Meditation

Meditation

Quote of the day

‘Meditation Elevates Dreamers Into Transcendence, Alleviating Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity.’

A very, very warm welcome to the final day of the 1st working week of August 2016. I hope and pray that your working was fully accomplished and fulfilled. To achieve 100% accomplishment and fulfilment I suggest Meditation on a daily basis and the best and proven way to do this is in the early hours of the morning. We are all dreamers, conjuring up the perfect strategy to make our working week a successful one. We all know that a private weekend awaits us as a reward for our hard and consistent work. Working weeks can be quite stressful as we all know. The demands of modern life can put undue stress on all of us. To help us to overcome such noted stress we need to consider meditation. Meditation is the ancient science of concentration directed in particular to spirituality. There are many ways to meditate but there is only one time to meditate, and that is in the very early hours of the morning. Meditation is about concentration and in order to concentrate or focus on the subject in hand you need no distractions. Meditation enables you to understand your purpose in life and creates a conduit between you and the heavens above. In this subtle state of mind where you experience complete peace and tranquillity your concentration levels are extremely high. This technique employs breathing in a positive way, inhaling the goodness of life and exhaling the badness of life. In this state of meditation, we become focussed. We begin to understand our mind and we begin to understand how important it is to relax. As we meditate our mind floats into a state of ambience which many refer to as transcendence. We realise how important our life really is. All these apparitions become visible as we inhale the wonders of life. We cognate perfection with conviction and then seek to overcome imperfection thereafter. We acknowledge a divine presence and therefore react with grace. We experience a sense of wholeness and generally can unite the body, mind and soul as one. When we meditate we alleviate pain caused from Tension, Illness, Oppression and Negativity. With our eyes closed we can travel across the cosmos experiencing life in all its glory and splendour. Meditation reminds us of our existence and it enables us to serve unselfishly as human beings living in a modern world. You need to breathe in deeply and feel the rush of positive ions into your body like tiny raindrops from the heavens above.  You need to breathe out intensely with the sole intent of removing the sadness that can inflict us and the madness that can convict us. Dear Friends, start your day with Meditation. Empty your bladder and bowels, wash your face and gargle your mouth and sip a hot lemon drink. Stretch your arms and legs, wiggle your toes, gasp a puff of freshness and clasp a column of frankincense to cleanse the air. Sit in a comfortable position preferably on the floor and meditate without a trace of distractions. Do this from today and watch how tomorrow shall feel, look and appear from the horizon. Have a wonderful weekend.

‘Be Alert to avoid getting Hurt.’

‘Be Alert to avoid getting Hurt.’
Quote of the day
‘Clearing the cobwebs from under the table just clears the path for new ones. What you really need to do is to be at it daily, watching out for new intruders and banishing the old ones.’

Keeping abreast with changing times and difficult moments needs your constant review and appraisal. I say this openly because I know well for a fact that if you do not maintain vigilance throughout your day 24/7 then the weeds shall grow beyond your control, the ivy shall construe the bark of the trees and the snails shall consume the youngest shoots before they can shoot. Similarly if you think that by servicing your car once a year all will be well then think again. Your car like your body and your mind needs nursing daily. You need to drive well, accelerate smoothly, decelerate intelligently and top up whenever and wherever necessary. Keeping a clean car will certainly make it drive well. All things in life require attention. This is why we are labelled sole custodians of the living world. Procrastination makes room for things to go out of control. Laziness often augments it. You need to assess your daily workout. A daily workout is not limited to callisthenics but encompasses everything that you do for the day.  Whatever your actions are there is an equal reaction. If you laze then you always be in a daze. If you procrastinate then you are guaranteed to aggravate your workload for tomorrow. If you ignore vital issues of your life it will often be hard to restore normality again. Clearing the cobwebs from under the table just clears the path for new ones means that you cannot suddenly remove the cobweb from under the table and expect everything to be okay, you need to clean under the table daily, constantly and with the mind-set to be thorough in all that you do. Slipping away from this fundamental rule will negate your agenda for the day, making you less positive and more negative. Dear Friends it is all about the willingness to avoid the constant silliness that we often become muddled in. The use of the word silliness in this article implies senselessness. I hope that I do not offend you by using certain words but you must always remember that these articles are for my reference as well. They are there to prompt me to do well and I hope that it will prompt you to do equally well. This constant toning of our lifestyle is what is needed to make success a permanent priority in our centenary life.

