Have you been fired?

Have you been fired?

Quote of the day

‘If you have been fired, don’t worry. It is now time to be hired. You are a human being and therefore you will always be admired, desired, inspired and required.’

Welcome to a new working week and a brighter day here in good old London Town. Cold becomes warm. Anger becomes love. Fired becomes hired. Anything changes. Ice changes to water. Water turns to steam. Leaves changes colour. Moods changes too and skin moults. Changes only become effective if the conditions are right and the time is right. Some of you may be fired, this can become worrying. Therefore, I say onto you and verily too, don’t worry if you are fired for it is time to be hired. You are a human being with capabilities and abilities. You are needed into his world. Don’t feel despondent if someone has made you redundant. You are in charge of your life. You are not going to allow someone to make you feel unwanted. You will always be admired by your family, friends and colleagues. We all err and if we did something wrong we should be able to correct it. We will always be desired. You are unique and for your uniqueness there will always be a place for you in this world. You will always be inspired because inspiration is out there like the air that we breathe. If you need to be inspired, then seek it. Do be careful for there are many people out there that pretend to be inspiratory but history shows that some people can be predatory. You are indeed required for The Universe is inundated with vacancies and something befitting as per your needs awaits you. You are not born a plumber, an electrician, a doctor, a janitor, a driver or an author. You are born to serve as sole custodians of your domain. This is your primary objective in life. If you are fired, then now is the time to become hired. Many people in the UK work from home, avoiding the hustle and the bustle of daily commuting and peer pressure. If you are passionate about something such as working from home the opportunities are endless and you can start all over again. I will guide you. I will hold your hand to the right vocation and the right vacation. At Universally Friendly we always care, share and remain fair. So, if you started this morning with a feeling of resentment, rejection or unemployment, worry no more. Do the birds worry about where they shall sleep tonight or what shall they eat tomorrow? They believe in their natural instincts and go about their daily routine without worrying. Worrying has a zero effect and in extreme cases a totally negative effect. Worry no more. Speak to me about your problems I will tailor make a solution for you. Why? Why would I do this for you? 21 years ago I worried endlessly to a point of suicide. I was penniless, homeless and destitute. Help came to me in a flash of a light. It was befitting to my needs. There was no peer pressure and there was no money to outlay. I was given a new lease of life. I was given a new beginning. I was able to identify my purpose in life. I was willing to work. 21 years later I feel so invigorated by a new day, a new friend, a new goal, a new life, a new prospect and a new concept. I am free. I am free from the rigorous peer pressures that vexes you for the rest of your working life. Today and I say onto you and verily too, open the doors to opportunities. Work from home but let me show you the way. Have a wonderful working week. Let no one come in your way and tell you otherwise. So no to abuse. Say no to pressure. Say no to stress. Say no to debt. So no to violence. Say no to negativity. Say yes to love. Say yes to spirituality. Say yes to positivity. Say yes to Inspiration. Say yes to Fascination. Say yes to Motivation.

GRACEFULNESS

GRACEFULNESS

Quote of the day

To exercise gratefulness as a meritocratic Goal Setter you need to apply that certain degree of charm in your poise, your speech and your posture. When someone sees you they know that you are a true representative of our living world.’

Welcome to the 11th of October 2015, with exactly 81 days before the New Year I want to assure you that if you apply a system of ethical rules to your daily agenda you will see a noted difference to your overall performance. We cannot act incorrectly and expect to achieve the best in us. We cannot instruct with anger, this will lead to a life of unforeseen destruction. We cannot conduct our daily affairs with tension, this will lead to total apprehension. You cannot obstruct progress as this will ultimately result in a suppressed society. You cannot deduct unlawfully the right to a human being’s privileges as this will lead to rebuke and retaliation. To succeed in life you need to act gracefully. Gracefulness is an elegant art that needs to be learnt and acquired over time. Gracefulness is about the poise to act well and to perform to the best of your ability each and every day of your earthly life. Gracefulness is about the dignity to serve our Heavenly Father without expecting any real rewards. Gracefulness is about the elegance of your conduct even in the worse of situations life can offer. Gracefulness is about being polite even when others are impolite. To learn about Gracefulness you need to learn from others that excel in it. You need to learn from The Master Himself. Autumn illustrates how nature acts gracefully. Autumn is a time to shed. The leaves fall so elegantly onto the ground creating a soft duvet of cover for the grass beneath. The earthworms are busy bodies too in a nimble way taking decaying organic matter and turning them into humus.  The swans of the lake display a typical genre of gracefulness that one should watch and mimic. To exercise gracefulness requires patience and practice. To maintain it requires stamina and tolerance. We are here on planet Earth for a valid reason indeed and that is to serve our Heavenly Father. To do this requires our utmost participation served with grace, dignity, politeness and elegance. For your sustainable efforts you are given access to the opulence of the Universe. From The Universe comes forth your personal treasure. Your treasure is unique to you and can be spent in a refined and elegant manner if you wish. Every action that you make or take should be embraced with elegance and gracefulness. Every word that you utter should be modulated with a degree of gracefulness. Every thought that you invoke within should be draped in gracefulness. Your life is recorded in a complex chemistry of time and space written in codes that are encrypted to be understood by the Angels above. As we err the Angels nudge us to care, share and remain fair. Over a period of 100 years we need to act gracefully in a special way that others can emulate and lead a graceful life of their own.

