Wood can be used as firewood to keep you warm or for building homes for all and for making boats or wood flooring and picture frames. Oils are used for cooking, cosmetics, lubrication, fuel and as detergents, fertilisers, plastics and synthetic rubber. To every need there is a feed. To every feed comes Ideas, Information, Knowledge, Education and Communication. A meritocratic Individual will start off with an idea to make his or her life a lot easier. First they need to seek information. They need to link all the dots together and have a valid and valued set of plans to implement. What follows is knowledge. Knowledge is vast and it is available for free from The Universe which I call The Extranet. Such knowledge should be extracted in an unselfish way that will benefit the entire population of the Earth as well as the earth itself. People have extracted knowledge for millenniums but they did so in a selfish way hence the series of destruction that followed. Deforestation is an example as selfish people felled trees without linking it to sustenance, maintenance and confidence. It is all about Education. It is about planting several trees before committing to felling a single tree. It is about recycling too. Communication is important because it makes people realise the eco-value of something rather than the economy value. We need to educate and communicate. We have a free supply of raw materials now we need to find the missing pieces of the jigsaw to normality. How do you fit into it and what is the purpose of this article? The purpose of this article is to remind you of how precious your life is. It also reminds us to stop being greedy and to become more involved as Custodians of the living world. Each dose if taken regularly will build your confidence in everything that you do, say or think. The first dose taken in the morning is called Certainty. You have a job to do therefore you need to be sure about yourself. You need to maintain a positive attitude and hold a firm grip on your intentions to do well. The second dose is called Assurance. The world awaits your services or products and therefore you need to guarantee a good and reliable service or a worthy product. The third dose is to be taken at dinnertime and this is called Trust. Maintain your Trust and your strength will grow from shallow, to deep. You will conquer all your noted tasks and become a successful individual that the world takes note of. Finally, before you go to bed I need for you to take the final dose and that dose is called Support. Support is a vital tool for all human beings. It is an archive of information available to assist entrepreneurs to be successful and enduring. A mistake made today can easily be corrected tomorrow using Support. Welcome to midweek, Dear Friends. We have surpassed the middle of the month of May and reached another midweek too. We all lack the confidence when it comes to long-term prosperity. We have the confidence in other people’s competence but not in our own. We look at prominence in someone else but not in our own. We look at the opulence of the rich with little confidence of our own riches. At the end of the day we are all human beings with the same anatomy, body chemistry and mind-set. Why do we lack confidence? Do we have a phobia to make a gallant entry into the world of success? Are we afraid that we cannot look better, feel better or do better because we lack confidence? Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls if you want anything in the world it will be yours if you apply the right formula to achieve it. If your request is unselfish you will always be guaranteed to be rewarded for your patience and your tolerance. The BAFTA Formula is simple and works like this. BAFTA stands for five important words: Belief, Assurance, Faith, Trust and Accomplishment. Apply these words to your daily agenda and you will flourish like a tropical forest of jacaranda trees. If you believe in yourself, you already have taken the first step to your overall success. One of the key points to remember is the ability to differentiate between real goals and surreal goals. If your goal is real, then it is very likely that you will achieve it because it is doable and suitable for you. Surreal Goals are goals based on fantasy and does not necessarily require much effort to accomplish because they usually start out as a fantasy and end up as a travesty. Assurance is a personal pledge that one makes to commit to a real goal be it a new home, a new car or a new job. Assurance is your insurance to succeed. It insures that your goal is doable and suitable. If your goal is unselfish you are guaranteed to achieve it. Faith is not just about your belief in Almighty GOD but also in the system itself. If you want to become a teacher you need faith in the education system. If you want to become a homeowner then you need faith in yourself to save, borrow and pay. Trust works if you trust in ALL and not just in a few. Trust in Almighty GOD. Do you recall when I asked you to carry your TAG. TAG stands for Trust Almighty GOD. In the way you Trust Almighty GOD you need trust in the