Start Monday with the Power to Deliver

Start Monday with the Power to Deliver

Quote of the day

‘The Power to Deliver demonstrates your unique ability to produce the value of your Service, Product or Ideas to your Customers, Friends and Families.’

Welcome to the 2nd weekend of August 2015 and as we strive to excel in our performance I want to talk today about the Power to Deliver daily, from dawn to dusk and from dusk to dawn. The Power to deliver, our theme for today highlights your consistency in performing well at all levels of your day. The Power to Deliver ignites your ability to perform in a world filled with performers in different categories. The Power to Deliver tells the world that you are someone special, reliable, honest, full of integrity and trustworthy. The Power to Deliver makes you a person that is constantly in demand. The Power to Deliver is something that you need to attach to your resume. The Power to Deliver is about efficient production, efficient supplies and efficient provisions. To be consistent in ALL your daily efforts ranks you above the rest. People appreciate your reliability and your uniformity. Can you imagine been a renowned Baker delivering the best cakes and pastries in your district? Imagining it is one thing but delivering it is another. A renowned Baker will always be up at the crack of dawn to meet the criteria of his or her ability. They aim to please and they aim to strive for excellence at ALL levels of their performance. Whatever your field is from the culinary talents of a Michelin Chef to the technical expertise of an IT support member the world awaits you on a Monday morning. The Power to Deliver is what is needed out there. People want your services, your products or your Ideas. All performers in a modern world strive to seek excellence to their clients, families and friends. A Father or a Mother seeks excellence in their duties as a parent delivering the climax of a happy home and a prosperous future for their children. When you are a HIT the world wants to hear about you. Being a HIT is something that requires your best in all facets of your abilities and capabilities. (HIT, previously covered stands for Honesty, Integrity and Trust). The Power to deliver certainly makes you reliable to the core. If you say that you will be there at 10 then be there at 09:30 without fail! How do we develop the skills required to deliver? It all starts in the shed of your weekend activities, where your thought processes are linked together in a coherent fashion. Your weekends, a period to be rested, to be relaxed, to be reinvigorated, to be revitalised and to be restored gives you the prefect settings to plan in advance. It makes you reflect, inspect and correct last week’s performances. It makes you create the blueprint of tomorrows’ success stories. It is all about how you would want to start Monday. I say start Monday with a big bang, show the world that you can deliver. Have a smile the length of the Nile. Carry a face that shows that you are a person of distinct grace. Don’t offer the world a business card but instead offer them your friendliness, your kindness and your cleanliness. Try taking away one of the three qualities of your KFC. (KFC stands for Kindness, Friendliness and Cleanliness in this instance) Let us assume that you decided to be a little unfriendly on Monday morning as part of your Power to Deliver campaign. Always remember that what you give to the world is what they see and will always remember. On Monday you delivered cleanliness and kindness but for some reason you were notably unfriendly. Just the thought of being unfriendly makes your reputation crumble. Is it worth the risk? I say onto you and verily too, seek to deliver the best at all times and you will be blessed for your unselfish intent. Be friendly, be kind and be clean.

Rendition

Rendition
Quote of the day
‘Rendition is the subtle art of performing your daily deeds as per your needs in a professional and unique manner catering for the possibilities of something going wrong, for hostilities when you least expect them and to exercise your responsibilities unselfishly.’

