Golden Goals – Holiday Destinations

Golden Goals – Holiday Destinations

Quote of the day

‘Creating a goal is not limited to writing a word or several words down but rather a laborious process of exploring this word or words to create a viable vision and an agenda to implement it.’

A gracious welcome to the 22nd of December 2015 from rather a wet, windy and cold London Town. How are you today? It is wonderful to grace your presence on our Inspirational Channel. As much as it is your channel it is equally mine. Why? I am human being no different to you. I need Inspiration as well and I experience the same ups and downs in life as you. When something or someone troubles me I search the archives of Universally Friendly and read a pertinent article to help me. In the archives of Universally there are over 1700 Articles, 1700 Quotes, 110 Inspirational Videos, 40 Books and other related material and this is growing by the day. It is a service I provide for my Readers and Friends from all over the world. Trouble sadly looms in the corridors of every town, city or country and like a burst of thunder it can come upon you at any time. What should you do when troubles pounces on you unexpectedly or when old flames follow you into the New Year. You need to access the archives of Universally Friendly and act like a RAT. The RAT Reacts to a problem, then Attracts a solution and finally Transacts a plan of action. This is something you should implement as well. As a RAT I follow a simple process called CITE which works for me. CITE stands for Concentration, Information, Transcription and Education. If something or someone troubles me I stop all my concurrent actions and concentrate on my problem. I Concentrate on my problem and then look for Information pertinent to my problem or query and follow this with a written Transcription. What follows after this is Education. Let us look at an example. I need to go on a holiday in April next year and therefore created a Golden Goal for 2016. The holiday destination is New York. The holiday destination could be different for you or it could be the same. How do I achieve the results that I need? How do I tackle problems of varying magnitudes? I need to Concentrate. I need to think of my problem? In this case where do I want to go to? What is my budget? Will I be travelling alone? How long can I go for? The next step is Information. I have not been to New York before therefore I need to get information about this city. Information gives me text and visuals. Text is written knowledge; vision is moving Inspiration. Briefly I gather that New York is the situated at the mouth of the Hudson River and is the largest city in the USA and is made up of 5 boroughs, Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Visuals are important because they are worth more than words. Footage is even better. Gaining such knowledge motivates you. Key attractions of NYC are The Statue of Liberty, Time Square, Central Park, The Empire State Building, the 911 Memorial & the Ground Zero Walking Tour, Museums such as The Whitney Museum of American Art and The American Museum of Natural History. Other attractions include The World Trade Centre, Madison Square Gardens, The Rockefeller Centre and Macy's. What follows next is my Transcription. A brief itinerary of my stay based on my affordability and availability.  The next stage is the learning stage called Education. NYC is a new city for me to explore. In other words, I need to learn the ropes. I need to exercise caution to avoid pickpockets or muggers. I need to learn to live in anticipation and follow the right steps rather than the wrong ones. I am investing my time and my money to have a golden goal come true, I cannot walk into something that will spoil my memories. Using power words will help you achieve your goals, overcome your problems and allow a smoother journey during your transition. In summary whatever your problem is try using the CITE formula by switching New York with your problem. So if your destination is Cape Town switch New York with Cape Town. We will look into the CITE formula and the concept of the RAT in greater detail later on. Don’t forget when trouble looms in the corridors of your life access the archives of Universally Friendly and get your problems resolved.

Creating a Unique Treasure CHEST

Creating a Unique Treasure CHEST

Quote of the day

‘Your target zone for 2016 should be a treasure CHEST of five important words. These words are Concentration, Harmonisation, Exploration, Specialisation and Transformation.

