The 1st Step and the last Step

The 1st Step and the last Step

Quote of the day

‘Success in life is made up of a series of steps that could last for a few minutes or for a lifetime. The 1st Step is usually the biggest because it involves your fear to commit. The last step is usually the easiest because it is about how near you are to admitting to victory.’

Greetings and salutations to all my friends from around the world from a rather cold and dull day here in good old London Town. Thank you for finding the time to be inspired. It takes great courage to find inspiration and greater courage to apply it to your predicament. This is why I decided to write this article called ‘The 1st Step and the last Step.’ In order to look into the future, you need to fit into the future. A visualisation of your solemn goals helps. Visualisation always leads to Realisation. It also does more than that. It gives a sense of relaxation. It delivers a sense of preparation, and it implements a very sound presentation. The key to success is to look ahead. To simplify matters we need to look ahead as far as a decade. What will we be then, what will we achieve by then and how will we plan ahead for the next decade. Once you have done this think ahead for just a year and ask them the same questions. Be sincere, be honest and be determined with yourself and your goals. Now I want you to think about the next month, then the next week, then the next day, the next hour, the next minute and finally the next second. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls the next second is your first step to success and at the end of ten years will be your last step until the cycle starts again. Many of us fail to realise the first step because in most cases we are afraid to take it out of fear to commit. Visualisation is about realisation. It is about developing the passion and desire in something and understanding the workload involved. Visualise and then realise. Visualising what you will be like in 10 years helps you to relax. Weekends are a fine way of doing just that. The workload is the predetermining factor in preparing for the journey ahead. The journey ahead must be worth your time. Passion and Desire help to give you that special momentum to drive your intentions forward and in a Jetstream of positivity. Whatever your goals are you need to have a clear presentation. You are an actor on stage watched by millions of people. Your performance must always be good. You need to exhibit an unselfish appearance.  If you understand the workload involved, then you will become involved. This is your 1st step to succeed. Have a lovely evening. Dream well, visualise until you realise, prepare and present with passion and desire.

The POP Effect

Things to do, things to undo

Quote of the day

‘Unravelling the mysteries of your life works in a simple way. You need to select the things you need to do, and then deselect the things that can be done later. To do something immediately invokes a steady process of Preparation, Organisation and Performance. I call this the POP! effect.

Welcome to your very 1st weekend of June, the month of Selectivity. To help you along your journey to succeed we need to select and deselect. We need to select the things we have to do and then follow up by deselecting the things we need to undo or to do later on. June is deemed the month of Selectivity. To select things that you need to do helps if you use the POP effect. We all have umpteen things to do but find it quite difficult to prioritise them into immediate, medium or long term projects. Something that is not important often becomes important because we are constantly thinking about. If it is in your wish list by all means get on with it but if it can be done later it helps to focus on the more important ones. The POP effect helps you to do just that. The POP effect is about Preparing, Organising and Performing. Preparing for something is a lot easier when you prioritise. A wish list is about things to do over a period of time. A ‘whish’ list on the other needs to be done straight away. How do you differentiate between a wish list and a ‘whish’ list? It is simple, you select and you deselect and then apply the POP effect. Put your dreams into the category of whish or wish list. ‘Whish’ normally refers to top priority. Wish on the other hand refers to less priority work. To differentiate the two, you need to implement The POP Effect. If you are able to prepare and organise something in good time, then you can categorise this task as part of your ‘whish’ list. Preparing for something with ease and comfort means that you are ready to take on a task. This should be your priority. Preparing is about making a task doable. It is about meeting the workload of that task with confidence. Organising is about being systematic, arranging your task into suitable timeframes, putting them in order rather than putting the cart before the horse.  What follows after this is your performance. All meritocratic goal setters maintain a very high standard when it comes to performance. Anyone can perform a task but to do it with professionalism ensures that you are accomplished and fulfilled at the end of it. When you are struggling to perform a task then it is quite possible that you are not ready to undertake it. Help maybe needed or you simply need to deselect that task and tackle it later on. Always prioritise the tasks that you can do and improvise on the tasks that you cannot do. I wish you well in your 48 hours of sheer relaxation and rest. Do join me later on for Sunday’s article.

TCP - Target, Condition, Preparation with Prudence.

TCP - Target, Condition, Preparation with Prudence.

Quote of the day

‘To make a New Year work you need an effective and sequential plan of action. In this instance TCP is a preferred method. It is a matter of Targeting problem areas in your life followed by a series of related Conditions. The next stage is the Preparation Cycle which can be difficult but if done with Prudence can turn a New Year into a magical year.’

