Courage and Strength

Courage and Strength

Quote of the day

‘Always find the courage to build courage and always find the strength to build strength. Courage is your moral spirit to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Strength is your physical power to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty.’

My heartfelt welcome to a weekend of pleasure, leisure and counter-measure. Pleasure at weekends is about personal relaxation, happiness, enjoyment and fun. Leisure is about the freedom of life without the pressure placed upon you by other people. Countermeasure is the unique procedure of negating weekday miseries and mysteries. Today I would like to talk about courage and strength. You need both to overcome weekday miseries and mysteries. Courage is your moral spirit to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Danger lurks in all corners of life. Danger comes in all shapes and sizes too. The probability of encountering a dangerous situation is very likely. A dangerous situation puts your life at risk. Therefore, you need to exercise care and caution in all that you do, say or think. This comes with experience, with maturity and with wisdom. As you develop your courage you need to pass your skills to others too. Fear is something you need to have the courage to overcome. We choose to worry incessantly and such an emotion achieves a zero effect. Fear is a phobia you need to slowly overcome and associating with positive friends and families over the weekends helps. Inspiration helps, motivation benefits, support comforts and friendship facilitates. Physical strength is a slow process to develop. You need your physical strength to venture, persevere and withstand danger, fear or difficulty. Strength is one’s personal forte. Strength comes from a muscular body toned to perform well and strong body density. You need to eat well, you need to exercise daily and you need to find time to rest. The mind depends on the body and the body is totally reliant on the mind. Always find the courage to build courage and always find the strength to build strength. Have a wonderful weekend.

Always live in Anticipation

Always live in Anticipation

Quote of the day

‘Living in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year is all part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.’

Dear Friends we always live in regret because we made too many hasty decisions, we spoke the wrong words without consideration and thought of something that is not unforgivable. To avoid this we need to live in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year as part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Living in anticipation makes you keep your pace relative to your overall stature and grace. As a result you will find invariably you will make less hasty decisions that often makes you live in remorse or weep for that matter no matter how old you may well be. You will also say the right words at the right time indicating to your listener that you are a gentle, humble and a kind person that means no harm but strives to reach a happier lifestyle without hurting another person. Life has indeed become somewhat hectic and as a result we forget to live in anticipation and make pragmatic decisions become problematic conclusions. Living in anticipation makes you aware of rage before it appears in front of you. Rage can be quite an abrasive tool and often spoils your day or even in some situations your entire life.  Living in anticipation makes you age a lot lesser opening a new page in your life. One of the biggest and noted causes of aging is stress. Living in anticipation avoids stress. Wrong decisions make you enter a new road in life that you never quite expected or prepared for. You then have to deal with new circumstances and take chances in life to barely survive. I am living proof of this. I took many a wrong turn in my life and ended up in the most regretful circumstances ever. Living in anticipation can make you stand on a new stage in your life attracting the spoils of life. Think of the better opportunities in life and you are attracted to it. Think of being successful and you shall attract success even though you have landed yourself in a pit of unnecessary trouble. Anticipation gives you a new level of hope to cope with remorse. Living in anticipation makes you disengage when times become a little harder. We all accelerate our pace because we need to get there quicker than before, we need to be first in the queue or we need to be served first rather than last. Anticipation takes away the trauma of stress and makes you dress for the occasion. If you are served last you don’t really mind because you lived in anticipation. Living in anticipation makes you avoid the swerving car, the unfriendly pedestrian and the rudeness next door. Just think of the next second and the possibilities that come with it and you could avoid the nastiness of life. Living in anticipation makes you aware of impoliteness, anger, frustration, temptation, complications and violation. You have seen it all, you tasted it all and you have heard it all before. So why get involved. Dear Friends, I urge you to take cognisance of the next second, of the next day, of the next week or the next year. Living in anticipation makes you aware of danger from the person next to you, from the person in the next city or from another planet. You have to be in tune with the world and the affairs of the world. You need to know what’s good for you and what is bad for you. Living in anticipation makes you aware of illnesses and the seriousness of its implications. You need to know about prevention before seeking a cure. You need to be pure, sure and secure a place in life that promotes happiness and joy. Living in anticipation makes you aware of possible changes in your vocation that may cause you to lose your job. Technology is changing rapidly, employers are changing in exchange for a better promotion or offer, people are changing as they older and therefore you need to change in order to adapt. You need to keep abreast of things and learn to survive. Living in anticipation makes you aware of the future and how you shall fit into it. The future is changing rapidly too. New countries are constantly being formed as a result of demarcation through fighting, religion or politics. Where will you stand amidst the turmoil, will you end up being a refugee, a victim or deceased? Living in anticipation makes you aware of a possibility of another world war or even a cold war. Fatalities have rocked and shocked the world when man had discovered greed. Today we need to overcome greed but it is a hard project that could take time or last for infinity. We need to be aware of the purity of the air, we need to learn to be fair, we need to watch out for that obvious snare, we need to be aware of danger and we need to prepare for the unexpected at all times I am afraid to add. Living in anticipation makes you aware of extinction, addiction, destruction or even competition. Where are the vital pieces of nature that we destroyed? Why do we kill the rhino? Why do we kill each other? Dear Friends give anticipation a try for anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.

