The Key to Happiness

The Key to Happiness

Quote of the day

‘The birth of a new month opens infinite opportunities for you. It really does. In order to extract this wealth of prospects you need to select the right key to unlock the right door.’

Life has become a mystery because no matter how hard we try to achieve a happy life sadness unfolds and our day and life takes a turn for the worst. Dear Friends, you must agree that happiness is a medium that seems to last for a short while rather than for the duration of your life. I would best define happiness as a medium of intense pleasure. It is about the pleasure of living your life to the best of your ability. It is about waking up and tasting the coffee. It is about being cheerful in every possible scenario. It is about finding that speckle of joy which ignites into a fireball of happiness. It is about the serene feeling of blissfulness. It is also about being delighted with your overall daily efforts. I want you to embrace September in true spirits so that you can have all the happiness you deserve. Together and forever I want you to unlock your vault of happiness using a unique key that I hope to stimulate you with. Happiness is the pleasure of living your life in a world that is filled with rampant chaos. The Key to Happiness was once lost amongst the chaos of the world, like a needle in a haystack. Starting from tomorrow I want us to sieve the vastness of our earthly chaos and find the happiness we so deserve. So peaceful is Happiness, so loving is Happiness, so wonderful is Happiness and so free Happiness is.  In the month of September I want to reach out and bless you with a bundle of joy and happiness. Happiness is a realm that you want to be immersed in. A lot of us confuse happiness with wealth. Where there is no commercial gain people lack the interest to find happiness but yet Happiness is the platitude for plenitude. Happiness belongs to ALL of us and not just a handful. Pick up your personal key to unlock the vault of Happiness in September. Let happiness profuse through the corridors of your mind, your body and your life.  Grasp it, hold on to it and don't let go, share it with others, give it away and get more. Let us say farewell to August tonight and let us welcome September with the desire and passion to light up our world.

It is time to for Change

It is time to for Change

Quote of the day

‘In the valley of intrigue there is hope and there is restitution for ALL and not just for a few. There is basin filled with joy and a gorge oozing with happiness. There is a dale that brings you luck and a vale that clears you from bad luck. There is a hollow that makes it easy to follow and a clearing that shows you the way.’

Dear Friends when things are looking sombre you need to wave the magic wand and change it to a feeling of cheerfulness. It may seem hard but actually it isn’t hard at all. You may need a nudge from someone to get you back on your feet but the rest is up to you. When the Beatles broke up Paul McCartney went into a sombre phase. He shut down, he did not shave and he felt dismal and gloomy. A little nudge from Linda got him back on his feet and then came the solo hits. Life is like that, if it is too hot you need to switch to cold. If you are thirsty you need to have a drink. If you’re struggling you need to switch to a more carefree lifestyle. In order words don’t stick to a particular mode just change lanes and get onto to a new road. You need to search for the Valley of Intrigue. The Valley of Intrigue is a fascinating place on Earth that highlights how life should be. You just need to look for it. If there is sadness in your heart you need to be nudged in finding happiness, gladness and kindness. Finding it on your own especially if you are in a sombre state maybe a little hard but with a helping hand you can see deep down into the Valley of Intrigue. Look around you and you will see a smile, a whisper of joy and a candle of happiness. These are the highlights of your day. A smile will make you go wild. It will bring laughter by the tonnes and merriment by the barrow. Life is such a wonder for ALL creatures and as for us it is indeed a divine pleasure. You just need to instil hope in your heart. Your heart is like a valley of intrigue. It is a fertile plain and will yield value to your life if you instil usefulness, absoluteness, boldness, brightness, clearness, creativeness, divineness, eagerness, ethicalness, everlastingness and fairness into it. Like a farmer that grows crops you too need to follow a similar pattern in order to flourish into the realms of success. Success is a daily workout. You cannot neglect your muscles for they will turn to fat. Therefore you cannot neglect your success streak otherwise you will turn into a failure. It does not matter if you feel like a failure, if so all you have to do is switch to success. Instil good values in your heart and get started to become renewed and refreshed again. Eat according to your needs. Exercise for your needs. Combine the two and you shall have the hands of a farmer. Every good deed you perform will enhance the quality of your life. It is like planting a seed. Every seed germinates into something. Instil a seed of hope in your heart and you shall find a way to cope. Instil a seed of wealth and you shall inherit the Earth. Switch from sadness to gladness, switch from madness to happiness. Switch from poverty to royalty. Don’t stick to a depressing mode just switch over to a caressing and progressing mode. Start September with by switching to a more valuable change.

March into March 2015

‘March into March 2015 Joyfully’
Quote of the day
‘Every action has a validated reaction. Sustaining good relationships comes with a consorted effort each and every second of your day. The result is highly beneficial and rewarding. Better relationships creates cheerfulness and happiness.’