system, in yourself, in your family, in your friends and in your peers. Finally comes Accomplishment. Accomplishment is the will to succeed. It is about the realisation of your workload and the finalisation of your goals. You cannot be accomplished if you lack confidence, in other words if you do not have belief, assurance, faith and trust. Dear Friends we can succeed if are willing to STOP and START. Our theme in October is called Start and Stop. I want to drive this message through because I have this inner feeling that it will definitely work for me and for you. There is so much of sadness in the world today and our media displays this so clearly. Life is not about sadness but of gladness instead. We need to value our lives and therefore should always be set on enjoying our life all the time. Therefore we must put a stop to all things that drive us insane and put a start to all things that drive us to attain and remain sane. What was your day like today, were you driven to become insane over the behaviour of someone else? Did someone come in front of you and stalled your progress? It’s happening ALL the time and all over the world. Our criteria in life is to live to serve. We need to think logically and behave philosophically. To have an active mind is part and parcel of the equation. What comes next is an active body. Today I want to stress the incredible importance of your body, the machine of your thoughts and the driving force of your intent. Do you have the right body to undertake all your golden goals? Having the perfect machine to perform those perfect tasks comes from within you. Do you want to succeed or do you want to continue being unsuccessful? You are the decision maker and the decision taker. It’s your choice. You cannot have the mind-set to achieve great things in life when you do not have the body to respond to your thoughts. Today I shall try to motivate you to get started. We need to take the first step. What becomes of tomorrow starts today when you take the 1st Step? The 1st Step in life of a Meritocratic Goal Setter is the greatest step that they will make towards their future. It is a step of gallantry fortified with dreams of a golden kind. No one takes a step forward unless they know what they want in life. What do you want in life? Surely the three most common and obvious answers to this quivering question is Health, Wealth and Prosperity. Health, Wealth and Prosperity should always be your prime motivation in life. Activating a healthy body is a first step to a healthy and fruitful life. Without a finely tuned body the mind can only dream. How do we get fit? We cannot sit and expect to get fit. We cannot get fit if we cannot commit. We cannot succeed and become fit if we choose to remain unfit. We cannot become fit if we omit basic principles to real success. Dear Friends, I want to tell you quite openly that in order to succeed you need to take the first step. If you want to start walking take then simply take the first step. As you stand on the surface of the Earth, a truly massive round ball of unimaginable magnificence orbiting the Sun at a speed of almost 30km/sec, do you have confidence in the Earth or do you sometimes think that the Earth will fall of its orbital path. Travel of this sheer size and speed must have had some engineering genius behind it. So, if you TRUST that the Earth will still be here revolving around the Sun when you get up tomorrow then you need to TRUST the genius that started it all. Your first protocol to succeed is to TRUST Almighty GOD. This then establishes unprecedented confidence in your existence. Your existence has a purpose and don’t let any bully tell you otherwise. Bullies makes you lose your confidence and your faith. They can overpower you with words and with unwanted action. Today I want to assure you that bullies are more afraid than you. They need more help than you. I say onto you once again and verily too show by example that you are not afraid and that you have a purpose in life to serve, to share, to care and to remain fair. Do you have confidence in the Sun? What would happen if the Sun got hotter or colder? Yet the Sun was created by someone that cares, shares and remains fair. Dear Friends I want you to believe in yourself from now on, period. I want you to wake up to the sound of a new person that will take to the skies and sail the vastness of the oceans with the dutiful purpose to serve. You got what it takes so why not use it rather than abuse it. Love your life and as I have always stated live your life to the fullest. Are you hungry? Then put out your hands and they shall be filled with the goodness of life. Are you poor? Dig deep into your pockets and you find a millionaire in you at heart, a person that can manufacture money, wealth and prosperity. Are you ill? No worries, go down on your knees and be ready to receive a miracle that will change your life. Are you tired? Lift your spirits with a silver cloud of hope and restitution. The Universe is opulent, waiting for knowledge to be extracted from it. Have TRUST 24/7 and you shall have command of your life and your unselfish goals.

