STOP the Sadness, START the Happiness in life

STOP the Sadness, START the Happiness in life

Quote of the day

‘Polarising your life from a sad one to a happy changing the course of your life. Cruelty that you were exposed to becomes kindness, cold-heartedness turns into compassion and sorrow becomes joy.’

Dear Friends, sadness has held a prominent place in my life from the age of 3 and from all the activities I was engaged in sadness ensured that I was a non-achiever from head to toe. It was only at the age of 35 did I really and truly experience the sound of true happiness. It came to me in a revelation and touched my heart like never before. Today I want to share those experiences with you and to tell you how I polarised my sadness and changed it into everlasting happiness. Today I want you to polarise your sadness and change it into happiness too. Yes, I want you to STOP the sadness in October and START the happiness in your life. I want you to wake up to the tingling sound of happiness as it chimes through your home, with a verbosity of constant inspiration and motivation, a bit like opening your curtain and letting the sunshine fill your heart and listening to the sound of the birds and the bees as you open your window. Happiness is the ecstasy that makes you spring out of bed like a child that aims for laughter during the day. Laughter releasing the tension from your muscles and promotes a smile that captures the day. Happiness brings joy to every cell in your body fighting off the cancerous cells waiting to make you sad. Happiness is an antidote to depression, suppression, oppression and repression. Happiness is 100% elation that makes you drift into a cloud nine scenario making you float into the wonders of your dreams. Happiness is the thrill to be alive in the 21st Century exercising roles that are befitted to your capabilities and wishes. You are the maker of your wishes and your wishes will come true if you polarise your life from a sad one to a happy one. You simply have to believe. Happiness is about the pleasure to serve our Heavenly Father daily with love and untainted devotion. Why are we here, living in 21st Century if we do not have a purpose in life. How can we fulfil that purpose if we remain unhappy? Happiness is the converse of sadness. Sadness brings about madness and rules out the gentleness, kindness and politeness in your mind. Sadness betrays you and makes you sit in a rut of grief, sorrow and unhappiness. Sadness is the misery that life can offer. Sadness makes you depressed and a non-achiever.  Yes, Sadness Dear Friends is a very depressing tool and if you use it constantly it will ruin your life forever. Dear Friends, I say onto and verily too polarise your thoughts and make sadness a thing of the past. Start at home and clean the cobwebs that hold bitter memories of the past. Shine the tarnish in your home that makes your life sad with positivity. Wake up and taste the contentment that happiness can bring to your life. Happiness is free and does not come at a subscription premium. Happiness is the jollity of giving and receiving. Happiness makes your spirits high. Happiness is about the merriness of an autumn day where the leaves create an artistic canvas of infinite joviality. Happiness is your friend. Carry Happiness like you would carry your phone or your wallet and meet the world with a passport that makes all the difference.

PATIENCE

Quote of the day

‘Patience And Tolerance Incites Enlightening New Concepts Every day.’

Tomorrow sees the start to a new working week for us all. To many there will be sadness, to some there will be gladness and to others there will be almost madness. All our daily activates seem to stem from two words called Dollars and Cents. If you don’t have it you are sad, if you have it you are glad and if you greedy to get more and more then you are mad. I say onto you and verily too be grateful for your life and for your presence on planet Earth. Consider your health first and your wealth will take care of itself. I say this vehemently because without good health you cannot manufacture wealth. Patience makes you understand that everything in life takes time. Time is important from a simple second to a long and trying 100 years. There is so much you can do productively and effectively in 100 years if you have Patience by your side. A meritocratic Goal Setter will also understand that Tolerance is equally important. Add the two together and you have the prefect mode to keep you spirited for the rest of your life. Patience is the staying power that keeps your dreams alive and your goals in momentum. With patience a meritocratic Goal Setter understands fully that any concept no matter how big or small takes times. Tolerance is about being open-minded in all your daily tasks knowing well that in life there will be the usual ups and the downs. Add the two together and you have enlightenment. It is like lighting a candle. Without a match there is no ignition. Without the candle there is no light. You need Patience and Tolerance to incite Enlightenment. With enlightenment your ideas become doable, usable, viable and renewable. I want you to wake up tomorrow morning with a dose of patience and tolerance. So, if the train is late I want you to expect that and find an alternative mode of transport. If someone brushes you on the street ignore it and move on. Be alert and vigilant to avoid a similar confrontation. Keep your mind active each second of your day. Be like a professional driver that has his or her responsibilities at the forefront of their job. Be glad rather than sad and certainly don’t become mad. The use of the word mad in this article implies becoming angry when things don’t work out as per your agenda.

Dos and Don’ts

Dos and Don’ts
Quote of the day
‘Life is made up of dos and don’ts. Success in life is about conforming to the right decisions. These decisions ultimately define how you perform henceforth.’

Doing the right things in life is usually harder than doing the wrong things in life. You know when you have done wrong because you usually feel a sense of dismay. When you do things right you always feel right. Today I want to highlight a series of dos and don’ts to assist you when you are making constant decisions in your life. Every decision you make in life is prompted by a vision. These envisions are normally incited in you through the power of temptation such as advertisements and catchphrases. I want you to make the right decision in life from buying a loaf of bread to the possible ultimate indulgence, a Rolls Royce. Decisions must be your own, thought of with thoroughness and sieved through the archives of research. Don’t be hasty, take your time. It is your life and therefore you are responsible for it.