I wonder about the way people argue over their wealth, dispute over their assets, quarrel over senseless matter, fight in the streets or in the corridors of their existence, disagree with the fundamentals of life and row over silliness. I wonder why people would break relationships and hold hostility in their hearts for so long. I wonder why children fight at school and why hostility would travel along the playgrounds of their school, in the tuck-shop or on the streets of their neighbourhood. I wonder why married couples would seek divorce without sourcing a solution. I wonder about tension at work, the levels of animosity, rivalry and bickering that deluge the working environment. Dear Friends we waste such valuable time breaking relationships rather than working towards building them. History illustrates the tormenting experiences of broken relationships the world over. Countries have been torn apart, streets have become unsafe, homes are constantly been destroyed, families are pulled apart, love turns to hate, harmony collapses to disharmony, violence is a trademark of a young person and victimisation is a trademark of an older person. This is not the way forward. We need to march into March 2015 joyfully. Joy brings about happiness and pleasure. Joy enlightens the soul and makes you glad for all your efforts in a single day. We often take little things of sentiments and make them colossal events of sadness. Instead of turning a blind eye or a deaf ear we make silly errors into lifelong terrors. The key to a better relationship is about listening and about understanding. To enter into a relationship is often easier than sustaining one. Your circumstances too play a key role. Change your circumstances and you will change the people that you meet. Go to a different school and you shall meet new and different friends. So why become embroiled in broken relationships and discord when you know well that if your circumstances were different you would have met different people. I say onto you and verily too, you need to let it pass. You need certain words that hurt to be like the wind or the rain that blows or drenches and then stops. Let it pass. Avoidance is better than pursuance. Tomorrow’s article is called ‘The Art of Fighting without Fighting.’ Your effort is an important feature in creating better relationships. If you were one of the crew that is going to Mars in 2025 how would you cope with a relationship of 25 people? You entered into a relationship several weeks ago and were chosen for your merits and passion. How would you set the pace for the future of the human race?

Smile for a Mile

Smile for a Mile
‘Always carry a smile not just for a while but for the duration of a mile and in complete style.’
Quote of the day
‘A smile a day keeps you all bright and gay. A smile is worth your while and keeps you compiled. A smile should be as long as the Nile and as beautiful as the lilies of the Nile.’

Taking on 2015 with an arduous attitude will never see you through. You will meet difficulties on a daily basis, you will work laboriously day in and day out with no visible or viable results. Your day will be strenuous at work as well as at home. You will feel tired and you will just want to be left alone. To overcome this you need to change your mind-set and bring out the best in you. The best in you is all about the rest of you. A smile extenuates exactly that. A smile a day makes you bright and gay. It makes the world see that you are well, cheerful, happy and ready to take and make the right actions and decisions. A smile a day makes you shine like the lilies of the Nile, so colourful and so pretty. People often latch onto a smile and carry this image of you with them. They think about you all the time and try to emulate your exactness. A smile generates an aura of perfection and people generally want to sniff the chemistry around you. A smile makes friends and a smile eliminates enemies. A smile sends a message of hope that scents the air with your distinct persona. A smile brings home a cluster of fond memories. A smile is always worth your while for you can see the warmth that it carries with it.  A smile renders you with a unique style that becomes your trait throughout your life on Earth. A smile is compiled of friendliness, homeliness, togetherness and lovingness. A smile can beguile you like a mysterious calling from an old acquaintance or a long lost memory. A smile brings forth what the subconscious mind is thinking. A smile makes you less hostile and creates a profound profile of you. A smile is as long as the Nile meandering through miles of historic news to be learnt from and to be guided upon and beyond. Don’t take on 2015 without the appearance of a smile for you shall stick to older styles and ignore newer styles. A smile can make 2015 a pivotal turning point in your life, in your career and in your retirement. A smile can send of millions of messages each carrying a distinct sound of hope, courage and faith. A smile is so versatile that you do not have to utter a word or a syllable because your smile can speak in so many different accents, tones and languages. A smile illustrates a person’s happiness, joy and laughter. The more constant a smile is the more content a person is. Do having a smiling life in 2015. Let your smiles capture your files and compile them into real goals and noted resolutions. Never ever take on 2015 without a smile!