Creating Resolutions for the New Year is something that is not taken seriously by most of us, including myself especially in the years gone by. I lacked confidence in myself and did not have faith in people that I associated with. As a result Resolutions have become more of a fad than a novelty. Resolutions tend to conjure up visions in people to effectively make changes in their lives for the betterment of their living standards but the passion and desire stops after the first few days after New Year. It is an annual practise that we all verbally commit to, usually on the 31st of December without any thought or predetermined plans. When the clock strikes New Year we celebrate, we rejoice and then forget completely about our resolutions. One of the noted areas of failure is when one chooses unwisely over what they effectively need to change. They choose a project, a goal or a resolution without carefully thinking of the finances involved in that particular strategy. They simply do not match their finances with their strategies and finally when New Year arrives they do not know what to do. Some people subscribe to diet plans, weight loss programs, correspondences courses and a whole lot more. At the end of the day, when they have to pay for these subscriptions and prescriptions they realise that they no longer have the passion and desire to lose weight, gain wealth or live in prosperity. They soon get back on the band wagon and carry on in the New Year with similar patterns like the previous year. Dear Friends finding out what changes you need to make in your life comes from within you. Only YOU can see, feel, touch and experience the problems that vexes you. Resolutions are absolutions. They detach you from the perils of confinements. Once you know your confinements be it wealth, health or any of the disengagements that entangles you, write it down. It maybe just one problems or many problems. Writing it down makes you realise what needs to be done to make changes to your life. It is like getting a quotation. Can you afford it? Do you have the time to commit to it? Can you match your strategy with your finances? Some strategies could be miniscule such as changing from white to brown flour to help you reduce weight. Brown bread and rice is a bit more expensive that white bread and rice. Other strategies could be larger such as opening a MacDonald’s Franchise. To commit to resolutions you need time and you need money. You are the only judge for that. You may need more time than money or vice versa, once committed stick to it and you will be amazed with the results.

When you lack confidence you cannot see light at the end of the tunnel, you live your life without hope and the results you see on a daily basis will always lessen your hopes for another day. Confidence is about sureness in yourself illustrating your ability to demonstrate that you can perform anything in life with certainty. To establish a level of confidence that you have at the precise moment you need to rate your poise or composure right away on a scale of 0 – 100. Now it is quite possible that your confidence is set at 0. My confidence 20 years ago was below zero. I was shattered, devastated and extremely suicidal. Nothing would seem right, everything was ugly. I lacked dignity and self-assurance. I could not walk 20 foot without feeling that I would fall into a puddle of shame and humiliation. Perhaps you are not as bad as me, perhaps your confidence level is higher maybe set at 20, 30 or more. If your confidence level is at 100 you would not be needing inspiration but rather commendation. When you change your circumstances by polarising negatives and making them positives you are actually cultivating opportunities bespoke to your needs in your mind. Let us assume that you are a plumber and work is a bit scarce and you conjure or cultivate this desire in your mind to start working from home. You lacked the faith to do just that because you do not have the acumen for business and spent most of your life working for someone else. You then investigated the hub of business affairs and found incredible levels of support from local authorities and funding to start your own business. Mentally you took a dull situation and turned it around. By investigation you developed faith in your abilities. It is not an overnight process for your level of ebulliences will certainly come in delicate doses. Today you woke up in a new vestment. Tomorrow you go for training and the next day mail will come through your post-box or email box giving you support and wisdom. Suddenly you feel a sense of enjoyment. You took negatives and you made it positives. You took your skills and you made it work. You stopped procrastinating and started concentrating, calculating and then activating. Dullness became fullness and darkness became a new beginning for you, like light at the end of a long tunnel for you. Therefore Confidence in you is all about Cultivating Opportunities that Nurtures Faith In Delicate Ebulliences, Creating Enjoyment in you, for you and for all your loved ones.

Dear Friends how can you possibly erect a home on loose sand or on a hilltop where there is no protection? How can you secure confidence in yourself or with others close to you if you have no faith? How can you make money without actually working for it? How do you get started? Where do you begin from and when do you set forth on a rigorous journey that can have its ups or downs to reach your very own pinnacle of success. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls it all starts with a solid foundation where the research and the groundwork preceded it. This foundation solid as a rock and penetrating as a root shall anchor you firmly to your dreams and when the distractions come your way or one of the many disengagements in life you shall not be moved. You shall stand still, unperturbed by side issues and brave at the sight of negativity. To reach this level of confidence and bravery you need to adhere to ground rules. You need to start your day in prayer irrespective of your Religion and you need to pray sincerely. You need to end your day with gratitude expressing your thankfulness for your safe return home and for your tumultuous achievement during the day. The use of the word tumultuous in this instance implies uninhibited, joyous and without restraint. You also need to focus on performing good deeds during the sandwich of your day. Do not expect to receive rewards for the good that you do but feel good just by doing it. Do these things in a sincere way and already your foundation shall strengthen in a way that builds confidence in you. You need to adhere to this program of sincerity in order for your goals to materialise. Your tenacity must be as long as your goals. Keep the trenches of your imagination deep and fill them when ready with solidness from the word go. Do this from tomorrow. Pray, work and Pray. Pray, work and Pray. Keep this harmonising cliché at the tip of your tongue and constantly repeat it in order to remind you of your ground rules.

