleaning and polishing, a mason will use sand for masonry and a builder will use sand to make bricks. Wood can be used as firewood to keep you warm or for building homes for all and for making boats or wood flooring and picture frames. Oils are used for cooking, cosmetics, lubrication, fuel and as detergents, fertilisers, plastics and synthetic rubber. To every need there is a feed. To every feed comes Ideas, Information, Knowledge, Education and Communication. A meritocratic Individual will start off with an idea to make his or her life a lot easier. First they need to seek information. They need to link all the dots together and have a valid and valued set of plans to implement. What follows is knowledge. Knowledge is vast and it is available for free from The Universe which I call The Extranet. Such knowledge should be extracted in an unselfish way that will benefit the entire population of the Earth as well as the earth itself. People have extracted knowledge for millenniums but they did so in a selfish way hence the series of destruction that followed. Deforestation is an example as selfish people felled trees without linking it to sustenance, maintenance and confidence. It is all about Education. It is about planting several trees before committing to felling a single tree. It is about recycling too. Communication is important because it makes people realise the eco-value of something rather than the economy value. We need to educate and communicate. We have a free supply of raw materials now we need to find the missing pieces of the jigsaw to normality. How do you fit into it and what is the purpose of this article? The purpose of this article is to remind you of how precious your life is. It also reminds us to stop being greedy and to become more involved as Custodians of the living world. We should not marvel at the marvel makers but marvel at the miracle makers. I wish you a wonderful weekend.

Welcome to Thursday, the 11^th of August 2016. Today I want to talk about strengthening your foundation. Having a strong foundation will enable you to withstand any problems that may come your way. It is often hard to gauge what may come upon you but looking back over the last ten years will assist. Everything happens in cycles. In the past 100 years you can see defined cycles that are happening all the time. The golden rule is to learn from these cycles and observe current patterns to change, alter or amend your current foundation. Building a home on loose soil is just a temporary way to survive. In the next years your home will collapse under the financial and natural constraints that occurs. To ensure a solid foundation I suggest applying these keywords: Formation, Organisation, Utilisation, Neutralisation, Documentation, Appreciation, Transformation, Innovation, Occupation and Navigation. Formation is the starting point to your new decade.  Formation is about Creation. It is about creating a success plan to cater solidly for the next ten years. Creation comes from the ability to manufacture a resilient plan that works and stays working. To do this effectively you need Organisation. Organisation is about the arrangement of your day into manageable workloads that can be successfully accomplished and fulfilled at the end of it. Utilisation of your valuable 86,400 seconds is paramount to your overall success. Utilise every second wisely and you will be the wiser. To be effective at this you need Neutralisation.  Neutralisation in my books is best defined as the Science of removing and improving. You need to remove a bad temperament that can spoil your 86,400 seconds for example. To do this you need to improve your temperament. Part 2 follows tomorrow.

Using your weekend as an experimental passage to discover yourself is time well spent. The great thing about it is that you are not concerned about the outcome of your experiment, whether it was good or bad but at least you know that you gave it a try. The weekend is truly yours, you are under no jurisdiction or under any limitations. You are the boss of all your activities therefore it creates the prefect time to experiment. To kick-start your experimental weekend you need to be creative, inventive and attentive. To be creative brings out the artistry in you. Creativity unlocks the hidden talents that you never knew that you had. Your imagination has no limits. You can think whatever you want to think and do whatever you want to do. To be inventive brings out the resourcefulness in you and to be attentive brings out the devotion in you. Innovation is about YOU and your uniqueness upon the face of the world. Just to think illustrates your inventiveness. To put you’re thoughts into paper and finally a series of actions is even more remarkable and illustrates what your real capabilities are. Attentiveness is about the ability to become focussed on that special light bulb moment. It is a moment where an idea can be put into action and manifest into something tangible. As you embrace your 48 hours I want you to experiment without embarrassment by trying different things to tickle your fancy. I want you to plan a vacation to visit a relation or to plan a dream holiday with a slight variation. You don’t have to commit but at least it keeps you active. I want you to be kind, gentle and warm to others but mainly to yourself to experience what it is like to receive kindness, gentleness and warmness. It is a feeling that you need to experience because it is exalting. I want you to go for a walk in the garden, the park or the countryside. I want you to talk to your spouse or your children with great intelligence and enthusiasm, I want you to wander in the aisles of nature and to live in wonder over the beauty of nature. It never hurts to talk but try to be spirited in your conversation. Don’t live to criticise but live to advise. I want you to smile for the whole weekend and to let your smile touch those that you smile to. In other words it needs to be a genuine smile. I want you to compile a collage of smiles for you to browse at when you sometimes forget what a smile can really do. It does not take long to do things, so why not experiment by starting to do something. I want you to eat because you deserve a treat. Get out of the kitchen for a change and get into the magical position to be served and pampered. I want you to greet the person you first see tomorrow morning and to be sweet for the rest of the day. Your smile makes a big difference. I want you to think big and to fill the canvas of your life with big projects as well as little ones. I want you to start a hobby or rekindle an old interest. I need for you to take an interest in your life. I want you be inspired at the crack of dawn like combustion in an engine and I want your pistons to move up and down with relative ease for the rest of the day. I want you to engage in conversation, conservation, exploration, fascination, variation, appreciation and imagination. I want to you to keep your mind active and your body reactive. An active mind makes the body react to instructions in a more precise way. I want you to be able to assert yourself as well as revert yourself. Asserting yourself physically makes you stretch your muscles, relaxing after that reverts your muscles back to their original position. In order words don't overdo it. I want you to do these things because no one is watching you, evaluating you or inspecting you. You are liberty to do anything that you want to do without worrying about the outcome. Sometimes the outcome could be an absolute disaster. Sometimes the outcome could change the outlook of your life. So why not give it a try!