Always live in Anticipation

Always live in Anticipation

Quote of the day

‘Living in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year is all part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.’

Dear Friends we always live in regret because we made too many hasty decisions, we spoke the wrong words without consideration and thought of something that is not unforgivable. To avoid this we need to live in anticipation of the next second, the next day or the next year as part of the chemistry of remaining successful. Living in anticipation makes you keep your pace relative to your overall stature and grace. As a result you will find invariably you will make less hasty decisions that often makes you live in remorse or weep for that matter no matter how old you may well be. You will also say the right words at the right time indicating to your listener that you are a gentle, humble and a kind person that means no harm but strives to reach a happier lifestyle without hurting another person. Life has indeed become somewhat hectic and as a result we forget to live in anticipation and make pragmatic decisions become problematic conclusions. Living in anticipation makes you aware of rage before it appears in front of you. Rage can be quite an abrasive tool and often spoils your day or even in some situations your entire life.  Living in anticipation makes you age a lot lesser opening a new page in your life. One of the biggest and noted causes of aging is stress. Living in anticipation avoids stress. Wrong decisions make you enter a new road in life that you never quite expected or prepared for. You then have to deal with new circumstances and take chances in life to barely survive. I am living proof of this. I took many a wrong turn in my life and ended up in the most regretful circumstances ever. Living in anticipation can make you stand on a new stage in your life attracting the spoils of life. Think of the better opportunities in life and you are attracted to it. Think of being successful and you shall attract success even though you have landed yourself in a pit of unnecessary trouble. Anticipation gives you a new level of hope to cope with remorse. Living in anticipation makes you disengage when times become a little harder. We all accelerate our pace because we need to get there quicker than before, we need to be first in the queue or we need to be served first rather than last. Anticipation takes away the trauma of stress and makes you dress for the occasion. If you are served last you don’t really mind because you lived in anticipation. Living in anticipation makes you avoid the swerving car, the unfriendly pedestrian and the rudeness next door. Just think of the next second and the possibilities that come with it and you could avoid the nastiness of life. Living in anticipation makes you aware of impoliteness, anger, frustration, temptation, complications and violation. You have seen it all, you tasted it all and you have heard it all before. So why get involved. Dear Friends, I urge you to take cognisance of the next second, of the next day, of the next week or the next year. Living in anticipation makes you aware of danger from the person next to you, from the person in the next city or from another planet. You have to be in tune with the world and the affairs of the world. You need to know what’s good for you and what is bad for you. Living in anticipation makes you aware of illnesses and the seriousness of its implications. You need to know about prevention before seeking a cure. You need to be pure, sure and secure a place in life that promotes happiness and joy. Living in anticipation makes you aware of possible changes in your vocation that may cause you to lose your job. Technology is changing rapidly, employers are changing in exchange for a better promotion or offer, people are changing as they older and therefore you need to change in order to adapt. You need to keep abreast of things and learn to survive. Living in anticipation makes you aware of the future and how you shall fit into it. The future is changing rapidly too. New countries are constantly being formed as a result of demarcation through fighting, religion or politics. Where will you stand amidst the turmoil, will you end up being a refugee, a victim or deceased? Living in anticipation makes you aware of a possibility of another world war or even a cold war. Fatalities have rocked and shocked the world when man had discovered greed. Today we need to overcome greed but it is a hard project that could take time or last for infinity. We need to be aware of the purity of the air, we need to learn to be fair, we need to watch out for that obvious snare, we need to be aware of danger and we need to prepare for the unexpected at all times I am afraid to add. Living in anticipation makes you aware of extinction, addiction, destruction or even competition. Where are the vital pieces of nature that we destroyed? Why do we kill the rhino? Why do we kill each other? Dear Friends give anticipation a try for anticipation gives you the hope to cope, the keenest to show some leanness and the expectation to avoid temptation.