Don’t get mad over the sad affairs of the world, be glad that you are here to make significant changes. Don’t overeat when you know well what to eat and how much to eat. Don’t lust when you are actually designed to love. Don’t sign on the dotted line before actually reading above the dotted line. Don’t create enemies when friends are a lot easier to cope with. Don’t live in conflict for conflict inflicts serious wounds. Don’t confront or be blunt for that matter when you meet someone. Don’t commit adultery, fornication or even masturbation. Don’t remain idle or become suicidal, look for an idol that will turn your life around. Don’t live by intimidation, fall into a bout of negation or resort to aggravation. Don’t live by discrimination when you know well that it is often better to live by differentiation.  Don’t criticise another human being, don’t exercise arrogance over their demeanour or publicise rumours about them. Don’t wander the streets without a cause or wander the streets with discourse. Don’t live to hate or constantly berate someone for no reason at all. Don’t accelerate unnecessarily. Don’t exercise the concepts of ugliness, loneliness, enviousness and unfriendliness. Don’t litter or be bitter. Don’t fight with all you’re might and carry it through the night. Don’t waste or haste for you are not in a race. Don’t borrow for you usually end up feeling sorrow.

Do exercise love from dawn to dusk. Do start your day with a prayer and end it harmoniously with gratitude. Do create friends and put an end to enemies. Do exercise regularly and eat moderately and considerately. Do well in whatever faculty you choose to enter into. Do love the diversity of nature from the flora to the fauna. Do recycle and consider getting on your bicycle more often. Do decelerate from time to time. Do the right things in life to ensure that nothing will go wrong. Do love your neighbour and know them by their names. Do greet each other at home, on the streets and at work every single day. Do smile for a smile makes you go the extra mile. Do donate to those that need your help and accommodate those that you can help. Do maintain cleanliness at all times and exercise friendliness every time. Do enjoy your life every second of the day and appreciate your wife eternally. Do love thy Heavenly Father with all your heart and with all your strength. Do keep the weeds at bay and exercise good deeds every day. Do plant a seed of hope whenever there is a need to cope. Do promise to be gay every single day to avoid the onslaught of being dismay. Do say sorry rather than worry. Do eat healthy to remain wealthy. Do listen when you are spoken to. Do learn to speak so that you will always be heard. Do run for a mile and have fun with a noted smile. Do marry for the right reasons rather than remarry for the wrong reasons. Do what you think is right rather than do what you know is wrong. Do learn to earn, do learn to avoid being stern and do learn to do a good turn. Do show signs of appreciation rather than distinct lines of depreciation. Do keep yourself in good shape and escape from the foods and idleness that keeps you out of shape. Do love to live and live to love. Do learn to save rather than work like a slave. Do learn to be brave, behave and to avoid the close shave.

Dos and Don’ts play a pivotal role in how your life shall pan out. I say onto you and verily too do what you feel is unselfish and don’t do what is selfish. Have a great weekend.

Greet the day, Meet the day and be Sweet on the day

‘Greet the day, Meet the day and be sweet on the day’
Quote of the day
‘Every day is an epoch in your life, therefore you need to greet, meet and be sweet each day from diurnal to nocturnal. Do this and a bespoke treat awaits you that will complete 2015 in a magnificent way.’

Nothing can take away take the delight of sweetness. Sweetness is like the pureness of the heavens above. Sweetness is about adoring your life and the lives of other people that make the world so wonderful and appealing. Sweetness is about harmony in the corridors of your occupancy. Sweetness is the pleasantness of your life and of the lives of people that mingle with you. Sweetness is about the mellifluousness of enrichment from the subtleness of the angels above that keep us warm to the angels below that hold our hands when we walk alone. Sweetness is about the beauty of our planet, about the curvature of the valleys and the undulations of the waves that hit the breakers in a gentle touch. Sweetness is about the loveliness of your heart, your soul and your mind pouring with the zest to do well onto others. Sweetness is about the freshness of nature that fills the saddened and polluted air with new bursts of fresh and aromatic molecules waiting to profuse the atmosphere. Sweetness is about the melody that the birds chirp and the harmony of the gently breeze that floats amongst the leaves. Without sweetness there is harshness, sourness and unkindness. Don’t start your day without sweetness. Greet the day with bouts of laughter that can be heard a distant away. Smile at someone and give a helping hand to the ant that wandered off course. Greet the dandelion the hovers above you and greet the spider that looks over you. Greet the elderly and make them feel warm and appreciated. Greet the Bus Driver, greet the florist, greet the milkman and greet the janitor. Every little greet creates a happy street. Every little greet makes the world look neat. Every little greet is like a special treat for someone else. Meet your day with bravery and courage. Meet possibilities and meet impossibilities. Meet sadness with gladness. Meet poverty with a gesture of goodwill. Meet abuse with a compliment. Meet rejection with eventual acceptance. Meet negativity with a dose of positivity. Meet the Preacher, meet the Teacher, meet the creatures too that crawl with 8 or 100 legs. Meet the insult by hoping for a better result. Meet the day with sweetness and greet the day with your genuine love. Do this for the next 362 days and a treat bespoke to your needs shall await you before the dawn of 2016.