This is the expansibility of life. Life is not just confined to you or to me. Life is 3 dimensional and infinite. In action above us is the heavens deplored in many manifestations visible and invisible to the naked eye. There is the atmosphere, the sky, the firmament, The Universe, Infinite Paradises and finally the seat of our Heavenly Father. On the ground we stand firmly affixed and walk the Earth knowing that the Employees watching from above give us the key mechanisms to carry on living on a day to day basis. Scientists call it gravity, I call it hope and confidence. The Earth is covered in a liveable membrane called the crust and we maketh our home. Demarcated through centuries of conflict little do we realise that all of the Earth’s crust is one, unified with enrichment for all. Yes, it is for all, all 7 billion of us. Underneath the tabernacle of the Earth’s Crust is an immensity of life classified by science by endeared by nature? There is life enriched with specific life starting with basic elements and moving forth with complex individuals that may look bizarre to us but work harmoniously to make life possible. Why the 3 dimensional expansibility of life on a Thursday morning, well it is written to inspire you to have hope and confidence like I do. I know if any of the 3 dimensional aspects or spheres of life was removed I or you shall not or never exist. So, when obstacles come my way I shall know that because I have acknowledged hope and confidence in a 3 dimensional way I shall always overcome these obstacles no matter how big or small they are. I must respect the 3 dimensional concept of life. For The Heavens above I shall pray incessantly acknowledging the existence of our Heavenly Father and to be a loyal servant throughout my Earthly existence. For the ground staff I shall honour and respect them no matter who they are or what they are. I shall love every human being irrespective of their colour, creed or culture. I shall love and manage the flora and fauna and avoid their extinction. I shall treasure the soil below and respect their inhabitants. As long as I have hope and confidence my life on Earth shall be filled with happiness, security and purpose. I want you to consider the same too. I don’t want you to accept it but at least consider it. If it is my passage to hope and confidence I am sure it shall be yours too. Grasp onto hope and confidence in a 3 dimensional form and trample all obstacles that cometh your way. Have a hopeful and confident day and a hopeful and confident life ahead of you.

Thinking BIG is important but there is something more important than thinking big for yourself. The word BIG stands for Believe In GOD. Taking the giant step is one thing but how confident will you be if the lights were turned off. Taking things for granted because the planets rotate in precision and the Sun rises each day is not enough. You need belief and you need to Believe In GOD. With a strong belief you can take giant steps forward blindfolded. You can walk amongst the thorns, on sand dunes, on shallow waters and on quicksand. A person that thinks BIG has done his or her homework well in advance. They started on a blank canvas and etched a future for them stroke by stroke. Their gained knowledge from learning and are not afraid to enquire. They understand Astrology, Astronomy, Biology, Geography, Chemistry, Physics, Languages, Logic, Religion and Common Sense. From these edifications comes confidence. Confidence is about sureness, the demonstrability to act as a sole custodian of the living world. Confidence comes from a firm belief in The Creator of all things. Now taking giant steps becomes a lot easier. A person lacking confidence and belief takes giant steps in the valley of the unknowns and into the corridors of foolishness. They waste time, they devalue their lives, they live for the day and try to focus on wealth accumulation. Dear Friends, I urge you to think BIG. Start on a blank canvas and etch slowly your future in strokes of imaginable goals. Throw in a kaleidoscope of passion and desire into the canvas in front of you and you will look into the future of your life. Don’t worry about the setting Sun or the planets. Don’t worry about what you shall eat today or where you shall sleep tomorrow, just think BIG? Think about the great men and women that laid giant footsteps for you to follow. See it clearly etched into the almanac of human history and copy it with a crimson tone of your own embellishments. Start small and grow BIG. Believe in Almighty GOD, believe in yourself. Have confidence in everything that you do, say or think.
