Using the PEN Effect – Part 3

Using the PEN Effect – Part 3

Quote of the day

‘The number three, the first odd prime number, the first lucky prime number, the first super prime number, the first unique prime number, the first Fermat prime and the first Mersenne prime plays a pivotal role on our long journey to success. It is a long journey but doable, it is a challenging journey but enjoyable, it is an inhibiting journey but interesting and it is a methodological, logical and chronological journey not to be missed.’

A blessed welcome to your Sunday Dear Friends. It is wonderful to share an eventful day with you. Events are happening all over the world. The London to Brighton Marathon kicks off today and at the Brooklands Museum there is a gathering of over 100 vintage buses. I enclose the following pictures taken at Brooklands Museum today for your perusal:

Today as we conclude our three-part series called ‘Using the PEN Effect’ you will have access to an important strategy to turn your life around. This strategy based on the number three is a vital foundation to your overall success. The 1st is your purpose instead of your purchase in life. The 2nd is eating to fuel your goals rather than feasting to ruin your goals. The 3rd is exercising for energising rather than exercising for enterprising. 21 years ago I was probably in the worst predicament ever. I was penniless, homeless, unemployed, suicidal, bereaving, distraught, hungry, helpless, without friends and with a great deal of enemies. Before this I was financially well off, drove the most luxurious cars, owned an exclusive home and was a frequent jetsetter. Unfortunately, my foundation was weak. I was financially strong in pocket but substantially weak at heart. My spirituality was sound but my understanding of life was unsound. I did not know anything about the triangular concept to success. When I reached the height of my predicament at the age of 35 I realised an important facet of life. It was through a revelation that I realised that life is a journey governed by time. It is an earthly journey that lasts for 100 years, equated to 86,400 seconds per day. It is a journey that is governed by seasons. It is a journey were you encounter wickedness, crookedness, viciousness, mischievousness and destructiveness. It is a journey that can be fearful, tearful, sinful, awful, distressful, unlawful, unsuccessful, stressful and distasteful. As a child you don’t see these anomies and anomalies in life and place reliance on our parents, peers and elders for support. That support is not always the answer. Real support comes from the heavens above, as I discovered the hard way. Man uses you for financial gain and makes your earthly journey hard and demanding. He cannot guarantee you longevity, peace or happiness. I say onto you and verily too seek the right answers that gives you immense strength, wisdom and forbearance. Don’t fall into a trap and make unnecessary purchases. First determine your purpose. By doing this your long journey becomes doable. It becomes a challenging journey that is enjoyable. It becomes an inhibiting journey but also very interesting. It is a journey that will always be methodological, logical and chronological and a journey that you want to be part of. Today online stores and shopping malls are inundated with the wrong answers. There are inseparable diet plans that appear to work. There is a floodgate of exercises that are flanked with proven testimonials. Some are expensive, some are enticing, some are conniving, some are advising, some are reviving, some are antagonising and some are exciting. Dear Friends, my advice is to step into my shoes and walk the journey that I followed for the past 21 years. I am free from ailment, confinement, unemployment, disengagement, enslavement, negative bank statements and curtailment. I discovered and applied The Triangular Concept to Success. The Modern Day trilogy helped me to identify my Purpose. I followed an inventive dietary plan that created goodness in foods and demised the badness of foods. I worked in conjunction with my wife who is a celebrated chef to devise the correct method of Nutrition. I proclaimed a series of approved exercises routines which are bespoke to your needs and available without the hefty price. Following The PEN Effect changed my life. Now I want you to apply it to your predicament. Feeling depressed, stressed, unwanted, abused, in debt, insecure, unwell, unemployed or one of the many disengagements in life then I recommend The PEN Effect. I recommend it to suspend your pain, to comprehend your journey in life and to amend your negatives to create positives. If you are in such a predicament and need my daily support stay tuned in and await a special link to gain your vital tools to succeed. Tomorrow’s article is called the 90 – 180 – 360-day challenge. You chose your foundation block bespoke to your needs. I will be by your side daily to support, motivate and inspire you. Have a wonderful evening. Will be returning home later this evening. Don’t hesitate to send a message if you need to contact me.

The Methodology to Succeed

The Methodology to Succeed

Quote of the day

‘There is only one direction to succeed, it is very much like paddling downstream rather than upstream. It is very much like moving with the crowd rather than against them. It is very much like following a set of instructions rather than a set of destruction.’

