The difference between Appreciation and Thank You

The difference between Appreciation and Thank You

Quote of the day

‘We often confuse the gestures of Thank You and Appreciation to a certain degree. A gesture of Thank You denotes a polite expression of gratitude by a Recipient to a donor. Appreciation on the other is a follow-on. The Recipient takes the gesture of the donor and puts it into practice.’

Dear Friends, of whom you shall always be, it is of extreme importance to show gratitude for everything in life. We may ignore our usual donors right in front of very eyes but actually gratitude is by far the greatest human gesture that can bring joy to the donor at a time when it is so much needed. Life can be hectic in a financially demanding world. Sometimes we forget to say thank you and sometimes we do say thank you. What is actually more effective then saying thank you is to follow on with appreciation. 2015 holds a melodrama of very sad events that toppled the lives of so many. It would be sad to carry these melodramas of turmoil and self-destruction into 2016. What makes a day bitter is not the working mechanism of life but rather the working mechanism of a human mind. Do the birds and the bees get in your way and spoil your day? Does the earthworm wiggle its way into your life? Do flowers give off an unpleasant odour as you walk pass them? Does the rotation of planets create a setback in your life? What actually muddles your day is another human being. Clashing with one titan that has a bad temper can be augmented if your temper is equal or greater. The world goes to war when clashes occur. Therefore, I say onto you and verily too start 2016 by being nice. The simplest nicety in life is gratitude consisting of two simple words called Thank you. As I have always stated in the past we have a fundamental purpose in life and that is to act as sole custodians of the living world. What is the point of being alive to only satisfy our senses, to deal with our tormenting expenses and to be on our constant defences? If this is the moral of living you can see quite openly that it is self-inflicted. You live to eat, you live to get in debt and you live to be in denial. Life is a lot more than this. Life is about examining the philosophy behind it. It is about being kind and serene. It is about caring, sharing and remaining fair. It is about the birds and the bees for without whom we shall be no more. It is about love rather than hate. It is about serving our Heavenly Father altruistically and to move on as Time Travellers from one galaxy to another as loyal servants. Life is about living it to the fullest. Materialistic desires always get you into a fiery furnace. It is good to live your life with what your heart desires but to achieve this you first need to receive it honestly rather than dishonestly. This is why I decided to write today wholeheartedly about two expressions and that is Thank you and Appreciation. There is a contrasting difference between them. Thank You is a common gesture by a recipient to a donor such as courtesy by one individual to another. Allowing someone to get onto a bus before you, allowing someone to pass before you and saying thank you when you are being served are common examples. Appreciation on the other hand is a follow-on. The Recipient takes the gesture of the donor and puts it into practice. Showing by example is to follow by example and this is the ideology behind the word appreciation. If you made breakfast for someone you may get a Thank You but what is more effective is when they clear their dishes from the table and wash them or place them into the sink to be washed later on. Saying thank you is not enough we need to follow on with genuine appreciation. When you offer gratitude to our Heavenly Father at night follow on with appreciation by illustrating that you will do your very best to make tomorrow a better day. Offer thanks by all means but learn to follow on with constant appreciation.

Let your imagination grow

Let your imagination grow

Quote of the day

‘Imagination is your personal level of creativity. It is about your vision of your very own future and for the future of our planet. It outlines your ingenuity to create noted changes in your life and the skill to exercise these changes.’

Dear Friends, thank you ever so much for all your kind appraisals of my inspirational tweets, articles and motivational videos. I am unduly grateful for this constant feedback and more importantly to hear how they are actually helping you. Always be free to explore the content value of Universally Friendly for the most relaxing way to make tomorrow a better day in your life. Imagination is the mind’s collective creative force. Based on the imagery that it holds it can create epics of a lifetime. Many a successful entrepreneur will say openly that it is the creative force off their mind that helped shaped their future rather than an act of fortune. They will openly say that they captured relevant imagery and text pertinent to their needs and let their mind get to work.  Such creativity always creates the best productivity and daily activity. What is your appealing draw card that makes you want to make changes right away? What are your likes and what are your dislikes? What makes you want to get up and go without hesitating? These are vital questions that require vital answers. Capturing good imagery and relevant text helps the mind to get on with the manufacturing of your life and of course your humble and successful future. Good dreams come from good mental capturing. What are your interests? Do you want to become a property investor and build a portfolio of good homes for good people? Then capture images of good homes that you know will change the lives of not only yourself but of others too. Do you want to excel at work and generate that incredible profit at the end of the day? Then capture images and text based on better business concepts and productivity. Our Imagination is the creative process of the mind to collectively build a database of Resources to create the power for tomorrow. This is a delicate process. I say delicate because if you build a database of hate than tomorrow shall be riddled with hate. As a meritocratic Goal Setter of the 21st Century this is something you simply do not want to do. You need to create a database of useful imagery and text of powerful words of which we will discuss some of them tomorrow. If you build on love then tomorrow shall be a lovely day. If you build on hope then tomorrow shall be a hopeful day. Building blocks of strength, vigour and stamina creates a strong foundation like an athlete that builds on muscle strength to execute the race. An athlete that neglects his or her training creates limpness in the mind and in the body. Your imagination must focus on good things in life and then narrowed down to the things that make you happy. For example it is senseless watching a TV programme on say angling if you do not enjoy fishing. It is senseless watching news bulletins that shows violence, destruction and death and then develop anger within you. You need to stream the right information into your mind that promotes a good outcome for tomorrow. Tomorrow is the climax of your future. If you procrastinate then tomorrow remains like today. If you fantasise then tomorrow is just that start of another dream. If you leave home without a plan than tomorrow shall be a day of a wondering man or woman. Always capture the right imagery that will create the right agility. Good imagery gives you an indication of how you can promote a change in you. Look for the niche areas in your life such as sport, entertainment, fitness, hobbies, investments, business ventures or studying. Build on these images and fill the memory space of your mind with the best imagery and potent words that will help you to create passion and desire to fulfil such ambitions. What you see is what you will what to be. What you feel is what will appeal to you. What you touch will make you clutch onto. Don’t forget to log in tomorrow. It pays to lend a HELPING hand.