The Wrong Turn

The Wrong Turn
Quote of the day
‘Taking the wrong road in life always creates new pains and life’s usual strains. Redirecting your route on Monday can make your life full of gains and takes away that physical and mental strain by breaking them down to soluble grains.’

Many a danger in life was founded by taking the wrong turn. Danger comes in all forms and in all shapes and sizes. Danger puts your health and wealth at risk. Danger reduces your lifespan. Danger is perilous and danger can stop you in your tracks immediately. Danger works on your vulnerability. Danger jeopardises the welfare of your family and your social life. Danger risks losing a family member or a friend. Danger takes you on a road of difficulties that you once thought could never happen to you. Danger is hazardous to your progress and generally makes you regress. Danger makes you meet the devil face to face. Danger threatens your visions for a better future. Danger is the opposite of safety. Safety on the other hand is something that you carry with you for protection and security. Safety focuses on your care and for the care of others too. Safety protects you from the harshness of the cold and the darkness of the untold. Safety is about your wellbeing. Safety is about the welfare of society. Safety is about the safety of our children from harm, abuse and neglect. Safety is about your safety as you embark on a career of total success. Safety is about your refuge from the temptations of the other side of life. Safety is about the safety of your home, your city, your country and your planet. Taking the wrong turn always lands you in the pit of conflict, trouble and problems. Taking the right road on the other hand ensures that you live a life that is normal. How do you take the right turn and avoid the wrong turn? Is it about trial and error or is it about being alert and aware? Take any problem that inflicts you, now go back in time when that problem did not exist. Taking the wrong turn is like jogging into the unknown all alone. Taking the wrong turn is like signing on the dotted line without reading the fine print. Taking the wrong turn is like wandering aimlessly in space without a chartered course. Taking the wrong turn is like mixing with the wrong company that lures you to further unwanted companies. Taking the wrong turn is like eating excessively and aggressively instead of eating moderately and considerately. Taking the wrong turn is like lighting the first cigarette that makes you crave for the next and the next and the next. Taking the wrong turn is like overindulging until the bulging and the insulting makes its way back to you. Dear Friends, I want to hold your hand and direct your path to the right road this year. The road that is righteous is always highlighted with a sense of brightness, kindness, rightness and graciousness. You can see a right road in front of you. You can tell when you tread on it. The feelings of security, godliness, righteousness, lovingness, humaneness and peacefulness will always be highlighted like road signs on a road. Always walk the right road. Carry this philosophy with you from Monday and see what a difference in life you shall experience.

‘Adversity is Diversity’

Quote of the day

‘Adversity is Diversity. Adversity comes in ALL shapes and sizes. You need to learn about them, from them and you need to confront them from time to time. How you fare will determine the output of your life.’

What is an adversity? Adversities are man-made designed to oppress, suppress and depress an individual irrespective of their age, gender, colour, culture or creed. The storm that approaches to destroy, destruct or damage is not a natural phenomenon but rather a man-made occurrence capitalised over centuries in the manner of total greed. The result of such an act is hardship for the individual both mentally and physically from dawn to dusk, withdrawn and lacking trust. The result too is difficulties in meeting adversities, lacking the knowledge to cope and lacking the skills to rebuild. Adversities is about danger and knowing danger when it encounters you irrespective of its origin. Danger is a threat to the livelihoods of citizens from all over the world in different countries and from different backgrounds. Dear friends we are born for a reason. This reason exemplified in many of my Quotes and Articles states clearly that we are here for a valid reason to live in equality and to serve as sole custodians of the living world. There should be no misfortune if education is the realm of child development and growth. Greed has changed this by allowing a sector of people to lavish in wealth by stealth and to deprive the masses of their basic needs. Therefore danger lurks in varies forms. Adversity is diversity. To overcome this we need to become overnight HITS. HIT stands for Honesty, Integrity and Trust. Please refer to a previous article called being an Overnight HIT. Honesty is about sincerity and honour. It is about the moral act of being good and being descent. Applying the concept of being honest helps in meeting adversities and advising others to do the same. Integrity is the converse of being Greedy. Integrity displays the ability of someone to be truthful and reliable. They advise others to watch out for danger. They display clear signs or posts to inform rather than misinform. Trust is about hope. Hope for the future of our planet and hope for the future of our citizens irrespective of their age, gender, colour, culture or creed. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls be alert, be vigilant, be informed and be constantly a HIT. Using these trying attributes and you shall weather the storm, move the cyclone, rebuild the planet and live a life of happiness and longevity.