‘The Art of Professionalism’
Quote of the day
‘Professionalism separates success from failure. It is the canny Art of exercising good deeds on a daily basis that works effectively amongst the squalor nature of people that you meet that only seem to care for themselves.’
We often confuse Professionalism by limiting it to our skills and our competence. Yes, we do become skilled and competent in our profession as we gain experience through maturity. Professionalism however is a limitless talent a human being could ever possess. It is the know-how or Savoir-faire of an individual irrespective of gender or culture that carries them to personal stardom. It is a faculty of human deployment that if used properly gives them success every single day. It is an art that we need to practise and to pass on from generation to generation. Professionalism is our shining armour to gallantry in the workplace, valour in the corridors of time and space and it is the talent of being a charming person at home. Professionalism takes a simple situation and leaves it simple. The converse of Professionalism is Incompetence. It is incompetence at work, at home or at school that gets us into trouble and makes simplicity, complexity. We need to change this, we need to change it right away. We need to carry our cheerful spirit gathered together over the weekend into our working week. Professionalism helps us to do just that. Professionalism clarifies a simple Quote:
·         Quote – Avoidance is better than pursuance. (UF)
Yes, Dear Friends Avoidance lasts for a split second, at home, at work or at school. Pursuance on the other hand lasts for a lifetime. With pursuance you are immediately sapping away valuable time from your agenda or your scheduled agenda. Pursuance makes you procrastinate and very unprofessional. Professionalism is about understanding human behaviour or more specific the temperament of another human being based on your circumstances. Our circumstances is what seems to get us into trouble. We stand in the queue and trouble maybe standing behind us. If sit in the waiting room, trouble maybe sitting next to us. We stand in the canteen and trouble maybe standing right in front of us. When we steer our vehicle trouble seems to steer itself in front of us. Trouble makes you culminate into rubble and stubble into worthless actions. I say onto you that if trouble stumbles upon your front door, or your left foot, or your office desk let it pass. Yes, let it pass. Let it pass away like never before. Let it be forgotten before the next second arrives. This is practise of Professionalism. This is the area of your life that you need to deploy and a daily basis.  This is where Man meets Man and Women meets Man or vice versa. This is where friends are made and enemies are reduced. I want you to become Professional by following the footsteps of The Professionals, I want you to show by example so that others may follow you. Start at home, start in the bedroom, start in your street but start right away. Remember a daily dose of professionalism carries you to new frontiers in life.

The Art of being Cheerful

Quote of the day

‘Cheerfulness is a plausible medium like ether or water or air that contains minute energy pockets that hold pulses of happiness, joyfulness, merriment, optimism and chirpiness. Like air you can inhale it, like wind you can feel it, like the sun you can touch the intensity of it and like rain you can be drenched in it.’

Cheerfulness is something that we need to recognise and hang on to it for our sanity, our tolerance and our patience. Cheerfulness is a medium that occupies space, it is alive but sometimes we do not recognise it until someone induces it upon us. Cheerfulness is responsible for our Happiness. Cheerfulness is like drops of joy that falls from the heavens above. Cheerfulness makes you merry, laughing to the core of absolute fun. Cheerfulness makes you optimistic when sadness lurks in the corridors of the unexpected. Cheerfulness is alive, it is chirpy and it is sassy. Cheerfulness is an energy form that floats in the air waiting to be latched onto. You constantly breathing it in, seeing it, feeling it and are constantly inspired by its presence. I chose to write this article today about cheerfulness because this is my primary aim for my 48 hours of sheer relaxation and exuberant rest. I use the words sheer and exuberant in its fullest context. I want sheer relaxation because I deserve it and so do you. I want no distractions from my 48 hours of relaxation such as aggravation, strangulation, provocation or retardation. I worked extremely hard during my last working week and therefore I need to focus and revitalise my cells for a more productive new working week on Monday. I don’t need aggravation that stressing and annoying me, typical of my working week. I don’t need strangulation by being stagnated in the staleness of my mundane activities. I don’t need provocation that stalks me on a daily basis at work, on the trains or in the queues. Neither do I need retardation from my surroundings that makes me decelerate my joyfulness. I need to be aroused by people that bring on joy and happiness. I need to equally arouse those that are around me with buckets of joy and happiness too. I need to inhale the qualities of cheerfulness each second so that I can maintain this throughout my weekend. I want my weekend not to be a weak-end. I want my weekend to end in joy and happiness. I want you to share the same feeling. I want you revitalise your organs and your individual cells into vibrant energy pockets that are ready to go to work on Monday. This is exuberant rest. This is your 48 hours of energetic activities that sparkle with joy and merriness. This is about being enthusiastic all day and all night. This is about resting but to maintain a high spirit. This is a period of rest where you are alive with your vigorous desire and passion to become joyful and happy. I want you to have a vivacious weekend, starting right away. Make it energetic by breathing in the qualities of cheerfulness. Make your weekend animated with laughter, with togetherness and the joy of loving your life. Be like the effervescence of a newly opened fizzy drink, don’t go flat. Be alive with joy and happiness. Draw it into you. Magnetically attract the qualities that will make you become high spirited. Do it with passion and desire. You worked extensively over the last 5 days, a total of 120 hours, you are entitled to a lively weekend of sheer relaxation and exuberant rest! Don’t settle for anything less. You will thank me for such a bubbling idea when you get up on Monday. On Monday you will yearn for the next weekend even though you to need to earn it first.
