Courage and Strength

Courage and Strength

Quote of the day

‘Always find the courage to build courage and always find the strength to build strength. Courage is your moral spirit to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Strength is your physical power to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty.’

My heartfelt welcome to a weekend of pleasure, leisure and counter-measure. Pleasure at weekends is about personal relaxation, happiness, enjoyment and fun. Leisure is about the freedom of life without the pressure placed upon you by other people. Countermeasure is the unique procedure of negating weekday miseries and mysteries. Today I would like to talk about courage and strength. You need both to overcome weekday miseries and mysteries. Courage is your moral spirit to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Danger lurks in all corners of life. Danger comes in all shapes and sizes too. The probability of encountering a dangerous situation is very likely. A dangerous situation puts your life at risk. Therefore, you need to exercise care and caution in all that you do, say or think. This comes with experience, with maturity and with wisdom. As you develop your courage you need to pass your skills to others too. Fear is something you need to have the courage to overcome. We choose to worry incessantly and such an emotion achieves a zero effect. Fear is a phobia you need to slowly overcome and associating with positive friends and families over the weekends helps. Inspiration helps, motivation benefits, support comforts and friendship facilitates. Physical strength is a slow process to develop. You need your physical strength to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Strength is one’s personal forte. Strength comes from a muscular body toned to perform well and strong body density. You need to eat well, you need to exercise daily and you need to find time to rest. The mind depends on the body and the body is totally reliant on the mind. Always find the courage to build courage and always find the strength to build strength. Have a wonderful weekend.