‘Pureness is Sureness’

‘Pureness is Sureness’
Quote of the day
‘‘To endure life you need to be pure at heart, you need to be sure about your intentions and you need to ensure that these intentions are altruistic.’

Life has its ups and downs. You could start your day in a robust way but an ounce of negativity can topple your entire day leaving you weak, tired and negative. It is hard to maintain a positive attitude when there is so much of negativity in front of you. Every day is a learning curve. What we learn today can help make tomorrow a better day. Life is about building on experiences, it is about being brave in the most awkward situations and it is about the power of sustainment. This is what enduring life is all about. Life is wonderful but man has made rules that can make life quite strenuous. Man believes in money rather than in the purpose of life. Therefore you can be caught up in such a snare taking a positive situation and turning it into a negative one. To overcome this we need to maintain purity at heart. We need to be sure about our intentions and we need to ensure that our intentions are always altruistic. This is hard to maintain. Whatever we seem to do with good intentions always seems to ends up with bad tensions. Purity at heart is about focussing on what you have to do. It is about ensuring that whatever decision you make you give it 100% of your concentration. Purity is also about faithfulness, faithful to your household, faithful to your employer or staff, faithful to your spouse, faithful to your friends and faithful to your country. You cannot walk the streets of your intentions with a blemished agenda. You need to enact your life despite the negative opposition in front of you or behind you to the best of your ability. In order words you need to be true to life. Every week of your life is governed by a written agenda. If you do not have one then you need to start with one immediately instead of relying on your memory. An agenda makes your intentions infallible and accurate. Pureness is Sureness and vice versa. Pureness and Sureness stems from an altruistic attitude to life itself. Think of what you have to do tomorrow. How confident are you that it will be accomplished and fulfilled by the end of the day? It is all about having good intentions and remaining in a positive mood despite triggered to act conversely.

Addictions can become real Maledictions

Addictions can become real Maledictions
Quote of the day
‘Whatever you addiction is, it is a malediction that can cripple your chances of becoming successful. It can take positivity and turn into negativity within a second. To overcome Addictions you need a dose of Benedictions.’

It is hard to overcome an addiction, it remains an affliction for all that cripples your lifestyle and your progress to make changes when changes are really needed. Some addictions are more painful than others. Addictions are compulsive behaviour patterns that breaks the common desire or passion to succeed in life.  Addictions lead to constant convictions. Jurisdiction cannot overcome addiction, only you can with a dose of benediction. Benediction is a powerful tool that is often ignored. It is a tool that we need to use like a gardener that needs tools to uproot the unwanted growth in his or her garden. Without tools its takes longer. The workload is harder and the pressure is unbelievable. Addictions come in various shapes and sizes. To name but a few smoking, drinking, excessive eating, sexual urges or drugs come to mind. These are actually negatives in your life and we need to act swiftly to turn them into positives. Addictions are compulsions in your life that create restrictions in your advancement to a successful and rewarding career. The first quest is to overcome your depressed habit is to address it. You know well the obvious symptoms of your dilemma, they usually are stress, depression, oppression, suppression, possession and distress. Benediction is indeed a powerful tool that you need to use in order to overcome your addictions. All problems take time to resolve or totally eradicate. Can you set aside time to address your problem or addiction? Time spent on establishing your addiction can lead to constructive eviction of the said addiction. I used the term said addiction because only you can identify it. Benedictions are actually Godsend in the form of miracles or sacred signs. We need to be prepared in order to receive a blessing. Preparation is the foundation to your addiction. When I think preparation I think PICASSO. PICASSO stands for Preparation, Identification, Conversation, Adaptation, Sensation, Segmentation and finally Operation. Preparation as I mentioned is the foundation block to start overcoming your addiction. To do this effectively you need to Identify your addiction, openly and honestly. You then need Conversation with someone that you can trust, someone you can openly speak to discuss your problem, perhaps a family member or a friend. Adaptation then follows. Adaptation is about altering your schedule and adjusting your lifestyle as per your conversation. Sensation then sets in. Sensation is about reigniting desire and passion back in your system. Now that you have the support of someone else, a miracle is about to happen. The Benediction in your life is about to unfold. The next stage is Segmentation. Segmentation is about dealing with your problems in small segments rather than doing it overnight. You need to breakdown your workload into manageable and doable tasks in a more suited environment. If your addiction is drinking don’t be near the bottle but rather away from it. Finally Operation PICASSO is in motion. You are ready to receive a blessing from heaven in the form of a miracle. You chose to do it with someone and you chose to become positive despite being in a moat of negative habits. A more detailed description of PICASSO is to be found in The Modern Day Trilogy.