Make your dreams come true

Make your dreams come true

Quote of the day

‘Dreams are personal, they can best be described as your personal archives of your future intents. What the future holds for you lies in your dreams.’

I dream to gleam for my dreams are my plans for my future. I value my life and therefore as a citizen of my planet I want to perform at my level best each day producing the best in me and displaying a satisfactory contribution to the rest of the world. In order for me to dream to gleam rather than dream to scream I avoid the heavy meals at night that affects my thought processes to create the dreams that makes my future. My dreams are based on my needs and as my needs changes, increases or diminishes I need to capture visions of the changing world constantly.  As I see I bring to my archives of recorded footage, clips of what I want to do, create or manufacture. I try to avoid the pain, the sorrow and the misery that the world holds. I try not to be angry when I go to bed, I try to be at peace in order to dream to gleam. What I dream will make tomorrow for the better or for the worst. You can have anything that you want in this world but you need to dream it first. You need to dream to see whether you fit into that desire that occupies your mind and takes prelude of your future life. I say this because you need to experience something before you can commit to it. The larger your needs are the greater are your overall responsibilities. Can you handle these responsibilities? Stick with me and I shall show you the way to your overall success. Be inspired by my content and you will be enlightened to take the first step to success. Fill the corridors of your needs with positivity and you shall make all your dreams manifest into your future life. A dream kick-starts the whole process to real success. Real Success is often described as the real you rather than the virtual you. The real you believes in the concept of life and the responsibilities associated with it. The virtual you is someone that lives by mimicking other peoples achievements rather than their very own. Start dreaming about how you feel, about what you want to do or even say. Dream, dream, dream! Dreams are a manifestation of your thought processes. Your mind is constantly capturing images like a movie camera left on permanently. We see, we experience, we acquire, we love, we mate, we grow, we learn, we desire and we achieve. As we live each day we attract a series of desires pertinent to our needs. Everyone has a different set of needs. The Universe listens to this and echoes a series of instructions for you to follow. We need to believe. We need to believe in the concept of life and in life itself. Once we understand the importance of believing all things that are impossible become possible. Whatever your needs are The Universe will provide it for you on a silver platter with the relevant instructions to follow. Don’t ignore your dreams, live them. If they are unselfish you are guaranteed to achieve your goals.

Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Is there light at the end of the tunnel

Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Quote of the day

‘All dilemmas must come to an end in the same way they all started. Nothing happens by chance unless you initiated it. So, if something is troubling you there is always light at the end of the tunnel.’

Dear Friends, I hope and pray that you are well and that your day and week is panning out equally well. Today the world hosts a myriad of problems yet again. In Bangkok a bomb blast kills at least 20. A landslide in Northern India kills seven. In Syria there are more horrific attacks. Where do we stand in this epoch of confusion, disillusion, collusion, occlusion, seclusion and illusion? Why, If, When, How or perhaps! Why do we live with stress, suffering and anxiety each day? Pain does come in all shapes and sizes but where does it originate from. Is it a natural cause or did we create it?  We are human beings living on planet Earth for a reason, not to fight with all our might but to be right with all our sight. To live a life of righteousness requires a certain degree of commitment. From righteousness comes forth a person’s virtue, honesty and morals. In order to see light at the end of the tunnel we need to be and remain righteous. If we are not then the problems that we encounter each day will incur the same consequences of conflict, brutality and greediness. Will the world get angry again like the WWI and WWII? The answer is simple. If you are righteous the world shall become righteous. Will natural disasters still occur? Natural Disaster will cease if we care, share and remain fair. What becomes of tomorrow is what you instil in your heart today. Instil anger and you shall set the ball rolling again for another catastrophe. If you instil violence you shall set the spark for rioting, fighting and inciting. Dear Friends, accident do not happen, they are created. Happiness does not disappear until you decide to become sad. The light shines at the end of the tunnel for everyone. You just need perseverance, endurance and tolerance. Perseverance is ones tenacity to understand that we are not meant to live in discomfort but rather to live in comfort. Endurance is about the stamina to climb the highest mountains and to swim the world’s deepest oceans. Tolerance is having and maintaining the staying power to be determined in every possible situation in life. As a result all dilemmas must come to an end in the same way they all started. An accident will never occur unless you start it. An incident will soon be forgotten once you forget it. I say onto you and verily too nothing will happen by chance unless you initiate it. So, if something is troubling you there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Any difficult situation in life can be turned around to create the prospect of success. Hardship will become leadership through friendship, winning will overcome losing, success will overcome failure, greatness will overcome insignificance and love will overcome hate.