It pays to lend a HELPING hand.

Quote of the day
‘Helping Every Living Person Induces Newer Goals in your life, because a goal a day makes an incredible difference to the world as a whole.’

Thank you for finding the time to read this important article today, written at 09:49am on rather a cold and wet Sunday morning here in good old London Town. I call it important because to HELP someone spontaneously without expecting any rewards is one of the most simplest and endearing humane achievements. However to offer assistance means that you must have a certain amount of finesse. You cannot possibly pull over on a busy road to help someone that is stranded if you do not have any skills to repair a motor vehicle. However you can stop if it is safe to do so to offer the use of your mobile phone to phone for assistance or to just communicate to someone that feels isolated and desolated, especially on a cold and wet day like today. Skills comes from experiences. We can only do so much and when the going gets tough we need expert assistance. Simple twigs and branches from your neighbour’s yard can be cut, pruned or removed but it is the bigger trees that will need the assistance of an arborist. Dear Friends, as we say farewell to May 2015 at the end of our day, June will appear over the horizon tomorrow waiting to accept us for what we are. Can we steer our intent into 30 days of a new month with a bit of positivity and the spontaneous desire and passion to help another human being? HELP is always needed across the oceans, under the vastness of the seas, into the continents of varying cultures, into the battlegrounds that man has created, into the streets of poverty, into homes where abuse is common, into the classroom where children have gone astray and into the natural disaster zones that has devastated so many families and individuals. What can we give without seeking rewards? What can we share from our table to offer alms to those that go to bed without a meal? What can we donate liberally without gaining popularity? This should formulate the structure of your agenda for the month of June 2015 were HELPING another human being should be on your to-do-list. How we do it is not important. What is important is that we do not forget to do it. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls it is important to offer help when help is needed. Helping every living person in the world should be your prime motivation. It creates new goals and establishes better relationships. A goal a day certainly makes the world a better place to live in. 7 billion goals of varying magnitudes per day is certainly a powerful antidote to overcome the ramifications of human greed that spreads like a virus throughout the surface of the Earth.

Rendition

Rendition
Quote of the day
‘Rendition is the subtle art of performing your daily deeds as per your needs in a professional and unique manner catering for the possibilities of something going wrong, for hostilities when you least expect them and to exercise your responsibilities unselfishly.’

Many a great leader in faculties of their given choice have fouled things up. The greatest, the tallest, the shortest, the most intellectual, the fastest, the slowest, the most matured, the most educated or learned, the most experienced, the most diversified, the Politician, the Banker, the Lecturer, the Teacher, the Hairdresser, the Caterer, the Barman, the Policeman or woman and the Attorney have all erred, creating devastation to the community, to the population at large and to the stability of our planet. Yesterday’s depiction of a fictional character in King Manum sums up what happens when you succeed in your chosen field, you neglect your ethics, your principles and your ideologies because GREED took over your judgement. GREED made you make the errors that changed the world. Today I want to tell and verily too that any decision you make in life irrespective of your faculty of work is always pre-empted by a choice. Yes, a choice to do it right or a choice to do it wrong. We need Rendition because Rendition is the subtle art of performing your daily deeds as per your needs in a professional and unique manner catering for the possibilities of something going wrong, for hostilities when you least expect them and to exercise your responsibilities unselfishly. Rendition should be taught at schools, homes and at work or in businesses. You are either employed in one of three categories which is sales, service or manufacture. Consider your status of work for the moment. Are you a hairdresser or a politician? Which category of employment do you fit into? Do you serve, do you sell or do you manufacture? Whatever you do you need to do it with Rendition. You need to understand what you do and how you would like to do it. If you are a Caterer, do you believe in quality, service and cleanliness? If you are a Doctor do you believe in patient care as your foremost obligation? Rendition helps you do just that because Rendition is pre-empted with a script that is written in advance, tailor made to suit your circumstances and tailor made to suit the circumstances of other people that may come to you for either a service or a purchase. Rendition teaches you that you need to be professional, to exercise your role unselfishly and to be prepared if something went wrong. It can become hostile out there because people can become hostile for no reason at all or for some reason. Your duty is to exercise professionalism throughout your career as a human being. It is about not taking advantage of a situation but to be an advantage to someone else. In other words when they see you they see professionalism. They should feel a sense of comfort, honesty and protection. Can you deliver that or are you just there to make a quick buck? Will you leave trademark behind that spells HIT. HIT stands for Honesty, Integrity and Trust. (We spoke about the acronym HIT in a previous instalment). Would you alternatively leave a trademark that spells WHIT? WHIT stands for Without Honesty, Integrity and Trust.