Welcome to the penultimate day of 2015. Six months ago we started our combined cruise to a more successful life, in two days we shall meet success face on. To me this is one of the greatest adventures in life, preparing for Success and then meeting it face on. One of the gestures that most of us make is valediction. We start by saying farewell to 2015 and then we follow on by saying welcome 2016. All of this is done in a spilt second. Farewell, goodbye, adios, totsiens, Namaste, poittu varen, hamba kakuhle or nasvidenje all imply the same emotions. We feel happiness in a year that brought life to this world and but there is also sadness when life is taken away from this world. We also feel the gladness in whatever we tried to achieve and the gratefulness of our survival through the good times and the bad times. Bad weather created discomfort for many in 2015. War created devastation on a mammoth scale and how sad it was to see woman and children homeless and destitute. Animal cruelty is common like always and human abuse is rife. Goodbyes can become emotional when an old year fades away and so are greetings when the New Year appears along the horizon of hope. Are you still heavily laden with previous emotions carried over from years of trials and tribulations? Are your emotions saddle strapped to common ailments, crippling payments, usurious statements, mass unemployment, personal attachments or curtailments? In that split second when an Old Year is eclipsed by a New Year you could choose to carry your emotions with you or you could choose to overcome them. To change them effectively and profitably you need to Target the areas of your dilemmas. You cannot leave no stone unturned. Targeting is about directing your energies to the problem at hand. You could do it alone or you could do it as a team. Always remember that teamwork makes dreams work, they really do. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Once you direct or target your problem areas you need to stipulate Conditions. If you are riddled in debt, then you need to Condition yourself. You need to cut by asking what. To create a shift in 2016 you need to cut down on expenses that are irrelevant. This is where the what comes into play. What do I really need and what can I eliminate from my expenses? This is a personal quest that you have to discover. Your pain and sufferings will help you to unravel the skeletons from the closet. Money is something you can generate, sometimes you may have to be reminded of that. If you are in debt it is definitely not the end of the world for you. Debt is not really a problem but it requires a Conditional approach to eliminate or eradicate it. This procedure is the same for any problem. What follows is the arduous task of Preparation. Preparation is your groundwork. What is your strategy? What are your weaknesses and your strengths? What can you do? What help can you get? Most Human Beings are humane and will always come forward to help because they know well that when they had a previous problem help was always there. Nothing is impossible but with Prudence you can shift everything in your favour. A colleague once told me that he was once riddled with debts totally over £25K. He used the TCP approach and in two years he became debt free. He knew that he had time on his side and he knew that he wanted to see a change in his life. He has a happy approach to life now and although he is emotional about saying farewell to an old year he is equally emotional to meet a New Year with courage. You can do it. You just need a similar level of courage. Always keep a record of potent words that I have used in the past. Use these words as psychological tools to combat difficulties in your life.  Print off pertinent articles that I wrote in the past and more importantly try to read The Modern Day Trilogy, which was and still is my personal blueprint to success. There are over 1700 articles for you to read and this is growing by the week. Somewhere in the archives of Universally Friendly there will be a nest of solutions for you to grasp and take action thereafter. Every problem is different but every solution remains the same. With love and best wishes to all of you from the bottom of my heart. Your future is as important as mine. Good luck in all your endeavours in 2016.

The Earth Walker

The Earth Walker - Waking up from a dream and pursuing it

Quote of the day

‘Dreams are reveries to be contemplated on. If it feels good, then I suggest getting up from bed and pursuing them. The climax could be one of many. Dreams are like aero bubbles transporting you onto the meridian of your wildest fantasies. Those fantasies if pursued can turn into reality.’

A very, very warm welcome to you from me, Anthony Pan seated here in front of a new day in good old London Town. When I wake up from a dream, I contemplate on that epic vision filled with strong aspirations and ask why did I dream about it. Dreams are created by your own personal footage that you have captured over a lifetime. Depending on how you feel when you retire your mind creates subtle dreams for you to consider. If a dream brings peace to my heart, I then consider the next stage and that is pursuance. Yes, pursuance is the name of the game and the path of The Earth Walker. The Earth Walker is an individual that walks the Earth without fear but with footsteps that never tramples the undergrowth beneath. Dreams may appear as fairy tales, seasonal stories, melodic tunes or about dancing birds but you must always remember you created them. Something that you saw and liked was captured in high definition by the intricacy of your brain. I always make a habit of capturing good footage and to maintain a vibrant spirit, as a result my dreams becomes something epic. This is why when I wake up from a dream, I contemplate my epic footage to see if my subconscious mind is trying to tell me something. Sometimes my dreams remind me of my uniqueness and my inner and outer beauty especially when someone ridicules me. My dream often incites me to continue believing in myself rather than the judgement passed onto me by someone else. There is always a missing link in our passage in life and time. Dreams creates those missing links, once found you need to pursue. You need to become The Earth Walker, to be able to see the light again, to visit serene places and to have an amazing life. The Earth Walker has no limitations, to him or her the skies are endless and the pools are saturated with freshness. The Earth Walker is touched by the gentle breeze and enlightened by the greenery. The Earth Walker feels forever young, travelling beyond his or her dreams. Once you reached the status of an Earth Walker you need to take action. You need to become as busy as the bee, you need to stand at the summit of your hopes and dreams and fulfil them by the second. As the proclaimed Earth Walker you are responsible for the Earth, to establish inner peace and outer peace. You need to feel the Earth from coast to coast and touch nature with gentleness and understanding. Don’t pursue a dream without a thorough preview. Focus on what you dreamt and if it is pleasing to your senses, pursue it. Dear Friends, you can reach the climax of your incredible success but you need to believe in yourself. Tomorrow I shall talk about the action process. The action process is sequential but effective. My article tomorrow is called – TCP, Target, Condition, Preparation with Prudence.