Many a great leader in faculties of their given choice have fouled things up. The greatest, the tallest, the shortest, the most intellectual, the fastest, the slowest, the most matured, the most educated or learned, the most experienced, the most diversified, the Politician, the Banker, the Lecturer, the Teacher, the Hairdresser, the Caterer, the Barman, the Policeman or woman and the Attorney have all erred, creating devastation to the community, to the population at large and to the stability of our planet. Yesterday’s depiction of a fictional character in King Manum sums up what happens when you succeed in your chosen field, you neglect your ethics, your principles and your ideologies because GREED took over your judgement. GREED made you make the errors that changed the world. Today I want to tell and verily too that any decision you make in life irrespective of your faculty of work is always pre-empted by a choice. Yes, a choice to do it right or a choice to do it wrong. We need Rendition because Rendition is the subtle art of performing your daily deeds as per your needs in a professional and unique manner catering for the possibilities of something going wrong, for hostilities when you least expect them and to exercise your responsibilities unselfishly. Rendition should be taught at schools, homes and at work or in businesses. You are either employed in one of three categories which is sales, service or manufacture. Consider your status of work for the moment. Are you a hairdresser or a politician? Which category of employment do you fit into? Do you serve, do you sell or do you manufacture? Whatever you do you need to do it with Rendition. You need to understand what you do and how you would like to do it. If you are a Caterer, do you believe in quality, service and cleanliness? If you are a Doctor do you believe in patient care as your foremost obligation? Rendition helps you do just that because Rendition is pre-empted with a script that is written in advance, tailor made to suit your circumstances and tailor made to suit the circumstances of other people that may come to you for either a service or a purchase. Rendition teaches you that you need to be professional, to exercise your role unselfishly and to be prepared if something went wrong. It can become hostile out there because people can become hostile for no reason at all or for some reason. Your duty is to exercise professionalism throughout your career as a human being. It is about not taking advantage of a situation but to be an advantage to someone else. In other words when they see you they see professionalism. They should feel a sense of comfort, honesty and protection. Can you deliver that or are you just there to make a quick buck? Will you leave trademark behind that spells HIT. HIT stands for Honesty, Integrity and Trust. (We spoke about the acronym HIT in a previous instalment). Would you alternatively leave a trademark that spells WHIT? WHIT stands for Without Honesty, Integrity and Trust.

Goodbye to a Competitive World and Welcome to an Uncompetitive World

‘Goodbye to a Competitive World and Welcome to an Uncompetitive World.’
Quote of the day
‘A Competitive Day makes tomorrow a Repetitive Day. Competitions is about suppositions, propositions and expositions. To compete is to repeat, mistreat, cheat and beat another human being.’

Has the mill of your working environment starting turning its repetitive gears into the common valley of competitiveness? What was the result at the end of your working week last week as a result of your repetitive competitiveness? Did you increase sales, customers or leads? Today I was you to select into reverse mode and reverse competitiveness into sweetness, kindness, goodness, divineness and innocence. At the end of this working week I want you to analyse your output? Just by being sweet, kind, good, divine and innocent I am absolutely convinced that you will increase your sales, customers and leads tenfold. Competition does the converse yet we ignore the consequences of our constant and repetitive errs. To compete is to repeat, mistreat, cheat and beat another human being. Competition does the converse of creating better relationships at home and abroad. I say onto you and verily too, don’t compete with another human being but rather treat and greet every fellow human being with sweetness. The world is your personal oyster and your customers are like your pearls, gems or endearing friends encased in this personalised oyster. Friends bring to the table angelic qualities that promotes your company, your image and you’re moral. Life is about angelic virtuosities. It is about pureness, goodness, saintliness, kindness, divineness and innocence. Pureness exhibits your company or business image as clean and clear. If you run a restaurant as an example customers see you as pure and sure. Goodness exhibits your integrity. Customers feel confident when you speak the truth and are deemed reliable. Online business need to deliver like a never ending river. Saintliness is about righteousness. Righteousness is about business ethics. A good business delivers good products with a code of moral principles. It is about the principle of values and good attitudes. Kindness carries you a long way in bad times and in good times. You can experiment with this feature in any business scenario. Now this article is not centred on businesses but rather on you, for you actually are a business whether you work for someone or for yourself. Divineness is about being godly or godlike. It is about being lovely, delightful and pleasing. Finally you need to be innocent as a little child. You need to be decent, pure and gentle to your fellow human being. Now all of these qualities makes you uncompetitive. An Uncompetitive portfolio makes you collegial. It makes you mutually respectful. When you walk down the street people see the likes of an angel. They feel trust and faith as entered the legion of men and women that always compete with each other. To your health and to your wealth may the legion of good men and women walk amongst you?