Welcome to a splendid Thursday even though we had a mixed bag of rain, wind and sunshine. Rather unusual for the time of year but we need to live in anticipation rather than in constant stagnation. We need to sail the seas with a chartered course and a back-up plan should something go wrong. Life is full of adversities, uncertainties, tragedies, diversities and constant casualties. Without a solid methodology we can waste valuable time and money, therefore I urge you to find a chosen methodology to succeed. My daily plan of action is centred on the following steps, stages or methods. It works for me but it can vary to suit the changes in my circumstances. I always start my day in prayer and end it sincerely with gratitude. This forms the backbone of my daily activities. Without such a solemn commitment I am just like a wondering fool waiting to be caught in a pool of adversities, uncertainties, tragedies, diversities and constant casualties. I then ponder on the fulcrum of my day. This is normally done with a cup of hot water or scented water seated in front of a new day. My day could be part of a working week or it could be part of a weekend. I treat every single day with equal importance. I often call this the fulcrum of my day because I need to supportive and responsible for my actions which is driven by my intentions. My day is divisible in time segments. These segments I refer to as tasks. They have a time frame attached to them. Such an attachment is based on experience. How long do I take to have a shower? How long do I take to pray? How long do I take to have my breakfast? Every task in my day is governed by time. Every task has a certain workload that expends energy. I need to be aware of this. I need to execute my tasks as per my abilities which is related to time and energy. If I do not have enough time, then I cannot perform the task. Equally if I lack energy I will not give each task of my day the attention it deserves. I feel that my existence has a valid purpose. Therefore, such a purpose must be meaningful, strategical and certainly methodical. It is easy to create a list of tasks but it is often harder to accomplish and fulfil them. To achieve an accomplished and fulfilling week I need to know the workload of my given tasks. I cannot create a task knowing in advance that I cannot possibly finish it. The finishing process must be done with passion and desire. Every task must be done with passion and with desire. The end result is gratifying, satisfying and electrifying. This is the methodology to succeed. It starts from simplicity and ends with simplicity. The methodology to failure starts with simplicity and usually ends up with complexity. Tomorrow I want to talk about the triangular concept to succeed. It worked for generations before you and it will work for generations after you. Have a wonderful evening. Dream wonderful things. Create wonderful goals. Start your day with wonder and end it wonderfully.

The Positive Way

The Positive Way
Quote of the day
‘The strategy to succeed lies in The Positive Way. The Positive Way is a journey made by great men and women over the millenniums. They formulated a strategy that worked and passed it on from generation to generation.’
A graceful welcome to your weekend from me, Anthony Pan seated in my study at the crack of dawn creating Inspiration to pass onto you. I already met the weekend Inspiration in the mannerism that I spoke about earlier this month. It was a great feeling to be touched by Inspiration. From this early morning Inspiration, I am busy writing my article for you called ‘The Positive Way’. I have no idea of the content of the article at this point. What I do know is that it is going to be great, inspiring and motivating. Every article that I create for the day is fresh from the market of Inspiration. I always get up from bed with a written agenda created the previous day. I know what I have to do for the day and simply get on with it. By the end of the day I am generally accomplished and fulfilled. This is the mind-set that works for me and this is the mind-set that I like you to adopt. The Positive Way can be likened to a documentary of my daily routine. It is personal, but if it works for me then it is my duty to pass it on to you. Follow this methodology and you will see a vast difference in your output. I always believe that if you follow righteousness nothing will go wrong. Let us put this to a test for a period of 7 days. To anticipate a better tomorrow, we need to automate our daily grind today.
Bonus Quote
‘To anticipate a better tomorrow, we need to automate our daily grind today.’
What does this mean? Waking up to a new day without preparation can often lead you astray and make you totally unaccomplished and unfulfilled by the end of it. To anticipate a better tomorrow, you have to plan in advance today. Today is generally an automated day because you anticipated it yesterday. To create a better tomorrow always carry a piece of paper and a pen at hand, Donald Trump does it. On this piece of paper, you need to write down anything that is important. A meritocratic Goal Setter is always alert and ready to capture. Don’t use your mobile phone, unless you have to take a snapshot. If there is a new word, an image or an idea write it down. By the end of the day your little piece of paper will help you to write your agenda for tomorrow. Avoid evening meals that makes you feel bloated. This enables you to have a restful and peaceful sleep. Your body is at rest and your mind is constantly at work when you sleep. Your mind is grasping onto that little piece of paper conjuring the making of tomorrow. At the crack of dawn, you need to meet Inspiration with passion and desire before you do anything else. Relieve and cleanse yourself in the usual way thereafter. Head straight for the altar and start your early morning prayer. If time permits partake in some form of exercise to suit you. Before the end of the month I will grant you access to a series of recommended exercises to suit you. Don’t make any purchases on the internet. There are so many misconceptions out there, it is my duty to ensure that you are touched by the right conceptions. The next step is to read your daily agenda written the day before. Mentally you have an idea of what you need to do. Reading your agenda prompts you to take action in the approved way. Success comes from discipline. Discipline comes with practice. To succeed before the end of the day you need to apply Time Management and Self-Control. Time Management is about allocating specific timeslots in your day to a specific task. At the start of a specific task you need to apply your full and dedicated concentration on that task. This is Self-Control. You need to switch off from distractions and switch onto relevant actions. Turn off the TV, turn off the phone, close the door, open your mind, focus on the task, become professional and remain astute. Once the task is completed in the allocated time, highlight it with a highlighter in your memo. This actually empowers to do the next task. Switching off from distractions should never be without interactions. If you are distracted by your pet, your family member or a colleague, stop and unselfishly respond. Once you are finished with the distraction resume your task. It is advisable that before you start a task, ask. Inquire from your family, friends, colleagues and pets if they need you in the next hour. This helps because they know that you will be busy. Always remember to write on your piece of paper anything that will help make tomorrow a better day. Creating a better tomorrow starts today.  Before you retire you need to perspire, inquire, transpire and aspire. I call this the PITA effect. More about the PITA effect in a later instalment. Have a wonderful weekend, take good care and always live in anticipation. Thank you for reading ‘The Positive Way’. With love and best wishes from your eternal friend – Anthony PAN.