Feelings

‘Feelings’
Quote of the day
‘Feelings equates to your emotional state of being. Feelings drives your day and if they are good feelings you’re driving shall be superb. Bad Feelings steers you to a sentimental day, a moody day or perhaps a sensitive day.’

To immerse yourself in a spirited feeling of sensation creates a mind-set of amazing accomplishment and extraordinary levels of fulfilment. You can gauge this statement for yourself by examining how well you did in March 2015. Tomorrow’s article called ‘Reflecting in March, correcting in April 2015’ helps you to do just that. Good feelings create an incredible platform to drive forward into your day or your life for that matter steering clear of adversities and following a righteous path. Good feelings makes you alert and vigilant. Good feelings enables you to make better judgements in your day that determines how your life will pan out in the years ahead. Feelings is a psychology segment in itself. It is a faculty of Psychology that characterises you in the way that you think and in the way that you behave. Some people appear more temperamental than others whilst some people are often quite timid. Whatever the psychological analysis of yourself your feelings at the precise moment affects what happens next. On Sunday we spoke about the GTS Formula to success. This article induces feelings. However today’s article reflects on your natural feelings. It is like a pendulum. Which side of the pendulum will you swing or sway towards when you get up in the morning. Will be a morning of good feelings or one of bad feelings. Good feelings or bad feelings is often embedded in your subconscious mind. Disturbing experiences in the past often triggers you to be in a bad mood. Good experiences in the past often triggers you to be in a good mood. Moods are triggered by external factors. External factors tends to make you edgy, emotional, sensitive, sentimental, angry or distasteful. Each mood swings delivers a final result. Good feelings drives you towards a special day flanked with wonder, excellence and brilliance. Such a day is a basic and vital necessity for a meritocratic Goal Setter. Bad feelings generally spoil your day. The results are evident. You feel unaccomplished and never fulfilled. Aim for a placid feeling each day despite trigger factors that make you think otherwise. Avoid confrontation, avoid negation and avoid all forms of procrastination. Get up, get ready and get on with your job. Return home and start the process again.

The World is at War - let us become The Peacemakers

‘The World is at War – let us become the Peacemakers’
Quote of the day
‘The Peacemaker of our living world is the one that calms the seas, soothes the tension and mediates disputes around the world. Peacemakers are not classified by age, gender or culture. Peacemakers are human beings that labour intensively by day and by night. Do you fit this category of interest?’

Everyday holds a sad event. Today it is about tension in Ukraine, an airstrike in Niger killing 12, a Tanzanian boy found mutilated, militants killing 4 Tanzanian policeman and there is abuse at a care home in the UK. What will tomorrow’s events hold? Dear Friends if you love your planet you will understand your role in life. Your role in life is to love your life and the occupants that occupy it. We are the sole custodians of our living world. We are The Peacemakers. You can be assured nothing we will go we if do things right. So why does the news headlines on a daily basis show otherwise. Human Greed has created The Troublemakers. Troublemakers do things wrong and therefore shed chaos in the corridors of the living world. Let us create a list of common human demeanours. There is rape, torture, terror, kidnapping, violence, war, conflict, disputes, arguments, abuse, diseases, pestilence, poverty, hunger, recession, depression, oppression, vandalism, hooliganism, robberies, gang warfare, hijacking, deforestation, pollution, devastation of flora and fauna species and a variety of disengagements that brings terror and instability to our lives. Why would all of these anomalies occur? They do because men and women have become greedy, not just from today or from tomorrow but since The Garden of Eden. Dear Friends I urge you to think of your responsibilities and live by them to ensure a distinct reduction in our Greed that ultimately leads to devastation, damnation, starvation, temptation, negation, frustration, infestation, segregation, suffocation, adulteration, fornication, exploitation, humiliation, retaliation, victimisation, dehumanisation, demoralisation, contamination or intoxication. Identify your actions on an hourly basis. You don’t have to go to war but you can prevent it. The world is at war already. The conflict at home breaks homes on a daily basis. The combat on street corners or on playgrounds at school can seriously maim or kill. The fighting in countries around the world kill innocence civilians that have lost their right to live. The confrontation in politics weakens democracy. The competition in business creates enemies. The rivalry in the corridors of our world has grown out of control. The feud amongst neighbours have become habitual. The battle to save endangered species of life is growing old. The struggle for equality is becoming harder and harder. The campaign to reduce abuse seems to be a difficult passage. We need to stop the hostility and lessen the volatility. We need to start with ourselves and come to terms with our anger. We need to monitor our actions and acknowledge our responsibilities. We need to this daily. We need to change the future for the better and end the war. I am going to try to do my level best. I urge you to join me on a campaign to save our planet.

