Reshaping the world

Reshaping the world
Quote of the day
‘You have that power to change the Earth and your life. It just takes a bit of courage and participation from each one of us. Two hands are often hard to reshape, resize and reform the Earth, but 14 billion hands makes it a lot easier.’
Greetings and salutations from a very, very cold and icy London town where temperatures are hovering above zero. I am unduly grateful for your presence on this growing Inspirational Channel.
Bonus Quote
‘Our prime motivation is to inspire. Your prime inspiration is to be motivated.’
I feel saddened by the atrocities of our world. In the current form nuclear weapons poses a huge threat to world stability. Climate change has seen drastic changes in weather patterns. The Earth is warming up and species of life and their habitats are diminishing. Viral outbreaks like Ebola takes the world by storm leaving thousands dead. Poverty is a growing problem too. Each day 22,000 children die as a result of poverty. When we entered the 21st Century over a billion people were still illiterate. In Syria, one of the oldest places on Earth where civilization has once started is still in turmoil. Thousands of human beings have died. The world is now infested with short, medium and long term problems from racism, human trafficking to petty crime. As human beings, the sole custodians of the living world we need to join hands together and effectively do something about it. It may be a mammoth task for just one individual but a joyous task if all 7 billion of us worked together. One of our greatest sources of inspiration comes from knowledge. I call it the Tree of Knowledge. From a single tree comes forth a forest, a haven for all and heaven for some. From the forest comes forth the ocean of life. In it the rivers create the valleys and the dunes with each blade of grass and each grain of sand accounted for. Such an opening of life with two, four or a hundred legs comes the nature of life. Amongst them are you and me with appendages adapted for our needs. The river, the valley, the forest, the ocean, the crops, the animals and the plants are all under our supervision. As supervisors we have failed over the millenniums and now the world has become tainted. To an onlooker from the outsider the Earth is no longer a paradise. The tree of knowledge is hidden amongst the chaos and the spiral wheel of life has become encoded with human greed. Mars is inhabited with a few microorganisms to meet the needs of Mars. The Earth is inhabited by many macro organisms to meet the need of their greed. Now the valley of knowledge is no longer green but tainted with doubt, conflict and conjecture instead?  From a distance it may look uniform but on close examination all things in life have that constant taint of human greed.  This is why our Earth lacks the beauty of a Paradise, of the original Eden. The Earth has been wounded over the centuries and has changed in shape, size and form.  Migrant workers are constantly trying to repair it but the damage is too extensive.  If only man could get his shoulders to the wheel and his mind in perspective, then there is a hope for the Earth to return to its original condition. You have that power to change the Earth and your life. It just takes a bit of courage and participation from each one of us. Two hands are often hard to reshape, resize and reform the Earth, but 14 billion hands makes it a lot easier.’ So, when life falls to pieces we need to hold hands together to restore peace and equanimity. Have a wonderful Thursday.

The Working Machine of your LIFE!

The Working Machine of your LIFE!

Quote of the day
‘The human body is a complex machine, by far the most complex of all machines with an eyesight equivalent to 576 megapixels, a memory capacity of 1 Quadrillion bits of info, a 30 foot gastrointestinal tract, a 70m2 surface area respiratory organ and a heart that beats 100,000 times a day.’

Dear Friends, if we need to live onto 100 years then we need to make adjustments to our lives. We need to maintain our body so that it may perform to the best of its ability. Our body is indeed a complex machine capable of incredible tasks. Therefore we need to look after it from birth to death to avoid the onset of possible diseases as we get older such as diabetes II, dementia, cancer, coronary heart disease, depression, osteoporosis, glaucoma, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cataracts, age related muscular degeneration and hearing loss. A healthy body attuned to correct eating, regular exercises and good hygiene will last the pace and ward off the so called aging diseases. Every part of our body plays a critical role to our success story. We cannot ignore the one and focus on the other. Our foods hold the key to our success like lemons for Vitamin C, broccoli for Vitamin K + Vitamin C to ensure healthier bone development, dark chocolate instead of light chocolate helps lower blood pressure, a sweet potato a day has enough punch to ward off cancer, salmon is an excellent source of omega – 3 fatty acids, walnuts to reduce cholesterol, avocadoes for their richness in fibre, garlic to inhibit bacterial growth and spinach for healthier eyes. We need to understand our body like how we need to understand our car. We need to understand the importance of correct top-ups and regular flushing. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we need our body in the way our body needs us. Our body speaks to us in language that we often fail to ignore. It cries out when we over-indulge. It cries out when we over exert ourselves. This language I refer to as our sixth sense. It is very much like common-sense but it comes from a different channel, like an angel talking to us. Don’t ignore that inner voice that constantly tells you to watch out or to take care. You need lungs to breathe with so why pollute them with smoking? You need a stomach to digest food so why eat the wrong foods? You need eyes to see, so why should you neglect them? You need ears to hear so why not take care of them? We need muscles for strength yet we lack the strength to develop our muscles. We need our heart for blood circulation and to maintain a gentle nature yet we consume foods that interfere with the flow of our blood. Dear Friends, I urge you to take a serious look in the maintenance programme of your body, the powerhouse of your actions and the science of your life. You have the right to a life of 100 years, value it, treasure it and look after it. Don’t place any part of your life in the hands of man. You are in charge of your life, your body and your mind. Always remember that. It is never too late to start.

Freeze your Disease and use your expertise like a trapeze

‘Freeze your disease and use your expertise like a trapeze.’
Quote of the day
‘Hope is a restitution to cope during difficult times. Difficult times is like a debilitating disease sapping your energy reserves and making you feel inadequate and unable to cope with life.’

Can you recall the 1st of January 2014. Was it just another day or did it blossom into another wonderful year for you? Many of us will admit that the spirit of a New Year will always been there. There is rejoice, there is celebration and there is laughter. This generally wears out as soon as the concept of the daily grind sets in. Resolutions become weaker when they were stronger at the end of 2013. We commit but then we quit. Can you admit to this? Can you wholly say that your resolutions worked 100%? This is the sole purpose of my motivational articles. It is to get you to 100%. It is to cure you from debilitating diseases and make you pure and sure. How do successful people become successful? They do things the right way. They are energetic, they are magnetic, they are genetic and they are athletic. These quadruple qualities makes them free form debilitating diseases. They eat well and they feel well. They learn before they earn. They gain passion with compassion. They have the desire to be on fire for their entire working life until they retire. I say freeze your debilitating diseases right away and develop the expertise like a trapeze artist that practices and practises until they get it right. Dear Friends I urge you to have hope in all that you do. I pray sincerely for you to be cured from any debilitating diseases that you may incurred over the years. I hope that you will be pure and sure about yourself from the first day in January 2015 to the last day in December 2015. This is the mind-set to victory. This is victory with the right attitude, this is how you make a New Year become a successful one.