To wonder about our existence plays an important role in how we exist. To exist in a world filled with enemies makes life rather fearful. The golden rule during our existence is to increase our friends and to decrease our enemies. In a vestibule of Time lasting 100 years for each individual irrespective of age, colour or creed we need to exist in a friendly tone, free from harm and free from inhibitions. Wondering about today, tomorrow or the next day helps to keep you on track with your existence. By wondering you become innovative and creative. Innovation changes the face of the future. Innovation starts from within you deciphering or wondering on how you shall undertake your tasks tomorrow in a more productive and effective way. It is about latching onto ideas that can create a better solution to your existing problem. Creativity is derived from your imagination. It encompasses everything from Science, The Arts to Music. Combine the two and you have the perfect substance for the future. Wondering about life henceforth as opposed to recalling the misery of past memories plays a pivotal role in how your life shapes up. Tomorrow is significant and so is the rest of your life on planet Earth. Do you remember when I spoke to you about the equation of life? The equation of life is as follows: 100 – YA = Success. 100 stands for the vestibule of time for each individual. YA stands for your age. In my case scenario I will have 44 years more to live on planet Earth, hence my wondering this morning. I need to think of tomorrow and how I can improve on my skills to do better and to set an example for others to follow. Yes, life is about renewing friendship and eliminating enemies. Life is an avenue of friendship and a corridor of opportunities. Without friendship life can be likened to a period of hardship. Without opportunities life is even harder. We need to wonder on how we can change our future through creativity and innovation. We need to make tomorrow a better day than today. We need to confront fears and overcome those painful years. Start to wonder about tomorrow, the day after and about your future. You have a life, live it to the fullest.

Dear Friends, I want to share a secret with you today by confirming that success is not meant for a handful but has been designated for all including you and me. Textbooks are written to confuse you and make the ordinary seem extraordinary. Scientists take simplicity and turn it into complexity. Man will confuse the weak and the meek and tell lies upon lies to hoard treasure in a cove for himself. Today I want to tell you that you have the right to equality. You have the right to live fairly, comfortably and free from harm. You have the right to live onto 100 years of age and to pass over to a life of eternity. To be successful you need to follow successful people in your chosen category. Successful people have laid down a path for you to follow. I call tell if someone is successful because they are not selfish. They speak the truth. They will always confirm that you have a right to equality and they will always tell you that you are part of a race of 7 billion people working harmoniously together in a bluish planet not too far away from the Sun revolving around in an orbital path. They will tell you that you need to have a strategy or a method which you can tweak as per your requirements. They will tell you too that you cannot reinvent the wheel but you can modify it within certain parameters. When you hear words like this you know that you can trust the person that is uttering it. They will also tell you to be more innovative. Innovation is about originality. Yes, by all means follow the path of a successful person but do not mimic them. They say that Copycats often fail. This is partly true because when you mimic someone your enthusiasm soon wears out and therefore you abandon your dream or idea. You are you, unique and special in this world. You latched on to a strategy now go out and be yourself. If it is tennis that tickles a fancy in you than by all means follow the greats but remember you cannot become Federer or Nadal because they already exist. You need to be you, classified by your content and noted by your deliverance. Finally you need a Plan. A Plan is a roadmap of your day. It is your blueprint and differs from anyone else including family members. A plan can take different forms such as memos, diaries, agendas or worksheets. A plan ensures closure for the day. Let us summarise – We start off with a Strategy created by a Successful person to use as a template for the rest of our life. On this blank canvas or template we etch our instructions based on our innovation. Lastly we execute our ideas by sticking to a plan, written in our own handwriting and executed in a fair and just action. To gain success on a daily basis you need to take a SIP a day. You need a Strategy, an Innovation followed by a Plan.

Inspiration stimulates us to think big and to become the person we dream about. Inspiration is like a stimulus and if stimulated from the right source will provoke you to think big. Gaining Inspiration from me daily helps you to become motivated. Goals are created from your Inspiration. These could be big goals or little ones, it does not really matter. What really matters is that you are ready to believe in yourself and change your entire lifestyle. Inspiration helps you to collectively create possible desires and passions to evoke you to become successful, happy and prosperous. Innovation is about you and the originality of your goals. You cannot mimic the mind-set of someone else but can be inspired to do similar. Nurturing is about developing your goals slowly but surely. Goals do not manifest themselves overnight, they grow like saplings bursting out of the soil bed below. Testimonials are a confirmation and acknowledgement between you and your goals. You cannot execute a goal without having the honour to enjoy it or to be recommended to it. You have to have ardent passion and overwhelming desire to make dreams come true. This starts of as an Imagination. Internally relates to you and what your mind explores and what your heart feels contented with.