Achieving Positive Results Increases Longevity

Achieving Positive Results Increases Longevity
Quote of the day
‘Longevity spells the duration of an individual life. In April we shall maintain positivity because Achieving Positive Results Increases Longevity.’

Filling your agenda with negativity rather than positivity will always leave you feeling stressed by the end of the day. Stress adds on the pressure for tomorrow. Stress is a mental as well as a physical strain. Stress creates worries and worries makes you fearful and anxious. As you stress you undress the vital mechanics of keeping fit and healthy. You actually do the converse by eating irregularly and thinking abnormally. Stress is a killer, lessening your lifespan, reducing your happiness and creating a mountain of debts. We need to achieve positive results from today onwards. To achieve positive results requires positive thinking. We need to stop procrastinating and start concentrating, calculating and actuating our work for the day. If we are able to commit to writing what needs to be done for the day then we need to commit to action all day long. Get the job done I say but add a little enthusiasm to the equation. You need to commit to something that seems positive rather than negative. If it is positive than it is doable. Don’t live by the day but live for the day instead. Longevity is your reward for hard and consistent work. In April we are going to learn how to capitalise on the word Positivity. Positivity is about sharing too. Positivity is about caring for all. Positivity is about enduring hardships and about sustaining companionships. Stay for long, stay for a song, stay for a lifelong experience of laughter, joy and happiness. Say to yourself that you are positive and that you shall be constant in all your endeavours. Learn to be positive rather than negative. Follow me for the next 29 days and let us open new doors that lightens our workload with awe and wonder.

Drive your intent like a car and watch how content you will be by far

‘Drive your intent like a car and watch how content you will be by far.’
Quote of the day
‘Steer clear from the edge, manoeuvre pass the hedge, avoid the low bridge, gently cruise over the ridge, brake in good time, accelerate in appropriate times, keep a clear distance in front of you and seek assistance if you stall. Drive your day like this and you shall reach your destination safely.’

A Good intention always renders a better attention. Bad intentions on the other hand always renders poor dissensions. Let us examine this a little more carefully. If your intent is shrouded in good deeds and better values you will always experience a better day or receive bundles of attention. It is quite simple, what you give is what you shall receive. Give kindness and you shall get compassion. Give courtesy and you shall be rewarded with politeness. Be helpful and you shall receive full support from the angels to families and friends. Be thoughtful and you shall receive pensiveness. Therefore if your intent is shrouded with kindness, courtesy, helpfulness and thoughtfulness the rest of your day will be content, period. With a good intent you will always be content.  In theory this is always true, in practice it isn’t. To make it true you need to become the driver of your intent. You need to drive like a driver that steers his or her vehicle away from possible danger by confining themselves within the Highway Code. You need to steer clear from adversaries that come in all shapes and sizes. Yesterday we spoke about slowing down, I say keep within your speed limit of abilities and capabilities. Don’t take on a task that you know you cannot complete. Manoeuvre your intentions away from gossip, procrastination and negativity. Avoid making promises and exercise good deeds wherever possible. Brake when you need a break and accelerate when you feel the vibrancy to do so. Keep a clear distance from trouble ahead by being watchful and keenly observant. Ask for assistance when you stall, the answer may be simple as simplicity is always the bridge that divides straightforwardness from difficulties. Your body is likened to a car, so look after it. Don’t leave certain areas untouched and focus on areas that are visible. Eat well with good grains of food, eat limitless amounts of the good foods and eat limited amounts of the bad foods. Look after your mind, the powerhouse of your decisions. Gain sleep rather than loose it. Don’t count sheep before you go to bed, just slumber without thinking of any numbers. Think peacefulness and yours dreams will merit an accord of serenity, tranquillity and placidity. Do this for yourself in exactly the way I prescribed and watch how you shall awaken to a new day all fresh and sound.