‘Ground Rules to get Started’
Quote of the day
‘Preparation is a lengthy program that formulates a tedious training schedule to enable you to plan for your goals. This program arranges ground rules that are as essential as air to make our goals achievable.’

Dear Friends how can you possibly erect a home on loose sand or on a hilltop where there is no protection? How can you secure confidence in yourself or with others close to you if you have no faith? How can you make money without actually working for it? How do you get started? Where do you begin from and when do you set forth on a rigorous journey that can have its ups or downs to reach your very own pinnacle of success. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls it all starts with a solid foundation where the research and the groundwork preceded it. This foundation solid as a rock and penetrating as a root shall anchor you firmly to your dreams and when the distractions come your way or one of the many disengagements in life you shall not be moved. You shall stand still, unperturbed by side issues and brave at the sight of negativity. To reach this level of confidence and bravery you need to adhere to ground rules. You need to start your day in prayer irrespective of your Religion and you need to pray sincerely. You need to end your day with gratitude expressing your thankfulness for your safe return home and for your tumultuous achievement during the day. The use of the word tumultuous in this instance implies uninhibited, joyous and without restraint. You also need to focus on performing good deeds during the sandwich of your day. Do not expect to receive rewards for the good that you do but feel good just by doing it. Do these things in a sincere way and already your foundation shall strengthen in a way that builds confidence in you. You need to adhere to this program of sincerity in order for your goals to materialise. Your tenacity must be as long as your goals. Keep the trenches of your imagination deep and fill them when ready with solidness from the word go. Do this from tomorrow. Pray, work and Pray. Pray, work and Pray. Keep this harmonising cliché at the tip of your tongue and constantly repeat it in order to remind you of your ground rules.

The Concept of being Universally Friendly
A lot of people often ask me what Universally Friendly is all about. I think that this is a fair question and deserves a fair answer. To summarise Universally Friendly is a group of friends around the world that care, share and remain fair. What is it to care? To care is to show concern and affection for something or somebody. Something is all about the Universe, from the simplest atom to complex nebulae. Somebody is you and I, people that occupy the liveable planets in our Universe. In essence to care is to show love. My simple motto is live to love and love to live. What is it to share? To share is to divide equally amongst all. So when you reap the harvest of your crop who does it belong to? Does it belong to you or do you willingly share it to others as well? When I walk the torrent plains of my day I do not just focus on myself but earnestly look to see if others are in need. This is the true essence of sharing, from your heart and from your soul. What is it to be fair? To be fair is to be reasonable, without prejudice and relatively neutral in the sublime plain of your existence. Who goes there, who wanders amongst us, who lives yonder, who beckons a call, who are they or where are they going to? As you thread the Earth you meet people by virtue of your circumstances. Therefore try to love everything that you see, touch, feel, hear or smell. Walk the sublime plains of your existence knowing that you will maximise your friends and minimise your enemies. This is the primary objective of Universally Friendly. Universally Friendly extends the boundaries of friendship by providing you the friend, the individual and the human being answers to ALL your unanswered questions. Universally Friendly also keeps in touch through The Databank Times and is the creator of SOLPRO, the databank of problems. In the tunnel of absolution it is important to know that a conduit of communication can be reached through Universally Friendly. One day, Universally Friendly will have friends all over the world and as this bond of friendship is strengthened so will mankind. Do some of the following questions remain unanswered to you?
  • Do aliens exist?
  • Is there life after death?
  • Where was the Garden of Eden?
  • Did dinosaurs live amongst humans?
  • Do UFOs hover over us and then suddenly disappear?
  • Is Mercury really a planet?
  • Can I become financially independent?
  • Can I become happy?
  • Where is heaven?
  • Do parallel Universes exist?
Quote of the day
‘Universally Friendly is the only source of answers to ALL your questions and from it comes wisdom, wisdom to change your life and wisdom to make your life more interesting. Wisdom is about understanding and wisdom is about acquiring knowledge, from it comes good judgement.’
Dear Friends, as you make your way into a new corridor of time, a period of 5 essential days tomorrow I want you to become wiser. I want you to become astute with perceptiveness and insightfulness. These qualities makes your life worth living. It makes it more challenging and it makes it more enduring.