Welcome to the final day of November 2016. I find it extremely difficult and emotional to say goodbye to a month in my life. It is a period in time where I create new challenges. In November all my challenges were met with incredible passion and desire. With 529 months to go I look forward to living my life with the sole intention to love to live and to live to love. To do this effectively I often implement 5 important words. These words are Concentration, Harmonisation, Exploration, Specialisation and Transformation. Concentration enables me to be attentive in all that I do, say or think. It is a workable concept of remaining focussed in my daily grind. In this capacity I do things to please and to be effective at this I always maintain a steady flow of care, kindness and courtesy to others. Each month I feel that I am getting better. November was a clear indication of that. I hope that you are feeling the same. Harmonisation is the source of my daily coordination. Without harmonisation I will find it extremely difficult to manage my affairs. In November I noticed a vast improvement in my management skills and in the skills that I deploy. They say that practice makes perfect and this is so true. I hope the month of November has helped you to feel in the same way. One of our aides to success was our ability to say NO to temptation. It is not an easy task to say NO. Saying YES is often easier but sadly leads us to unnecessary problems. Exploration is a vital word to keep in our treasure chest. Exploration is the Science of Discovery. It is about the individual passion and desire that a person has to travel along a golden path of righteousness and accomplishment. Many a person wanders aimlessly in their day and often returns home with a spanner in the wheel. Exploration makes dreams come true and more importantly it makes us unique. Specialisation on the other hand is what we accrue over time and this usually formulates how we live our life and for how long. Specialisation is about being skilful to the very core of your vocation. It is about having or wanting to have the expertise in your chosen field. This can be a slow and a long process and can span the duration of your working life. What it does do is give you that personal bit of satisfaction. Transformation is the final climax to your life. We are growing and we are constantly changing, that is evident and cannot be denied. Transformation is about how we grow and how we change. Concentration, Harmonisation, Exploration and Specialisation has a lot to do with that. It is never too late to start, however before you make a start always remember to carry your treasure chest with you. Open your fortune and implement these powerful words on a daily basis. Don’t lack concentration for this will lead to devastation? Don’t living in disharmony for this is always the primary cause of your stress, of your tiredness and of your procrastination. Never venture into the unknown without exploring the known. Exploration is the General Science of searching for your calling. Many of us open doors to opportunities that are generally not befitting to our overall needs and get grained into a daily grind of boredom and frustration. This is something you need to stay clear off. Seek help and guidance from the right source before you make the right decision. Master the art to be skilful in what you do, your expertise will always be in demand. It is a vocation that needs to be constantly upgrade, if not you will stand in line to be overtaken by someone else.

FOCUS

FOCUS
Quote of the day
‘To be focussed on your goals requires a certain level of concentration and full engagement into your affairs. More importantly you must be equally absorbed in what you do. Any variations to these requirements will yield an unfocused approach to your overall goals.’
Bonus Quote
‘FOCUS requires you to be an ACE at all levels of your day. An ACE is one that is absorbed, concentrated and engaged in all their affairs.’
Dear Friends you cannot be unfocussed if you want to succeed. Success in your life utilises all 86,400 seconds per day. To establish this level of focusing you need to become an ACE. ACE stands for Absorption, Concentration and Engaging. It is a skill you have to develop and it can take time if you fall into the usual snare of modern day distractions. Television is the prime consumer of your talent, it drifts you away from your agenda and can take up as much 28,800 vital seconds of your day. You need to focus so that your images are clear. Every vivid image that you create forms a celluloid capture of your life. Can you image sitting in front of your cinemascope theatre at home watching a day in your life? Can you imagine how disappointed you will be if you found inconsistencies in your daily performance, if you found that you images were out of focus, if you procrastinated and wasted your vital time. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we must ALL remember the importance of wanting to succeed. Success does not come easy, it is a skill that you need to learn and develop into a perfect art. You need to become an ACE. Always remember the acronym ACE and you shall be like a camera set at the right aperture to succeed. ACE stands for Absorption, Concentration and Engagement. Absorption is the subtle art of not being distracted. It helps you to remain focussed at levels of your occupation. Concentration is the subtle art of remaining alert and vigilant over your circumstances. Change your circumstances and you will need to change your alertness and vigilance like the autofocus on a camera. Engagement is the subtle art of committing to your worthy course. Nothing shall come between you and nothing shall stop you. Marry the three faculties together and you have the perfect mechanism to remain focussed. I want you to become focused, it is not easy especially when you occupy a world designed to distract rather than attract. You must remember to focus on what you are doing with the outmost dedication. You are indeed the sole custodian of your domain and collectively are the sole custodians of the living world, therefore your service to the world and its occupants are crucial. Focus, Focus, Focus.