Foundations Stones

Foundations Stones

Quote the day

‘It is extremely difficult to reinvent the wheel, but you can certainly modify or improve on it. What stood the test of time became the foundation stones of tomorrow. To succeed in life, choose a strong foundation stone cultivated over centuries ago and transform the outline of your life from scratch.

A pleasant welcome to ALL of you from me, Anthony Pan here in rather a cold and icy London Town. Our street furnishing has been covered in a blanket of ice like the topping on a Christmas Cake. Now that is a clear indication that Winter is about to start. Today I would like to talk about tomorrow based on nothing new but something very old, as old as time itself and that is called Foundation Stones. Foundation Stones are building blocks to the future. You cannot reinvent something that was already there but you can modify it to suit your needs. Today’s Foundations Stones are indeed tomorrows Transformations Kits. Without the blueprint to fundamental rules to succeed we would have to start all over again. The may take a lifetime. The materials and the knowledge are there to succeed, all we need is the methodology to execute it. Don’t waste valuable time trying to reinvent the wheel, simply modify it or alter it to suit your needs. You can achieve anything that you heart desires but start by using established Foundations Stones to succeed. If money is your primary need than follow the righteous ones that teach you how to earn and how to spend. Don’t follow the evildoer that takes your money away and leaves you penniless. If your health is an issue, follow those that have the skills to assist you from pharmaceutical companies to your GP. Stay away from newbies and freebies. These personnel have started their careers from Foundation Stones, they did not reinvent the wheel but simply modified it to suit current trends. Make today a starting point to a successful future. Find out what your real need is and then feed it with the right creed to make you succeed. Time is indeed your most valuable asset, use it profitably to create a lifetime of real success. Don’t waste time following the fool. Today I want you to analyse your needs and then write them down on a piece of paper. Tomorrow I will show you an illustrious video to help define your needs. Then from Monday, the 18th of January we shall work together like friends forever to make all your dreams come true. Nothing is impossible, you just need to follow a system of ethical rules that has worked before. I wish you an absolutely wonderful and restful weekend. Do dream to achieve, and then achieve to succeed.

‘The Right Approach is often the best Approach’
Quote of the day
‘The Right Approach is often the best Approach. To be right is to be true and accurate about your intent. To have the right approach is to have the correct methodology to execute something.’

Over twenty years I was inspired to stay alive. I am here today because I took action. My results are a complete satisfaction according to my expectations. I have achieved the goals I wanted to and I shall achieve the goals that I have committed to paper for the New Year. How did it work for me and how sure am I that it will work for you? Well if it worked for a homeless, penniless and suicidal person than I can assure you that it will work for anyone. You see it is all about having the right approach. The Right Approach is often the best Approach. The right approach is a system of methodology that has worked since the Creation of Man. This methodology is a practice that if followed will give the right results. The right approach is truly altruistic. The right approach is something that has previously worked. The right approach is what you need to make your dreams come true. It is not an overnight process, nothing is. Gestation varies from species to species. An elephant takes 645 days to gestate whilst a racoon takes only 60 days. Nevertheless it is not an overnight process for either. Neither is it an overnight process for you. If it was then it won’t be worth doing. You have goals to commit to and eventually would want to achieve them so you need to be patient and you need not to be the patient. Being patient is an enduring fete undertaken by the participant. If you take the right approach you will have the right results. If you take the wrong approach you shall end up being the patient, worried stricken. To get started in this lap event lasting the duration of your goal you need to figure out the right approach. This comes from a series of ethical instructions that has worked previously. By the end of this week you shall have these instructions in the palm of your hands if you follow exactly what I tell you to do. Over twenty years ago I was inspired to stay alive but this was not enough. I needed to take action. I needed to surpass the levels of my expectations by following a set of instructions that has previously worked. These instructions given to me from The Universe became my blueprint. I followed it since then day in and day out. I never evaded any aspect of what I learnt and never will. I became the Baker that knew the recipe to make the bread that fed the people and created a new vocation for many, many others that waited rather than took action. Action will only give the right results if you took the right approach. It is time for you to come out of all this successful, hapy and contented.