Conserving, Observing and Preserving

‘Conserve, Observe and Preserve’
Quote of the day
‘Conserving is about protecting yourself and those close to you. To do this effectively you need to Observe. You need to observe everything from A-Z, both inanimate and animate objects. Observation leads to Preservation. Preservation is about maintaining and sustaining both inanimate and animate objects.’

To be successful in life you need to be part of life, a bustling program of daily activities from unicellular organisms to complex structures like you and me. It is hard to steer clear of adversities for these come in all shapes and sizes and without notification or invitation. I want to tell you today from an experienced individual that paced the Earth in various modes of transport, on foot and as a worker. I have seen how adversities differ like rivers that retreat into meanders of confusion and into waterfalls of illusions. I have seen the avarice of both man and woman and I have seen the wrath of both man and woman breaking the mould of people like you and me. I have faced them and in most cases came out the loser but as I stand here today writing an article of inspiration to you, I want to tell you quite frankly it is not bad being a loser because you are actually the achiever in the long run. What comes around again can be lived with a lot of regain and the constant desire to refrain from the talons of greed and anger. To achieve a similar feeling of moving forward I want to tell you about three words that will change your life for the common good. The first word is Conservation. Conservation is about protecting you from greed and anger. It is about learning from our mistakes and moving forward without making similar mistakes again. Protection is about Correction, Detection and Direction. You have to correct and live to detect. Now let me reinstate this vital sentence. You have been hurt before now you need to correct your mistakes. Detection makes you aware of the oncoming stream of anger and greed. Direction lets you steer away, stay away or standstill. It is all about Observation, which is the second word of our three potent words that make up the acronym of COP. Observation is about Detection. When you observe the oncoming stream of possibilities you begin to recognise rather than ignore. You are discovering new things each day, some good but mostly bad. This is the act of careful Observation. It is about exposing but certainly not opposing. Don’t oppose adversaries for you could spend the rest of your life living with the consequences of it. It is about exposing. Exposure is about composure. You need to remain calm. You need to be humane and always avoid rather than pursue. Once you get the knack of what I am saying you will see how the third word is so significant to the acronym COP. The third word is called Preservation. Preservation is about maintaining and sustaining standards unique to you but common to all. Preservation is about your personal defence to adversaries. Preservation is about looking after all objects both animate and inanimate. Now this last sentence is so relevant to your existence. You need to ask yourself can I survive alone in this world. The answer is inadvertently no. You need everyone and everything. Preservation is about caring for everyone and everything. Always remember to be like a COP and certainly to think like one. Conserve, Observe and Preserve.

‘Never give up’

Quote of the day

‘Never yield to negativity. Create a shield of positivity instead. Negativity will maketh your life a constant failure. It will be the fiasco of your working week and it will be the ignominy of your misfortune.’

Never give up on yourself. Never say never. Never walk a treadmill of uncertainty. Never be disillusioned. Never say no to friendship. Never ever confront anger with anger. Never shame or ridicule another human being. Never slander, mock or deride a person’s character or personality. Never give up on your dreams that you may have started or are about to begin. Never live in shame or humility over your unselfish dreams. Never feel disgruntled when the curtains are down. Never give up. Never give up on a new beginning in your life. Never listen to discord or cacophony. Never ignore the sentiments of another human being. Never say never to possibilities. Never shed a tear openly but shed a tear of joy unanimously. Never eat excessively but rather eat moderately and more importantly considerately. Never be tempted to do unwell or to become addictive. Never give up on yourself, on your abilities and your capabilities. Never say no to learning. Never say no to believing in the impossible or the possible. Never give up in your goals and make them your solemn duty to do well and be well. Never dig too deep into side issues that can simply slide away into nothingness. Never make too big a deal about triviality. Never trample the anthill or kick the pebble below for you may not know it for all these objects are homes to the vital components of life. Never argue with correcting but rather show by correction. Never take away a privilege from someone else and use it unselfishly for your own welfare. Never abuse your spouse, your child or another human being irrespective of age, culture or gender. Never point a finger to someone but raise your hand in friendship instead. Never give up. Never give up on tomorrow and never give up on the rest of your life. Never shout or scream or live in constant negativity. Negativity will maketh your life a constant failure. It will be the fiasco of your working week and it will be the ignominy of your misfortune. Never ever give up!