You need to identify your weaknesses and in turn strengthen them with all your might and energies.

You need to identify your weaknesses and in turn strengthen them with all your might and energies.
Quote of the day
‘Weaknesses can best described as our blatant flaws incurred over the decades, characterised by our obvious feebleness in making decisions and our softness in confronting adversaries. These constitute our limitations in life and to overcome them we need to develop our strength.’

A weakness in an individual can be quite debilitating. When we are weak we do not perform according to our abilities. When we are weak we often feel tired before even starting our day. We feel mentally drained. We often have a negative outlook to our day, with premonitions that our day will be bad. Our outlook to our future is equally despondent and incapacitating. Our weaknesses is often portrayed in our stance, our expressions and in our speech. People latch onto these weaknesses and then casually take advantage of us. This is something that we need to put a stop to. But how, you may well ask? How do we develop strengths when we are obviously so weak. The question to ask yourself how you can lift a pocket of potatoes when you struggle to peel a single potato. It all starts with a bit of patience. Patience is a true virtuosity of a successful meritocratic individual. Like a seed patience takes time to cultivate. Fortunately time is something that we have a lot of. To cultivate patience you need to understand the true meaning of the word patience. Similarly to cultivate a seed you need to know a little bit about the seed. You cannot plant a daffodil bulb in November and expect to see a flowering plant in January, the following year. You need to exercise patience. You need to endure the time period for growth and development. You need to be tolerant over unforeseen setbacks. You need to be persistent despite distractions that come in front of you. You need to have the staying power and stamina to see your goals through. This is what patience is all about. Knowledge forms the basic foundation to your start. Knowing when to sow will tell you when to reap. This comes from knowledge. Knowledge comes from above. To determine what your weaknesses are you need to extrapolate key and distinct flaws in your character. What is it that holds you back? What is your fear? What makes someone more successful than you? Why aren’t you doing something about it? Is it fear that holds you back? Are you afraid to venture forward and prefer to be stuck in the same old rut again and again. You need to be like the seed. You need power and your body certainly holds that. You need a forte of stronger points that overcomes the weaker ones. You need to be forceful and assertive and make inanimate objects move away from your positional state. You need to tone your muscles to make them perform at their level best. You need to be metier. You need to concentrate on the next second and contemplate on the previous one and vice versa. You need to develop vigour in your blood that drives you to overcome your weaknesses. This is the clear cut steeping stones for you.

‘Never give up’

Quote of the day

‘Never yield to negativity. Create a shield of positivity instead. Negativity will maketh your life a constant failure. It will be the fiasco of your working week and it will be the ignominy of your misfortune.’

Never give up on yourself. Never say never. Never walk a treadmill of uncertainty. Never be disillusioned. Never say no to friendship. Never ever confront anger with anger. Never shame or ridicule another human being. Never slander, mock or deride a person’s character or personality. Never give up on your dreams that you may have started or are about to begin. Never live in shame or humility over your unselfish dreams. Never feel disgruntled when the curtains are down. Never give up. Never give up on a new beginning in your life. Never listen to discord or cacophony. Never ignore the sentiments of another human being. Never say never to possibilities. Never shed a tear openly but shed a tear of joy unanimously. Never eat excessively but rather eat moderately and more importantly considerately. Never be tempted to do unwell or to become addictive. Never give up on yourself, on your abilities and your capabilities. Never say no to learning. Never say no to believing in the impossible or the possible. Never give up in your goals and make them your solemn duty to do well and be well. Never dig too deep into side issues that can simply slide away into nothingness. Never make too big a deal about triviality. Never trample the anthill or kick the pebble below for you may not know it for all these objects are homes to the vital components of life. Never argue with correcting but rather show by correction. Never take away a privilege from someone else and use it unselfishly for your own welfare. Never abuse your spouse, your child or another human being irrespective of age, culture or gender. Never point a finger to someone but raise your hand in friendship instead. Never give up. Never give up on tomorrow and never give up on the rest of your life. Never shout or scream or live in constant negativity. Negativity will maketh your life a constant failure. It will be the fiasco of your working week and it will be the ignominy of your misfortune. Never ever give up!
